didn't recive our can of pop but food was nice

i ordered a pizza a milkshake and a cheese cake. my milkshake did not arrive with my order and didn’t come until an hour later.

Bang on time, piping hot, big portions and really good quality.

Food was actually really nice, the donner and the chicken a bit dry though but got given plenty of sauces so that was compensated it. I could have imagined a bit more lettuce rather than a lot of chips. The delivery was terribly late! It took for our order to arrive over 95mins which I guess made our meal almost cold as it was out for delivery for over 40mins? I guess the driver took out a lot of other orders too, but come on, if u order you want the food fresh and hot, not soggy and lukewarm!

The donner pizza was all cheese very little meat and the meat was tough and burned. The BBQ Parmesan was vile cold chips if mixed types clearly shop bought cheap. looking at the reviews, its thecsame peope adding positive reviews. these same reviewers are adding two 5 star reviews each purchase. dont be fooled by these reviews.

cool pizza box was damaged the foodcwas smahed to a pulp in the corner of the box and was not cooked correctly

ordered a 10inch and a 12inch pizza and got two 10inch pizzas delivered. hopefully credit will be awarded?

food was colder than normal on delivery and unusual took longer to deliver. may of been last delivery on route back to shop.

been coming here for a while now and finally want to put a review on how beautiful the food is here, always fresh and comes very hot. I normally get the kebab which is the best kebab around and now tonight tried a pizza for a change and it was absolutely delicious 100% quality food

Ordered from here for the first time last night and won't use anyone else in future the pizza and chips was fantastic

Cold chips, chicken burger wasn’t pleasant it was like eating congealed flour and the bun was like it was soaked in water. It’s been very hit and miss recently. I don’t think I will try again any time soon

I've ordered a wrap with salad, and no salad was delivered. Food was good, but getting done out of the salad detracted from the meal... If this happens to 20 orders, that's some extra profit margin!!! I'll think twice about ordering again.

Pizza was hideous. It was all soggy as if it had been dipped in water. Never again.

Awesome value for money and service, ordered 1/4 Pounder chicken Parmo burger and chips for £5.30 ordered online and picked up within 10 mins and was waiting for me when I arrived. Chips are really thick and fluffy, the burger was fantastic and was to my taste. Would definitely reccomend

Chicken wings were awful, pizza was rubbish aswell and wasnt even sliced properly.

Chips weren’t nice at all 80% of them had black rotten ends to them, Ordered a kebab wrap, hardly no kebab in it for £8 it really wasn’t worth it. Most the chips went in the bin. Also half an hour after eaten it had pains in Stomach. Very very over priced for what you get. Don’t know how they can send out meals with chips in it that are covered in black bits. Won’t ever order from here again!!!

Delivery was good nice driver but the food was not the best the wings were tiny barely any meat dry but the spice was good the chips weren’t seasoned and I got told that they get seasoned with peri peri salt and when they came they looked depressing and tasted undercooked

Hate to leave bad reviews. I've ordered from here quite a few times and always been lovely but tonight my jacket potato was a maris piper at best and actually a grey black colour inside not appetising at all went straight in the bin. I have requested refund for jacket potato. It really wasn't up to your usual standards I'm sorry to say. However I woul still order again just maybe not jacket tattie.

Food was nice as always. But I don't think I really receive what I ordered. I ordered 2 x wrap meals which come with chips and a choice of sauce which we both chose garlic & a pizza. We got the wraps in a pizza box with some chips, a garlic & chilli. This looks like meal deal 12 on the website. I paid £10 more for ordering separate.

Order wrong…missing additional paid for items, Luke warm but after phoning was greeted very politely and new pizza on its way. These things happen and it was rectified quickly and politely. Delicious food tho shame small error but corrected without fuss

My usual go to for a rare treat. Arrived promptly but was stone cold. Smaller portions. Apparently pitta salad no longer includes coleslaw? And didn't deliver my garlic sauce which is my favourite part 😓 Dissapointed

Great food! Reasonably prices. I went here while visiting family. The lady misheard my order and made me a donner calzone, but I asked for dinner pizza. This error was only noticed on collection. Although an error had occurred they put made me a fresh donner pizza while I waited. When it was ready they still gave me the calzone as an apology, which I thought was very kind. We saved the calzone for the following day, and surprisingly enjoyed the calzone more than the pizza 👍😁 With all respect I am from Leeds and a calzone here is very different to what we received from Bill Jo's. So when I saw what it was I was very surprised. I didn't think a calzone would have fed 2 of us but it did 👍 See you soon Billi Jo's 😁😁

Absolutely banging food from here I always order chicken kiev parmasan or spicy chicken strips but my mam ordered a pizza for her self and I had a slice it was honestly to die for. Couldn't recommend this place enough. I've been ordering from this place for years now whenever I fancy chicken a go to billie joes looks like I will be going for pizza too 😍

If you ever want dog food delivered to your house get i5 ordered from here. Pizza was honesty discussing and undercooked let alone sending the wrong drinks out with it…. Waste of money honestly not impressed

food is acceptable, extremely rude delivery driver He was very rude when handing me the food and couldn't even work out what change i needed and expected me to work it out. then as he walked away swore at me! customer service is a very important part of any decent business this guy gives this place a bad name and he is the only reason i gave a 2 star review

Revolting! oh yeah, this review is hot on hate. But it's with good reason. The two times I ordered a pizza from them, they messed the order up and put something I didn't want in the pizza. They clearly do only thin crust as they dont listen to the customer for a thick crust. Lastly, The pizzas taste of metal? Basically, spare yourselves go elsewhere

Don't buy the pizza's - they use frozen bases, not fresh. Tastes like cardboard - squeaks between your teeth. I could buy pre-made pizzas and throw cheap toppings on them myself... I pay more money for takeaways to produce food I can't at home. Very poor.

Has there been a staff change around here lately? I've literally used this take away for years and order at least twice a week from here. However lately the portions ate half the size and standard of food has slipped lots. The lady who now answers the telephone seems to not have a clue. Chips are becoming more and more undercooked and like I say portions aren't half as big! I'm so disappointed this has been my favourite take away for over 5 years 😪

worst place i have ever been, they got the order wrong, both pizzas werent cut into slices and one of the pizzas were undercooked, by the time it got here it was shut so we can not ring them up, absolutely shocking

Great food at a great price, slight delay on collecting food but understandable as busy place.
