Pizza Pan Kingstanding in Birmingham

Did not taste nice at all. Tried for the 2nd time thought would give them the benefit of doubt after the 1st time.

Ordered pizzas for a boxing night and I couldn’t recommend them enough! I called in, and the manager suggested a great variety to choose from. I went ahead with the order, and I’m so glad I did – everything turned out perfect!

They took there sweet time just to end up cancelling my order that’s how lazy the place is👎

Took an hour to receive pizza, and then we got bad customer service because they thought we was scamming them or something.

AVOID!!! I have food poisoning I’m vomiting and have diarrhoea ever since eating this food. I am now in hospitalised on a drip it’s actually disgusting! And on doing my research I found an article showing this place has had cockroaches in I have attached picture of the article

Never had a bad meal be going there for over 10 years plus now that says something when they have been there that long

The pizza here is banging! We stopped here on the way to an event as my girlfriend was hangry. She had a small pizza which was delicious, so much so that I ate half which left here wanting more. I promised her we would go back after the night out only to find it was shut! Alas it was 2am. Safe to say that was in the dog house.

I'm waiting for justeat to enable me to edit my review on there as you can't edit it once it's been published but very happy with this place. Great food and great customer service. Very happy with my order and how helpful the man was on the phone. Will definitely be ordering again and highly recommend. Pizza was delicious and such good value for money.

Order cancelled with no explanation had to call up and find out why. Girl on the phone 10/10 very nice. Manager unprofessional and very unhappy to be waiting so long just to have our order cancelled! Why accept it in the first place???

I ordered from here for the first time. I ordered veg pizza.. The topping was mostly jelopinos and olives. The sauce on the bases was so spicy that my kid didn't eat at all. I ate 1 slice hardly. So when you order just confirm the sauces and instruct for clear toppings.

Ordered food from here tonight and had what was probably the worst experience I've ever had. The pizza was under cooked and rubbery with chicken that tasted like it was a week old. The curly fries were completely raw and hard. I also tried to call the manager to explain the situation, never asked for a refund or anything, just to let them know and the manager from the shop was very rude and basically said he doesn't care. Would never order from this place again and highly recommend you all do the same.

Ordered from for years, food has gone down hill, chips are always cold and soggy, something always missing from order, out of stock items just replaced no attempt of contact and now a hair

Don't recommend anyone order from here chips were cold and tasteless pizza wasn't very hot tasted rubbery and under cooked also I have never known chicken be on a meat feast pizza ??? definitely will not use ever again

Absolutely shocking service. Didn't receive our full order. This is the second time this has happened. Called the restaurant and they blamed JustEat and accepted no responsibility for their false advertising and error. Rude and no customer service skills whatsoever. Will not be ordering from here again.

Appalled by how long it took for the order to arrive I had to go out my own way to find the driver as I shouldn’t of for paying delivery fee I wish I would have searched pizza pan up before discovering it was infested with cockroaches absolutely horrified with how the manager had told me that my pizza was still hot after arriving 1 hour 20 mins late I asked him how he would have known, does he have flying pigeons with cameras attached working for him then he had to start acting like a 5 year old who can’t get his own way telling me how his one of the best chefs in Birmingham Pizza Delight Yh more like pizza disaster, ghastly, bland no taste it was like biting into a piece of Astroturf

Ordered as it was close to the Travelodge we were staying in. Had a thin crust 15' double pepperoni. Was ready for collection within 15 mins. Was one of the tastiest pizzas we've had in a long time. The tomato sauce was lovely. Was a bit oily from the pepperoni but would order again if we were in the area.

Ordered food and after 2 hours it still hadnt came. Called them over 20 times and they kept cancelling the call. Still, they took money from my bank account regardless and refused to discuss the matter the following day. Reported to my bank and to Uber. Looks like I’m going to have to wait now 15 days to get money back for a product I never received! If I could give it any less than a 1 star review I would. Can’t comment on the food as I am still waiting for it to come 16 hours later. Take your money elsewhere!

NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. THE DELIVERY TOOK OVER AN HOUR TO COME, REALLY DISAPPOINTED

Brought cookie dough and a fudge cake on uber eats took over an hour to take and I never even got the cake and the cookie dough looks like mashed up dough that's it. Do not recommend and the phone is just always busy......

Driest pizza I've ever eaten. The dough was under cooked, the cheese had no taste and there was next to no tomato sauce on the pizza. Tasted bland, threw most of it away. The kebab was also mushy. Delivery took an hour (20 minutes late), but that wasn't the worst thing: would've rather the food didn't arrive at all. Don't feel like eating pizza ever again after eating this.

They ran out of cookie dough and gave me ice cream instead. Seeing as they already have Ben and Jerry's on the list

I ordered a large pizza they brought a xl so I had to pay more and there was no chilli or mayo at all disappointed only thing was they ordered the food on time

First time having food from here and I seem to have gotten food poisoning after eating a chicken burger. Not very happy.

Just ordered some food and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. I love the food from this place and the people who delivered the food are nice friendly and I’ll recommend this place to all my family and mates

Just ordered pizza doe is raw and all that's on it is cheese no puree what so ever.havent ordered from here in 4 years for same reason.and still hasn't changed.wont be going back.give me Milano any day.

This place has gone down hill big time will never use again the deep pan pizzas have less crust than a thin pan pizza and theres a funny taste to them very dissapointed

Only one star and thats for the garlic bread. Ordered 12" thin base Tikka feast, onion rings, garlic bread and 3 pieces of southen fried chicken. So if I removed 20 or so of pea sized bits of tikka we could call it plain pizza or even cheese pizza Southen fried chicken was ordinary fried chicken? No coating and was very dry, most went in the bin Onion rings were very stodgy, again the bin was eating well, the type with onion bits in, not a full onion ring. yuk A Very disapointing meal

Used pizza own for ages never had a problem till not long ago orders burgers for the kids they had mold on the bottom kids couldn't eat it vile then me and my partner had a pizza mold on the base ov it give them the bennifit of dought thought it would be just a one off but no orders again pizza base had mold on the bottom make sure u check it ppl
