Ordered at 6 told 40 min try 1 hour 20 food was cold burger bun soggy on bottom cheese on top of chips was hard cos it was cold will not order from here again all food cold rotten

Serving raw chicken. You can't get any lower than that.

Food is great but service couldn’t be worse. Order £40 worth of food, waited nearly 2 hours for it and they blocked my number so i couldn’t even chase it to see where it was. However when i rang from a friend’s phone i got through straight away. They knew my order was late/not done so blocked my phone or ignored my phoned calls. Terrible service but nice food, very disappointed

Usually the delivery is at the door within 25 to 30 mins but the last few times it’s been over an hour and for a small order. Food is beautiful but the delivery service and timing isn’t great

All milk shakes are available I just bought Ferraro Roscher milk shake which is fabulous and tasty ,hands off to the staff who made it ,thank you❤️

Just had "food" if you can call it that , an hour late and half the stuff missing the rest is cold., called up to hear a bunch of lies , they are not responsible for the delivery!!!!!!!!!, I would not use this.dump if I was starving , plenty of choice , go elsewhere, you have been warned .

Foot turned up completely wrong thing never offered refund then just sent opposite item out separate after waiting 2 hours

Last few times had kebab and was lush tonight we ordered pizza and the food was amazing light fluffy and not at all greasy thank you so much and the delivery driver lovely too

First time ordering I got chicken parmo was lovely the bechamel wal flavourful the chips were very generic skinny french fries which don't hold much heat garlic sauce ok give it 3/5 would I order from here again yes I would

Always used this pizza shop never again ,ordered 2 donnor meat calzones and meat and sauces new years eve west Auckland ,calzones were as hard as rock you needed a chisel to try and eat them, I'm sure the bread was stale and the meat didn't seem fresh half went in the bin spent 34 pound for nothing the worst meal ever dont know who you have got in the kitchen or running the place but sorry you have lost my custom disgusting is all I can say

I made a bit of a daft mistake on my order tonight. But nothing is too much for Pizza Inc. Customer service here is second to none, and the food is pretty damn good too.

Food has improved 10 fold since I last reviewed this place, the chicken shawarma is lovely

Me and my partner use to always go here but we won’t be going back any time soon. The food was cold and delivery took over an hour and a half. Meant to get salad and chips with wrap but instead the wrap was just chucked in the bag with no chips or salad. Also ordered 2 pizzas and one of them was burnt black.

Place has gone so downhill. Ordered tonight. Took nearly 2 hours and what came is nice but not what we ordered. Paid extra for cheese in wrap and cheese on chips - got missed off. Wrap deal with SALAD and chips, no salad. I know places are busy but can't even follow a simple order! Been going here for years but the last few times there has always been something missing FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE IF U WANT WHAT YOU EXPECT TO ARRIVE

Not much mincemeat in bolognese pizza .too much cheese.

The food is really nice but i just feel like they don't read your order properly I ordered a bolognese calzone and ended up getting a donner

Took over 2hours to get here cold on arrival not impressed phoned up to complain only got driver on his way no apologies

Phoned at 19:44 arrived at 21:10 i told them to keep it as it took to long i will never again spend my money at this shop

Waiting for over 2 hour just for delivery I use this place all the time and now there are play about with the delivery time they is no need in it I will never use this place again

My favourite pizza shop,friendly, fast, reasonable price, I think with new management quality of food is much better than before, personally would recommend you to try chicken showarma it’s so tasty.

Great pizza, the staff are really friendly, and always already know my custom order when I come in, or order by phone. The prices are reasonable, and the pizza is of excellent quality. The pizzeria also offers kebabs, wraps, deserts, and drinks including Tango Ice Blasts, which are a great addition.

Used to love ordering from here but lately if it's not the kabab meat being greased up and making a mess it's them changing orders and then trying to rip you off with a price for you to call and then be told they tried calling and the driver was meant to give me the difference when none of that happened. I won't be ordering from here again. P.s let's not forget the fact you pay £2 for a big bottle of cola and end up with Pepsi and we all know they're cheap as piss.

Love this place from the moment you pick up the phone ! The staff are so friendly n helpful, they are so helpful with changing the odd thing. My vegetarian hot shot pizza is the best ever. We would recommend to anyone. Just on way to collect an order and can't wait.
