Visited 1st time Saturday 05/10/24 at 8.45am. Spent over £11 on small loaf and various pastries & cakes. Everything was stale and without a doubt it was leftovers from previous day. They give the impression that all freshly baked on site but obviously trunked in from elsewhere, maybe I arrived too early and before daily delivery had been made..? Would not recommend to anyone as selling yesterdays items at fresh made prices is a rip off. Would not visit again, avoid if you want fresh bakery products. David Page - Westbury.

Extremely slow staff in the Westbury branch. Higher management need to investigate this issue and act on it accordingly.

Always good food and value for money. Their service through deliveroo is always good, even if they don't have what you order they drop in extras to make up for it

The place and food was lovely! however I must mention that there were wasps in one of the packages of the deserts displayed out front. There we’re also wasps were flying around the place. I understand it can happen, especially in summer, and sometimes you don’t notice. :)

Amazing food, and very polite staff.

The food here is amazing, their seeded sourdough bread has spoiled all other beads for me and my husband. Their sweet treats are always delicious. I am always served with a smile and a kind word.

Really poor service, went in for a bacon sandwich but was told there no bacon cooked. When we asked how long it would be before any was cooked the reply was “when I can be bothered to put some in”

Level of service here is inconsistent. The meal deal is good value although there is not much variety. Baked goods are average at best.

I visited the bakery for the first time on Saturday 26th November 2022 and ordered a coffee & pasty, to eat in and whilst there, I observed the best looking Custard Slices, I have ever seen....definitely, worth a buy and hope they taste as good as they look !!!

Quick , pleasant service. Great coffee, and savoury and sweet snacks. Breads and rolls.

I told my coffee not to be hot. but she gave me a very hot coffee. Then I politely expressed this situation and said, "Can you make cold coffee?" and she just added milk and handed me the glass covered with wet milk during serving. Then I left without getting the coffee and saying nothing. other employees are very positive and kind to me. but the shopkeeper has a sarcastic attitude towards me. It's definitely not something I'm exaggerating, it's just that she's been treating me like this since the day I wanted to know about the campaigns. I invite him to be a smiling and kinder person. good job .

Very friendly staff and had a delicious coffee for £1 and a huge slice of yummy flapjack.....very very reasonably priced,with defo go again when in Westbury.....

Excellent bakery get inside early if you want a bacon sandwich as by 10am on the morning I visited there wasn't any left. Coffee and cakes are great meal deals also.

Lovely bread. Sour dough lovely. Unfortunately they over stock pan never enough bloomer. In a queue all 3 asked for bloomer no chance. Why 12 months later they are not good enough bloomer Explained to me that any left over pan is used next morning for breakfasts. What a sad lot

Very nice local bakery, friendly staff, decent amount of menu variety.

Great little bakery, friendly sfaff and very good variety of cakes ect. A few seats outside for the weary shopper. I always have one of their meal deals which is real value for money. Any sandwich or baggette, any cake, + any hot drink for well under a fiver, unbelievable, Bring it on!!!

Good service but some of the staff need more training on how to use the green veggie food tongs. And the cakes are not marked vegetarian.

I have visited this shop twice in the past couple of years and on the first occasion i brought a cornish pasty which was cold. And on the second occasion i brought a steak pasty which was cold and a cream cake which just disintegrated in the bag. I got my money back in the end. Judging by all the other reviews i must be going there at the wrong time.
