Pizza Pizza in Northumberland

I ordered food (special kebab and salad) and waited almost 2 hours for it to arrive. There was plenty of food for 12 gbp that I have paid, but the taste - it didn’t really have any taste. It was more to make stomach full, and there were no other places to order from in the area.

It’s a bit pricey and you never get a freebie when you pay a certain amount but the food is alway lovely.

Typical town centre fast food outlet. Right on the main street.

Got a kebab wrap with garlic bread there were chips in my wrap what I never asked for.. tgat way there were only a little bit meat and all chips..phoned them up and he said just put chips in bin then.. I said I want a replacement he said OK just the meat but not the garlic bread.. disgusting attitude as there got my meal wrong. Never go back now . Go over the road in future.

Always use this place for my dona kebab. Very nice salad and the meat is always good and not to greasy. The pizza is just ok so i only use this for a kebab.

Absolutely brilliant takeaway. I'm a Heavy goods vehicle driver. Caught out, On a night out with young daughter. Stuck on the A69 in a random lay by. Rang a few shops in the Hexham area none of them would deliver, I even offered an extra £5 delivery, but no chance. I rang these and they were more than happy to help. The girl on the front desk was amazing, explained to the delivery driver and no problem for delivery. We just got a half and half pizza and chips as it was getting a bit late for too much food. The pizza was cooked to perfection on a lovely, light, fluffy dough, and the bursting out of the box of chips were great, cooked just right. I got my delivery within 35 mins, on a Friday night, which is amazing. The delivery driver told me. Because I was stuck in a lay-by and couldn't drive anywhere, if there was anything I needed while I was there, just to ring the shop and he would come to take me or bring me what I needed from local garage or shop. So accommodating of them, they had no reason what so ever to be so kind. I can not recommend these guys any higher. There is still nice people around. They always appear when you need them. Thank you so much guys. I will definitely be back in the future.

Had 12 inch pepperoni and 10 inch garlic bread with cheese. Very good. We went in to order and waited, didn't take too long, there was no queue but it was about 5.30pm on a Sunday. Can recommend.

The portions are absolutely tiny..chips overcooked & freezing cold . Pizza all dough not much filling , kebab meat greasy Overpriced for what you get ! Been coming here for years but has gone downhill .. not sure if it’s new owners or greed but won’t be using again .

Use for the first time in years, after absolutely rubbish pizza, and what a surprise, nowt had changed. Thin based pizza was like warm cardboard. Supposed to be tuna and onion with added jalepeno. Too much cheese. Seriously not enough tuna to warrant being called a tuna pizza, and the jalepeno was salty, and didn't have picanto. DON'T BOTHER!!!

Absolutely ridiculous Last 2 times I’ve had food they have tried to short change me from a £20 saying it was a £10

Ordered at 19:32 still waiting and it’s 21:13 we called at 8:30 and they said it had already left the shop, then again at 8:50 when they said it’s just coming out the over. If your really hungry I wouldn’t bother ordering they always take so long.

Been using this place for years. Overall good pizzas but the menu could updated as it's been the same for a long time

I just orderd a take out for my family and it was totally wrong I rang up and they tryed to say that's what I ordered but it wasn't really cheeky on the phone to top it all off they never even cut the pizza lol never be going back again!!

If this is what the locals accept as decent takeaway, I'm glad I'm not local to the area... Bland, tasteless, stodgy, soggy, and waaay too much chilli. Waste of 50 quid and 6 disappointed people.

THE best Pizza, Burger and Kebab take away in Hexham and surrounding. Super friendly, patient and polite. Speedy delivery, and the food is still hot when you get it. Very tasty and loads to chose from. All around FANTASTIC

Ordered online as normal, 2 hours late still no food, had already been trying to call for half an hour, finally got through and was told sorry we are busy we’ve had a lot of orders, it’s understandable that they do get busy but 2 hours is a long time to not have been informed especially when you have young children waiting for tea. Then we were informed that it was still going to another 45 minutes before our pizza even arrived. Honestly I understand wait times I work in a pub but the staff on the phone were rude and indifferent to our wait, surely you give a phone number so you can be informed of extreme wait wait times.

Easy to order online for delivery or collection either through the website or their app. I chose the website. Pizzas are really nice as are their burgers and chips. It was really really busy when I went to pick up my order so while I had to wait a while I find it worth the wait, others may not. It was unusually busy at this time as I usually get in and out fairly quickly. Still a good indication its popular if its busy and in these times its good to see someone benefitting from lockdown.

Always my go to after a night out, or a hard days work. Friendly and kind staff, who make an effort to have conversations and build good customer relationships. We moved down south now however will look forward to going back! Great pizza. Great price.

The Pizza and the taste is the greatest I have had in my entire life. It was by far something that I haven’t had in Milan Takeaway, as we know 🇮🇹 is famous but this is more passion.

OK - it is exactly what it is. A take-away pizza (and other foods like Doner kebaps, burgers etc) place near the middle of Hexham town. We have only had pizza and that was pretty good, very good taste. Home-made Italian-style pizza? NO, but that's not what we expected. What we got was very tasty, very generous with the toppings and quickly made. Fast service and friendly & helpful staff. Helps that this seems to be one of the only if not the only place open on a Sunday in Hexham! Beware: they do thin, crispy pizza ON DEMAND, otherwise it's deep-pan pizza. We generally like the thin pizza better, but didn't spot this option on the menu in time. They very kindly tried to change the order but it was too late by then - nontheless the pizza was very tasty and definitely filled a gap :). I think there's a delivery service too but we were close enough to just go and collect it, the wait wasn't long at all. Would definitely go back, very pleased all in all. Nice to find such helpful staff in a take-away fast-food place. Thank-you.

Pizza was good. The man at the counter had a bit of trouble understanding our American accents. Price is good for the size of pizza you get.

Fast service. Fairly friendly staff. They were so busy so I wouldn’t expect to get all attention really but great food and very affordable. My friends recommended to me snd it was worth it. I would teally recommend it.

Massive kebab portions, that taste great!...

Pizza can be lovely when its not to busy. I recommend going to pick up your pizza rather than delivery. Placed an order got told 40-45 mins only for it to turn up 2 1/2 hrs later and order was all wrong.

Lovely fresh cooked food and good staff

They advertise 8" pizzas, they charge you the going rate for an 8" pizza, they give you an 8" pizza box, and you get a 6" pizza inside the box. Maybe this goes un-noticed by the usual late night drunken customers, but I was sober. And I was hungry. And it was so small, I was still hungry after eating it.

Best pizza shop in hexham hands down, always give you plenty of food portions are definitely not small and the garlic sauce is the best around, would definitely recommend.

Love pizza kebabs always call in on Fridays per fortnight. But the last twice the chilli were off.there all nice to you when buying food but letting them know there food is off is a different thing... AVOID like the plague..

Everything you need after a night out, there are many takeaways in hexham but we prefer to buy our pizzas here as they are great with cheesy chips as a extra!

called in for a couple of kebabs last night. really delicious, fresh salad, spicy chilli and garlic sauce. massive portions. we ended up heating the rest up today, and it was still good. will definitely be back.

Nothing more to say than a bog standard takeaway. Delivery is fast and cheap, but the food is that of a simple nature. 3/5 when sober and 4/5 when intoxicated.

Best takeaway in Hexham Food is delicious and comes in very generous proportions Every now and then I always seem to come away with a free can of coke etc.

Todo el mundo pensaba que el un poco raro, muy cursi Pepperoni Pizza (coberturas bajo queso extra) era increíblemente adictivos. Todo fue muy generosas porciones así que era todo tiene una gran relación calidad-precio. El personal era amable y uno (el director?) fue especialmente entretenido. Volveremos en nuestra próxima visita más tarde en el año.

I ordered a meal to be delivered, it took 35 minutes longer than they said, when it arrived half my order was missing, the driver had left so i rang up to ask for the rest of my order which I had paid for to be told outright, it's tough luck, they were to busy with only 3 staff and wouldn't be delivering the rest of my order! When asking for my money back I was told good luck with that, the manager is away and I wouldn't be able to get hold of him! I was then told to go find somewhere else that gets all the orders right, it's not about getting the order correct it's about fixing the problem in a pleasant helpful manner! Extremely poor customer service! Dished out what we had for my children to be disappointed further when I found a hair cooked into the food which my daughter was about to eat!! Horrible food and even worse customer service, will never be going there again!

I had a kebab and I have to be honest the staff are friendly but the food is poor.It's cut off the elephants foot and kept in warmers. Mine seemed under cooked, it should really be served better, twas swimming in grease. Such a shame, I like the chilli sauce from here and the portions are great but it has to be about quality and for me it's falling short.It has to be all about the quality of the food.

The kebab I had was warmed up I'm sure it seemed like it could be cooked a bit longer too. Asked if they could do a thin crust.......yeah no problem I was told....It came and was about 1 inch thick....It just needs someone who knows what they are doing. I know all the we specialise in deep pan but it's not what we ordered.....it to you can't do it say so n we will go elsewhere.Well guess what we are now....3rd time they have done it and it's the last!!

I always have the same seafood, as I like the thick base type of pizza. It has always been good with plenty of topping. As there is a minimum delivery charge which effectively works out to £10.00 I have a side salad to go with which is a large box of mixed salad which I consider to be reasonable value. The pizza arrived hot although a little delayed in time compared to my last order probably due to shop being busy.

Ordered pepperoni with extra cheese...obviously they used the extra cheese as an excuse to miss the pepperoni off. If I wanted a vegetarian pizza i would have just ordered a margarita....

Much better food since new management took over great the way the kebab meat is wrapped in foil & salad seperate & not all thrown in together makes it less greasier pizza was cooked to perfection, we enjoyed every bite, saved us from cooking.

Under new management and the folks are making some fine food! They're delivering quickly as far as Slaley, Barasford, Riding Mill and Bardon Mill and all points between.I strongly recommend the spicy Quindici... nice and filling.

Fancied a Kebab for a change as it was a few months since I had one, the thing was swimming in grease.Absolutely disgusting, my partner had a Pizza and that was supposed to be thin crust, it wasn't that thin.Its a long time since I was in Pizza Pizza and it will be a lot longer till I return.They have however tidied the inside of the shop up, but they need to tidy the food up too!Utter rubbish to be honest!

Just ordered 2 pizzas and a garlic bread totally horrific. The garlic bread was totally cold and as hard as cardboard this place is a joke i asked the man on the phone for a new one and he just told me that they were busy and was rude.They said they would deliver a new one but is still not here. Why as a nation do we accept this crap. Not good enough

I ordered a margarita pizza and it was fairly average, lacking in taste and it didn't look to special. The kebabs from there are also ok but you get too much salad. The kebabs are way better than the pizzas though.I would recommend the chicken donner kebab.

ordered my food to be delivered tonight as it was horrible windy wet night and cheering up was needed lol a fantastic meal 2 meatfeast pizzas for kids and hubby and kebabs for my mum and me. food at pizza pizza has always been pretty good cant beat the kebabs ive eaten them since i was about 5 years old thanks to my mams love of kebabs. The food was delivered very quickly by a very nice chatty chap keep up the good work pizza pizza.

This is what my 17 year old son says... and I agree. Really good pizzas, excellent value, yes it's a bit scruffy but it is just a takeaway joint. Gets quite lively in the early hours of Sunday morning!!!

Good pizzas, cheap prices.. Couldn't expect anything better from a takeaway! Only negative is the kebabs are really not great... The meat is good, and the salad is ok (perhaps a bit much to go with a kebab to be honest!) but the pitta bread that they serve it with just cracks in half as soon as you try to open it to put the meat inside... Not great.

looks dirty and last time i was in the chap who served me looked like a tramp and his hands were filthy, will not use until its cleaned up
