Very Disappointing Experience We arrived at 1:50 PM for the buffet (ends at 3 PM) but were made to wait 20 minutes despite plenty of empty tables, including an unused upstairs area. It felt like they were creating artificial wait times to seem busier. The host was cold and unhelpful, giving vague answers and making us feel like an inconvenience. Once seated, there was no real service—just a menu drop and a QR code to order. Buffet options were limited and slow to be replenished. My kids waited ages for a margherita pizza that hardly came out. Most of the time was spent hovering near the counter hoping something decent would show up. To top it off, the gent's toilet was dirty and smelled awful. I used to work at this branch, and it’s sad to see how much it's declined. Won’t be returning.

I cannot believe the service here today by the female manager! Absolutely pitiful! Reading the reviews it isn't going to get any better please sort it out pizza hut! Went here today as haven't been for 6 months and was a treat to my son for the easter holidays! We were greeted by a manager who snapped "have you booked!?" We hadn't she said wait out there to be seated then! There was a family of three waiting there already with a baby! And the manager told them they couldn't have a table with a highchair the family had been waiting quite a while to be told that so they left! I felt sorry for them as the child was hungry! And they'd waited a while! The manager then seated us at a table, and stated if my child wasn't eating he can't touch nothing off our plates or we will be charged! But she bit my head off in saying so. She was rude from start to finish keep hovering over our table staring at my son, but I did pay for him to eat in the end so she had no reason to stare and hover the table! Im sorry but this is not customer service she seriously needs observing won't be returning to this branch! The food was good! But the service was awful! And uncomfortable never had an experience like it ! Please check in on the store as reading the reviews says she's rude to everyone!

Very rude customer service from the lady manager in charge, i feel very racist. She even told us not to come back again. Haven’t seen this kind of customer service in any of restaurants. It’s better not to go there and waste your time and your day Ruined my day by her behaviour. Such a shame!! I wonder how people like this can be a manager of a restaurant, please bring good manager instead of this type of manager, the company will go down because of her attitude towards the customer . Ordered food online for a delivery and there was multiple ingriedents missing from the meals, also no dipping sauce which was advertised together with the meal. And JustEat won’t do anything about it.

We paid for a buffet offer but had no choice of thin-crust pizza. We had to wait for all the thick-crust pizzas to finish before they would add any thin-crust pizzas.The worst pizza ever! The staff were rude and unprofessional.

I had a very very bitter experience tonight as the service was really bad to us. I dined in with my family for my Friend's Birthday with 3kids(7yrs ,8yrs and 2yr old)+2Adults. I ordered for big sharer pizza £39.99. While ordering i asked the staff(Amanda) if the salad bowl is unlimited for all or any limited details,she said only 3 salad bowls. She highlighted that twice so i told the kids to be aware.My son said I don't want salad but i want to make a salad for mummy.he went to bring my salad as i was busy with my toddler. The lady stressed again to my son while he was grabbing salad"No sharing salad"(with rude tone), he nodded and brought the salad to me. I was having my salad, other 2 bowl of salad, my Friend and her son were having. The lady again came to our table and said No sharing the salad. We were bit upset for her behaviour and I couldn't stay polite anymore. I said we didn't share. She said my son grabbed the salad and so she said it, why is there no trust for a customer who is choosing this place to celebrate their special day and ppl upset their day by a rude behaviour?? Lady very well knew that we came in for a birthday celebration since i asked her if they do anything special for birthdays in the beginning(she even responded that they don't do much for birthdays).This made our kids very upset, i asked if they could have their dessert now, she again showed her face rude saying the cookie and brownies are still cooking in the oven. The way she said was again rude and disappointing. Very disappointing and we regretted it was not our cup of tea!

Gone cashless will not return nor will any of my family

Great pizza good offers on and the service is always good staff very friendly and polite.

The food was delicious and tops my own local pizza huts quality. Just a shame about the long wait for delivery. Other than that enjoyed my pizza!

Turned up today with a family of 5 to be told they don't accept cash as payment no good to me boycott...

I came to this establishment for my son’s birthday, which we made a booking in advance for. There manager asked if we had a booking and I replied yes. She told us to wait and never came back to seat us. A young gentleman who was busy tending tables saw that we had been standing for a while and pulled up our booking and promptly served us. I then went to order via the qr code. The website was taking forever to finalise my payment and the kids were pretty hungry. They asked if they could get their salads to which I replied yes. The manager came over a few minutes later stating that they weren’t allowed the salads until I paid. I said ok and the payment was literally going through as she was talking. One of my children did not finish their salads so to not waste food I started to eat it. The manager came back over to our table to tell me that I was not allowed to eat my child’s salad. I told her that she wasn’t eating it and she replied it doesn’t matter since it was ordered from the child’s menu. This manager stood watch to ensure that I did not finish off my child’s salad which I paid for. She did not check on anyone else except for us. I might add that we were the only people of colour in the restaurant. We were so embarrassed and shame on the manager for treating my family like that. We will never step foot in that establishment again and I will make sure to spread the word on how she treats her customers

Was packed, so I asked if my 8 year old niece could just use the toilet before we left. Promptly told to use the garage next door. Disgraceful.

Good quality pizzas Friendly staff. Pizza arrived within 5 min of ordering. You have to order online which is perfect for introverts. 🙂

Had the buffet, lovely selection of hot,fresh pizzas,along with great salad bar,very welcoming staff and customer service, was just let down by loud music playing and screaming kids making a absolute racket!!(although that was no fault of pizza hut)

We have previously been and the place was really nice, staff was kind and food was great. We went few weeks ago. You need to order your food online in the restaurant. Not comforting. We were not 100% sure how the salad bar works and had questions about the food on the menu but could not catch the waiters attention. The restaurant was empty. Won't visit again. We left without ordering anything. Shame...

The young man that served all 17 of us, including 8 excited noisy, happy children was absolutely fantastic, we all thanked him very much

It might be worth including a chilli rating along with the nane on the buffet. I had the fajita pizza which was very nice, but a lot hotter than I was expecting.

I never leave bad reviews, but the whole experience was terrible. From the lackluster welcome to the dirty toilets. I came here with my son, and he ordered a kids meal. His pizza came out burnt so we had to send it back. The staff reluctantly made him another one, but did not see the issue. The staff were bored and uninterested. The food from the salad bar was inedible. My onion rings were burnt but I was too fed up to send them back.The only decent thing was the fizzy drinks, but the food was massively overpriced. Very disappointing

Very disappointed with service, food order taken by staff not by app, a child portion of Garlic bread did not arrive and was disputed as not showing in order. I had spent £70 on a meal for 2 adults 3 kids and they declined to provide a child portion of garlic bread . It was only when we advised staff we did not app book the food that they decided to get the correct order as a good will gesture.!! But they had initially been happy to not provide it despite our sizeable order. Very disappointed with service 3 times we had to ask for the pre order desert . I most definitely will not be returning ,

Had a very large group of children of all ages and the support we got of Ash to make this party run smoothly was over and above. Her organisation skills, remembering the kids names, and her friendly mannor made everything brilliant for us. So glad we booked Pizza hut. You have a diamond working for yous. 😃 ❤️

I went with two pre teens and we were told we couldn’t pre book a table. They didn’t have one available for 3 until half an hour later and we were on a schedule due to movie showtimes. So a lovely member of staff Ash offered us to occupy a bigger table as long as we finish by a certain time (had 40 minutes). This helped the children not to feel disappointed with having to get a take away when they had planned to dine in. The food was great and we walked out with a lovely feeling. Thank you so much Ash! 🤗

Unfortunately, no son had an accident here which resulted in an immediate trip to the hospital. Staff saw and we still had to ask for something to stop the bleeding (some blue roll was given) and told where the toilet was. No first aid offered, no checking my wife or child were okay or needed anything. Even after being told it would be a hospital visit, still nothing was offered or ANY staff interaction. Disgusting behaviour. Where is the common decency of checking a distressed child and parent are okay?? An afternoon in A&E, one chin glued and two weeks of inactivity.

Probably 15 years since my last visit to Pizza Hut. Boy how things have changed. Food was terrible, and overpriced. Will never go back there in my lifetime.

I had my sons 13th birthday here today. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and the food was lovely. I applaud the staff for putting up with 7 pre teens and a toddler

We have visited this branch on 2 different occasions, but the last visit was a less than coincidence rude service, and she seems to have a problem with muslims, as I wear a hijab and should not be treated less than just because her small mind says so! The white lady who manages the restaurant was rude on both occasions, and ruined the experience for me and my partner blatantly. She has a horrible tone to speak to customers , always seems miserable, very racist and rude ,which is clear proof of her ability to serve horrific levels of service. We ordered a pizza and some salad , which we decided to share as a starter. She walks past and rudely tells us we can't share the salad, and we ignored her. It didn't state anywhere that if you brought a salad you should not share the same plate! Next thing you know she slaps a salad bill on the table, no warning whatsoever. We both adamantly protest against her approach, and to kindly show us which rule did we not follow, and kindly point out on the menu this imaginary rule. She had no ground to stand on, made a show in front her customers to argue with us, and we told her we would not pay that bill. She wastes our time and does not give us our pizza which we already paid for, which is also gping cold, and might i add was not an acceptable pizza, just bread woth tomatoes slapped on it , no cheese! We walked after decides to give us our pizza and leave us alone. It was disgusting behaviour on her part to harrass customers, but clearly her manners are an example of her low iq behaviour.

recently bought the Veggie Sizzler pizza, and as a spice lover, it was absolutely awesome! The flavors were bold and perfectly spicy, just the way I like it. The service was also great, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good kick of spice!

Unfortunately we had to complain about the children's dessert which was rock hard. Waitress was really not interested implying that's how it should be! Child couldn't even get spoon in it!

Not as good as it used to be. Really expensive for what you get! Pizza used to be a cheap meal. The deep pan was buttery - not anymore!

Pre Ordered online Saturday for DELIVERY and waited until I could track delivery to see I had to call the store. They had no drivers and couldn’t tell me when my food would arrive. Finally had to go and collect myself. NO REFUND for delivery or poor quality of service. Absolutely not acceptable. Staff in store gave me a code to report it and said someone would be in touch about a refund but the code just took me to a feedback page. Still waiting for contact and my refund! 🤬

ordered for delivery at 8pm. waited 45 minutes and couldn't track order so phoned to be told there were no drivers to deliver and if they got one they couldn't tell me what time it might arrive so had to arrange to collect myself. Unable to get any refund in store. Collected and got home and one of the pizzas was burnt and then 1hr 45 mins after ordering, get a text message to say food is on its way - although we had already got it!!!! not impressed

Only thing we can fault is the price!

Terrible I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and I got 6 pieces of pepperoni on a large pizza, NO Cheese, Very little Sauce. Shameful For a restaurant of this size! I will stick to using the ely one! If you just want warm bread then order from here! Disgraceful! 0/10

Stale salad, pizza was freshly cooked

Had a bit of a rubbish day, got a puncture and had to wait in the cold on the side of the road for a few hours doing my best Frosty the snowman impression and being hypnotised by hazard lights but was looking forward to a cute little date night with the boyfriend. A quick Pizza Hut before cinema as I'd not been since I was a kid, only remembering the after-nausea of putting too many toppings on my icecream... and I still haven't learnt that lesson. Staff member on arrival was nice, saw us to our table, told us how to order on the app and said to help ourselves to the unlimited salad... Great! We placed our order, 1 pizza to share, 2 sides, 2 drinks... got up to go and get our salad and were loudly approached at the salad bar with 'Is this all you've ordered!?' followed by 'Only one meal, only one salad bowl'... Which I wouldn't mind, rules are rules but... it's unlimited so illogical. I can go up as many times as I like and eat the whole damn salad bar if I so wished but heaven forbid we have 1 bowl each because we decided to share a pizza so I didn't need to be rolled into the cinema. Pizza wasn't even good. The bites were alright and the onion rings were... edible, I suppose. Overall, think the experience was spoiled by the embarrassing approach at the salad bar and I'd rather have eaten elsewhere and will in future. Cheers Pizza Hut, see you never. 😘

Had a great meal to celebrate family birthday today. Service was excellent they went over and above. Strongly recommend.

The staff were all lovely and welcoming. Service was also very good. Our food was OK, but it was overpriced for what we had. The restaurant is looking very tired now and is calling out for a revamp.

Rude customer service from the English lady on front of house last night. Treating delivery drivers with no respect and delaying their own customers because of their own lack of understanding of the rules.

Rude front of house team member who refused to give me the order because I didn't have an uber eats branded bag. I did however have a thermal bag, which is all that is required to do deliveries as stated in the stores notes on the uber eats app. I have delivered from this restaurant before with no issues. Pathetic and petty service, a waste of my time as well as the customer waiting for their order.

Very disappointed on the quality of the pizzas. Used to be my number 1. Had a deep pan Hawaiian … it tasted cheap even though it wasn’t.

Me and my family all had a dinner and it was horrible as we have 8 people and they refused to put us in those big table as *it get booked* when it’s not ( they told us when we finished the meal that the person who booked the table cancelled their booking ) the salad bar is horrible the corn are all soak in water and there’s a lady who keep giving you the most nasty looking ever which it’s so uncomfortable like if you grab too much she’s gonna kill you

I went for the lunch pizza buffet. I knew it had less than 30 mins left and Ash, the manager let me know which I was fine with. I ate a few slices and was on my way. Nothing remarkable except for the service. Ash was amazing! So friendly and so helpful! She brightened my day. I wish more people were so kind.

I was have dinner the service is terrible I was in a 2 family of 4 (Asians) when their is a free table for 8 they said the table was booked and later on they told us the cancelled it like who would actually booked a table at 8 and cancelled it because you can’t go and the salad bar corn was horrible there is more water then corn and the drink machine their is no option for normal the Pepsi is half water and the ratio is absolutely wrong 🤬🤬🤬

Had buffet. Freshly cooked pizza, fresh stocked salad, really friendly staff.

We have 8 people dine in and requested a big table so that we can sit together, but unfortunately they don’t allow us to have the big table and lied about someone had already reserved for the table already( we dine in pretty late and it’s not really busy in the restaurant), until we finished the dinner separately with my friends. The waiter told me that the person who reserved the table cancelled their booking, it is very disappointing and not really welcoming.

We had the buffet. No waiting to be seated. Fresh pizza throughout time there. Clean toilets. All really friendly staff. Comfortable seats. Easy to order and fast glasses and bowls for meal. Nice atmosphere, enough space between each table. Great meal!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Booked a table for 6 people making restaurant aware we had 3 prams for a 5 week old baby, 4 month and 6 month old baby, didn't provide a suitable table then moaned as we was blocking a fire exit and demanded a pushchair be took down and a baby who can't yet go in a high chair to go in a car seat ( which also for babies due to guidelines isn't suitable over a comfy pram) didn't want to provide a solution so kindly a lady gave you her table to make more space for us! Food was inedible waste of £25 buffet is cold, oilly and no choice! Waitress rude as anything kept leaning over us when clearly plates was not finished hurrying you along like pigs at a slaughter house! Then she had the cheek after an hour to come over the table in a disgusting manor and say " we need your table back for another booking" not really my fault you haven't managed your booking system is it ? Absolutely shocking wouldn't recommend and absolutely won't return !

By having the salad bar it feels like you don’t really have to wait for your main which is nice. Also the fact that you can help yourself to drinks is good too.

Went with family and 2 children that’s autistic and request what they want not what given like they gave us spicy chips for three year old children they do not have meals so waste time buying them. Also ordered two children apple juicefor them both they came in glasses. I had to tell them the staff that is out of order three years old and if they were to smash the glass then that would’ve been a danger. The pizza ordered was cheesy bites no cheese in it The manager was just a waste of time. I asked for a refund for the chips the The children was not happy at all had to go McDonald’s again with them 😡😡😡😡😡 So personally, I would not go back there again. I wanted to make sure the children had foood Before we went on our travels.as was only visiting Peterborough to collect my grandson for the weekend The food was awful and to try sit and eat with to children not eating was terrible I went to get ice cream so we could eat and Thay wanted £5.70 each I was told I couldn’t order ice cream as thay didn’t have meals so have to purchase adult ice cream 😡 Well that didn’t go down well returned back to the table to tell them no ice cream never never again that manager needs sacking he as not got a clue when it comes to deselected children 😡😡😡😡 or how t manage things at time like this A little bowl of plain ice cream would of calm them down

Used to be a decent priced meal. It's been a while since I last went but the buffet has literally gone up 4x in price since my last visit. That coupled with you have to order on an app makes me want to avoid this place like the plague from now on.

A nice pizza hut. Often busy. One time we came on a weekday and it was an hours wait so we left. This time we booked online which was easy. Food very good, atmosphere good, employees very good. Worth a visit.

Nice family visit to Peterborough Pizza Hut. A nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. The food was nice and was topped up when it got low. My only complaint would be the small variety of different pizzas. Granted, it was a quiet Sunday Lunch time. But what was there was very Yummy !!!

Everything was great. Drink and food very good, availability brilliant and a wonderful atmosphere. Staff friendly, helpful and attentive. Easy to find and plenty of parking. We had the buffet which is great value and there is a menu with plenty of choice too. Would definitely visit again. Also the restaurant was tidy, clean and well kept.

So my boys and I ventured to Pizza Hut for food which tasted much better in memory than it did on the day. We had ordered our regular choices or stuffed crust Margarita but the dough did not taste like Pizza Hut! In fact we returned one pizza because of this. The salad selection was also not stocked with all the usual treats!The staff and manager were lovely though!

The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The ice cream bar is amazing especially for the little ones my 2 year old was able to reach everything and felt so involved and happy to be making his own ice cream, the pasta on the buffet is also a great addition.

Our server was helpful and polite, food was great and the restaurant was clean. We had food from the buffet, it was topped up with pizza regularly and the pizza was always fresh and hot.

Would leave 0 if I could. They should just have no staff at all, because that’s basically what it is anyways. Having to order from your phone. They can’t even bring your drink to you, you have to go get it yourself. This self service is ridiculous, what is the point of going out to a restaurant? Over priced and under whelmed

the service was great staff friendly, however the food was much of a disappointment the salad bar is good, the pizzas and chips are absolutely NOT. pizza covered in grease and stone cold and chips solid as a brick. will not recommend to anyone or re visiting

Staff were great, dealing very well with intermittent power issues and were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, we had vegan nuggets, pizzas and the really impressive vegan cheesecake! So good!!

We came just to fees my little one before we went into the cinema and even though I didn't want to eat I had to purchase food to enter. So I had to order the cheapest thing on the menu and that is what I got for my money the cheapest not so good item. My child went with a kids menu. It was OK. Lesson learnt come here when you full intention is to eat pizza

I come here quite frequently, food is always good and staff are usually lovely. However today we were met at the door with the rudest employee. She had an attitude for no reason and was very dismissive. Told us to wait while a table was cleaned, which was fine, but after the other employee had cleaned the table he waved us over and so we walked to the table, but she stopped us and said “urh are you not gonna wait to be called forward”. I told her that the other employee called us forward and she made a face and didn’t speak to us for the rest of our meal. I never make reviews but this is awful customer service.

this was an absolute absurd experience. me’ my friends and my mum went in yesterday evening to have a meal out and the place was dirty, around the salad bar and on the floor. and to make matters worse there was shards of broken plastic in my mums coleslaw!! Once we complained about this vile discovery we asked what was to be done about it and they replied with “we can’t do anything about it”. there was no money taken off and it was TOO EXPENSIVE for what we got. absolutely disgusting this place needs shutting down IMMEDIATELY and i will be reporting to some food safety inspector
