The new management is absolutely amazing and food was really delicious and hot specially pizza and kebabs.

Well, it’s first time visit to pizza king it was brilliant food specially kebab and pizza is amazing.

Wow after long time pizza king go back to the high quality food and good service friendly

Had a stamp card completed with this restaurant on Just Eat. They then changed their account and my stamp card is now useless.

ordered through just eat on a few occasions and the food has been okay but last few times it has been over 30 mins late with no apologies as to why or anything. think its time to find somewhere else

Very bad service. I made an order of peri peri chicken wings and wraps and what was delivered something else. Chicken wings smeared with curry sauce. Please please stay away from this place. Their food is horrible . This place should just be closed off

Ordered on just eat and selected to pay cash. Had a call from the restaurant in a matter of minutes saying that I have to pay card. Expressed I can only only pay cash and restaurant said they’re not going to make the order. Why have the option to pay cash if you’re gonna call and say we can’t? Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service is awful.

If I could give zero stars I would of. I ordered a lamb shish kebab and literally got 2 beef burger patties chopped up into strips and fries, my partner and mother ordered donner kebab with mayonnaise which was none existent and the donner meat was dry. Definitely will not be coming back here purely because I was looking forward for an actual shish kebab again not some burger patties.

Food cold but that was due to the delivery driver delivering multiple other orders before mine, I open my “KING” size kebab what a joke that was I’d love to see their regular one, portion size is small for what you’re paying for Not to mention the salad and mayo that I requested also basically none existent

Ordered food from here and because they didn't have a item i ordered they just replaced it for something else cheaper them item I ordered when I phoned they said there driver contacted me 3 times but had no calls of them and they said sorry and will put a note for next time there won't be a next time never using again

Ordered two veggie burger and chips and one chicken burger and chips plus cans of coke.Chips were cold . The chicken ,family member said was dry and stale tasting so chucked it away due to it being inedible .Usually very good but not today. Took at least an hour to arrive.Driver actually said food may be cold(he was right)

Ordered food from here, took an hour and a half to come. When it arrived it was completely the wrong order. The delivery driver said he'd dropped the wrong food off and told us not to ring the restaurant. Offered to give us £8 and keep the small pizza and chips that was delivered (the food order was over £20 and for multiple people) and call it even, the driver sucked his teeth multiple times and was extremely rude. Eventually got through to the restaurant and they said they'd resend food, It's currently taken 4 hours and the food still hasn't arrived. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Disgusting service

Probably the best place to buy burgers. Spent £5 for a special burger meal with fries and a drink, but you don't even have to choose the premade ones, ask him to build the burger you want and he'll make it for you customized. I had grilled beef with mozzarella cheese, fried mushrooms, red onion, and jalapenos. Definitely recommend it, they do have cheaper burgers at at £2.50 I believe, theyre also tasty.

Pipping hot food, really neatly packaged, food arrived way before expected time, really enjoyed it, defo the best FOOD in the local area by far.

Genuinely one of, if not the, worst pizzas I've ever had. Almost impressive that you've managed to get so much grease to pool on top of the oversalted cheese from cooking, and yet managed to undercook the base. Like, it's not even brown. Don't worry though, we had some paper towels to dab the grease off, only took 4 sheets of Plenty. Got the order wrong too - Dr Pepper isn't the same as Pepsi guys. Guessing the dips were premade as they weren't the worst. But that's it. The dips. The dips made this bearable. That's pretty ridiculous. Got some leftover frozen chips in the oven now... Can't wait for a meal tonight 👍

The food here is not edible me and my friends order a delivery we spent about 50 pounds. We called after was supposed to be delivered by an hour and they said 30 mins and the driver had it.we drove to them and the food was there and we took it and it was missing food,the food we got was disgusting like it was acc unreal how disgusting it was the nachos looked like they have been glued with a cheap glue the turkey burger is acc horrible like it is acc unbelievable how bad it was don't ever buy from here even if you r starving

!! AVOID AVOID!! Absolutely shocking. Nothing but attitude from the person on the other end of the phone. Paid 4.49 each for 2 burger meals, recieved only 1 burger, no fries with that, no 2nd burger meal either, when called admitted they forgot the fries and adamant they sent second burger, they did not, refused redelivery and refund. Said I was gonna leave a bad review and they stated they didn't care/mind if I did. Disgusting behaviour and I will be reporting. AVOID.

I had the worst experience ever!!!!!!! First of all, I entered the place and the workers looked so unhappy and miserable. I made the order and was asked to go back to collect 15mins later. I went back in 20mins later and the guy with beard said there is no order in a very impolite and or it respectful manner. I asked why wasn’t my order done, he said The guy who took the order is gone for delivery and I don’t have time to explain. He almost attacked us in his way of talking and body language. These guys shouldn’t be in the UK!! The behave like animals. I am so discussed that people still behave this way in our country!!!!!

Poor Quality/Taste Ordered 2 large BBQ Pizzas (due to misinformation on uber eats) and Fries from uber eats somehow you can't order one pizza. Can't express my disappointment. The meat was dry and not tasty at all. Fries were not fresh and oil left a very bad taste in mouth. It is advertised as halal but pizzas smell so bad. Really tried making sense of taste but couldn't.

Ordered from here last night through deliveroo told me my order would be here by 25 past 6 didn't turn up till 10 to 8 with two out of the three pizzas we ordered having wrong topping they did send another pizza out with the right toppings on but still not the point after waiting two hours for your food the last thing you need is to be ringing up and complaining about not having right toppings wont be ordering again

Very very bad experience. Bad customer service, providing false information. Lying to customers giving misleading information to get rid of me the first time I complained!!! I ordered the food to come at 8:40pm due to me fasting. It in fact came at 6:00pm. I called them and they said we will put credit on my number. 2 weeks later I call to get pizza and they say I should have ordered the next day not 2 weeks later. They did not make this clear or mention anything of this sort when talking to me over the phone. If you say next time, the next time will be when I want it not when they believe i should have a pizza. The customer service was terrible and the "manager" who I was supposedly talking to was arguing with me over the phone. If you want customers to come back don't argue with them. It's purely rude. AND DO NOT MISLEAD THE .

Was good when first ordered but standards dropped, continuously getting order wrong, food has come cold, and not even putting right quantity of food. Had to wait over 2.5 hours for food and even then it turned up wrong!

Awful customer service would give 0 stars if I could. Asked for no mayo on a kebab as I am lactose intolerant however it came doused in mayo! When I called up to complain they lied and said that our order wasn't on their records and no uber eats employees delivered it to us. That is partly true as they don't have uber deliverers as they deliver it themselves it even says so on the app. So again another lie. Absolutely disgusted with this, recommend you to not order from this place. Another thing is that when we tried to get the uber reciept up from my email it had mysteriously disappeared. Coincidence, I think not!

Ordered a chicken parmesan last night as I'm originally from Middlesbrough where this product originates. Absolutely disgusting. I'd recommend a member of staff pay a visit up north to understand how they should be made (or even google!). Was not worth the 30 minute drive I made across Birmingham

Don’t waste your time, after waiting over 2 hours I was told I didn’t answer my phone. I’ve had signal the whole time, another worker said my order got mixed up with someone else’s. Now I’ve been told it could take a further 30-45 minutes. Don’t waste your time- go to Pizza Hut.

Very average food. Ordered cheesy chips, recieved just chips. Onion rings were average. Don't bother with the 4 sauces deal. You get about 3 chips worth out of 1 pot. Shocking, really.

An hour late and they stopped answering the phone! We ordered on Just Eat and received a time. After 15 minutes late we called to enquire and was told “driver on the way” however after another 20 minutes (shop 5 minutes down the road) we tried calling again but this time they wouldn’t even answer the phone. Disgusting customer service. These guys need to go out of business. Try somewhere else. Driver then tried to blame the rain!! Obviously the rain stops their phone working... total joke!!

Food good but the delivery service is shocking. Keep on waiting for one and half hours for your order. They keep promising it will be there in 10 minutes but you know they are lying. Staff don't care and not bothered. I was a good customer to them but no more.

It was fantastic and the pizza was so delicious ,I loved it!

The pizza was very nice but the sauce was kinda weird for a pizza but it tasted okay. The mixed kebab was good but the amount of doner compared to chicken was small. The chilli was nice but the amount of naan was really small for the size of the kebab and the chips were bad. I typically don't like chips with my kebab and wish there was an option for with or without. The best thing about this place is the amount and variety of meal deals and offers that are on, especially for students which is great.

Ordered through just eat about an hour before my lunch break as I only get allotted 30 minutes, 15 minutes after the due time I get a phonecall from just eat saying that the order was cancelled. Restraunt never called directly they left it to justeat. Overall not impressed will never use again!

Food was absolutely ridiculous. waited 2 hours for the food when it finally did everything can be thrown away. Parmessan chicken was cold cheese was hard and the sides was burnt. The garlic bread was soggy chewy and wet. The onion rings were cold and soggy. The chips are wet cold and soggy like a wet rubber. The nuggets gone cold and hard and the free pizza was massive with only 4 pepperoni and plus its ice cold. Absolute waste of money the journey to mine takes only 10 min. Ridiculous restaurant and the driver had no appology when i told him ive waited 2 hours plus he goes theres a free pizza. The worst service i ever had.

This pizza was far from Royalty the meat feast you provided was exquisite while the margarita was Dyer even Danny agreed, I dropped a slice of it on the floor right next to my Cane Corso and even he gagged, passed out and agreed with Danny Margarita?, more like marga couldn’t eater, it’s been a week since I’ve eaten this pizza and I still have flashbacks ( I mean nightmares) and heave at the thought it and will definitely not be buying from this establishment ever again as it was absolute Danny Also the delivery driver looked like he had had one too many packets and I’m not on about crisps or chocolate that’s right, you heard it here first the driver was on Ketamine cough cough the special K and proceeded to ask me if I wanted key.... I took one and it was the worst key I have ever had as I am the ketamine connoisseur, to be honest I’m not even sure this was ketamine as all that really happened to my horse was that it’s jaw started swinging and proceeded to do gun fingers to house music and drum and bass

Food took an hour and 30 to come and when it did wasnt worth the wait it was absolutly discusting full £25 order was put straight in the bin!!! Please dont call it a chicken parmesan when its clearly not and as i am from middleavrough i should know you can advertise it as a foul chicken mess

Not impressed. Food turned up wrong and was given 2 different answers when asked if they were going to bring the correct order back down. So was refunded when i was told the food was going to be brought back down to me. Only found out when i rang and the person on the phone was not friendly, rude and not helpful.

Awesome food the half/half thin crust (in the wild one half and Donna and chicken kebab meat on the other) followed by a 500ml tub of haagen-dazs cookies and cream I swear to God I nearly cum in my pants. I'd give it two thumbs up but I'm currently sucking them lol
