The only reason I’m choosing to leave a review is solely down to Faz (our server). Fantastic gentleman, great customer service and plenty of personality. He’s a credit to Enfield Pizza Hut and deserves recognition. The rest of the staff could learn a thing or two from this gentleman. 10/10 for Faz

Recently came here with my kids, ordered the kids buffet and the adults buffet, and genuinely was appalled at the quality of food, the pizzas were small, you had about 3 options to choose from and they were all cold and stale, including the garlic bread which was horribly dry. The waitress was lovely, helping us order and all and is probably the only thing I enjoyed here. The pasta was hot and cold at the same time, and was so overcooked my 6 year old refused to eat it, the sauce was chunky and thick and looked like they hadn’t even heated it, just threw out a jar. The salad bar was disgusting too, which I’ve never experienced with a Pizza Hut before and was shocked with that outcome. My daughter got the ice cream too and it was thick and tasted off, overall costing me about £40. This I consider a waste of my money. Won’t be coming here again.

We had a birthday party for my daughter in this Pizza hut. It was a very enjoyable occassion. There is plenty of free parking and the service was great. What more can one say. Thoroughly recommended.

Been there few times for dine in or click and collect, always great service. Tasty pizza and salad bar.

Food ok, service, always waiting to be seated and never any staff around when needed. Food was OK. My sons pizza was slightly burned but waited so long couldn't be bothered to send it back. Atmosphere was ok. I will return but out of convenience really. Also quite pricey for what you get.

Charlotte was super friendly and was very helpful. She went the extra mile for us as it was my dad's 60th birthday. Great fantastic customer service from her and also Faz. Lovely team. Thank you again🙏🏼

The food was very good today actually, my Vegan pizza was the best it has ever been (Vegan Phepperoni) with a good amount of cheese (vast improvement), my sides were great, and the salad bar was fantastic today, everything fresh and full up so 10/10!🍕😋

Cold when it arrived cost way to much money for the size

I am very unhappy with the service that I received. I spent £32.00 on cold tastless pizza and over salty fries. To top it off, my bottle of 1.5 tango was missing and I was forced to order another one. I demand a full refund please.

Very pleasant experience, lovely service from a pleasant person and great food as always! It was also quite quiet when I went on a Wednesday evening.

Dessert arrived very late after asking for them but children enjoyed thier pizzas

Faz was an amazing host! Really enjoyed the time in here, has a group of 10+ people and we all enjoy it in here, the food was amazing, and atmosphere was great, clean and delicious! Definitely gonna come back soon!

Visited today, the staff were friendly, the salad bar was fresh and well stocked. The waiting times were satisfactory. Actually everything was good apart from the ice-cream. It was so runny like a bowl of yoghurt, my child didn't eat it.

There was no drink delivered, when I asked your driver he said “that’s all he gave me, sorry” I tried to ring but the phone just rung out. Not a happy customer.

Nothing … I have ate at the Enfield Retail park restaurant many many time and I will continue to use them as long as their open. They are good with the kids, accommodating and friendly. Pizza is always fresh and delicious.

Food - extremely expensive, cant use meerkat discount with meal deals (left and went home ans ordered delivery for 50% of the restaurant price) Service - spent 20 minutes trying to order on line (not user friendly) Atmosphere - empty - just close

Had a lovely time. Cheerful and helpful staff, always on hand to help and keeping an eye to ensure the best experience. Great pizza with one of the best Cheese pizza I've had. Would recommend before or after a movie or as a meal out.

The manager Stephanie is amazing.She remembered me from 10 months ago, had time to chat, was so welcoming, just as a manager should be..such a great person to have as manager..Enjoyed our anniversary meal, great choice of food on the buffet..Great job!! Will definitely return !!

Good service. Did a pick up, but was told I could get salad as part of my 3 pizza online purchase, so that was a lovely add on surprise!

Fozia was very friendly. She took us to our table, showed us where everything was (drinks, salad, ice cream) - including the bathroom. She came by to check we have all we need with a smile. Thanks for a wonderful experience :)

We went in today, and absolutely loved it, the waitress Lottie really went the extra mile today to ensure my son had an amazing meal for his birthday, she made sure that we was taken cared off from helping me understand the menu, checking in on us even when she was busy and interacted with my children they absolutely adored her and kept wanting to give her high fives as she passed even when she was busy always made sure she interacted with them. Thank you so much for creating such a fun experience for my children an absolute diamond of a waitress.

very disappointed. Only half the pizza had cheese on it the other half was all sauce. pepperoni feast had barely any pepperoni on it or cheese. Also very small size for sharing pizzas not worth the money paid.

The waitress that we had, I believe her name was Asia, was very nice and was incredibly helpful and the food was very good, will definitely come back!

Today I went to Restaurant Pizza Hut with my 4-year-old daughter. The food was very good, the service was nice, especially the manager who was on shift today. I recommend it.

Really fresh & delicious - especially when you order what you want and don’t leave it at the mercy of the buffet options! You NIST try their new hot honey wings, so so good! Customer service was great and the atmosphere was great too, it’s a very quiet place when you don’t go during buffet time so you get to enjoy even better customer service and food. The brownie dessert? I would go back there for that alone anytime!

I left my phone at a table a customer then had given it to the restaurant and I’ve asked the restaurant many times have they seen a blue phone they then said no, I searched everywhere In this restaurant took everything out of my car was no where to find, and through all of this she would not give it, then a customer told me because they would not that they gave the phone, then I asked for it back and she would not give it to me and said she’s calling the police I had no problem because it’s mine, I then got my dad to get it back very bad experience, my food i did not even enjoy cause everyone was searching and stressing,

Me and my boyfriend visited today and were so incredibly happy with the service from our lovely waitress Nikki, Nikki was so helpful, kind, hardworking and welcoming from the minute we walked into the door, making sure we had fresh pizzas for the buffet and that we were completely happy. Nikki is an incredible worker and such an amiable person, thank you for making our visit so great we will definitely be coming again because of this wonderful experience and employee

Been taken over and run by Indian or Pakistani,even the chef . Maybe family run. Not that it's an issue. But pizza! Had flat bread pizza not a lot of flavour. You have to order on a app at your table which wouldn't work with a gift card so ended up having to go up to the till which was long. I go out for a meal certainly not going to pay for service when there wasn't any really It was relatively quiet for 6-7pm .and salad bar looked old , lettuce was brown and it was mainly dry stuff. No atmosphere at all . Won't be going back there

The staff were excellent - salad bar and variety pizza great.

Easy parking - ample parking spaces and a very short walk to the restaurant. Good for kids. really quick service but didn't feel hurried.

Team was there busy helping the customers. There when we needed assistance. Helpful and friendly. Annoying buzzing noise was going on for some time most probably 5 mins - ears started to ring after! luckily manager dealt with it. I liked the ordering on the app makes it efficient and it’s easy to use, however, at the same time feels like personal service in a restaurant is missing. Although the team was friendly and helpful it just missed something. Personal touch! Prices are ridiculously high!

Was there as a large party. The service from the lady on the night was fantastic. Unfortunately the food that came out of the kitchen kept coming out wrong. They did solve the problems, and thankfully we didn't have too many fussy eaters so in some cases we just made do.

The staff today at the Enfield branch were nothing short of superb. It was extremely busy with ALLOT of kids (including the 8 I had with me!) yet they all handled it with grace and patience and couldn’t have been more helpful. Very impressed.

Got the order wrong and took an hour to bring 2 cookie dough desserts

Really annoyed I ordered cookie dough with ice cream they sent just the cookie dough when I called the the restaurant they were like oh we run out! Well I paid for both and you send one that not my problem! Will not be ordering again!

Staff warm welcome and smile and help. Overall the staff would encourage us to return they were very customer freindly and focused on really good customer service. Being met with a smile was really comforting and made kids happy.

I thought I would give Pizza Hut another try after many years of not going and my daughter wanted try it out. Where to start... Unwelcoming greeting, being told they don't take cash, having to order from a barcode on the table, poor (no) service, being asked for tip as part of the order process. I also thought it was expensive, but would have been happy if the pizza was passable. The pizza was one of the worst I have had. A frozen pizza would have been better.

The staff were very dismissive and ignored me when I called for their attention. I called ahead to book a table but no table was ready when we arrived. We were asked to wait, even though the restaurant was empty. They cleaned the table and I noticed it was clean and asked can we sit now and the staff member as how many of u when we had already called ahead and told them when we walked in. The staff member said u have been here befor so u know what u r doing and walked off. I did say we may need help and was ignored from that point on. The staff were more concerned about chatting than helping

The main thing that upset me the most is that you have to order from the app. Its very impersonal and not friendly. The prices are disgusting I saw 2 couples leave. An individual pizza is £17.99 a medium is £29.99! The combos for 2 people is just under £50.... the salad bowls are small. 1 bottle of water is £2.99. It's dough with vegetables why are the prices so high... if you get a takeaway 2 large pizza's £20!!!!!!!

Food was over priced, small portions and cold when it arrived but was delivered on time.

Sufficient seating and food choice & availability. Good service from booking through to eating. 7 adults, 2 teens, 4 kids aged 5 or under.

Cold and soggy, had trouble deciding if the box was more tasty than the pizza. No point complaining to just eat as nothing ever comes of it.

Great deep pan pizza and very friendly service. The restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Sunday lunchtime, but we got a warm welcome and good service. Everything was clean and the salad bar fresh and full.

My husband and I popped in for the buffet which was excellent. The lady serving kept it well topped up and the pasta was lovely. Recommended.

This was ok. Service was much more than I expected when you scan qr codes. The Manager was lovely and they were really pleasant

What service you have to order on a QR code. We had to send a cup of tea back it was only half a cup

Had a decent time with the family. Cannot go wrong with pizza only thing I would pick out is there is no waiter taking your order and you have to order through a qr code but if you are coming to restaurant than a waiter should take your orders
