Pizza Hut Restaurants in Lancaster

Went for buffet a few days ago. Food was good, pizza was fresh and salad bar was really tidy and the table was clean. Tom was especially helpful and so friendly. So attentive and made sure the food was good and we were having a great time. His cheesy garlic bread was the best I've ever had.

Restaurant notes not followed. Pizza taste like cardboard very poor quality and tasteless as if it had been sat and then reheated. Fries side is absolutely pathetic very minimal and soggy. Cookie dough is the size of a small cookie.

NEW REVIEW Well i went again on Tuesday and the pizza was fine but the big let is its very dirty and looks like it still haven't been cleaned for a week It definitely needs a refurbishment Date 10- 03 - 25 I can understand now I've just having the pizza buffet and it's not nice very tasteless No choice and it looks like the place haven't been cleaned for week Very tasteless pizza Sorry i used to go a long time ago and it was fantastic pizza not anymore

Resteraunt was very quiet when we ate but the staff was very helpful.

We've had 2 takeaway deliveries from this branch in the past few months. Both have arrived over 40 minutes after the "Estimated delivery time" - one of which was over an hour late. The worst part of this is that there is no information whatsoever giving an updated delivery time. Shockingly bad customer service

The food was served promptly and hot. The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Although I am not overly keen on the American style "Hi Guys" when being served, especially as half the party is female! Half the restaurant was blocked off for cleaning. Although this bunched the diners closer together, it does give the impression the place is abandoned! Anyone driving past would only see an empty restaurant.

When we were seated we were asked to self order by qr code.. which I thought was odd as the place was practically empty. When we had placed the order there was an option to pay a tip 😆... Seriously what for... bring empty glasses so far. THE PIZZA'S WERE LOVELY. We went for salad and chose items that had just been put out. Second round we got items from the other side for ease and the beetroot tasted off so that spoiled the rest of the salad. The staff when we did have interaction were polite. The menu options have decreased significantly. I did not enjoy self ordering it was very confusing. The fries had some sort of coating and were not in the best shape as they has bruised bits on the end.

We are takeaway regulars at this restaurant! The Hawaiian pizza is terrific.... hot and cheesy! The staff are very friendly and helpful too! Parking is easy. We'll keep coming back for more and highly recommend visiting!

I ordered a BBQ Chicken & Bacon pizza with cheesy bites crust and halloumi fires as side. £6.99 for 5 halloumi small fries is extortionate, also said it serves 2 on the website when ordering which isn’t true. The pizza was bland. There was no base on the pizza despite it saying BBQ base on the website when ordering, this made the whole pizza extremely dry and unenjoyable. The cheesy bites were burnt so all the cheese had blow out of the edge and non of the bites actually contained any mozzarella. Stick with Domino’s for takeaway, won’t be using Pizza Hut again.

Pleasant staff on collection however,, the pizza was terrible. I was so excited to stumble upon Pizza Hut as love the unique taste of the Hut pizza. The restaurant is clearly using cheaper alternatives for the base and sauce as this definitely was not a Hut pizza. The worst pizza I had in a while.

Staff were polite from walking into dealing with the order and very helpful. All through the meal we enjoyed the music and food. Excellent evening and thanks for a great experience.

Waited an hour and a half for cold, undercooked pizza- we've had to put it in the oven as the dough wasn't cooked. The sides are freezing cold.

We have been coming to this Pizza Hut since it opened. It is clean, spacious, the staff have always been friendly and has all the usual Pizza Hut favourites available.

Pizza was nice. Pretty expensive, you are looking at £20-£30 for a large pizza. Meal deals save you money but end up at the £35-£39 per person mark. You have to order everything through a QR code, which is pretty annoying. Staff were nice and friendly and great with the kids. Facilities were clean and decent. Forgot the photos as everyone was hungry!!

They cancelled my order for no apparent reason and this is an acceptable Pizza Hut should apologise to me

We always have a great time when we come here! Service is always super quick and staff are really friendly. Food is always incredible too! Great for vegetarian options too.

Requested for jalapeño but the pizza didn’t have any

Staff are fantastic! My little one tripped and fell, dropping her ice cream and hurting her hand. The lovely staff get her a new (bigger) bowl, a sticker and some chocolates to share with her brother. Turned tears into skipping in seconds. Thankyou so much! We will be back, but next time I'll carry the ice cream.

Order stated at 19:40 and just got later and later then was delivered by bike so pizza was cold and chips cold

The manager and staff refused to serve us. We challenged them but they said no. They were clearly resist or discriminatory views.

I wanted extra sauces, no option on app. I phoned for extra sauces. Offered to pay over phone. The manager said no. Terrible customer service. Will not give repeat custom. Customer satisfaction is not a preference here. Just penny grabbing

A male staff member was not willing to serve us, saying we are large in number to accommodate, though there was plenty of empty space to fit us all in. A female staff was happy to serve us, however, this particular male staff rejected her offer. Very un professional, poor customer service.

Placed an order but refuse to take the red onion of the pizza, absolutely not great service over phone as we couldn’t write a note over Uber so rang the restaurant and excuse was restaurant priority. Most rubbish restaurant in Lancaster, don’t advise anyone to order from here horrible service as someone who works within the fast food. Disgraceful.

Whoever answered the phone was so rude. We ordered food and they said they can’t class us as a priority as they prioritise their restaurant customers. If so then don’t do deliveries. We called because there was no notes for Pizza Hut on Uber eats. So we called to ask to have the onions removed and they were so rude about it.

Was it around 1988 that Pizza Hut, then Whitbread owned (UK) was decent and relevant. Today we have this.. omg.. what have branded concepts like this one become. There isnt enough space or time to express what I think. No fault of the 2 Team members on duty today who are following orders set very high up. Empty top apart from 1 other table - interesting. Not for me and I'll leave the delight of a Pizza Hut pizza meal and visit for a little while.

Very friendly and efficient staff

That was the worst pizza I've ever had. Hard like shoe sole. In salad bar they use vegan Mayo for sauces but not for coleslaw and potatoes salad... make sense... and prices... it is just ridiculous! I paid nearly £7 for 5 small pieces of halloumi, see photo. It is simply robbery.

Visited yesterday just before 2pm ordered buffet, we did have to wait for pizzas as there was none out or pasta which we didn't mind waiting for as it meant we could have food fresh. Had a Pepsi max using the machine but it was flat let the staff know & they gave me a bottle of pespi max instead. Overall really enjoyed our food here good value for money £7.99 standard buffet. 100% would visit here again.

We called in for a family meal at the weekend. The food was good but I thought my Pizza was a bit 'dry' . Staff really friendly though.

Was served by Yvonne who was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much, a shame the staff were run off their feet. Place was immaculate although toilets needed maintenance as not functioning well.

Always enjoy coming back here, never had any reason to complain. Staff always helpful and pizzas always top notch. Lunchtime buffet our main reason for visiting, just wish that they'd put a few more vegan pizzas out on the deck. It's card only inside as is cashless, they offer mobile ordering via a table top QR code as well.

Staff and Manager super helpful and accommodating, vegan food all really nice and catered for my allergy so easily, we had a lovely family meal here would definitely come back!

Food was cold. Too cold to eat. Needed to put in the oven. Driver arrived on a bicycle, car would be much quicker, and food would be warm.

every thing was clean and tidy, the food was very prompt and hot. The salad bar area was clean and organised as was the ice cream area. All soft drinks were available and nothing had run out.

I had to ring multiple times for an order to come freezing cold. I ordered the food at 5:47 with email proof it arrived at 7:55 freezing cold. When calling the store the person was less than helpful

Absolutely loved it, mid week visit is best for a quiet time, especially for special needs children, as there aren't many other people in. Pizzas are a win for most children too..

Visited the restaurant today after nearly 2 years with My Mrs and my 2 years old daughter. I have to say that YVONNE was very friendly and very helful in explaining us how the buffet works and explained us the prices. Other then the the atmosphere in the restaurant, food quality, we were very impressed by YVONNE. She delivered an absolutely brilliant customer service. Nowadays you won't see people like Yvonne, her dedication was amazing. Thank you soo much. We would definitely and highly recommend this place because of YVONNE.

Place was empty except for one dad with his daughter. Ordered food and sat 45 minutes. Asked where food was to be told chef couldn't read English too well so had boxed them up as a takeaway. Wasn't sure how long the order had been sat there so said they would be remade. Sat and watched as the "chef" transferred from boxes to plates and baskets. Asked manager about this and he said sorry he was told to remake it. Got a refund which we are still waiting for and left. Food looked awful for £56 too,

It was abysmal cold pizza was everywhere not worth the price at all.

Pizza was delicious however very very expensive. Large Sharer was meant to serve two however would absolutely feed three. Box was arranged for leftover pizza to take away. Food was ordered through QR code so very little interaction with waiting staff. Ice cream factory was not working so alternative desserts were arranged. Large selection of drinks available through the bottomless cup. Family of four 2 adults 2 kids. £70-£80

We were the only 2 people in pizza hut, nice to have the place to yourself! But unfortunately due to that only 4 types of pizza was available (understandable due to wastage) and no fresh pasta was put out ( the cheese pasta that was already out had condensated which resulted in watery sauce) but for £15per person can't really complain. The pizza that was out was lovely, nice and soft pizzas. Salad bar is great and the drink choices and ice cream was lovely. Staff are very friendly and the young server looked like he was keeping himself busy even though we were the only 2 in the place. The place is online ordering only, just scan the qr code on your table and order away which I think is great! Would definitely visit again at a busier time period (we went at 1.30pm on a tuesday) and this place would 100% satisfy any child. I'd say the menu is expensive if you weren't buying the all you can eat package. So if you go, opt for the all you can eat!
