PIZZA KINGS in Redcar and Cleveland

Got to be the first pizza shop I have been in and I asked for a Donner Kebab and was given a try of donner meat, I ask where is the pitta bread and salad, they said they don’t do it. My jaw dropped.

Ordered a meal deal and asked for parmo to have half with cheese and half without, got home and they put cheese and onion on all so we phoned up and went back and they 'corrected it', got back home again and got given had a half parmo when it was suppose to be a full one and had cheese and pepperoni on it We were fed up of walking back and forth to the pizza shop so just had someone having chips instead for their tea as I was a special celebration meal. Wouldn't recommend this shop 👎👎👎

Everything was Salty so much that I had the bin my Donna Pizza with Jalapeños and Garlic Sauce 🤮. Other family members tried and confirmed it was not fit for any consumption other than the bin.

Ordered 12: alfungi pizza chips large tub garlic when received garlic was only half full then owner telling me it will cost me another £1.20 for another tub very rude man

Contractor to Redcar, this is the best takeaway in the town. It's so clean it smells like a new car. Staff are outstanding and open to have a bit of banter, food is grease free good quality and very well presented 10/10 ) lads

Very happy that a good fast food with new management has opened here. I ordered a chicken pizza and a bacon pizza and both were excellent and delicious and the delivery was fast and the staff was great. I have become a regular customer of this fast food🙏🙏

Must have changed hands, got a propa stone baked pizza before the one I got today looks like one I would buy from morrisons.

We received a flier through the door and when we noticed that they do stone-baked pizzas we decided to give them a go even though they are very expensive compared to other pizza shops in the area this turned out to be a very bad mistake. 1, Pizza bases under cooked base very doughy not crispy as stone-based pizzas should be. 2, One pizza ordered La Gustoso pizza (Signature) lucky if you had 2 pieces of chorizo per slice of pizza and you are paying £9.90 for the pleasure very expensive for what you get. 3, Chips soggy Overall very very disappointed and will not be using this place again and would recommend people look around at other pizza shops in the area before ordering from here better prices and better quality food from many other places.

After a promising start, La Gustoso has sadly gone the way of a lot of takeaways. I've had many meals from here since their first week opening. I was singing their praises about 'restaurant quality food' but not any more. The quality has gone down hill and I won't be returning. The last two meals even had ingredients missing. The owners don't seem bothered that a regular customer has been let down either. There is far too much competition in a small town to let standards slip like this. I am disappointed as it was somewhere very promising to start with.

Never ordering from here again, both Parmos were cold, chips cold & the salad was unedible. When I phoned to complain the girl who answered said “we must of got the salad that was meant to be thrown out”

Ive recently seen a post regarding an undercooked parmo circulating Facebook. La Gustoso later posted advising environmental health had cleared the case after testing the parmo. For reference, the parmo wasn't collected. We used to order from here quite regularly. It was nice to eat somewhere that wasn't greasy and of higher quality. I then had an undercooked order and since I haven't ordered from there. The fact a business can post something like this to slander a customer complaint, especially when the complaint was about undercooked chicken is disgusting, but what do you expect from a place that serves raw food...

They did ring me to say it would be 30 minutes later than my original order confirmation but it was not worth the wait. The Parmo’s were tasteless and the chicken could have been cooked for longer. The chips and salad were fine but no better than what I’d get elsewhere which would have been cheaper. Though my kids meal was ok, the can of pop that came with was packed in the same box as the warm food - also it was a can of pop, the menu said soft drink so my child couldn’t have it. All in all disappointing and will not be ordering from here again.

Great takeaway, authentic stonebaked pizza bases, high quality burgers and HALLOUMI FRIES!! Delicious!

Just had a kofta kebab and it was one of the best kebabs iv have had. Will definitely ordering from them again. Yummy.

Just had a delivery from here parmo was pink inside n very chewy like it was raw chilli sauce was off n the chips tasted like they had been in fish oil I will not be returning

no Napkins, folks, charged for large meals and got Medium.

The lad was friendly, had a nice chat. The food was a bit pricy for what it was. My chicken kebab was a bit dry, the salad consisted of lettuce, onions and a single tomato..... I don’t want to leave bad reviews but the takeout was dirty and the floors didn’t seem like they were cleaned daily. Lad didn’t wear Apron/ hat and didn’t wash his hands after re entering the kitchen from waiting outside.

All orders were wrong. Over charged me. Food was undercooked and soggy. Also the salad was off. I tried one but of the pizza and burger and it made me sick 😡 never again.

Pizza was nice only if you rolled the dough out more and used less cheese and more pepperoni as the dough was too heavy and filled you up quicker then what you wanted but other then that the customer service was excellent

Awful Quater Pounder Burgers that were far from aa Quarte Pound of meat, but instead, a small thin burger freakishly similar to the cheap supermarket savers type ones. Tomato garlic bread that was cold and chewy and lacking dramatically in garlic. Three 330 ml cans of coke despite ordering a 1.5 litre (that's 990 mls as oppose to the 1.5 ltr that we paid for) Two cheese burgers that came without cheese. Food in general was cold. Oh... And whilst the food was late by only a few minutes, I had to wait at the door whilst the delivery man who was already five minutes late, finished his phone call. I called the Pizza Kebab Kitchen and here's the response I received: 1. You cannot guarantee the heat of the food upon delivery. (All the other take aways manage) 2. The burgers don't come with Cheese automatically, you must request it as some people are allergies to cheese. (What?? Also, it is advertised as having cheese, what with it being a CHEESE BURGER) All in all, we won't be going there again And I will be chasing compensation from the restaurant as the food and service did not match the price at all.

i just order first time from them meal deal 2 which is suppose to be 15. 90 driver said its 16.80 i rang and said why is my order 16.80 he said its machine fault charge u 90 pence extra for topping no mate i order chicken n pepeoroni and ur meal deal says any pizza and he said we charge 1 pound for delivery :) its a joke he is nasty on the phone he didnt want to give my money back aswell never order them

Will never order from here again orderd a cheese burger the bun was hard and the whole burger and bun was small looked like the bun was bought from Iceland the chips were just shell no potato in them worst 11 pound ive spent horrific
