The pizza was stone cold and burnt and no taste whats so ever!!

The food was at my door within 20 minutes and excellent quality will be using again!!

Lovely food I had a issue with my order (my fault ) I rang and the lady I spoke to was amazing and amended my order for me nothing was to much trouble

I have always ordered my chicken kebab from here, but I think it will be my last, absolutely shocking the chicken used to get big chunk, not now, definitely not worth £10. I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Delivery was early which was good. The food itself would have been lovely if it wasn't all freezing !The fries were soggy. also asked for dr pepper and got pepsi . Maybe put the cans of pop in a separate bag next time.

Food was terrible tonight we always order from pizza mains the chicken kebab was the most scabbiest bit of chicken on a stick the kebab pizza was absolutely awful kebab was burnt and scabby bits the chips where soggy and cold we won’t be returning

The salad was dripping too much cabbage water everywhere it was purple and stained!! Kofta was too thin and salt less and large portion should have been more! Garlic sauce is bit stronger too.

Pizza was ok come warm but the chocolate cake was rock hard and taisted stail and rock hard would not recommend the cake or deserts at all not worth the money at all

Ordered food tonight everything was absolutely delicious and boiling hot, delivery took no longer than 15 minutes will defiantly be back again the best food I’ve had in a long time.

chicken kebab was horrible and was pink inside paid 12.50 for it and couldnt eat it went in bin it was that bad

Chicken kebab is bang in chios arrived cold, but ti he expected with delivery, kebab isnt if the best quality visually, tastes ok but is full if grissle

Food was piping hot, however the base was as thin as paper & soggy so all the topping fell off when you picked a slice up. Saying that it was still very tasty.

Absolutely beautiful pizzas , my autistic son is very fussy but he thoroughly enjoyed his pepperoni pizza , will definitely order from here again thankyou 😋

We’ve ordered from here a LOT and it has never been anything but perfect. The pizzas are always hot, perfect toppings, no grease - like something out of a photoshoot. Beautiful every time. Only thing would be the fries are little soggy as they’re really thin. But the kebabs and pizzas are out of this world. Best in easington/peterlee by far. Oh and always REALLY quick with delivery.

Code wasn't asked for on delivery. Food absolutely fine but what's the point if a code if the delivery driver doesn't ask for it

Food is great not going to lie lady on phone is lovely but got my takeaway and had a different size than last night so I called back up and they said last night someone must have the wrong size to me then after we open the kids meals to see it was cold called back again to explain this said it’s fine as it’s for my child and didn’t want it really hot anyways then I realised that a drink didn’t come with the kids meal so I called up lovely lady on phone but she then asked another women in the back ground who said she put it in witch million percent she didn’t and I tho that was very rude to then she said well u call about this then that now it’s this that u didn’t say before how rude yes I understand it was a lot of calls but the first time was the size and we didn’t open anything else then when we did open we called to say was cold but didn’t want them to do anything just wanted to let them know then I called up as I looked at the menu and kids meal was meant to have a drink witch the women in there lied and said she put it in so she lied to me and the women I spoke to over the phone as was no such things she was really rude to say the things she said and to have lied. I wouldn’t care if it was a missing drink for us but my child it’s a different story then to lie is unacceptable

Ordered the triple cheeseburger and pizza with fries, food came boiling hot (which was perfect), no complains at all and will be ordering from there again. Friendliest delivery driver and nothing missing or incorrect. Enjoyed the seasonings on the fries and the burger is a monster (thick burger meat which wasn't dry at all)

absolutely ridiculous customer service , i phoned to order food the women on the line taking orders was very cheeky stated i was laughing on the phone i am a fully grown adult all i wanted was to try a new pizza place she then told me to come in and order the food as i was laughing then hung up on me i got my farther in law to phone and order and the same happened again declined order due to “laughing” do not recommend

Didnt even get to taste the food as the staff on the phone would not take a collection order and wanted me to drive over n wait for my food bad buisness just lost out and i will never try to use the place again

orded my food at 12:30pm it's now 2am, it said should be delivered between 1:20 and 1:40 but nothing. I understand shop shuts at 1:30am but if you carnt accept the order dont do it also now I'm £11.85 down and no food

The chicken kebab was very nice and very hot but the chips were fries and were quite cold.

Mouldy chilli sauce . Half cooked pizza. Onion rings were banging though for standard rings. Ate the rings the rest went in the bin

shawarma was slimy. not nice. but the kebab was beautiful. very plentiful too. sauces are tiny but tasty

This is my favourite Pizza place as they have a variety of food to choose from, vwrt reasonably priced.

Got a pizza and garlic delivered and it was burnt and the cheese was hard and wasn't warm.

Not happy… just moved house and we’ve got no working oven or fridge, so we opted to order instead. We placed the order around 00:50 and it’s now half 2 with still no delivery. I had to ask FoodHub to cancel the order as the app had showed it had been “delivered” when I was still sat on the stairs, starving, and waiting for a delivery that was never coming. I haven’t eaten since 7am yesterday and I’m absolutely starving. Will not be ordering from here again. Edit: FoodHub repeatedly tried and tried to get in touch with you with “no answer”. I tried calling and got “busy” and then I tried again and the phone just rang. What’s with the communication issues? Seems someone from three weeks ago had the same issue. Why was the order showed as “delivered” when it had not been? I’d have heard the car if it was “yards away” - it’s practically a single street.

Get told delivery will be with us every time we ring an hour later still not received! Horrible disgusting service would not recommend ordering from here. Would judge the food but didn’t turn up spend over £20 for 2 things

Ordered around 12.20pm food came 1.40pm food absolutely freezing tried ringing but by time i got my order shop was closed rang next day to get told nothing they can do as next day and speak to just eat about it which is very disappointing as regular

parmo was almost freezing cold. Chips were luke warm. Spicy chicken wrap had NO jalapenos....jalapenos were part of why i wanted it. Cheesy chip wrap had little to no cheese in it. The cake was put into small cartons with some cake poking out the sides......waste of money in my opinion and will not be going back and will find another take out for a treat or just fob takeouts altogether. Not hard to deliver food at a decent temp to be able enjoy.

It was cold and you expect it to be hot then it’s 2 minutes down the road

ordered from here several times, regularly good food, regluarly 20+ minutes late delivery.

25 minutes late is not acceptable.

wet bread after being 20 minutes late.

No barbecue sauce on a barbecue pizza, a bit disappointing, glad I had my own in.

i was a bit worried when i read through some of the bad reviews but i am SO SO glad that the bad reviews are a load of rubbish, the food came on time, food arrived very warm still, cannot wait to order from you guys again!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Food is normally lovely from there. But the calzone pizza dough was uncooked inside and burnt on the outside
