Pizza Piccante in Leeds

pizza and chips were ready to collect at time ordered, we're still hot and tasted delicious.

We both got a 1/4 pounder. They’re big, it they’re also rock solid and not edible. Other food from here is usually good. But won’t be ordering burgers again.

Pizza Picante special is off the chart, highly recommended.

Absolutely horrendous service. I left a comment on the delivery notes section to make driver aware that the property are flats without doorbells, so to phone when outside and I will come and collect (normally always fine). This time the driver phoned me, he was extremely rude and said that he shouldn't have to phone me and he wouldn't do it again. He also said he would just leave it on the doorstep next, in future. Disgusting

Could of done with more chicken in it. Two pieces of chicken in a mix kebab isn't great.

Can you please pay attention to the little things!! I ordered for a collection tonight, 20 minutes and you can clearly see that this hasn't been stood the right way up!! Peeling cheese off cardboard isn't nice!!

arrived as expected food was nice but could have been a little warmer

Put an order in at 6.30pm, just eat says delivery would be 45-60 minutes, it is now 8.15pm and still nothing delivered. tried to call the restaurant with no answer. I wouldn't have ordered if I had known it would take so long, delivery needs to be quicker or they need to advertise an honest delivery time. Very annoying and also ruins your Saturday night when you order a takeaway for it to take all night to come.

Hi Sam That was out of order. I paid £6.80 too much Please change the free £6.80 I gave you into £0.05p 's Put them all in you mouth. Then compare this to what your Donna meat taste like I have never been so insulted in my life

Extremely disappointed, our ‘go to’ takeaway just let themselves down so much! Original ETA 1.5 hrs when not arrived told another half hour.. so 2 hr wait for clearly forgotten reheated food! Hardly edible and ended up in bin! Never again, waste of time and money!

Good pizza and far cheaper than dominoes which is over priced over rated.

I placed an order for delivery on Saturday at 6.38pm I was told they were busy and we may have to wait up to an hour. I rang at 8pm as the food still hadn’t arrived I was told it was going to be with us on the next delivery. At 8.40pm (2 hours from when I ordered it arrived), the food was very poor, cold and dry… certainly will it be ordering again from here !

Sloppy pizza! Topping just slides off when you try to pick it up, numerous times order wrong or so spicy couldn't eat it, expensive too!!! Used to be good but gone down hill.

Love the food but the delivery time was just too long and would have cancelled knowing I had to wait so long or even picked it up.

This is an unreliable take away. They frequently let you down on delivery. The quality is very hit or miss which is such a shame because when it’s good it’s really good. There are much better options available - don’t give these jokers your money

This is the first time ive ordered from here wanted something a little bit different than the normal pizza shop ordered lasagna garlic bread chips and pizza honestly the food was excellent the flavours had that extra special taste also portion size was really good we had lunch today as well have recommended to family and friends will order again 😊

The Picante Special was Perfect. From the Base to the sauce and then to the toppings 10 out it 10. Best pizza I have had in a while.

I accidentally ordered garlic bread with cheese instead of my usual plain garlic bread..I phoned the store literally 4 minutes later only to be scolded by the order taker for not taking care to click right garlic bread.. wth ???.....bad cutomer service bordering on rude.......I have been ordering here for a lot of years..............I wont be giving them my business in future..............good thing with just eat is theres plenty more.polite businesses that are happy for your business

Great choice of food for a local takeaway and great food too. Especially the burgers 😀. Always good service and no problems with the orders. If any negatives it's that the pizzas are a bit too tomato-ey (if that's a word??) for my family's liking, but we always ask for less pizza sauce and they duly oblige 👍👍.

Horrendous place. Wouldn’t recommend. Staff rude and management refuse to speak with customers and run it through young staff. Woeful. Begrudgingly giving it a 1* as no option to give 0. Food is vile

I have not been to this pizza shop for a long time dew to moving from the area. I had forgotten how good their pizza were. Compared to the pizza shops in my area, Pizza Piccante looses them.

Used just eat app and food arrived quick and it was ok until I discovered 2 hairs, one in the burger and one in the box. Suppose these things happen.

I only called to see if my order has been sent when I was put on hold (well put the phone down so I can hear the person who I thought was helping take another order) I guess inexperience. But not to hold it against you as the food was good. But it took some getting hold of tonight and Shout out to the lady that took the call in the end. I blame it on Just Eat who really should not fulfil orders that they know is too much.

Perfectly cooked....delivered nice and hot

Pizza is ok but last two times have been bitterly disappointing, chicken wrap so soggy and tasteless, tonight's spag bol was absolutely awful, hard spaghetti, tasteless spag with zero sauce very dry. Ended up having to cook my son a meal in the end.

The 2 pizzas we ordered were really nice but the spaghetti bolognase was very dry, cinnamon was used which made it taste strange and the appearance wasn't very good. No parmesan was used as stated in the details.

Delivered the wrong order. Not the first time. This takeaway is useless the food is not upto standard and overpriced. Avoid at all costs to avoid disappointment.

Onion rings were great but the bbq chicken wings were dry (though the sauce tasted good!)

Estimated delivery was 45-60 minutes but that was raised to 1 hour 30 minute immediately after paying, no option to cancel. Next update at the mid point of the delivery time saying it was iut for delivery. Just eat site says enjoy you food but it's still not here and now 5 minutes shy of 2 hours

Used to loved this place. Got some Donna usually lovely however this time it was burnt and stunk the place out when got home. He responded to putting phone down. Disappointed

Love this place, one of the best in Leeds, the ingredients seem better quality than other pizza outlets. Always great service from friendly staff. I highly recommend the Italian Job.

Missing a trick here toppings are top quality ingredients being the dough is not good and tomato pizza sauce is chronic I’ve worked in pizza takeaways and it’s all about the ingredients from start to finish

Had the mixed kebab which was very well seasoned chicken with donner. Wasn't greasy at all and had good flavour. Both the garlic mayo and chilli sauce was also very nice. Also ordered a burger which was very thick and good quality and better than expected. Only complaint was the burger was a bit dry.

Ordered twice now from here. The first time my order was cancelled and I had to wait another 20 minutes for food to be cooked The second time I ordered a calzone pizza. It came as an open pizza instead of a calzone. When I questioned it I was told I had ordered it incorrectly. I showed them my order confirmation and it was very clear what I had ordered. Manager just shrugged his shoulders at me. No offer to actually make me the pizza I had paid for. I won’t be ordering again now. Food is nice but clearly management is lacking/ none existent.

Good food warm but takes a while .

The margarita with pineapple was for my vegetarian children but had a few random pieces of pepperoni included for no reason which ruined it. Very disappointed.

Delicious! The tastiest garlic bread with an an amazing crust. Food hot, full of flavour & the house red wine was surprisingly good.

Enjoyed the meal and although late i was advised in good time so it didn't detract from my enjoyment

Really disappointing. All the Food was cold, pizza was dry, and tasteless seemed as though it had been cooked a long time before delivery even though the shop only opened 45 minutes before delivery. All boxes were thrown about and damaged and the delivery girl wore no mask. Will not be ordering again.

Orders 2 x Burgers and onion rings. Burgers didn’t disappoint, warm, juicy and full of flavour. I would definitely order them again.

Halloumi in the halloumi burger was laughable. Chilli dip is nothing like what it used to be

I am happy to wait an hour, but when they advertise on Just Eat 35 mins and then send you a message of over 1.5 hours later and then deliver your food stone cold.. thats not fair.. I think the company needs to work to their means, stop being greedy with orders or if they cannot cope with work load.. EXPAND!

It took over an hour and half for my pizza to arrive and when it did arrive it seemed burnt

Food was ok but service was shockingly bad. Ordered the same items I’d had on the last two occasions and it was different that the previous orders. Called up and asked if there was anything could done done, manager was asked by the person answering the phone and conversations with a very blunt response could be heard suggesting I’d ordered incorrectly. Took the food back myself to to the restaurant to speak to the manager face to face. Was laughed at and still told I was wrong. Even after pointing out the order had been placed twice before with very different results. Eventually I was offered a replacement after pointing out their mistake either with this order or the two previous ones however I won’t be taking them up on this offer. Shame as the food was normally ok, but won’t be coming back given the lack of attempts to resolve or admit their mistake. Very bad customer service and management approach will end up losing more custom as I’m Not the only one experienced this judging by some of the other feedback comments

Took almost 2 hours to arrive, half an hour later than stated delivery time on just eat which was already delayed. Didn’t receive a can of coke which we ordered and paid for. Also paid to add chicken tikka to the pizza but only received 3 pieces of normal chicken. Overall we really loved the food, so was a shame about these issues. Will definitely order here again and hopefully they’re not as busy next time.

I used to love this place iv been eating here for over 10 years but i will never eat here again as they only take orders and bring you food when they feel like it. Why say online you close at 12 if your not going to take the order at 11?
