Fantastic service every single time from Megan. Always looks after us girls. Always accommodating. Food is fresh. Excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were absolutely lovely , I was seated by the lovely Demi who was very kind and helpfuland the lady that looked after my table there was Meg and she was such a sweetheart and really ensured my time there was pleasant, as I was eating alone and nervous Meg was really attentive in making sure I was ok and had all I needed, such a lovely lady. The food was great and I'd definitely go back to dine here again. So thank you to Meg and Demi 💞

Elleana served us well this evening. I really enjoyed the customer service. Thank you for making it a wonderful experience for my children's first visit. We hope to come again soon.

Bottomless brunch with family pizza was delicious as always and very well stocked up our waitress was megan didnt stop working the whole time we were there very helpfull will definatly return

You have to pay by card - you can't have a waiter take your order, you have to do it on your phone. I explained my phone was broken & I was told to try! Hardly any pizzas out on the buffet & the salad cart was in a mess. We ended up leaving

Food was great and the lady serving us was great but it took us 15 minutes to order due to the WiFi situation. It was very quiet and the toilets were freezing.

Had trouble with a voucher that we wanted to use for the meal but thanks to the great service of Trishan and Megan, all was sorted and we was then able to enjoy some very tasty food.

Trishan was great with the service and was great with explaining how everything works. Explained all the food as i’m not able to eat non halal food but made sure that i knew exactly what is what :)

It’s always an amazing experience coming into the Solihul Pizza Hut. It’s a real family atmosphere with the bonus of delicious quality pizza’s, pasta’s and desserts and the most wonderful staff that go up and beyond for all of there customers.

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had the pleasure of interacting with Trishan, the manager. His exceptional customer service and attention to detail truly stood out. Trishan was incredibly welcoming and ensured that our dining experience was top-notch. He handled everything with professionalism and a friendly demeanor, making us feel valued and well taken care of. The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and the service was prompt, all thanks to Trishan's excellent management. I highly recommend visiting this Pizza Hut location and experiencing the outstanding service provided by Trishan and his team.

We ordered a large order for our school fair and they were ready on time and absolutely delicious. They gave us great service and confirmed in advance that the order would be ready for collection on time. We would definitely recommend them.

Used to love pizza hut but after going today, I won't be going back. Had to order on those awful apps. The salad bar was dismal. Hardly any cheese on the pizza. Very disappointing and they still asked for a tip

Stopped by after Xmas shopping today and we were so impressed by the service here. Haven’t been in for a while so didn’t know what to expect but demiann and the other staff were amazing, will defo be back. I recommend the cookie dough it was delicious x

Went with my 2 kids today during the buffet, served by Demi she was amazing very friendly and attentive, would have been nice to see the manager attempt to help her more. Food was nice abit pricey but thats what Id expect nowadays.

Well, what can I say... This is the first time I have ever gotten food from this pizza hut... and it was disgusting. We got take away and I paid for extra cheese and toppings. Spent almost £40 for me and my husband and there was barely any cheese on it... the bread was supposed to be a thin crust and it was thick and stodgy and I tried it and now I feel sick... I am so disappointed as this was supposed to be a treat. Top it all off we got sides and they forgot to give me all our dipping Sauces... The staff were nice but I was so disappointed. And the chicken dipper things were so disgusting and had more breadcrumbs them chicken. I can't believe how disappointed I was :( I went home and made something else to eat... once I stopped feeling sick.. what happened ! 😕 all this food is now going in the bin I guess.

Place definitely lacks a bit of atmosphere but our visit was a lunchtime so maybe it's better later on. We had the buffet , the pizzas were lovely and hot with plenty of variety. Salad bar had loads to choose. It's a huge downside having to order and pay up front via an on table qr code , had the bill come in the usual way I would have left a decent tip for our server MEG who was so attentive and polite, nothing was too much trouble for her.

Pizza hut is phenomenal in every way! I enjoyed the food the area and especially the waiters they are very sweet talkative and are very helpful I had this waitress her name is Megan she was spectacular she is so sweet and made my experience amazing thx Megan for brightening my evening on a Monday 😊

Me and my friends went here on Saturday for my friends birthday I can't remember thr waitress name but she took a group photo for me and my friends. The food is delicious like always but the only downside thing is the pizza are a lot smaller than they use to be also you have to use your card to pay now and some people part of my friendship group have disabilities and don't have bank card and only bring cash on them and they can't use it but that's the only thing they bring as they don't have a bank card

I love Pizza Hut Pizzas. Always order pizza and do not use the buffet. The service was not even classed as service. Using a app to order our food took 20mins as the waitress spoke so quickly about WiFi etc we didn't understand her instructions. She did come back as we struggled to order. WiFi isn't secure in the restaurant, so why should we use it? Also why ask for a tip in advance? Tip for what? Also had problems with actually paying, which we've experienced in Stratford branch. Always the excuse of HSBC difficult to process or WiFi problems in branch! If as a company you want customers to not have waiting staff, why not install the systems Mac Donald's and M&S use to place orders - far more convenient! No need for staff to interact with your customers ! Stop all this app nonsense and lack of service.

The customer service was excellent and the service too, we were served by Safa and she was just fantastic.The manager was very polite and helpful too. We didn’t wait long at all for our food to be served.

Megan was our sever. She was great, fabulous smile. Explained about the app. I would have preferred her to take our order but I'm old fashioned. Food was lovely. Perhaps more popular pizza needs to be replenished. Good value for money.

Had a great time here yesterday with my Grandma. We both felt very well looked after by an amazing staff member (who I didn’t catch the name of sadly) My Grandmas use of a mobility scooter was not an issue and the staff were more than happy to accommodate.

I had just taken the children off to buy school uniform, We were tired, fed up and hungry. Evie greeted us at the door with a lovely warm smile , took us to the table and explained how we order I asked about the kids eat free deal she was very helpful. We loaded up the app but unfortunately I was having issues - I asked for help as I didn't know how to delete things off. Nothing was too much trouble, she was very helpful and checked in with us. Would recommend BECAUSE of the service the r of us received.

Spent £95 and regretted it straight away. The staff are unorganised, asked for sauce and never got it, along with many things. The food was vile. Apart from bits from the salad area. Flies everywhere. Booked for a table of 7 and got seated in a small booth. Barely fitted us all in. Because of the small table I had to sit in pile of dirty plates stack up as none of the staff seems to care, it was only cause I mention for them to remove them it was taken however, I sat there for 30 minutes in clutter. The worst thing is the staff clearly could see as they walked past constantly but never spoke to us. Paid for four desserts and when they only brought out 2 I asked where the other 2 was and she said “oh the ice cream just ran out” so I obliviously asked for a refunded and with a rude look she huff and when and got out other two ice creams. Poor service and poor food. Never again.

The first people into the restaurant on bank holiday Monday and immediately greeted Super friendly and helpful service from Megan who explained everything we needed to know. Pizzas came out quickly and were delicious. Better than I remember from Pizza Hut so was a great surprise! Would definitely return based on this visit.

Greeted with a warm welcome. Service was top notch. Food was piping hot and very tasty. Hope to visit again soon. 😃

Visited last night with my mom and sister. Young waitress clearly unqualified spilt drinks all over my sister’s cardigan, barely got an apology and didn’t offer napkins or anything to clean it up with. Asked for a glass for drink and didn’t get one. Asked for ice in drinks and didn’t get any. Fly was hovering over salad bar and went on peppers, very unhygienic (the same waitress just topped up the peppers that the fly had been on!). Food arrived and pizza was cold, portions of macaroni cheese were tiny as if for children. We ended up finishing the meal in a few minutes at least and left the restaurant swiftly and will not be returning. Manager offered a refund of £13 for the drinks only, shame as I spent a lot more than this.

Just to be upfront - I only go to Pizza Hut because my grandkids like it. They enjoy the self-service aspect of the salads, soft drinks and Ice-Cream. The food is OK. We went there on Monday and it was almost empty. Only one other table occupied. The restaurant was very cold and breezy (AC on too high?). They expect you to order by scanning a QR Code but the reception for mobiles and wifi is very patchy. All that aside, my main reason for writing this review is to name their one saving grace - Megan, our server. She was so friendly and helpful. Her smile and manner warmed the place up. Thank you Megan. 5 Stars for you.

I had the regular buffet with bottomless drink. Restaurant was clean and tidy and our server Ben was friendly and helpful. Loads of fresh pizza and salad bar items being replaced all the time. Highly recommended 👌

Visited your store on Saturday and was served by Meghan . She was very friendly and helped us to order our meal and checked in on us throughout to make sure we were happy even though she was very busy . We really enjoyed Megan’s service as she went above and beyond for us and really made our visit extra special . The manager Demi also came to our table as we are regulars to make sure we were happy with our meal and her staff are very motivated to give the best customer service in store . Very difficult to order via the QR code as you have to register to WiFi first. The procedure to pay should be simplified. Megan was wonderful to accommodate our needs with a smile in her face.

Good variety of gluten free options - both for pizza and for sides/desserts. Friendly and welcoming staff. Pizza on its own is expensive but moving to a meal deal makes it much better.

It would be useful if the salad bar and buffet pizza was labelled with what it was. Megan was really caring and understanding of our students. Megan was polite and helpful. Megan always came back to check on us.

OMG!! Without doubt, the worst experience of my life!! Jeeeeez, I mean I was left speechless by this place … please read this before you even think about going here … seriously … First of all, it’s empty when you go in - this should have been warning sign number one. Secondly, there is about 0.5 people working in there - warning sign number two. There is no one to greet you and you basically have to decide where best to sit yourself so that you might have a chance of getting noticed by that half a staff member …!!! Now, me and my family decided to navigate to a table and eventually someone came and said hello to us. Read on … We were handed menus and decided to go for a couple of pizzas and spaghetti bolognaise for the kids .. now here is where it gets horrendous .. The Pizzas. Well, what on earth can I say? For 20.99 each, we were brought individual Pizza’s the size of a digestive biscuit. I’m serious. It was so small I considered contacting the local government to start a petition for the protection of deep pan pizza’s in the area - as these were becoming extinct and fast. MORTIFIED - I told the friendly but vacant staff member to take the digestive biscuits back to whoever had misplaced them from their cup of tea!! The Spaghetti Bolognaise. Not even worth a full mention. When it arrived, I thought the local crack head had decided to vomit on a plate and ask us to give him a fiver for it so he can go and buy more crack!! For 8.99, this was disgusting and I told my kid not to eat, not that she needed telling mind you. She was so disappointed, on the way out she asked my wife to put her up for adoption on the grounds she was being neglected. If you think this is a joke review - IT ISNT!! This is without doubt THE WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE BEEN IN IN MY WHOLE LIFE! I had locusts on the streets of Thailand that had more appeal than the food from this place. So, if you fancy getting divorced, or want an expensive way to dump your partner, bring them here! Dreadful. Just dreadful.

I’m guessing as I’ve now signed up with my personal details it will be a simpler experience on our next visit to Pizza Hut. We've been coming to this particular restaurant for years now, as we’ve always loved the food, however, we found this whole new ordering process via a phone app rather impersonal as opposed to been able to order our food from someone in person. The ‘Deep Pan’ Margarita has now disappeared from the restaurant menu (the last time we ordered a takeaway from Pizza Hut (at Christmas) it was definitely available. So, I have to say, today’s visit was rather a let down to be honest. I also don’t agree with giving a ‘tip’ prior to dining (I’ve done that before elsewhere and then had a poor experience, so sadly I won’t do that again - which in today’s visit was justifiable anyway). On a more positive note, the young lady who greeted us and then showed us to our table was very pleasant thankfully.

One of the best and most pleasant set of attentive staff I have seen in some time. Very refreshing to see this and is the lasting memory. Is it fine dining or upmarket restaurant, absolutely not but if you fancy lots of very fresh and tasty pizza and bottomless pepsi etc. it's not too bad at all. For me most other restaurants anywhere have disinterested and unhappy staff, a reflection of the current World. Whatever Pizza Hut does for their staff must be good!

Buffet was absolutely beautiful was a wide variety of pizzas and they tasted hot and fresh! Definitely worth doing the lunch deal! The staff were so helpful and friendly too went above and beyond especially Ben! Thankyou so much will definitely be visiting again ☺️

Had a lovely time at Pizza Hut this evening. We was greeted by Megan and she was the nicest, most respectful person. She helped us with the order taking, having a chat with us and the kids about our week. The staff were very quick to help and clean up the cracked salad bowl that we dropped and my daughter wasnt startled which I appreciated. We aren't local to Birmingham so having a friendly face during our visit was great. The staff here are a credit to Pizza Hut as a whole. The food was tasty, and it came quickly. The restaurant wasnt super busy so it was great for small families.

wish i couldn give zero stars. asked the staff if i could order without connecting wifi and all that crap as i had two little kids to handle while ordering rude lady said NO then i paid buffet for 2 kids and 3 seperate drinks kid’s wouldn’t eat so i took a slice. manager came and embarassed me infront of everyone saying U R EATING?. i paid for an adult buffet then and left the rude place. £40 gone waste.. not to mention the food quality was absolutely rubbish.. zero hygiene.. impossible to find a clean plate. glad we left the disgusting place and food

Demi your employee was absolutely fantastic , it's hard to find people like her, she was very attentive, bubbly I hope she gets recognised for her efforts at work. Our only negative is the price of your drinks! £16 for 4 draft drinks that cost your pence is disgusting

I visited with my friend on 22nd April for dinner. We were greeted by Harrison who was friendly and helpful. The customer service we received from him was brilliant. He made our visit special. We ordered two sides, halloumi fries which were nice nothing exceptional but our other side the loaded spicy cheesy bites were delicious. We both had deep pan pizza the Goat, but we found this too sweet with the caramelised onions and sauce. The manager was happy to swap one of these for a vegetarian pizza. We were happy in that. The salad is nice with a variety of sauce. So enjoyed our pizza evening with the food and customer service. Thank you Harrison

We had great customer service for a colleague, she was attentive on what we need and checking if we are missing any food. She asked us about the quality food and if anything could be improved. I would recommend to family and friends.

The pizza tastes bland and more like cardboard than good pizza, a pizza from tesco tastes better in my opinion. Not worth the price of 15.99. Also very small selection of pizza and if your a vegan expect to go for the salad only.

I went with my friends for the evening. For a Friday the service was incredibly fast. The staff were so friendly, especially the lad that served us! He kept making sure if we needed anything and couldn’t have been more pleasant. The food was delicious as usual. The prices are very fair. I look forward to returning!

Great date night at solihulls pizza hut! Ben was great, quick service and was extremely pleasant would visit again especially if Ben was part of the experience.

Very much enjoyed my meal at Pizza Hut here. I had the Buffet Pizza and it was very much worth the money, so I would recommend if you are very hungry. The service was very attentive and friendly. I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere because it is just like any Pizza Hut, but that is not a bad thing.

Visited today and was greeted by Demi (Debbie lol) she engaged with us straight away and and as we were the only people at the time of being seated, we were offered a choice of preferred pizza. It was freshly made and done promptly. The restaurant is clean and tidy and I can see how much this place has moved forward since Demi took over. She is clearly passionate about her role. Keep up the good work.
