We have been seated and waited to order our food for 20 minutes , when we got our food my partner had found cling foil at the end of his dish in pasta… We had high hopes for the food as the reviews seemed good , We have asked for the bill and addressed the foil situation to the waitress she looked at us not bothered and not knowing how to behave so my partner just said its fine I will get the bill . We are local but will go somewhere else next time

Mustafa the owner is incredibly rude and unpleasant. Got my order wrong and overcharged me and didn’t even apologise. Never been spoken to that by anyone at a restaurant or cafe before, especially after they made a mistake! I usually don’t even say if an order is wrong but this is the second time in a row Bufala Di Londra has screwed up my take out. I’m sure I’m he will reply to this review with something very unpleasant just like he does with all the other honest and critical reviews. It’s kind of a relief to know I’m not the only one he’s been verbally abusive to, it must just be his thing. I’m sorry that he’s such an angry man and would encourage him to work somewhere that’s not hospitality… btw The good reviews are because they offer free dessert for a good review, not because it’s actually good.

The pizza was absolutely fantastic. Great service, and the pomegranate dressing on the salad was to die for!

Bring cash!! The staff do not get service charge (Jan 2025) and you cannot tip on card. Would be nice if the owners could put a sign saying this in the window to ensure their staff are well looked after as nobody carries cash. Lovely but pricy pizza, perfect service and nice ambiance.

Very pleasant and relaxed pizzeria serving tasty pizzas in the centre of Crouch End. The dough and toppings are of high quality and the service good. Having eaten at a lot of places in the Crouch End / Archway / Muswell Hill area I would certainly say this was on the pricier side, but by no means extortionate.

Lovely food & great pizza, however, the service could really be improved. Basic things like clearing the plates when people in our group were still eating. It left one person in our group still eating and then the waitress suddenly decided to take the plate and I had to say ‘she is still eating’ Seemed fairly basic stuff. A shame as the food is great.

Relaxed and friendly place to eat in Crouch End. Very efficient. Perfect place to grab a quick pizza before heading out to the cinema.

I’m a hard person to please when it comes to pizza, so I was very pleasantly surprised about the quality and taste of the pizza at Bufala di Londra. The dough was perfect, the sauce was seasoned beautifully and was piping hot from the wood-fired oven. Felt like I was back in Italy! Ordered a delicious tiramisu to die for. Will be back!

Lovely cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. We did have to wait over 10 mins at our table for a drinks order but know the waitress was new so we didn’t mind too much. One thing that did bother us was the cold breeze coming in every time the door was opened as it is December. Maybe a curtain would be a good shout. The pizzas we both got was very tasty and authentic. Would recommend.

Came to Bufala Di Londra for dinner on a Friday night, it was quite busy but they didn’t require a reservation. Service was efficient and pizzas very tasty. Would recommend if you’re in the Crouch End area

Disappointing!! Didn’t feel welcome. I entered the restaurant with my family on a Friday evening, they had empty tables the server did ask how many and offered a table in front of the door(considering is winter and cold, the door opens several times in the evenings) we asked if we could please change to something warmer, we were refused and said all other tables were booked. Which we understood, but there was no effort at all made the accommodate the walk in clients and move tables around. The attitude of the server was blasé and unbothered that we left. It’s a shame that being a local business they can care less about local walk in clients. Will never return. It was an unpleasant experience. The food may be good, but the welcome experience was deplorable.

Very awkward, strange and uncomfortable experience. All we wanted was a chilled Wednesday night pizza, unfortunately had the misfortune of observing a pizza chef sat on a stool by the fridge, receiving a prolonged neck and head massage from a waitress (for the entire meal). Meanwhile, their poor colleagues working hard and seemingly accepting this odd situation. On my way to the bathroom, I passed the two of them - disturbing the knee and arse grabbing moment... I said to them, that's weird, you're not very hidden you know. The male 'chef'? answered, is it weird? Whilst they both laughed awkwardly I said yes, you've put us off our dinner. They very quickly stood up and disappeared downstairs.... Appearing a few minutes later, the male went back to his little stool on his phone. What a disastrous experience and how embarrassing. I then had to get the waitresses attention, after she had the cheek to ask her colleague to clear our plates. There was only one other table in the restaurant..... She lifted her peter pointer saying 1 minute, asked if we wanted to pay cash or card and continued as normal. I get better service at Greggs up the road.

Delicious pizza, especially the pumpkin base one, stunning! I would only say that in the last few months the prices have considerably gone up, the pumpkin pizza was around 14 pounds 6 months ago, it is now at almost 17 pounds. Of course the pizza is delicious, but considering the costs involved for making a pizza (very low), this is too high of a price to pay.
