Amazing food and a real family feel. Love the look and atmosphere. Staff make the place. Thank you see you next weekend.

Take away piza was awful undercooked soggy wet base. Spare ribs were not fit for a dog. It looked like pig swill. Definitely not worth the money. Won't be using again.

Went here for dinner today, the staff were lovely and the food was so good. Will definitely drive the 40 mins+ and go again.

Turned up without booking, very friendly lady met us and the service was fast and efficient. Excellent pasta dish and garlic bread, highly recommended! Been a couple more times to this place, always excellent!

Our first visit to Pizza on the Piazza, and we will certainly return. Food was amazing, eacg dish was delicious and also well presented. All staff were friendly and helpful. Give this lovely little place a whirl, you'll love it.

Lovely little spot with authentic Italian pizza. Great range of pastas, pizzas and drinks. Really reasonable prices and there was very efficient service from the lovely staff/owners.

Up there with the best. Not many out there to beat a pizza from here. Only small, but you get the personal touch. Dont get caught out, it only opens Thu-Sun early evening i think. Check first

We asked the team at Pizza on the Piazza to supply a large selection of pizzas for our daughters birthday party. They were very accommodating and helpful, from our initial enquiry through to collection. The pizzas tasted amazing and we had a lot of happy faces. The perfect way to cater for a Party!

Moved to Great Ecc in August and have dined in and had takeaways several times. Eating in has always been fab. Food, atmosphere and service great. Takeaways tasty too and a great shout when you just want to chill at home. Sooo glad they’re here and better still…practically on the doorstep. 10 out of 10.

We get take aways on a regular basis and the quality is always great. It’s my sons favourite pizza so we decided to eat in with him and a few friends for his 9th birthday. Food was fantastic as was the service. The kids were a bit loud at times but we were made to feel welcome and everyone was understanding they were just kids enjoying themselves. We had a lovely time and will definitely be back.

Needed a quick bite as our son was at football training and didn’t fancy standing out in the rain for an hour on Friday night. Stumbled into this place thinking it’s a Pizza place. We couldn’t have been more wrong. This place is a hidden gem. The food on this menu belongs in a top Manchester Italian where you’d pay double the prices. Wife had salmon pasta and I had lobster ravioli both dishes sensationally cooked and beautifully presented. The wines were top shelf quality even had draught beer. All this for the price of an average lunch is brilliant value. We will definitely be back. Thank you for accommodating us.

If you love pizza, this place is definitely worth checking out! Authentic with high quality toppings at an extremely reasonable price. The service was extremely friendly and I'll definitely be back. There is limited seating though, so definitely book ahead to guarantee a seat!

I wouldn't give I star even tho it wasn't worth it!!!!!!Ordered and told 40 min wait. Told to come back as demanding time. Picked up 45 mins later and pasta as cold and horrible. Pizza cold wouldn't recommend 😢

The best Pizzas outside Italy! But not just pizza as everything from the pasta,ribs, seafood and tiramisu are excellent . A lovely family restaurant with great food and service.

We’ve just moved close by, and if I hadn’t, I would do just to be closer to this place 😂. This is without question the best pizza I’ve ever had, and the staff are great too. Visit here if you have the chance.

Thoroughly recommend. A great place for a take away pizza or pasta. We are so lucky to have this in our village. The staff are always really friendly. You can eat in but, as we live locally, we always get a take away.

Visited yesterday, absolutely fantastic food and hospitality. By far one of the best pizza places I know. My wife had the lobster ravioli and I had the Pizza Catalonia! Pizza is just how I like it and my wife loved the Ravioli. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend

Consistently excellent. The food is so good. The environment is peaceful. Yes, people pop in to collect take out food. This doesn't detract from the food nor service. We really enjoy the food here go try!

We visited with friends and had the most enjoyable meal. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The food was amazing and freshly cooked to order. My daughter has a nut and egg allergy and the staff and owner were really helpful. The owner advised of suitable meals which reassured us. What can I say.. we had a fab night. Shame you can’t open a restaurant in Leeds, Yorkshire!

The food here is a good standard, especially as it's located in a small village, but I've often found pizzas to be a slightly greasy and the pasta dishes uninspiring. Overall a good meal though.

Four of us had a fabulous evening with delicious pasta dishes and excellent house wine. The restaurant is tiny which creates a lovely buzzy atmosphere, with the wife of the chef being a brilliant host. Gracie mille!

Went to pick up a takeaway for our tea, was instantly met by a lovely lady who was very chatty. All social distancing measures were met and the food was absolutely delicious! Will definitely be visiting again!

A rare find. Had some pizzas and deserts both were excellent! Very tasty pizza bases and generous quality toppings. Theres a small eat in area, the takeaway we has was quickly prepared and cooked quickly. Will definitely be going again.

Tasty ..freshly made and lovely...i concur with the other reviewers ...I don't have takeàway pizzas nor do I like supermarket pizzas ...I like these though..I read somewhere on another site the Vesuvio was not spicy enough..I don't agree respectfully... ...take a big chainsaw to the chain stores mass produced mediocrity cardboard crust no taste left overs and go independent local and fresh ...not even dear ...many thanks...support your local business ...

Lovely little restaurant with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere serving delicious food. We ate here a few times before lockdown and have used the takeaway service while restaurants have been closed. Each time the food was spot on and I would thoroughly recommend.

Went tonight for the first time, heard good things from everyone who has been. Firstly they do GLUTEN FREE bases, I only wanted toppings that are always gluten free so I dont know about other toppings. We got 4 pizzas and they were awesome. The gluten free pizza was really really good, none of the weird taste that some gluten free products have. The other pizzas were "yummy" as well. Staff were fantastic shop is fantastic, there is a small area with tables and they were full of customers. 5☆☆☆☆☆

Food prepared by the owner and family members, from the deep south of Italy, where they really know about food. Individual attention, Excellently made dishes. And great pricing. I'll be back soon!

Visited on Saturday. The service was excellent and the food even better. Very reasonable prices. Nice and busy both in the small restaurant and with takeaways. Would recommend for sure.

I like pizza as much as anyone and can honestly say that the pizza that I had in this place was as good as any that I have had at home or away. Going again next week.
