Pizza Hut Restaurants in Solihull

Food was ok, but it is in no way acceptable to wait 20+ minutes for one of your pizzas to arrive. Would have absolutely tried to negotiate a reduction in price, but as we had already paid (and the restaurant was clearly short staffed and struggling), I decided to just leave.

Courtney served us and was fantastic. Really good with all the kids.

Friendly staff, super welcoming to the whole family and worked super hard to make our visit really enjoyable!

We've been visiting Pizza Hut for thirty plus years and it's still got it. Had a great evening and tried the Nduja and Pepperoni special which was really excellent Elleana really did a great job looking after us. Keep doing what you do

Great relaxing current music at right sound level. Pizzas surprisingly tasty and bases with a slight crunch. And not forgetting free side dishes of all sorts of lovely things collected by yourself as in a buffet, whilst waiting the short time for your pizza. Waitress Elleana very helpful and sweet. Good experience all round.

Eleanor ( the Solihull branch ) was very attentive and helpful. Helped me order on the QRcode. ,hardworking member of staff, as even when no customers, she continued clean, refil and speak to the children.

I would like to acknowledge how impressed I was with Reyan. He greeted us warmly and explained the children’s meal,noting that we were in a hurry. Service was good - and all done with a smile. The ice cream choice had to be changed to a brownie to allow us to take out but nothing was too much trouble- even filling up a bottle. I told him that people like him make a difference to customers returning. My first visit and impressed. Children’s meal very good value and good selection of food/drinks.

This place has gone downhill, it was understaffed, over-priced and generally underwhelming. It used to be a standard birthday outing but not again I fear. We ordered two identical pizzas and they were totally different and the waiter had no idea why. The vegan pizza was not good.

Was an initial mix-up in the kitchen causing my partner to wait longer for her food, however excellent customer service refunded entire bill. Very happy with this :)

It was surprisingly quiet and a very friendly atmosphere, the food was fresh and service I must say was impeccable... a big shout out to Harrison whom served us. The staff were absolutely lovely , I was seated by the lovely Demi who was very kind and helpfuland the lady that looked after my table there was Meg and she was such a sweetheart and really ensured my time there was pleasant, as I was eating alone and nervous Meg was really attentive in making sure I was ok and had all I needed, such a lovely lady. The food was great and I'd definitely go back to dine here again. So thank you to Meg and Demi 💞

Bottomless brunch with family pizza was delicious as always and very well stocked up our waitress was megan didnt stop working the whole time we were there very helpfull will definatly return

You have to pay by card - you can't have a waiter take your order, you have to do it on your phone. I explained my phone was broken & I was told to try! Hardly any pizzas out on the buffet & the salad cart was in a mess. We ended up leaving

Food was great and the lady serving us was great but it took us 15 minutes to order due to the WiFi situation. It was very quiet and the toilets were freezing.

Had trouble with a voucher that we wanted to use for the meal but thanks to the great service of Trishan and Megan, all was sorted and we was then able to enjoy some very tasty food.

Trishan was great with the service and was great with explaining how everything works. Explained all the food as i’m not able to eat non halal food but made sure that i knew exactly what is what :)

It’s always an amazing experience coming into the Solihul Pizza Hut. It’s a real family atmosphere with the bonus of delicious quality pizza’s, pasta’s and desserts and the most wonderful staff that go up and beyond for all of there customers.

Used to love pizza hut but after going today, I won't be going back. Had to order on those awful apps. The salad bar was dismal. Hardly any cheese on the pizza. Very disappointing and they still asked for a tip

We ordered a large order for our school fair and they were ready on time and absolutely delicious. They gave us great service and confirmed in advance that the order would be ready for collection on time. We would definitely recommend them.

Stopped by after Xmas shopping today and we were so impressed by the service here. Haven’t been in for a while so didn’t know what to expect but demiann and the other staff were amazing, will defo be back. I recommend the cookie dough it was delicious x

Well, what can I say... This is the first time I have ever gotten food from this pizza hut... and it was disgusting. We got take away and I paid for extra cheese and toppings. Spent almost £40 for me and my husband and there was barely any cheese on it... the bread was supposed to be a thin crust and it was thick and stodgy and I tried it and now I feel sick... I am so disappointed as this was supposed to be a treat. Top it all off we got sides and they forgot to give me all our dipping Sauces... The staff were nice but I was so disappointed. And the chicken dipper things were so disgusting and had more breadcrumbs them chicken. I can't believe how disappointed I was :( I went home and made something else to eat... once I stopped feeling sick.. what happened ! 😕 all this food is now going in the bin I guess.

Place definitely lacks a bit of atmosphere but our visit was a lunchtime so maybe it's better later on. We had the buffet , the pizzas were lovely and hot with plenty of variety. Salad bar had loads to choose. It's a huge downside having to order and pay up front via an on table qr code , had the bill come in the usual way I would have left a decent tip for our server MEG who was so attentive and polite, nothing was too much trouble for her.

Pizza hut is phenomenal in every way! I enjoyed the food the area and especially the waiters they are very sweet talkative and are very helpful I had this waitress her name is Megan she was spectacular she is so sweet and made my experience amazing thx Megan for brightening my evening on a Monday 😊

Me and my friends went here on Saturday for my friends birthday I can't remember thr waitress name but she took a group photo for me and my friends. The food is delicious like always but the only downside thing is the pizza are a lot smaller than they use to be also you have to use your card to pay now and some people part of my friendship group have disabilities and don't have bank card and only bring cash on them and they can't use it but that's the only thing they bring as they don't have a bank card

I love Pizza Hut Pizzas. Always order pizza and do not use the buffet. The service was not even classed as service. Using a app to order our food took 20mins as the waitress spoke so quickly about WiFi etc we didn't understand her instructions. She did come back as we struggled to order. WiFi isn't secure in the restaurant, so why should we use it? Also why ask for a tip in advance? Tip for what? Also had problems with actually paying, which we've experienced in Stratford branch. Always the excuse of HSBC difficult to process or WiFi problems in branch! If as a company you want customers to not have waiting staff, why not install the systems Mac Donald's and M&S use to place orders - far more convenient! No need for staff to interact with your customers ! Stop all this app nonsense and lack of service.

The customer service was excellent and the service too, we were served by Safa and she was just fantastic.The manager was very polite and helpful too. We didn’t wait long at all for our food to be served.

Megan was our sever. She was great, fabulous smile. Explained about the app. I would have preferred her to take our order but I'm old fashioned. Food was lovely. Perhaps more popular pizza needs to be replenished. Good value for money.

Had a great time here yesterday with my Grandma. We both felt very well looked after by an amazing staff member (who I didn’t catch the name of sadly) My Grandmas use of a mobility scooter was not an issue and the staff were more than happy to accommodate.

I had just taken the children off to buy school uniform, We were tired, fed up and hungry. Evie greeted us at the door with a lovely warm smile , took us to the table and explained how we order I asked about the kids eat free deal she was very helpful. We loaded up the app but unfortunately I was having issues - I asked for help as I didn't know how to delete things off. Nothing was too much trouble, she was very helpful and checked in with us. Would recommend BECAUSE of the service the r of us received.

Spent £95 and regretted it straight away. The staff are unorganised, asked for sauce and never got it, along with many things. The food was vile. Apart from bits from the salad area. Flies everywhere. Booked for a table of 7 and got seated in a small booth. Barely fitted us all in. Because of the small table I had to sit in pile of dirty plates stack up as none of the staff seems to care, it was only cause I mention for them to remove them it was taken however, I sat there for 30 minutes in clutter. The worst thing is the staff clearly could see as they walked past constantly but never spoke to us. Paid for four desserts and when they only brought out 2 I asked where the other 2 was and she said “oh the ice cream just ran out” so I obliviously asked for a refunded and with a rude look she huff and when and got out other two ice creams. Poor service and poor food. Never again.

The first people into the restaurant on bank holiday Monday and immediately greeted Super friendly and helpful service from Megan who explained everything we needed to know. Pizzas came out quickly and were delicious. Better than I remember from Pizza Hut so was a great surprise! Would definitely return based on this visit.

Visited last night with my mom and sister. Young waitress clearly unqualified spilt drinks all over my sister’s cardigan, barely got an apology and didn’t offer napkins or anything to clean it up with. Asked for a glass for drink and didn’t get one. Asked for ice in drinks and didn’t get any. Fly was hovering over salad bar and went on peppers, very unhygienic (the same waitress just topped up the peppers that the fly had been on!). Food arrived and pizza was cold, portions of macaroni cheese were tiny as if for children. We ended up finishing the meal in a few minutes at least and left the restaurant swiftly and will not be returning. Manager offered a refund of £13 for the drinks only, shame as I spent a lot more than this.

Just to be upfront - I only go to Pizza Hut because my grandkids like it. They enjoy the self-service aspect of the salads, soft drinks and Ice-Cream. The food is OK. We went there on Monday and it was almost empty. Only one other table occupied. The restaurant was very cold and breezy (AC on too high?). They expect you to order by scanning a QR Code but the reception for mobiles and wifi is very patchy. All that aside, my main reason for writing this review is to name their one saving grace - Megan, our server. She was so friendly and helpful. Her smile and manner warmed the place up. Thank you Megan. 5 Stars for you.

I had the regular buffet with bottomless drink. Restaurant was clean and tidy and our server Ben was friendly and helpful. Loads of fresh pizza and salad bar items being replaced all the time. Highly recommended 👌

Visited your store on Saturday and was served by Meghan . She was very friendly and helped us to order our meal and checked in on us throughout to make sure we were happy even though she was very busy . We really enjoyed Megan’s service as she went above and beyond for us and really made our visit extra special . The manager Demi also came to our table as we are regulars to make sure we were happy with our meal and her staff are very motivated to give the best customer service in store .
