Pita way in Birmingham

Very stingy, they give tiny portions for very high price. I ordered a beef burger meal and i got a mini burger, the packing box is smaller than other shops. They also serve cheap crinkled chips from lidl next door. £4.25 for this.

We made a massive order, the team at Pita Way did an amazing job, everyone enjoyed your chicken, lamb wraps - the fries were just 😍 Thank you again for your hard work in preparing all this for us and delivering in a timely manner. Would recommend 👍🏻👍🏻🤤

A bit too salty the kebab but very tasty

Ordered a Chicken Burger and Chips, Chips were fine i guess were just asda ones heated up, the chicken burger had no taste, had brown lettuce in it, Very unhygienic when they were making them, The man was touching his phone then touching the food. Not good interior. Waste of money wont be ordering again, Greggs next door rather go there.

There chicken burger is a steak burger. They don't do fillet burgers. Nasty horrible.meat

Overall, the food is of mediocre quality due to the fact that many of their dishes, their chips for example, are just heated Asda purchased crinkle cut variety, they are often poorly cooked, mushy, wet and with very little flavour. Their hot dogs are large brotwursts which have a strong beefy flavour, although they are edible, they leave a lot to be desired and do not have me wanting to order again. The chicken shawarma on the other hand, is my only reason for giving this any star rating at all, it is so good that I have awarded the restaurant 3 stars. The chicken shawarma permits clients to pick a multitude of authentic vegetables and pickles to acompany the meal, the meat is suculent and full of flavour and always well cooked. Unfortunately the prices, on every single item, is excessively high and even if all other food were of similar quality to the shawarma, there is no justification for this high price set to affect the consumer. You will be able to find a shawarma of similar quality for half the price elsewhere with little trouble. The staff have a very poor level of English, which is reflected in the spelling of food items in the online store, one example being lettuce being described as "letice"; if it were not somewhat endearing and giving me a chuckle I would find the restaurant dubious at best and avoid based on the spelling errors alone. The staff seem to be unhygenic, and the atmosphere is drab, I strongly suspect there is atleast one if not more infestations. When ordering online, expect the food to be packaged poorly, apart from the shawarmas which will be packed correctly; and on some occassions you will have missing items from your order, mainly drinks. If you do decide to order from here, I would recommend the chicken shawarma with the works.

I've been here twice and always I've been treated well. Today I've been welcomed by a nice and polite lady. I've ordered a portion of fries, chicken nuggets and a halloumi burger. Food was made fresh and ready in around 6 min and cost only £7. Good price in my opinion 😌 The lady was polite by asking if I need any toppings and wished me a good day when I left. Smooth and nice experience + the location is clean/tidy. Thank you guys

if you want to eat dont bother!!! great place if you are on a diet and dont want to receive food though... driver can't find the end his nose let alone the person he is trying to deliver food too. PAINFUL!!!

Having ordered a large mixed meat and chips, and a large chips, I drove 10miles home only to find the chicken had been left out and the portions were really small. If you’re hungry, or short of cash, look elsewhere. Wouldn't use again and wouldn’t recommend 👎🏻

The food was lovely and authentic and the service was so nice and friendly. Real family run business by a great bunch who know how to serve delicious food. 10/10.

Ordered regular chicken burger meal the chicken was bigger than the burger roll and barley any salad in burger.Also ordered beef burger large meal.Portion size very small!! Not happy with the food at all.Delivery time was delayed also.wouldn’t recommend I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star! Awful

Was sent uncooked chicken when I was already unwell hence why I ordered food as I’m sick, luckily something told me to check inside the chicken before eating it. When I called up to complain I was told this is how it should be insulting my intelligence like I have never had grilled chicken before this was rushed the outside was cooked inside wasn’t. Been reported and food kept for investigation. It’s the first time I have ordered from here & wont be ordering from here again!!!

My partner ordered food at 8:30pm we were told it would be 20 mins late, an hour and a half later and several unanswered phone calls the driver finally delivered the food. Chips appeared cheap crinkle cut and soggy, not the best. Disgusting service won't be going there again

Terrible restaurant! Waited over 2 hours for delivery and never got any food. The first time I called the woman who answered said it’s with the delivery driver! Fast forward an hour later and they advise me my order was delivered to the wrong address and she can’t refund me. After reading the reviews this kind of thing happens a lot there. If you value your time and money don’t order from this place

Honestly really nice guys but unfortunately food was beyond terrible. Ordered a lamb shawarma and it was all mushy couldn't even tell if it was lamb and tasted off. Barely eat it and it went to the bin. Shame

The one star, is because I had to give something! Ordered 7 things off the menu, got told the order would be 45 minutes. 45 minutes later, the order hadn't arrived so a phone call to the restaurant was made (which is only someone's mobile number)! They said the food is delayed, and would be 20minutes. 20 minutes later, the food STILL hadn't arrived, so another phone call was made, and they told us that they had CANCELLED the order (without telling us)! They then hung up, and every time we called back they declined our call! Terrible customer service!

Didn’t follow delivery instructions asked for a simple extra pickles and they loaded it up with lettuce like I haven’t got lettuce at home, for over £7 I received a kids meal portion of chicken shawarma with a heap of salad, the hummus was dry and Rocky rather than a smooth paste. Sorry not for me.

Firstly, I walked into the shop and it was a little weird as the pictures and prices on the advertising board did not match the food you were actually ordering, this was very bizarre. Ordered some special boxes and took them home, but had a little resistance as they claimed the price on their own menu was not accurate and insisted each dish cost more than the advertised price, I was a bit frustrated at this..... Overall, pretty good from a flavour perspective but then my partner pulled out an almighty long hair from the mix of food, and blatantly not one of ours. This is pretty much unforgivable and why I have to rate it so low. Really disappointed with this place, its just the type of place we wanted in the area but it delivers nothing close to our minimum expectation. What a shame!

Just had a home made falafel wrap. Very delicious & full of flavour . Loved the tahini & green chilli sauces . 👌🏼👌🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Went today while at work for a quick bite , bought a shawarma wrap and it was amazing . Lovely good and very reasonable priced . Very good customer service . Food is loaded with salad which is amazing. Will be coming here more often . 😍

Not great. Chewy chunks of overcooked meat. Didn't like the smell. The fillings were soggy and not fresh. This made my pitta extremely wet and stick to the paper. It was probably heated up in the paper and the bread glued it self to the wrapper and turned gooey. Chips were crinkle chips with a weird herb seasoning. Not for me. I wanted to try it as an alternative to pitalicious and wish I spent a few quid extra and enjoyed my Friday takeaway instead.

The food was very well prepared. Delivered on time. Fantastic taste. Will order again.

Great food and service food very tasty and also Order again

Food wise the flavours were very different from what I expected and you could taste each ingredient in the wrap. You could tell that the meat was clean and I particularly liked the sauce which I later found out was homemade. The shop is clean and seeing how the staff handles food was very reassuring. The staff are friendly, patient and understanding in the face of indecisiveness. Before I left they asked me how I found my food and whether the "portion was satisfying since it was a feedback they had been getting"; I personally found a single wrap very satiating and filling, perhaps more than I'd like to. The wrap itself wasn't thick enough to steal from the filling but the filling was enough to make you full halfway through, even whilst the ingredients didn't fall out and was easy to hold; which I found impressive and noteworthy. Great work and food for their low takeaway prices. I'll definitely visit again to try that falafel and pastitsio!

Delicious fresh hand prepared ingredients. Love their green chilli sauce. Staff were very friendly and encouraged me to try before serving. Healthy whole plant foods plenty choices for vegans. I'll definitely be back!

as we were walking with my friends we stopped this restaurant to get something to eat quickly, it was one of the best things we had eaten in general I really liked the Greek menus it had and the behavior of the employee I was very satisfied so guys will see you soon☺☺

Tried Pita Way tonight for the first time. Noor & the staff were extremely friendly & discussed food options. Lovely fresh food & a bit different from the norm round these parts. We will definitely be back.

I recently visited Pita Way as it looked fairly new and wanted to try something and my experience was excellent. The customer service was great and staff were kind and friendly with also having the workplace hygienic and tidy. I don’t regularly eat greek food this was a good change I really enjoyed the lamb and the variety of salads and sauces I recommend to anyone who wants to try something new as the food is packed with great taste and flavour and is great for anyone wanting to try Greek and Arab cuisine will be visiting again very soon!

Had the lamb kebab and chips food was lovely but the portion was a bit small
