It's very clean here, the staff are friendly, and the food is pretty good.

Stopped here to eat on our way back home. Unfortunately, they forgot to bring our order, but they couldn't have been more apologetic. They made us up new food and let us bring the originals home. Absolutely wonderful customer service from some really top staff. Definitely recommend even with the slight blip. Toilets are clean and staff helpful and happy. Food is a really high standard, too.

It was my first ever visit to a Pizza Hut. The service was excellent by lovely staff and the pizza itself was the best I have ever had in the UK.

Food came quickly despite it the restaurant being busy I was particularly impressed that they listened to my request to have my latte delivered with the main meal as in the past my latte have been cold before food arrived

Absolutely blown away by my recent dining experience at Pizza Hut, Solstice Park! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine smiles. Amy, our server, was an absolute gem. She didn't stop making my boys and me smile throughout our visit. Thoughtful, helpful, compassionate, and super speedy on service, she made us feel right at home. Donna also checked in on us, ensuring everything was perfect, and her enthusiasm was infectious. Although Donna had only been working there for four weeks, she was a natural at the job. Finishing her time in deliveries has brought a great asset to the team. The star of the show was undoubtedly the food. Chef Sam has truly mastered the art of pizza making. Every bite was a burst of flavor, with fresh ingredients and a perfect crust that was both crispy and chewy. The menu had such a great variety, and everything we tried was simply scrumptious. Manager Amy deserves a special shoutout for running such a well-oiled machine. Her leadership clearly reflects in the impeccable service and the high quality of the food. She made it a point to stop by our table to ensure we were having a great time, which added a lovely personal touch to our evening. Huge gratitude to the entire team at Pizza Hut, Solstice Park for making our visit so memorable. We can’t wait to return! We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone passing near Stonehenge – it's the perfect stop-off to complete anyone's day.

I like the concept. The salad bar open immediately after ordering so we are able to get salad as a starter and feed the child as she was sooooo hungry! She loved being able to serve herself at the bar and with the ice cream.

I'm unable to comment on the food as I left after waiting 15 minutes for my order to be taken in a nearly empty restaurant.

Please ensure you check the deals over the phone. Was charged £29.49 for a large Pepperoni Pizza on collection. Despite the website claiming it was £10.00. The pizza however was very enjoyable.

Excellent Pizza Hut restaurant at Amesbury, Wiltshire, with great buffet options as well as a la carte. Friendly service by a helpful team of staff. The perfect stop over en route to Devon and Cornwall.

This was a great price for kids meals, for children 7 and under it costs £7.99 (for salad, pizza, drink and dessert). For children 12 and under it costs £8.99 (for salad, a side, pizza, drink and dessert) I think it is a great price for all of that!

Overpriced for what it is and terrible. The pizza has the quality of fat soaked cardboard. The pasta is overlooked and stuck together with what seems like ova glue rather than cheese. The salad bar... All fresh vegetables are sour (so off and should be chucked away). The staff managed to clear our plates (thankfully not giving away the seats, but probably only because there was loads of space) when we went to the bathroom. At this point it was made clear that we weren't too welcome.

Food was good, complimentary salad was amazing.

It was really nice and relaxing spending at pizza hut. The pizza I had was really yummy, the only problem was that it had a lot of ham, which was a little bit too much for me. I will definitely recommend the place to people looking to have a family/friend/me time.

Shame no deals on eat in. Looks like they are focusing discounts towards takeaway and delivery at the moment. Food was quick and hot staff lovely. Just need better value for money.

We stood waiting at the entrance for ages in a restaurant seemingly devoid of staff. Pizza at the buffet was very poor, it was lukewarm with barely any toppings. The bare crusts were between a quarter and a third of the radius of the pizza and the amount of cheese and other toppings was very thin. After half an hour or so, when some more customers arrived they put out fresh pizzas, but the crust ratio and toppings were still rubbish. No parmesan in the restaurant either. We wouldn't go back to this one.

Very poor quality food and extremely expensive for the little you get. Pizza was very dry basic and thin worse then a frozen pizza. Salad bar was below basic. Also the lasagne had no meat at all or mushrooms! And the drinks was also a huge rip off. Wouldn’t come again. Wasted £45 on 2 very small meals which was clearly heated up not fresh

Had a few takeaways form here staff are always helpful, food is fast and delicious. Manager on today also help us get the best deal for the food. 👍

Staff were super friendly but the pizzas are incredibly expensive for what they are, especially when you compare them to a chain such as Pizza Express.

Magic atmosphere. Excellent atmosphere. Kitchen spotless . Very, Very busy. But still enjoyable as large area and tables not too close together. Manager deserves a medal. All customers are not friendly. She laughed at all my jokes as well . :) Clean area and table, spotless toilets. A member of staff cleaning the ice cream area every 10 minutes. Lots of kids. We visited this Pizza Hut for the first time with my daughter, and it was lovely. Greeted very nicely and we were even offered a big table to sit at even though there was only three of us! The waitress was so lovely to my little girl and made her smile lots, which made the whole experience so lovely. Watching her be happy and have good experiences is the best thing ever. Thank you to that lady for doing so! We then got some ice cream afterwards and my little girl had the best time making it herself at the ice cream machine! Brilliant!! Turned up on a Saturday with no booking, seven of us all big tables booked but the staff ,who's names I sadly forgot to take did all they did to accommodate us. It made my NZ cousins children very happy ,best part of their visit to Stonehenge 🤣as they only have takeaway where they live

Love going to this Pizza Hut. Easy to get to and good parking. The food is very good. Staff are always very helpful and able to help. Tend to go at off peak times and it is busy at key times.

Got my order wrong and pizza was stone cold. This place needs some experienced staff and not teenagers who don't two hoots.

We ordered the Vegan pizza which should of had mushrooms on and it was a plain magerita. It cost a lot when we could of gone to Tesco and got the £1 vegan value one. Will in future. The other one was okay the Goat.

Sorry, I don't like leaving negative reviews but the food was average at best while the price was on the star side. Macaroni cheese......sauce was very watery. Should really be thick enough to adhere to the pasta. My daughter's pizza was OK and the spicy doughball thing was quite good to be fair. Service was really good. Shame the food let the experience down.

You all know that feeling when your tummy rumbles and all you can think about is a hot, melted cheese deep pan pizza with your favourite topping and a lovely fresh salad and tasty dressing on the side. We had a lovely time at this hut as we always do. I never have enough room for pudding but do enjoy mine with a nice hot cup of tea on a chilly autumnal evening!

Had a takeaway pizza with sides. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Ash M took my order and I found out afterwards I was his very first customer, not that you could tell he did a great job. Thank you for a great experience x

Everything is quite overpriced and bready, could have been improved if the salad bar was well stocked. Service was limited ,slow and sofa seating was so low that it felt like I was sitting on school furniture. This is not isolated to this pizza hut as these issues are wide spread across the country. Wish pizza hut would go back and learn from what they used to do well.

Amazing pizza. I had The Goat. It was delicious! Apart from the fries, wasn't too keen on the seasoning. We didn't get served by a server instead encouraged to use the QR codes. Considering it was a Friday there wasn't a wait for food.

Really bad customer service… They refused to eat in while other people were already eating in. Lady on reception said she can’t allow to sit in to us. We were driving from Poole Bournemouth to there. She said kitchen is busy. Instead kitchen isn’t busy for takeaway. We didn’t understand this. Totally zero service. Very rude to customers. Won’t recommend to anyone.

When we first walked in it was lovely. People were happy and we sat very quickly. When Amy-lee came along and made our night. She was amazing, always happy when we see her. If other stores had a Amy-lee they all be amazing!

Planned to arrive here and eat to break up a long journey. Arrived right on time just before opening time, rain coming down and wind blowing. So imagine the annoyance of getting to the door and finding it still locked 3-4 mins after opening time. I mean do they want business or what as there are other places to go in the area. So I called the restaurant to ask if they were open. A voice said yes, so I asked then why am I waiting outside the front door in the rain! The same voice/person came and let us in! Sorry but that’s just lazy and poor. I’d just fire someone for lying and not even opening on time in my business like that. So on then to the food experience. Having not been to Pizza Hut for 20 years I decided to try a buffet, with pasta option, and salad, plus unlimited drinks refills deal (£20). For starters the staff hadn’t bothered to turn on the syrup machine on the self service soft drinks properly so all it dispensed was plain coke. How come they hadn’t found time to open the front door as they hadn’t spent it making sure everything was 100% before opening! Sloppy. Staff members were more interested in folding out some boxes for take away delivery - 2-3 of them doing this whilst I waited to order and start servicing myself - than get the place ready it seemed. To be honest the salad is so basic I wouldn’t bother, it’s either bland stuff like cucumber, or very plain tasteless salad leaves you might as well get a salad pot at a nearby service station for half the price which it would be more tasty. The pasta dished out on the buffet I took one look and didn’t bother. Only two types one creamy and one tomato based. Both looked very basic and boring literally just plain pasta shapes in basic sauce. So on then to the pizza. I had to laugh at this point as the member of staff taking my order was getting tetchy what I wanted as seeing as the place has just opened and few people were in they didn’t want to make loads of pizza for the buffet only to see it get chucked away. Noting the issues above it’s laughable they were penny pinching on a few materials given the lousy experience so far! I’d be more worried about what I’d seen so far if I was the manager than a few bits of wasted pizza slices. So the pizzas themselves were passable, the best bit of the experience which I know isn’t saying much but credit where it’s due. They’re much more basic made in a deskilled way (kids on minimum wage not a chef) than rival pizza places but they tasted ok given those limits. ‘Atmosphere’ wise - Google maps prompted me to ask this - come on there isn’t any! It’s a chain restaurant off a dual carriageway in chain colours and decor. It’s about a million miles from a family run Italian pizza place. When full it would be noisy rather than atmospheric! So all in all a food experience 3 times the price of a nearby kfc or McDonald’s and about as good food wise, with sloppy service! I’d not rush back.

Mobile ordering is a great idea. But otherwise, the menu offerings are bland and boring, and feels too much like convenience food to count as a good restaurant experience. At these prices they really need to offer a higher quality product, cooked from fresh on the premises.

Avoid. Slow service. Considering it's at a service station it took along time. We arrived 7pm on a Friday and by 20.30 we were still waiting for our desserts. Pizza and garlic bread very dry and cold. Cream soda not very tasty. Salad bar abismal.

Priority given to collection and delivery orders. Presumably a big order came (loads of boxes on counter), in so no pizzas for the buffet were available for about 30mins (we arrived at 12 noon). When pizzas did come out, all meat pizzas were done 1st, then pizza bread 'fingers', then finally the vegetarian ones last. This meant about a further 15min wait. By the time the vegetarians in our party got to eat, the 'meat eaters' had eaten ½-¾ of their meal! When they did arrive however, the pizzas were nice. No interaction from staff other than being seated and paying the bill.

Went at 7pm and still fairly busy about. Tables were empty of customers but full of plates, not an issue as staff were cutting about getting it sorted. Average 12 min wait for a table when we arrived. Food is done via app now, yet asks on payment before food for a tip, little too American for my taste. You end up tipping before you taste food or experience service. Pizza was hot and fresh, same couldnt be said for the salad with browning lettuce and barely any crisp salad. Zero raisins and the sauce had a skin over it. Towards the end, we ended up waiting over 35 mins for the cookie pudding, despite asking the waiting staff and even the manager walking past 4 times seeing we were not eating. Got asked if ok which was code for "are you done" . When we finally got the cookie it did not come with ice ream as ordered and barely any sauce. But it was hot. Over all it's good, few niggles on the day but the team were friendly, helpful and always busy by looks.

Lovely staff that work there even when they saw me brake down . They made sure I was okay . Even at closing time when I was wait for the RAC they still made sure I was okie . Thank you so much to all the lovely ladies that made sure I was Okie .

There was plenty of space for all of my friends to have a good time whilst being comfortable, the staff were very welcoming and made this the a memorable birthday day!

Even though they had an outdoor area, they weren't prepared to let us use it so we could eat together as a family (we have a dog). So while my wife and daughter ate I had to walk around with the dog. The female toilets were not working so the disabled toilets had to be used. The queue was long. Pizza Hut is not good enough to make such demands

We ended up at Pizza Hut because other places were fully booked. We were asked to order through a QR code on the table but it wasn't working properly so we were served by a member of staff. The food was fine, but probably better suited for families with young children than a group of adults. The self serve drinks are not my favourite, especially as we were seated in a booth so it's difficult to get out of your seat without disrupting everyone else's meal. Overall adequate but not great.

Pizza was nice a fresh, store was busy, so salad bar a little on the low side, overall serving areas ie pizza salad and ice-cream areas clean, short staffed but staff were lovely, however I am a coffee drinker with sweetner not sugar and they don't do sweetness which I found odd and they are also I card payment only store
