Not as good as it used to be. Really expensive for what you get! Pizza used to be a cheap meal. The deep pan was buttery - not anymore!

Pre Ordered online Saturday for DELIVERY and waited until I could track delivery to see I had to call the store. They had no drivers and couldn’t tell me when my food would arrive. Finally had to go and collect myself. NO REFUND for delivery or poor quality of service. Absolutely not acceptable. Staff in store gave me a code to report it and said someone would be in touch about a refund but the code just took me to a feedback page. Still waiting for contact and my refund! 🤬

ordered for delivery at 8pm. waited 45 minutes and couldn't track order so phoned to be told there were no drivers to deliver and if they got one they couldn't tell me what time it might arrive so had to arrange to collect myself. Unable to get any refund in store. Collected and got home and one of the pizzas was burnt and then 1hr 45 mins after ordering, get a text message to say food is on its way - although we had already got it!!!! not impressed

Only thing we can fault is the price!

Terrible I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and I got 6 pieces of pepperoni on a large pizza, NO Cheese, Very little Sauce. Shameful For a restaurant of this size! I will stick to using the ely one! If you just want warm bread then order from here! Disgraceful! 0/10

Had a great meal to celebrate family birthday today. Service was excellent they went over and above. Strongly recommend.

Had a bit of a rubbish day, got a puncture and had to wait in the cold on the side of the road for a few hours doing my best Frosty the snowman impression and being hypnotised by hazard lights but was looking forward to a cute little date night with the boyfriend. A quick Pizza Hut before cinema as I'd not been since I was a kid, only remembering the after-nausea of putting too many toppings on my icecream... and I still haven't learnt that lesson. Staff member on arrival was nice, saw us to our table, told us how to order on the app and said to help ourselves to the unlimited salad... Great! We placed our order, 1 pizza to share, 2 sides, 2 drinks... got up to go and get our salad and were loudly approached at the salad bar with 'Is this all you've ordered!?' followed by 'Only one meal, only one salad bowl'... Which I wouldn't mind, rules are rules but... it's unlimited so illogical. I can go up as many times as I like and eat the whole damn salad bar if I so wished but heaven forbid we have 1 bowl each because we decided to share a pizza so I didn't need to be rolled into the cinema. Pizza wasn't even good. The bites were alright and the onion rings were... edible, I suppose. Overall, think the experience was spoiled by the embarrassing approach at the salad bar and I'd rather have eaten elsewhere and will in future. Cheers Pizza Hut, see you never. 😘

The staff were all lovely and welcoming. Service was also very good. Our food was OK, but it was overpriced for what we had. The restaurant is looking very tired now and is calling out for a revamp.

Rude customer service from the English lady on front of house last night. Treating delivery drivers with no respect and delaying their own customers because of their own lack of understanding of the rules.

Very disappointed on the quality of the pizzas. Used to be my number 1. Had a deep pan Hawaiian … it tasted cheap even though it wasn’t.

Rude front of house team member who refused to give me the order because I didn't have an uber eats branded bag. I did however have a thermal bag, which is all that is required to do deliveries as stated in the stores notes on the uber eats app. I have delivered from this restaurant before with no issues. Pathetic and petty service, a waste of my time as well as the customer waiting for their order.

Me and my family all had a dinner and it was horrible as we have 8 people and they refused to put us in those big table as *it get booked* when it’s not ( they told us when we finished the meal that the person who booked the table cancelled their booking ) the salad bar is horrible the corn are all soak in water and there’s a lady who keep giving you the most nasty looking ever which it’s so uncomfortable like if you grab too much she’s gonna kill you

I went for the lunch pizza buffet. I knew it had less than 30 mins left and Ash, the manager let me know which I was fine with. I ate a few slices and was on my way. Nothing remarkable except for the service. Ash was amazing! So friendly and so helpful! She brightened my day. I wish more people were so kind.

I was have dinner the service is terrible I was in a 2 family of 4 (Asians) when their is a free table for 8 they said the table was booked and later on they told us the cancelled it like who would actually booked a table at 8 and cancelled it because you can’t go and the salad bar corn was horrible there is more water then corn and the drink machine their is no option for normal the Pepsi is half water and the ratio is absolutely wrong 🤬🤬🤬

Had buffet. Freshly cooked pizza, fresh stocked salad, really friendly staff.

We have 8 people dine in and requested a big table so that we can sit together, but unfortunately they don’t allow us to have the big table and lied about someone had already reserved for the table already( we dine in pretty late and it’s not really busy in the restaurant), until we finished the dinner separately with my friends. The waiter told me that the person who reserved the table cancelled their booking, it is very disappointing and not really welcoming.

We had the buffet. No waiting to be seated. Fresh pizza throughout time there. Clean toilets. All really friendly staff. Comfortable seats. Easy to order and fast glasses and bowls for meal. Nice atmosphere, enough space between each table. Great meal!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Booked a table for 6 people making restaurant aware we had 3 prams for a 5 week old baby, 4 month and 6 month old baby, didn't provide a suitable table then moaned as we was blocking a fire exit and demanded a pushchair be took down and a baby who can't yet go in a high chair to go in a car seat ( which also for babies due to guidelines isn't suitable over a comfy pram) didn't want to provide a solution so kindly a lady gave you her table to make more space for us! Food was inedible waste of £25 buffet is cold, oilly and no choice! Waitress rude as anything kept leaning over us when clearly plates was not finished hurrying you along like pigs at a slaughter house! Then she had the cheek after an hour to come over the table in a disgusting manor and say " we need your table back for another booking" not really my fault you haven't managed your booking system is it ? Absolutely shocking wouldn't recommend and absolutely won't return !

By having the salad bar it feels like you don’t really have to wait for your main which is nice. Also the fact that you can help yourself to drinks is good too.

Went with family and 2 children that’s autistic and request what they want not what given like they gave us spicy chips for three year old children they do not have meals so waste time buying them. Also ordered two children apple juicefor them both they came in glasses. I had to tell them the staff that is out of order three years old and if they were to smash the glass then that would’ve been a danger. The pizza ordered was cheesy bites no cheese in it The manager was just a waste of time. I asked for a refund for the chips the The children was not happy at all had to go McDonald’s again with them 😡😡😡😡😡 So personally, I would not go back there again. I wanted to make sure the children had foood Before we went on our travels.as was only visiting Peterborough to collect my grandson for the weekend The food was awful and to try sit and eat with to children not eating was terrible I went to get ice cream so we could eat and Thay wanted £5.70 each I was told I couldn’t order ice cream as thay didn’t have meals so have to purchase adult ice cream 😡 Well that didn’t go down well returned back to the table to tell them no ice cream never never again that manager needs sacking he as not got a clue when it comes to deselected children 😡😡😡😡 or how t manage things at time like this A little bowl of plain ice cream would of calm them down

The service was great but the price of the food was astronomical. How anywhere can justify £30+ for a pizza is out of touch with the normal family.

Used to be a decent priced meal. It's been a while since I last went but the buffet has literally gone up 4x in price since my last visit. That coupled with you have to order on an app makes me want to avoid this place like the plague from now on.

A nice pizza hut. Often busy. One time we came on a weekday and it was an hours wait so we left. This time we booked online which was easy. Food very good, atmosphere good, employees very good. Worth a visit.

Nice family visit to Peterborough Pizza Hut. A nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. The food was nice and was topped up when it got low. My only complaint would be the small variety of different pizzas. Granted, it was a quiet Sunday Lunch time. But what was there was very Yummy !!!

Everything was great. Drink and food very good, availability brilliant and a wonderful atmosphere. Staff friendly, helpful and attentive. Easy to find and plenty of parking. We had the buffet which is great value and there is a menu with plenty of choice too. Would definitely visit again. Also the restaurant was tidy, clean and well kept.

So my boys and I ventured to Pizza Hut for food which tasted much better in memory than it did on the day. We had ordered our regular choices or stuffed crust Margarita but the dough did not taste like Pizza Hut! In fact we returned one pizza because of this. The salad selection was also not stocked with all the usual treats!The staff and manager were lovely though!

Great food and friendly staff, well worth the visit. Right near cinema too if you want to catch a movie before or after your meal.

The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The ice cream bar is amazing especially for the little ones my 2 year old was able to reach everything and felt so involved and happy to be making his own ice cream, the pasta on the buffet is also a great addition.

Our server was helpful and polite, food was great and the restaurant was clean. We had food from the buffet, it was topped up with pizza regularly and the pizza was always fresh and hot.

Would leave 0 if I could. They should just have no staff at all, because that’s basically what it is anyways. Having to order from your phone. They can’t even bring your drink to you, you have to go get it yourself. This self service is ridiculous, what is the point of going out to a restaurant? Over priced and under whelmed

the service was great staff friendly, however the food was much of a disappointment the salad bar is good, the pizzas and chips are absolutely NOT. pizza covered in grease and stone cold and chips solid as a brick. will not recommend to anyone or re visiting

Very welcoming staff and waiter

Staff were great, dealing very well with intermittent power issues and were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, we had vegan nuggets, pizzas and the really impressive vegan cheesecake! So good!!

We came just to fees my little one before we went into the cinema and even though I didn't want to eat I had to purchase food to enter. So I had to order the cheapest thing on the menu and that is what I got for my money the cheapest not so good item. My child went with a kids menu. It was OK. Lesson learnt come here when you full intention is to eat pizza

I come here quite frequently, food is always good and staff are usually lovely. However today we were met at the door with the rudest employee. She had an attitude for no reason and was very dismissive. Told us to wait while a table was cleaned, which was fine, but after the other employee had cleaned the table he waved us over and so we walked to the table, but she stopped us and said “urh are you not gonna wait to be called forward”. I told her that the other employee called us forward and she made a face and didn’t speak to us for the rest of our meal. I never make reviews but this is awful customer service.

this was an absolute absurd experience. me’ my friends and my mum went in yesterday evening to have a meal out and the place was dirty, around the salad bar and on the floor. and to make matters worse there was shards of broken plastic in my mums coleslaw!! Once we complained about this vile discovery we asked what was to be done about it and they replied with “we can’t do anything about it”. there was no money taken off and it was TOO EXPENSIVE for what we got. absolutely disgusting this place needs shutting down IMMEDIATELY and i will be reporting to some food safety inspector

Had a great meal, Hawaiian Pizza was lush. Daryl (I think his name was) was really welcoming & nice. Unlimited salad was great too as there are nachos and salsa, etc. Me and my girlfriend loved our visit and will come back.

Had a party here for my daughter's birthday and all who attended it said they enjoyed it. Good price per child as well. The server handled the large order well and checked in regularly.

Changing my review from three years ago when I gave it three stars down to one star. There are multiple reasons for this; the restaurant is cashless, you have to order through an app which is barely functional, the prices are shocking, generally untidy/ unclean/ unkempt, the pizza was substandard and the salad and sauces tasted completely fake. My first point: cashless. Why? I don't feel I need to expand on this point. Second: an app to order food? Most people go to a sit down restaurant to be served and receive service from a waiter/ waitress. I was completely turned off from the whole restaurant experience when having to use an app. Third: prices. We ordered one large stuff crust pizza, one individual pizza and four drinks. Our total came out to just under £70! Granted we didn't use any deals, but we didn't want to order food we didn't want/ weren't going to eat. £70 for two pizzas and four drinks is insane, especially when there was no one serving us. Fourth: general untidiness. You'd think with staff having far fewer responsibilities now that the restaurant would be kept a little more clean and tidier. Maybe it's just that the restaurant needs a little renovation; but when we're paying £70 for two pizzas and four drinks, you'd think they'd be able to afford to re-do some bits of paint etc! Fifth: food quality. Maybe it was just me and my family and our preferences, but the food seems to have gone really downhill. The sauces had very strange flavours to them. The pizza was very greasy and the only real flavour we got was from the garlic or whatever it was that they seem to add to all pizzas. For the price, I'd expect proper gourmet level food with handcrafted sourdough bases and handmade sauce with proper mozzarella; obviously what you get here is straight up American style 'pizza' - fake.

Ordered from here twice, both experiences have been shocking lol. First time they cancelled because they didn't have any staff to deliver as their one driver broke down. This wasn't a big deal but they called us to collect, which is ironic since the whole point is we needed it delivering because we cant collect. 2nd attempt 2 weeks later, pizza ordered at 17:52, arrival time 18:56, over an hour to deliver when their guarantee is 30 minutes. Pizza was cold. Will not be ordering from this location again. At least in London they're faster, which again is ironic being that traffic in London is horrible! It gets worse, i had to give the delivery driver instructions to find our house. Yet it has a GIANT (I'm talking GINORMOUS) sign on the side with the houses name. 1hr late, bad driver & not even a sorry! oh well!

Pizza I ordered yesterday was absolutely SHOCKING. It looked like someone is trying to save money and not use all the dough they suppose to use. It was thinner than the cardboard box it was delivered in. Sides were burned, totally dry and so hard you wouldn't be able to chew it ( you couldliterallybreak your teeth). In my opinion it was the worst pizza I ever got in my life. I paid £ 36 for my order and I would be better off getting one from a local supermarket for a £ 1. Absolutely SHOCKING!!! Guys don't waste money for this place and see the pictures. Total lack of consideration. Another thing is...I am unable to use corporate website to inform them. Your complaint email does not work so you cannot even get a refund.That's very convenient isn't it? Please DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY GUYS!!! Not worth your time , money and your teeth.

Absolutely loved going here at lunchtime but they is no customer service. You have to order at table online pay for the food online and then you're asked you if you want to tip the waitress for their service which you haven't received yet but you'll realise you have to get the drinks yourself and obviously get what you want to eat yourself.

Had booked on the phone a few weeks before but unfortunately when turned up our booking wasn't there so had to wait 45 minutes for a table but apart from that food and service was good

I loved how you can order from your table, it was certainly a lot easier than waiting for someone to come over and take your order. The staff were very nice and the food tasted great!

Good, tasty food, arrived on time, didn't have to wait, just a little bit of attention missing in the details. Plates and Glasses need to be checked if they are clean before putting on the table please. Also check if the customer needs any seasoning or sauces after serving the food, I can take it from the shelf but feels good to be asked. Cheesy bites very good, Pizza well done as usual, The cookie doughs are to die for, Five stars for the Cinnamon cookie dough.

Pizza hut is just not the same anymore. It's so expensive for what it is. Just bog standard pizza. You might as well just stick with them Tesco's original. The only thing what cells at these days is the salad and that's free But the staff was lovely. It's not there fault it's gone downhill

The food was ok. The service amounts to a greeting and the food being brought to your table. Emphasis is put on you to order from your table using their app. Hate it, it always asks for a tip even before your order has been delivered! Consequently, it's a cashless business, so my business won't be going there anymore.

I went to this restaurant recently with my family, me and my family were greeted by Ashton, he is so lovely and welcoming and made our whole experience at Pizza Hut so much better! I personally ordered the BBQ Americano Pizza, it was so delicious and appetising and was served fresh straight out of the oven, as a cinnamon lover fan I went for the Cinnamon cookie dough for dessert. It was the best I have ever had, the flavours were so mouthwatering. I was so happy and pleased with my experience at this Pizza Hut! I’d like to say a big thank you to Ashton for being so joyful and positive. He was happy to help with whatever was needed. This is the type of customer service every restaurant should have! I will definitely come back again and recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you!

£70 for 3 overcooked pizzas. It's definitely not an affordable family meal out.

Very poor salad selection. Pizza topping didn't even cover the pizza base. We asked a waiter to get a manager which in the end I had to go find them myself.

Fun to go back. Gluten free very well done. Pizza tasty. Salad bar was good but cross contamination challenge re gluten. Place needs a refresh on decor and toilets. People very nice and helpful.

Thin crust pizza is the best there. Service is good.

Unbelievably expensive, £29.99 for a large pizza is beyond a joke. Pizza Hut has gone down the path of corporate greed, sad times.

Not so much a review about the food (which was exactly what you'd expect from Pizza Hut, ie decent), more the service. Having eaten lunch with a friend at Pizza Hut on 1st October this year (2023), I accidentally left my jacket on the back of the chair when we left the restaurant. I didn't realise this until that evening when I was due to leave my friend's and head back to the opposite side of the country, when I realised my jacket was missing, complete with my wallet, bank cards, driving licence etc. After some frantic searching we realised I must have left it in the restaurant. We raced back to catch them before they closed; when we arrived, the manager, along with the waiter who had served us, recognised us straight away, and to a huge sigh of relief handed my jacket back to me as soon as we walked through the door. They'd spotted the jacket whilst clearing the table and kept it safe behind the reception counter until we went back to collect it. So thanks guys, you (figuratively) saved my life!

Luckily someone with us had a phone as we were told had to order our food with a app do not use my phone for this so we will not be eating there again and if anyone asks your restaurant will tell them not to bother going if can not order food at table like any other restaurant

Eating in was the equivalent of a glorified takeaway, 5 adults were squeezed into a 4 seater booth so our food hardly fit at the table. Customer service was non existent. Salad bar was a complete mess.
