Pizza on Thames in Kingston upon Thames

Absolutely appalling service, we ordered a family pizza deal and paid cash on delivery around 7:30pm, even told the delivery driver to keep the change! At 10:30pm the delivery driver turned up knocking on our front door, waking our kids up, claiming we had not paid for the pizza! After calling them up, all we got was a sorry! We will never use them again...

Food arrived cold pizza,chicken wings and garlic bread . garlic bread 2 rolls didn’t even taste like garlic Would not eat here again

Agreed on the phone to put garlic on my pizza base. Arrived with no tomato (no I'm not kidding!) They agreed to bring another one. When they did I opened the door to the driver fuming shouting very loudly and waving his hands in my face

Ordered from these guys via there menu for one of there deals which wa £17:99. once i made my order and advised i would like to pay by card i was told there was a 50p "service charge". When i questioned this i was told if i paid cash then no 50p charge. What i have gathered from this is that they are trying to add a surcharge on to card payments despite this being made illegal and there way around it is to call it a service charge. Definately will not be using them again.

We always use this shop for a cheap family take away! Reasonable prices, lovely fresh delicious pizza, really would not fault them. We order about three times a month. £7.50 for and extra-large pizza of you collect! Worth a try and make up.your own mind. We love it !

My company brought in a few of their pizzas for a Xmas lunch...excellent pizza...very tasty, lots of ingredients and the crust was cooked just right. Really liked it to the point where I had seconds! Highly recommended.

Ordered three 9" pizza mine being a peeking duck. You couldn't see any duck on the pizza. The base was dry but also greasy at the same time. I had a thin base. When I phoned to complain the staff were rude & clearly annoyed that I had complained. If you want a really bad pizza order from this place. My pizza was truly vile.

Poor food,stale, would not eat there. Ask for pepperoni on arrival just a small amount pepperoni torn up careless and unappealing. Staff standing out side smoking. 19

Nice pizza from here, usually delivered on time, good value, friendly staff, quicker to pick iy up if you are local
