Pizza Napolena in Calderdale

Food not too bad to be fair but they have cut the portions right down i got a mixed kebab they used to be full of stuff now its like a baby's portion with hardly anything in so not worth it for the money at all

Absolutely shocking, pre made shop bought base, one slice of pepperoni on each piece. Also ordered mixed kebab Nan uneadible and no sauces delivered. Leave well alone

What I got was not a home made base, topping was nice but bottom was like shop bought also took 1 hour to deliver.

Absolutely horrible ordered mixed kabab on nan with chilli sauce side. Got it poured chilli sauce all over it hardly any meat. Charged £9.80 never again

Ordered a takeaway which said would be 45 minutes, not arrived after a hour , when it arrived was missing a portion of chips , rang to tell them and they asked if we wanted them and if we did couldn't get them to us for ages, said not to bother very poor service will not use again

Cancelled my order however still charged me. I have not been refunded by the restaurant or the place where I ordered through. Terrible service.

I shopped local rather than going for Dominos or Papa Johns. It took a long time to arrive and when it did, there was little on it. I'd created my own and pretty much everything was sparse - especially the cheese. it looked like a nan bread with a few extras. I rang to complain and request a refund. I was told I would get one IF they came and picked up the pizza! Seriously? I'd sent images of it to their FB page. Who does that? I sat and waited for 90 mins and no one showed. I rang and asked for an update and the guy said he'd been and knocked but no one answered. There's a bell (lit up!). We'd been waiting and he was clearly making it up. He then changed his story and said I needed to contact dinerorder.com who managed the order. In the meantime, I ordered a Dominoes and it turned up on time, piping hot and looked and tasted like it should. £4 more, but lesson learned. DO NOT BOTHER.

Ordered through website ,received email to say order confirmed checking on app as to status of order said order received , then order being prepared, after an hour had passed tried to call but first message says on another call then message is number does not exist so drive to the premises after nearly hour and half to find the shutters down ..Please explain if your business is not open how you can accept orders and payment..Will be contacting bank to stop payment and never order from these people again !!

Food quality really nose dived. Mixed kebab was awful. Never ordering from them again.

Can't comment on the food quality as it didn't arrive and I couldn't get through on the phone to check where it was as Pizza Napolena didn't answer.

The kebab was hot and tasty. Only setback was the donner meat was a bit dryer than usual.

Placed an order and money was taken. After 90 mins my order hadn't arrived so I tried and tried to phone them, no answer. Luckily I'd not been drinking so I drove to the takeaway to find it closed!! Today is Monday and I have still not managed to get in touch with Pizza Napolina to get a refund.

Last on the delivery route as usual so was warmis to say the least. I will be taking a break from ordering takeaway .

Donner kebab was lukewarm in the middle cold around the sides, chilli sauce was just tinned crushed tomatoes and zero chilli and pitta was soggy!! Cheesy chips were nice but won’t be returning.

Ok we ordered two pizzas one Mexican it came with no chilli on. As well we ordered Toscana with no pepperoni and it was late so not a good start next time I’ll just order ham and mushrooms. That’s I believe is called Tropicana this what I got

Really poor service. Rang the restaurant after 20 minutes late, restaurant said the driver had just set off. Heard nothing for a further 20 minutes and rang back. Said the driver had been knocking on the door? Absolutely no way they had knocked on the door I was sat next to it. The driver turned up eventually after I had to go walking for it. Food absolutely stone cold. Called back and the restaurant denied everything and said they had been to the house blah blah and it was our fault. Long story short they said they would pick the cold food up and deliver fresh, no surprise to say they didn’t. Won’t be ordering again, food rubbish and attitude even worse.

Got the wrong pizza base and they sent a drink we didn't order. The BBQ sauce on the pizza was incredibly runny. They did manage to sort a special requirement for the nachos but all in all this was the worst pizza I think I've ever had.

2.5 hour wait for our order. When it arrived it was wrong and barely warm. They did eventually send the correct Pizzas but I honestly thought that they could do a good job.... The clue is in their name but clearly not. When phoning to chase our order he informs us that they wait to get a few orders from the same area to save on delivery trips. Sensible but surely letting your customers know that there could be a 2.5 hour wait would be better practice.

45 minutes late, arrived Luke warm at best, very poor customer service. Never order from here.

Didn't get what we paid for, food cold and no cheese on pizzas and salad was brown in kabab. Tried to ring them no answer so will not be ordering from them ever again.

Have ordered from here for years and years. Last 2 orders over the last few months have been massively late each time, over an hour and last time my order was cancelled. Won't be going there again.

Not the first time I’ve ordered so didn’t expect the food to be almost 40 mins late. Tried to call no answer. Included in our order was a pizza which wasn’t editable and didn’t even consist of what I ordered. Couldn’t even get in touch to complain or ask what had happened? Would like to request a refund.

My food was late it came 15 minutes late, the box it came in has gone soggy because of the cheese sticking to the lid, the chips I got with my nuggets were also soggy, they arrived in a broken box. My pizza was also cold. I did not finish my meal.

Great pizzas, done just how i ask for them..favourite is the mexicana without mushrooms..they make the topping fall off and the base soggy

The pizza came 45 mins late and it was the wrong base and it had toppings missing both of which we had paid extra for so not happy about this

Firstly our order was 1 hour and 15 minutes late. Once the food arrived there wasn’t a single correct item that we’d ordered in the delivery. My poor husband has had to drive all the way to brighouse to take it back and get the correct food we’ve paid for. Disgusted and will never use these them again.

45 minutes late. Nobody has answered the phone, like I didn't know till half an hour passed the delivery time that it's going to be so much later on or if my food is even going to turn up, this is awful customer service. I understand times are crappy right now and you might be understaffed but people would be much more understanding of a late delivery if you sent them a message or called them to let them know.

Order placed at 18.09 & confirmation email received stating estimated delivery time of 19.30. For arrived at 20:15. it was warm but not piping hot. 2 hours to make and deliver 3 pizzas is rubbish. Tried contacting the restaurant to find out what was happening - phone not answered. Diabolical customer service all round

Absolutely shocking. Avoid at all costs. They rocked up over an hour late 2 hour ten mins took for our order to arrive. Ordered two vegetarian pizzas and cheesy chips. One pizza had wrong ingredients on. And the other came with meat on... chips seemed like they were made yesterday. Rang pizza place to be told they’d send the pizzas and chips again within 20 mins... rings back 1hr later seeing where my order is, (rather hungry now) to be told They’ve refunded me... no money or apology. Avoid at all costs

Really disappointed had good food from here before. Food was cold delivery was late. I ordered before they opened so should have been the first to get my order. I know they have probably had lots of deliveries before ours or they forgot about our order such a shame won't be getting from here again.

Was so disappointed with our order today. My household have been ordering from here on and off for the last 20 years. Today we had multiple problems with our order, and this isn’t the first time we have had multiple problems ordering from this establishment: 1) we ordered a shish kebab without sauce and without salad but when it arrived it was a chicken and shish kebab that had salad in which shows they don’t read the orders properly. 2) the meat in the kebab was really pink/red inside so it was inedible. 3) we orders nachos that are meant to come with sour cream and salsa and neither came with the order. 4) we ordered drinks and the wrong drinks came. 5) we had to wait 1 hour 30 mins for our food to arrive. This wouldn’t be so bad if this was a one off but this happens really often. The deliver drivers and the staff at the takeaway are incredibly rude and disrespectful. I and the people within my house will never be ordering from here again!!! And I suggest you don’t either as they will mess up some part of your order if not the whole order like they do every single time.

Food was delivered on time and it was hot and fresh, delivery staff was really cheerful and pleasant to talk to. We ordered two mixed naan bread kebabs, meat was outstanding and well cooked. We didn't like mushrooms in our kebabs (however the chunks were big so easily moved off the portion) and we would have preferred for the sauces to be provided in a pot rather than spread over the food already - however the sauce was lovely alongside the dish.

On time ... despite major roadworks to contend with. Everything piping hot, and enjoyable.

Was told food would be here at 7:45, didn’t turn up till 8:30. When the food finally came the driver gave me the wrong change, so I was made to pay extra for waiting longer..

Food was barely even lukewarm. Tasted lovely after I’d put it in the microwave for 30 seconds though !

We love Pizza Napolina and are aware that Saturday night is busy, but it took 2 hours from the point of ordering for 2 burgers and 2 small pizzas. 45 minutes longer than their estimated time of 70 minutes. We were near enough ready to give up and go to bed by the time it arrived. Really disappointed - especially since when I called them 5 minutes after the estimated delivery time to check in, they said they were busy and hung up on me without giving any sort of ETA. Really wish there had been a notification from them through the app to tell us they were running late as soon as they knew they wouldn't make it for their estimated time. Won't be ordering from here again on a Saturday.

Food came over an hour late so we decided to make our own food.

Absolutely terrible it took 2 hours from placing the order to have it delivered! It was not charred it was burnt no charred veggies. Doner meat looked like it had been chewed and put in the nann. Never again will I order from this place it was disgusting and they should be ashamed of what they are sending out to customers £20 down the drain

Once again a late delivery. They seem unable to cope with demand. Long waits and luke warm food will lose them their customer base.

Appreciate this is a busy Friday night but yet again, delivery was late by 25 minutes. And yet again, the order was incorrect. Called restaurant to query and was assured replacement would be delivered. 90 minutes later, still no sign of replacement so spoke to Just Eat representative who spoke to the restaurant and assured me it would be delivered with 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes later, no sign. 1 hour later no sign.

Will not order from here again. Service horrendous, rang twice and told food on way. 2hrs late!! ended up going to shop and insisting order cooked fresh. Staff arogant. Will never order again. Totally gone downhill recently!

ordered food at 530 online, notified delivery at 630. Phoned up at 650 to ask where food was to be told it was with the driver. At 710 rang again to be told the same so went down to get fresh food as they wouldn't give a refund, driver turned up at house at 725 and said food was still warm even though it had allegedly been in a car for over half an hour, not the first time late delivery or they have accepted an online order when they were shut. Terrible service will not use again.

Delivery was late then we hit did arrive it looked like it had been thrown all the kitchen and shoved into a box then sent out for delivery!! The pizza toppings were barely even on the pizza, it was sloppy, massive waste of a tenner! Threw it in the bin!

I thought after my last horrible burnt meal I would give them another chance but boy I was so wrong, I ordered a shoebox special kabab yes it came in a shoe box but I was shocked when I saw what was inside, hardly no filling and just dough round the outside. I can't believe they did this though. Mostly dough n looked more like a Cornish pasty, I would not normally review but I think I'm that angry it needed to be expressed. I'm sorry but no more chances with me now...... Thanks for nothing!!!!

Would of been nice for someone to pick the phone up! Missed the Oreo milkshake off the order at £3.50! Tried calling to resolve but no answer!

Ordered bbq chicken and it came with peppers, onions and ham. Nothing on menu states bbq chicken comes with peppers, onions or ham. Waste of Money, couldn't eat it

I never had any problem in the past, this time i had, I made an on line, when I got there , the food was not ready, and They gave the wrong order, i have returned the order , and walked out , they used to be the best takeaway in brighouse, i do not what happen to them, If they need me to go back they have to offer better service, and a free meal to assure me they are back in their stripe

Asked for a pizza with ingredients and paid for them. However the restaurant decided they wouldn’t put them on but still charged me for them anyhow. They got money out of me for nothing.

They delayed the order by 25 mins which is fine because they are busy but then it was delivered 20 mins later than that. Making my whole order around 45 mins late. I tried to call the shop for an update but they are just not answering the phones at all Unfortunately The pizza arrived stone cold, everything else was fine.
