Used to be best takeaway in area its absolutely shocking nar food always looks soggy and not cooked I wouldn't feed it to my dog

Why the sudden price hike? £8 for a donner wrap now, wont be my weekend go to now, ridiculous prices.

Love food from here got a chef special kebab the pic is only half of the portion very tasty 🤤 also comes with chips but don’t have them on my plate 🍽️

Well got food and it was over cooked and some was burnt later that night was on the loo wasn’t pretty never again

Staff Very friendly manager is a really nice man very friendly recommend it to anyone the food is perfect always hot when it arrives and you get plenty the pizza's are perfectly cooked.

Its disgusting !! for the price of it its ridiculous. the pizza is full of grease (literally cheese is dripping off) and the chips have near to no paprika on them even when we asked for extra!! and everything is over cooked

Only put one star cos can't put zero, this was one of the best places about by far !!!! But last few times I have had to ring up because order was wrong or something was up, just had 2 sets of chicken wings first one was cold the second was that pink fort was going to come back alive, took to shop and that's how it is I was told 🤣🤣 selling cold and pink chicken should be shut down !!! Shame its not like it ust to be, definitely won't order from here again!!!

RIP OFF LUDICROUS PRICES Price increase is astronomical. We usually pay around £28 for 4 12" pizzas....after the price increase we were told it was now £50 for the same order. This is disgusting! Best Pizza Mexborough was £24.50 for the exact same order, and to be fair they were better pizza.

Food is always quick delivery and recently with my last order threw in a Christmas gift, just one of reasons this is best takeaway in goldthorpe, always loved their cheesey chips prices have gone up lately which sucks but hey everything is atm

Recently our orders have been constantly messed up from here, missing chicken from our order, ketchup on chicken when we didn't order for it to be there, burnt food and when we call up to complain the staff are rude and just do not care. This place used to be very good in their quality of food. Sad to see that it's going downhill. I won't waste my money here anymore.

Customer service was absolutely disgusting nothing worse than been a regular customer and getting called a lier phoned to order my usual create your own calzone normally 4 topping told me I was only allowed 3 and said for the 4 would be cheese I had to pay more and it's always been 3 topping for ages all lies and I ordered only last week ham/Donna/pepperoni/and cheese that's 4 as I spend 20 every week not now definitely wouldn't recommend don't value there customer

Just ordered a mixed shish kebab wrap from pizza palace goldthorpe absolutely disgusted paid £6.50 for this and hardly anything inside it, rang up and told them they were like " that's what it is "...won't be ordering from them again...also the woman on the phone very unhelpful clearly no customer service skills! Should be ashamed of themselves.

Always ordered from here been brilliant until today missed item off of order. Won't be ordering again move on to next takeaway

Fresh, tasty food, fast delivery and our favourite takeaway now. We often get the goldthorpe special kebab and its plenty to feed 3 adults. On a weekend you May be lucky enough to sample the turkish bread. And it is simply gorgeous.

Had food from here a couple of times now. I find it good quality food, tasty. Never had to wait long for delivery 3 miles away and friendly delivery service. Kebabs are different from here to other takeaways. It comes with rice but found it really quiet nice😋 Enjoyed it and will order one again.

Expensive for the food quality they give, good standard food, just don't think there worth the prices they charge at all, they put cold drinks with your chips, so by time it arrives your chips are cold and soggy and your pop is warm.

Despite the negative reviews the food is absolutely amazing. Some people just don't appreciate good food and I was a chef for 5 years so I know what I'm talking about. Tonight was the first time we tried your food as a mistake because my son put the chicken in the freezer that we had just bought from asda for dinner 🙈 we will definitely be back thank you so much the chicken tastes just like KFC and the calzone the pizza dough is soft. Incredible 🙂

If I could rate it lower I would. Where to start. I had to get the women on the phone to tell me my order three times because she kept missing things off. Then when it comes to the actual order. I pay for a 12 inch calzone and order a 12 inch calzone as the free one, to receive 2x10 inches. I phone up the shop and all I get in response is I've only charged you for 10 inches. When on the website when i added my order it came to the same total if she would have charged me for 12 inches. I also ordered some onion rings. These were extremely greasy and were like they weren't even cooked and where all mush. Absolutely will not be ordering from here again and will not recommend to anyone ethier.

Terrible online service ordered ove an hour and half ago and still no food. Rang up and they lied saying its been sentout 20 mins later ring again and it's not even been cooked yet. Pony service

I have had to put 1star as I couldn’t leave 0stars!!!, I ordered a chicken wrap for me pregnant partner!! And when it came there was a hair inside it!!!🤮 ,. When I called the shop up to complain and tolled them what we had found and we was tolled this: “ well I don’t know what to say there nowt you can”,... the woman then put phone down!!😡,. I’d strongly advise you stay away from this take away, it is clearly unhygienic and the customer service is atrocious!! STAY AWAY

My friend is a vegetarian so ordered chips and margarita pizza. The chips came with CHICKEN and Curcly fries which means he wont be eating the chip we have just bought , this means we wont be ordering chips again.

Usually the best place to go for my cheesy garlic bread. Though time before last it came without the usual amount of gooey cheese. So last time I ordered it I added extra cheese (for £1 to get back the glory days) but it came with the what looked and tasted the same amount of cheese. Dunno what's happened but I'll give it one more go.

The most discusting thing ever. I use to get chicken all the time then it started to mess with my stomach. I thought it was just me (even though i’ve ordered it for ages) then i ordered a goldthorpe special burger a few days ago and it gave me real bad food poisoning. The food has hit rock bottom, they even banned my sister because they tried passing black grit in the out of date chicken as “batter”. DO NOT GET ANY MEAT FROM PIZZA PALLACE The burgers are off, the donner meat is off, the chicken is off. I don’t know if pizza is bad since i don’t ever order pizza but i would guess so. I eaten for years and today is the day i stop. Health inspectors need to have a look at the place seriously.

Had ran out of an item but didn't ring to tell me, if they had i would have cancelled two or three other items, food wasn't great but not the worst.

Probably the best takeaway in the area really nice food across the board and the shop is spotless good to see a takeaway that takes pride in how it looks.

Cheap, decent quality food in large quantities. It's actually the perfect takeaway place and I'm glad it's so close by. They do a large variety of food with great deals, but not too much variety to the point of overwhelming the consumer with choices. I highly recommend the chicken, personally I think it's a strong competitor against KFC.

I phoned up and ordered chips and kebab meat with salad they brought the delivery and didn't bring my salad so they had to bring it back then I opened the salad put it on my kebab meat and chips and found a big hair in my kebab meat and chips will never go here again it's disgusting!!! and they wouldn't do a thing about it all they did was laugh on the phone and said no one works there with long hair! Obviously there is!!😠
