Very fast service, well stocked salad bar and really friendly staff. Trishan and Tanisha were especially attentive. Love the change to the QR code order and payment system, I wish more places did it!

The food was delicious, we had the pepperoni feast pizza as a meal deal. The new chicken tenders were a great side addition. The staff were super friendly and we were served by Tanisha who was very helpful.

Trishan and Ellie were both friendly and approachable. They made us feel welcome. Food arrived fairly quickly. Food was lovely as usual. Happily recommend this branch

Five of us visited Pizza hut Solihull. The ordering system is a joke and totally unnecessary. Scanning the code on the table and then trying to sort through the menu with a buffering mobile signal whilst staff approach several times to see if you need help. Why not try something progressive and use the staff to take the order which in turn provides people to people contact and gets the order in more quickly ànd efficiently. I wonder why the restaurant was empty. However Staff were excellent and the food very good otherwise the score would be zero for the ordering process Wake up Pizza hut

Very poor all round, bland pizza, worst fries I've eaten salad bar was desolate, especially for the price may aswell stay home and make your own. Havnt been Pizza hut in years and will never be going again. Stomach feels rotten this morning. 🤢

The food and services are good here located at Touchwood Centre, Solihull . And I would like to emphasise your staff named Reyan, he is so kind, helpful, polite and considerate to both of us (i.e. my wife and I). It was really nice experience to have good food and to enjoy friendly environment here for us.

Very disappointed with the experience in regards to how to order the food, it was quite difficult to set up the app. We were told on entering that it was app order only despite us only being the 2 people in. I wanted some more salad however as we started our pizza they started to clean the salad away. Food was nice but the experience from walking in from the front of house left a little too be desired

So I am a regular with my family to go to Pizza Hut every now and then especially mid weeks or buffet however it was an exceptional this time around simply because of The gentleman called Harrison who works there and he is super efficient and super grateful. Alone on the floor All the best to him. Super hard worker

Food was ok, but it is in no way acceptable to wait 20+ minutes for one of your pizzas to arrive. Would have absolutely tried to negotiate a reduction in price, but as we had already paid (and the restaurant was clearly short staffed and struggling), I decided to just leave.

Courtney served us and was fantastic. Really good with all the kids.

Friendly staff, super welcoming to the whole family and worked super hard to make our visit really enjoyable!

We've been visiting Pizza Hut for thirty plus years and it's still got it. Had a great evening and tried the Nduja and Pepperoni special which was really excellent Elleana really did a great job looking after us. Keep doing what you do

Great relaxing current music at right sound level. Pizzas surprisingly tasty and bases with a slight crunch. And not forgetting free side dishes of all sorts of lovely things collected by yourself as in a buffet, whilst waiting the short time for your pizza. Waitress Elleana very helpful and sweet. Good experience all round.

Eleanor ( the Solihull branch ) was very attentive and helpful. Helped me order on the QRcode. ,hardworking member of staff, as even when no customers, she continued clean, refil and speak to the children.

I would like to acknowledge how impressed I was with Reyan. He greeted us warmly and explained the children’s meal,noting that we were in a hurry. Service was good - and all done with a smile. The ice cream choice had to be changed to a brownie to allow us to take out but nothing was too much trouble- even filling up a bottle. I told him that people like him make a difference to customers returning. My first visit and impressed. Children’s meal very good value and good selection of food/drinks.

This place has gone downhill, it was understaffed, over-priced and generally underwhelming. It used to be a standard birthday outing but not again I fear. We ordered two identical pizzas and they were totally different and the waiter had no idea why. The vegan pizza was not good.

Super busy lunch time but the 4 girls (that I could see) did so well to make sure everyone was tended too. Really great service and generally so friendly! Food was great too 🤍

My sister and I visited the Solihull branch yesterday lunch time. It was surprisingly quiet and a very friendly atmosphere, the food was fresh and service I must say was impeccable... a big shout out to Harrison whom served us. Very friendly, welcoming and professional thank you again HHarrison for making our experience that much enjoyable 😀

The staff were absolutely lovely , I was seated by the lovely Demi who was very kind and helpfuland the lady that looked after my table there was Meg and she was such a sweetheart and really ensured my time there was pleasant, as I was eating alone and nervous Meg was really attentive in making sure I was ok and had all I needed, such a lovely lady. Bottomless brunch with family pizza was delicious as always and very well stocked up our waitress was megan didnt stop working the whole time we were there very helpfull will definatly return

You have to pay by card - you can't have a waiter take your order, you have to do it on your phone. I explained my phone was broken & I was told to try! Hardly any pizzas out on the buffet & the salad cart was in a mess. We ended up leaving

Food was great and the lady serving us was great but it took us 15 minutes to order due to the WiFi situation. It was very quiet and the toilets were freezing.

Had trouble with a voucher that we wanted to use for the meal but thanks to the great service of Trishan and Megan, all was sorted and we was then able to enjoy some very tasty food.

It’s always an amazing experience coming into the Solihul Pizza Hut. It’s a real family atmosphere with the bonus of delicious quality pizza’s, pasta’s and desserts and the most wonderful staff that go up and beyond for all of there customers.

We ordered a large order for our school fair and they were ready on time and absolutely delicious. They gave us great service and confirmed in advance that the order would be ready for collection on time. We would definitely recommend them.

Used to love pizza hut but after going today, I won't be going back. Had to order on those awful apps. The salad bar was dismal. Hardly any cheese on the pizza. Very disappointing and they still asked for a tip

Stopped by after Xmas shopping today and we were so impressed by the service here. Haven’t been in for a while so didn’t know what to expect but demiann and the other staff were amazing, will defo be back. I recommend the cookie dough it was delicious x

Well, what can I say... This is the first time I have ever gotten food from this pizza hut... and it was disgusting. We got take away and I paid for extra cheese and toppings. Spent almost £40 for me and my husband and there was barely any cheese on it... the bread was supposed to be a thin crust and it was thick and stodgy and I tried it and now I feel sick... I am so disappointed as this was supposed to be a treat. Top it all off we got sides and they forgot to give me all our dipping Sauces... The staff were nice but I was so disappointed. And the chicken dipper things were so disgusting and had more breadcrumbs them chicken. I can't believe how disappointed I was :( I went home and made something else to eat... once I stopped feeling sick.. what happened ! 😕 all this food is now going in the bin I guess.
