Not gonna lie I expected it to be absolutely terrible but it is actually really nice. Top stuff

Only half our order was delivered. Cold and absolutely inedible. I rang to complain but only voicemail and call was never returned. Rip off for overpriced cold and incomplete order. Without a response to my complaint. AVOID.

Pizza here is consistently fantastic. I always come back for more. I love the Dragon, garlic butter on pizza is tasty The staff in there are very friendly and good people. The atmosphere is very calm and welcoming.

Ordered first time, 2 pizzas, delivery took more than 1 hour and after all the waiting it was worst pizza I ever had, straight to the bin.

Absolutely love the food, however tonight I decided to treat myself and my daughter with dessert. Totally disappointed,one slice cut in half! Charged£2.50 !!!

Ordered 2 pizzas n fries nice little treat for me and kids and well it arrived 20 min later than told and it was cold the cheese ws not melted and well the done pizza was literally just a load of done meat chucked on top was absolutely disgusting

Problems and mistakes EVERY SINGLE TIME we order, getting beyond a joke now. Doesn't matter if you call or use the website, they cannot follow simple instructions. Will be trying milanos in future.

I have been spoilt with some of the dishes from this lovely takeaway but tonight’s dish was just so so, House Special Kebab on Garlic bread. I think my expectations have been raised too high.

Lovely food & delivery time was really good.

Ordered 2 pizzas, some fries and Jalapeños. Collected it. Got home and found they had not included the fries. Phoned them up and they swore blind they were not on the order. They were the first thing that was. So either their website ordering system is glitchy or they think stiffing people for £2,30 is a good business model.

Be aware. Chicken meat is chicken breast with seasoning on, not the usual kebab shop chicken meat. Pizza looked like someone had just thrown up on it. Burgers average. Avoid.

i’m feeling violently ill TOOK TWO HOURS TO COME WE RANG AFTER AN HOUR TOLD ME 10 MINUTES like no. all i wanted was some cheesy chips but no 2 hours

If you advertise shish chicken kebab you expect shish chicken kebab not a piece of chicken breast grilled with next to none seasoning and a bit of red colouring on it. The doner kebab meet so over cooked I could pass it off as very thin stick. Don't get be wrong their pizzas are lovely but the kebabs from this takeaway are abhorrent and should be avoided all costs.

I ordered 2 potion of kebab WITH chips and pitta bread as its a meal and when i recieved my order it came with no chips loads of cold kebab so i rang up and asked if they could send out the part of the meal they forgot and then the guys started blaring off at me crazily so i repeated it and them he said we have to pay for chips again so im now going to milanos never ordering ftom here again

i've heard of build a bear never heard of build a kebab till i visited this place only kebab shop i've ever been in where they ask you what you want on you're kebab only to put it all in separate tubs of sauce meat not even in the pitta bread gotta do that yourself too so what is the point in asking what sauce u want on a kebab if you ain't gonna stick it on the kebab nor put the meat in the pitta bread so if what you require is meat in a box with a peice of pitta thrown in there with no sauce then this is the place to go for a sub standard kebab served like no other!

Ordered chicken kebabs with garlic mayo, chilli sauce and chips and we ended up chucking most of it in the bin it was tasteless even the sauces tasted of nothing ..... my son didn't eat his chips n said his chicken burger was horrible

I placed an order online just after 10pm stated my order was confirmed and would be delivered I never received this order I tried to contact them no answer emailed through there website nothing at call called today they stated I could have a credit note for the amount I had payed no apologies nothing just said well I didn't come through are side never got anyone stating my order was cancelled and wouldn't arrive at all also give no option on there page to leave a review

Food good . But!!! Ordered 2x pizzas and cheesy chips, But only plain chips arrived , I called and they apologised and sent out cheesy chips but then asked me to pay for them 😠😠 First time we've used them very disappointed!!

Totally feel let down tonight. Almost an hour after ordering I was told the delivery driver had just left the shop for a delivery from Ollerton to Wellow. What they failed to say is that he went via East Markham! Totally unacceptable. Usually brilliant service and offered next meal for half price. No thanks.

Its an great place for pizza and kebabs. The staff are friendly, the menu has a large variety to choose from. Even watch them prepare your pizza but personal what I love about it is one particular dish that you gotta try once in your life is the pizza burger. The closest thing to a meat bun, add topping in it and the most wonderful thing after one bite, you won't ever want to finish it.

Orders from here on 2 separate occasions..first time the food was an hour and half late and arrived stale and undercooked! Gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried there again to be given the same cold stale food that took over an hour! Very disappointed to say the least!

Always really enjoyed this place until they stopped doing veggie burgers. They don’t really cater for vegetarians which is quite disappointing. There are times when one doesn’t always fancy a pizza. To take veggie burgers off the menu is quite annoying. Surely it can’t be that hard to keep some in stock for loyal customers. Won’t be going back.

What an utterly disgusting approach from the staff and owner / manager in relation to their delivery driver. The said driver not only pulled out in front of us in his 03 Reg car, causing us to brake very hard on a icy road but then continued on the road driving at very slow (33mph on a 60 mph road with a rear light out) when confronted in the Pizza Italia shop I was told to BOLLOCKS in front of the staff and owner. They openly admitted they have received previous complaints about him but continue to use him WHY? I Will never order from them again if the person delivering is a threat to the general public and the owner endorses this. Be aware customers. MAKE SURE YOUR CAR AND FAMILY IS SAFE BEFORE THIS DELIVERY DRIVER COMES TO YOUR HOUSE !!!!!

Fresh quality food at a good price

Absolutely shocking customer service, got the whole order wrong! Then they had the cheek to give us attitude when we rang and complained. This used to be our favorite takeaway and ordered at least once a fortnight but will definitely not be ordering again after the way they spoke to us. He asked ME if I was taking the piss! Disgusting! The vile man refused to rectify or refund THEIR mistake and was very rude. AVOID!!!

Rang to order and was greeted with "yeah hello" when went to collect pizza was told to go and check with the wife as he has 4 orders awaiting collection they had taken my name,obviously didn't write it down!drove 7 miles to collect just to be sent home again empty handed!! rang to speak to manager and was spoken to very badly he just didn't care! Awful awful awful do not order if u want to be treated like a human

Orders again from them tonight one chicken kebab with salad and garlic Mayo ...also mixed kebab and salad chill sauce and Mayo and small fries ... Waited for food which the delivery lad was nice and pleasent ...took food gave him the money for food £14.30 ...when opening fries cold mixed kebab cane with three pieces of lamb that most of it was fat and no chill sauce either which just added insult even more not the first time this has happened I will not be ordering again from this shop over the last year and half its gone down hill rang them before complained and all they can say is sorry ....in this day and age its not how you treat customers ...feel totally disappointed in there service today food cold ? No sauce ? Fatty meat
