Great food as always, very busy place and can sometimes take can take a bit of time to get to you but worth it.

Best burgers in greenock without any question really nine fillings and sauces well done guys

I have been using PK for a year now and tried everything on the menu the food is amazing and very resonably priced. The portions are so good and the shop ia always so so busy yet we still always get our food perfect and on time. Staff are amazing always smiling and happy to help. Shack fries are the best invention ever! Please bring back Alfredo fries. :)

This was one of the best takeaways in Greenock but standards have slipped massively.2 hour + wait for food and stone cold when it arrived. food was always excellent and one of my favourites also portion sizes have shrunk massively but over a 2 hour wait for fries is just ridiculous. phoned shop a few times to be told food wasn't ready even after receiving message an hour before saying food was on its way told it was a computer error. Staff had no interest in solving my problem about the wait and cold food and as a regular customer i am bitterly disappointed. Customers are their bread and butter but this establishment clearly doesn't give a damn so they have lost a good customer so time for trading standards to investigate there practices and Enviromental Health Food Inspectors for selling cold food. They have no one to blame but themselves.

Food is delicious definitely recommend try macaroni cheese!!

Foods amazing, I got a java lava burger and added extra toppings, and then denver frys with steak peppercorn sauce mushrooms and onions my gosh I was nursin a semi honest 10/10

Good but FAR too slow. PK75 = 75 minutes for chips. Shame as food is really tasty, but they need to get organised. Nothing that's goin on justifies the waiting time, several visits and there is consistently ten of them cutting aboot chatting in the kitchen.

Changed owners and don't do pizza anymore and the menu is not great

1st time trying pizza kitchen got the chow box it was amazing defo be back just wish u could deliver to port Glasgow or let us pick up at shop but food was brilliant

Avoid at all costs, took over 2 hours, food dry and unedible. AWFUL

Food is great, online click and collect would be a bonus as they don't Answer the phone when a busier leading to either going somewhere else or turning up and having a longer wait (usually worth it though)

Waited 2 hours 15 mins For delivery. Got the shak fries and they put maple syrup all over the chips! Save a couple hours of your life and a few quid and don’t order here! Shockingly bad.

Great food from Pizza Kitchen. Diverse Menu with lots of different querky Fries and burgers. Best Barbecue Pizza in town. Polite and friendly service.

Called at 1830 on a Saturday evening. Tried via online. Said shop was closed. Called the shop. Was advised they do not use the online service anymore. Placed an order. Was called back no less than 2 mins later to be advised they have no pizzas in stock???? Place only opened two hours prior. Pretty poor to be honest. I had one a year ago and food was decent but that sort of service is garbage.

Ordered a pizza they called back to say they didn’t have pulled pork which they never seem to do but still keep it on the menu, Still waiting and it’s been over two hours ! the order was over £35, the service is very bad, UNIMPRESSED !

Tried new cheese and steak toastie Was soggy, onions overcooked never again Also had phillycheese fries steak was undercooked, again onions tasted as they'd been boiled, only decent thing right withe this £35 order tonight was the chips they were amazinamazing

What a place, best burgers in town and the loaded fries are amazing.

This place was amazing when it first opened but now I feel its lets it's self down quite a bit, poor food, wrong orders, long wait times. Such a shame as I said i was great when it first opened.

Absolutely amazing great value for money

Went here on word of mouth really enjoyed the meals enjoyed burgers and loaded chips. Place is American themed prices reasonable menu has lots to choose from so stuffed didn't have a sweet serving staff very helpful and chatty will definitely be back again.

Took my Grandchildren they loved it made up there own pizza then took away and cooked staff where great good experience for all

If you phone an order and are told a time to collect it, expect to wait around an extra 30 minutes. An utter shambles of a place.

Grub and prices were naw bad. Would give the place a spin again.

If U could leave no stars I would I placed my order online at 18.40 for 2 pizzas .... Called several times with no answer and my delivery eventually came at 21.35 (2 hrs and 45mins later) and not only that my pizza was burnt .... I tried to call again but with no answer again I had to get in my car and drive to the shop to return the pizza to be met with no remorse from staff and poor excuses... They told me that they never got my order until 45 mins after I ordered it ( then how does it take 2 hrs to deliver 2 pizzas to an address 5 mins away) I would never recommend this place to anyone ever!!

Ordered online and was disappointed. Not only was the waiting time 2hrs and 20mins, the food arrived stone cold. Worst meal ordered ever.

Over 2 hours and 10 minutes after placing my order I've received the wrong order... Not the first time I've had issues ordering here .. The food is nice so I'd recommend going to the shop and not having it delivered (no issues with the driver nice and polite and apologetic)

We went to pizza kitchen for a meal and we waited that long on food (over an hour ) wen it came I wasn’t hungry anymore and the food I was given wasn’t hot. We were the only customers in the place. the whole 2 and a half hours we were there. we were regulars but since this isn’t the first time we’ve waited such along time for our food we will not be back at all !!

Just got a pizza deal there and both pizza's were dreadful, soggy dough to the point it felt wet and zero flavour to them, never again.

Great place to eat family meal .if you have children the staff asks if want to make there own pizza .the kids enjoy it . Really nice friendly staff and it's great value for money the burgers are tastes great .

Not impressed 2 hours for delivery of pizza on a Sunday was doughy too

Booked a table for 6:00pm on Open Table. On arrival went up to Restaurant was asked if we had a reservation, answered in the affirmative and handed in print out of Open Table Confirmation. Waitress checked bookings, shrugged her shoulders and told me we were not booked in. Manageress came over was informed by the waitress of the situation and then informed us they had no table for us but would we like to eat in the bar, as the same menu was served in both areas. Not the ideal situation but faced with trying to find another table else where on a Saturday decided to take up the offer. Others were also eating the bar area, but the down side is you have other customers who are there for a night out with the friends and it is just not a great eating environment. At no point did we receive any apology.

Absolutely brilliant , hotel staff extremely polite the food didn't take long to come and tasted amazing!

Staff were lovely. Food really was great, my partner had the fish; which could have been slightly bigger in portion size - but was very tasty! I had the burger with the lot! Yum!!
