My order was hot vegi but I got just veggie and was cold

If you would like to taste a spicy and nice pizza then go for the Pizza phiroza itself , pizza phiroza is their speciality which is very tasty

delivery rider didn't know where the lift was or how to get to 1st floor, he called couple of times, i told him clearly to use the lift, but he still took his time to find the lift for flat 5 on the first floor and i received my order 8mins after the expected time for delivery to deliver it to me.

Halal, delicious, fresh, hygienic, and punctual. What more does one need

They do a lovely burger and chip but I was a bit annoyed when I asked for a can of coke and he refused me, he sees me 3 times a week and any other shop does it round here. Anyway they just lost my custom over a silly can of coke! I'm annoyed myself as the burger is so good!

They have really let the place go, customer service is 0 and the food was just really bad quality, I think they have changed supplier

After the food Wa dispatched the driver spent ages hanging around the restaurant before coming ng to me and by the time he arrived it was stone cold pizza

Food was fine but wasn't hot enough by the time it arrived. Estimated time changed dramatically after about 15 minutes. Would like better ETAs.

Even i have been a regular customer they cant deliver food ontime this is last time i am orderin. And i have been waiting and my meal and its late over 20 minute reconsider before you order your meal

Order was delivered to the wrong address

I wasn't too impressed with the food experience. The veggie burger buns were surprisingly tough, like the burger wasn't cooked enough. Although the fries were fine, the restricted sauce choices were a letdown. At least the pizza tasted good, even though the 7-inch size seemed smaller than expected. Everything about the experience was disappointing, and the price seemed high for the quality of the food.

The driver was late and food wasn’t warm enough

Food always good problem with the map which made the driver late nothing of their fault. But I had reported the issue before.

Myself and my family love the Pizza's here! The first time I brought my Niece here, she said it was the best Pizza she ever had, better then Pizza Hut!👍🏾💜The prices are very reasonable and affordable too, Customer service is always great also.

Ordered 8 chicken wings x 2 and there was hardly any chicken, just thick coating and bone which was disappointing and feel we deserve to be refunded. The pizza was okay.

If I could give ZERO I WOULD! First of I ordered bbq base, they gave me tomato base, I ordered bbq wings …they gave me fried chicken wings, overall pizza was bland barely any cheese & I was sick only a few hours later!!!! The worst shop ever my friend found a hair in his pizza and i ordered a kebab roll and they never filled the top properly when I approached them about this they got very hostile stay far away 4rm this place for your own good

Quick fix to pizza craving but the staff are not friendly or nice. On more than one occasion when we walked din to order the person at the till was normal then when we only orders one pizza he seemed to judge us and was not happy that we didn't order anymore. When we waited and did receive the food they just left it on the counter and I felt like we were the ones in the wrong. They have pushed the price of the place up a few times now so it has gotten more expensive. It is a good location but the service is definitely slacking as it looks like the people there do not enjoy their job. The pizza is made very quickly and the wait time is short which is the only plus side but I won't be coming back since the service is not worth it. Or if you order on the phone and just come in to collect then it's not bad. The whole experience of walking in to order when the person on the other side doesn't like their job is not the best. The store is clean with limited seating. Menu is also quite extensive.

The man serving didn’t change his gloves after handling the pizza and then touching the phone & card machine. He then got defensive when asked nicely if he could change his gloves.

Had a quarter pounder burger. Was massive, tasty, and great value. Friendly staff and I had the place to myself so sat in while I was waiting for a friend. Will go again if I'm in the area.

Ordered Meat Lover Medium for £4.99 Good price for the food you get, pizza is very soft, chef spared bare cheese and meat also comes with a garlic dip. Pizza was ready within 10 minutes which is very impressive! Highly recommended on a night out ;)

Tienen diversa oferta de pizzas y promociones súper buenas (2 pizzas medianas por £7.99 y otros tamaños de pizzas por un poco más). También tienen refrescos a £1. Las pizzas toman diez minutos en estar listas y las entregan frescas, calientes y con un muy buen sabor. Además entregan un frasquito de salsa de ajo con ciboullete muy bueno. No hay baños. Reciben tarjetas y efectivo.

it was delicious. Though it was a little cold when it arrived.

My pizza wasn't kept straight so was squished together and my mushrooms were soggy in lots of mushroom juice and were also squished. The topping of my pizza was good but the based tasted like it was made from wholemeal. Not the best I have had
