Pizza Loco in Leeds

I ordered some pizzas from pizza loco 2 years ago and the taste, texture and toppings quality was great. I have been there with my wife and I explained it to the staff and they instantly told me that the chef is different. Well, I would say: even better. The crust is crunchy and soft. The marinara with anchioves spectacular. My friarelly's was incredibly tasty, I don't even know where they found the fennel sausages!! That was unbeliaveble. As starter we went for lardo Crostini, speachless! Price super competitive! You must try it!

A large group of us (8 adults and a child) came here on a Saturday night and were easily accommodated. Although the food took a while to arrive, it was worth the wait and the staff gave us complimentary garlic bread without asking to cover the delay. The pizzas were all excellent and we would definitely go back.

Me and my partner are regulars at Pizza Loco (for takeaway) and we’ve never had a bad pizza. This beats any pizza I’ve had and the staff are friendly when you pop in to collect too. The hot honey is our all time favourite!

I book for 11 of us at 6pm on Saturday 4th Feb 22. It was part of a celebration where I planned to take my 8 grandchildren for dinner after spending the afternoon at Jack Rabbits Pottery as part of a Christmas present for them all. They were very excited. Unfortunately when we arrived at Pizza Loco they had forgotten about my booking made a month earlier which was confirmed by email. To say the kids and I were disappointed is an understatement. Of course there were apologies all around but I was then left out on the street with 8 hungry kids. My advice is to double check your bookings. In the future I will just be simply going elsewhere…..

Amazing and friendly service, absolutely brilliant food. Some of the best pizza I’ve had in Leeds and the best burrata I’ve EVER had.

I cannot recommend Pizza Loco highly enough. Not only are the pizzas always fresh, hot and delicious, the staff are outstanding in terms of customer service. My boyfriend and I were self-isolating last week and were unable to order some pizzas from this restaurant through Uber Eats. I rang Pizza Loco to ask why the Uber Eats delivery was unavailable and found out that it was because we lived too close to the restaurant. Pizza Loco very kindly offered to drop off some pizzas to our door because we were self-isolating. A very friendly man called Ollie dropped off the pizzas and asked how we were. I was very surprised to see that in addition to our pizzas, there was a brown bag containing two fresh ciabattas. We were blown away by how lovely this gesture was and I think this demonstrates the amazing level of service this restaurant provides (even on a Friday night!). Thank you to Pizza Loco - we will definitely return :)

We’ve ordered Uber eats delivery from here twice now. Both times the pizza was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. As a half-Italian family we’re always looking for good authentic Italian pizza and this place definitely delivers! The limoncello cheesecake and vegetarian nduja are SO good. We’ll be back! (Also ignore anyone saying it’s ‘soggy’ - Italian pizza is not the same as Pizza Hut. It’s not soggy at all. It’s just proper Italian pizza!)

I have eaten here numerous times now and all have been excellent. Looking forward to being able to eat in there again but for now we'll be getting lots more take outs! Highly recommend!

Cracking pizza! Just moved to the area and was recommended this place so took a punt - absolutely awesome pizza and vibe. Highly recommend.

Great pizza. Reasonably priced. Toilets were clean. Nice selection of bottles beers. The outside seating area was lovely on a sunny afternoon.

One of the best pizzas in Leeds. Really good atmosphere, and the pizza are super tasty. There was also a wide range of drinks on offer, and gave us a chance to try a few wines and beers that we hadn’t had before.

Always delicious pizza, the way they work is unique and it really works! Glad to see you’re introducing more things onto the menu now for lunch etc. Great place to have in Oakwood!

Brilliant local pizza place - we found that this place was still open during the Covid-19 pandemic so rang for a take out last Sat night. It was not quite ready when we arrived so we sat in the car to keep warm - and they hand delivered the order to us! Once home the selection of pizzas were devoured - all were great but top marks to the spicy nduja pizza! So great staff, local business to support, great food - what's not to love - get down there everyone!!!

Nice ambience, inexpensive and the pizza was some of the best iv had (even in Italy), came away feeling far too full. Cant fault it.

Popped in with a couple of friends for pizza. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I have a capsicum allergy and the staff were more than accommodating. One of the best pizza places in Leeds!

Starters and waitresses were nice. Pizza was soggy, uncooked, tasteless and over priced. Also took a very long time to arrive! Won’t be returning!

We turned up at 7pm on a Saturday night without booking and asked for a table for two. We could see that the only empty tables were reserved but the staff let us have one. We only had pizza as we were short of time...

Went on the recommendation of one daughter for the other's birthday. What a surprise treat it turned out to be. Small restaurant, friendly welcoming staff, excellent pizzas, good choice of drinks. Definitely visiting again soon.

Went for my birthday, after having a couple pizzas as take out before. Very attentive service - even the manager came out to wish me a happy birthday! Service were knowledgeable and efficient, as well as friendly! The pizza was delicious and the drinks menu...

Visited this evening and tasted the best burrata starter and pizza in a very long time. A small but exciting wine list. Great welcome and service throughout. Looking forward to our next visit.

Booked a table on on a Friday night as this place gets pretty busy. Not exactly welcomed on arrival so we took it on ourselves to sit down at a vacant table that we correctly guessed was ours. Decor wise, this place hasn't changed much...

Vegan options available with extra vegan cheese available. Nice size 12 inch oven fired pizzas. Good value for money and relatively new place.
