Pizza Hut Restaurants in Croydon

The cheese pasta wasn't refilled the whole time I was there. Tiny bit left in there was luke warm and watery. Tomato pasta was the same as people kept leaving the lid open. The thousand Island dressing was sour. I reported that to the server who initially told me that's what it tastes like. It doesn't normally so I asked it to be replaced. I definitely won't visit there again at the weekend as it's over priced and the quality was awful. Especially if you are a vegetarian as you only get the choice of margarita pizza or 1 veg pizza. Meat eaters get about 4 or 5 to choose from. Total waste of money today. Updated- Sept 2023 Nice, friendly staff at the collection point. Collection order. Food was lovely, but not quite perfect as sweetcorn was missing from pizza.

It took over 2 hours to arrive, there was missing items as no garlic bread and the contents were ruined by vanilla ice cream which was not even ordered overall very unhappy especially as we waited so long from submitting the order

We love this Pizza Hut, the service is excellent and the manager Lancealot is very helpful and attentive to the customers, he is excellent with children and ensuring people are okay with ordering. He makes the experience, as he is so welcoming, warm and friendly to everyone and this is mainly why I am leaving this review. The lay out of the restaurant is lovely, free parking onsite for 3 hours, salad bar and ice cream factory are always well stocked when we go there and if it’s busy they are replenished quickly. Food always fresh and served within a reasonable time and is all very good value for money!

Made a order online and a mistake was made by staff phoned in so It could be rectified by manager I was told I would have to come and collect the pizzas instead of the delivery in which I had paid for bad service

Worst delivery I have ever had. The delivery time kept changing from when i ordered. It took an hour and 27minutes for my delivery. The food was all stone cold and had to be reheated. The pizza had minimal cheese topping. The chicken bites were tiny

Delivery was fine but the state of the pizza was shocking!!! It was all torn apart and slices were on top of eachother really shocking!!! Driver obviously dropped them all and kept quiet!

Had a nice family meal out here today. Arrived approximately 14:20. Restaurant was very busy, but was quickly seated by the manager Lancelot. Lancelot was so attentive and checked on us regularly, despite the busyness of the restaurant and him being rushed off his feet. My daughter had a headache and was quiet, he quickly realised something was wrong and offered her reassurance, comfort and some water. We were overjoyed with the service received from Lancelot, so much so that I’m leaving this review. Lancelot made sure that all tables were served and satisfied despite the rush. Food was lovely too.

Always go to Pizza hut for my birthday, never disappointed , always have the same great tasting pizza with the original base and a side salad.

Everywhere to eat is becoming more expensive, including Pizza Hut, but it is by far my favourite place for pizza. There are lots of deals to make the food less expensive, but it's a bit of a stress to work out the best deal option. I'm not keen on ordering on my mobile, but they did offer to take our order. Personally, I say loose some deals and reduce the normal prices to make the overall price the same but making ordering less difficult and therefore a better customer experience.

The service was impeccable, Emmanuel really went above and beyond to make our trip extra special, including sitting us by the window so that our son could watch the busses go by and putting a candle in my husbands dessert for his birthday. Lovely food too!

Waited for a long time for our drinks and dessert. Food was good and the salad bar adds a nice touch.

We came hear as a party of 10, customer service was 10 10 and Godfred accommodated us very well and his professionalism was second to none. We had several autistic children in our party and they were treated like royalty which is not always the case in restaurants. We will be back.

Pizza was lukewarm/cold when it arrived, I had to put it in the oven! If i wanted to use the oven I would have put a frozen pizza in for dinner and save myself £20

The two members of staff working on my visit were 100% amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly and welcoming. The pizza quality is fantastic. The value for money of the buffets is brilliant. It’s a clean restaurant and I will be back.

The order was nearly 3 hours late ! Some of the dishes were cold and 2 items were not what I ordered and didn’t take any notice of the note I added to an order I asked for an item to be removed from the dish (mushrooms) however still left in dish ! I appreciate it was NYE but that’s no excuse

It's one of the bigger pizza hut in Greater London area. We have diner here several times as a family. Food is like any other pizza hut. Service can vary from excellent to poor depending on staff's mood. Salad bar is almost never fully stocked. They can definitely improve in cleanliness of the facilities department.

I have not received my food yet because the person you have sent doesn’t know his way here.

The manager Lancelot was incredibly helpful and courteous. The wrong pizza was made for me following my order and without hesitation he put it right. He always goes above and beyond at every visit we have made and is truly lovely. He is an asset to the restaurant.

Came with family. No service; ordered with QR code, buffet where we had to wait for pizzas. Nobody brought our plates to us so u had to find them myself. Table for 12 next to us covered in litter not cleared the whole time we were there. Understaffed. Zero atmosphere. We left a teddy there by mistake and when I rang they told me they had found it but when I returned to collect it had been thrown out. Kind of place that exists only the fleece desperate parents

By watching the map, the driver went the long way and stopped at a petrol garage. I asked why he was so late and went the long way he said he wanted to get some petrol. He should of done that before he picked up our food or got it after our drop. He did not apologise. There are two petrol garages by my house also. Our food is cold and having to put in the oven to be able to eat.

Normally the pizzas and garlic bread are really nice from here but today was a major let down. I was following the guy on the map and instead of coming to us who were much closer to the Colannades, instead he chose to go over to South Croydon first which was going really out of the way which meant when he did arrive our food was actually cold and the pizzas and garlic bread were actually burnt so not a good meal today unfortunately for the amount of money that we paid for it.

I recently visited Pizza Hut for a dine-in experience, and overall, it was good. However, I was disappointed with the main course. I paid extra for cheese on my pizza, but there was hardly any cheese on it. If I’m paying extra, I expect more cheese to be added. Additionally, while the salad bar is “all-you-can-eat,” the vegetable pizza had very few toppings, which was disappointing.

The kids LOVED the food. Typical kids options, so not a 5 star for the parents but still very nice. We loved that they have a salad bar.

Decent branch of this very popular pizza chain. Staff are friendly even if busy. A mixture of music played throughout. Was on here for about two and a half hours on my most recent visit at the weekend.

Food was nice once we warmed it up because it was cold by the time it reached us as it took so long to arrive. Was following the driver on the map and he went a really long way round to our property, I didn’t think it was ever going to arrive.

The supervisor was a great sale. I don't remember his name, but he has a dark complexion and is slim. You're a wonderful person. You know your work and should have your own business one day. The lunch buffet option is particularly appealing for those looking to enjoy multiple flavours at an affordable price.

Love the staff here! They go out of their way - especially San - pizza is good too! Parking can be an issue sometimes but worth the visit!

Always a must when we are in the area

The restaurant is absolutely fine, nothing wrong with it! It's just there may have been a kids party?? so there was kids running around, screaming, mess all over the floors. Absolutely not the restaurants or staffs fault. Also there may have been a staff shortage? Because I saw only a few people working with a very packed restaurant. The staff did as well as they could for sure. Food was fine, it's pizza hut at the end of the day! Not ideal for a quiet mid week date night. Maybe come during the day with friends.

We had a meal on Sunday afternoon and have been served by Antonela went above and beyond to make us have a very good experience whilst in the restaurant. The food and atmosphere were very good too. Thank you Antonela and all the staff at Pizza Hut for such a good experience!

I'd say we went as soon as it opened. Ate unlimited buffet of pizza and salad. Mostly self service for the food, ordered on an app. Waiter was very friendly in asking if we needed anything else. Came by regularly to clear unwanted plates too.

We’ve celebrated a birthday party here on the 25/9. Absolute best ever service! Friendly and amazing staff! I have to give special credit to LANCE and ANTONELA for making our evening THE BEST!!! LANCE was super amazing, warm and very welcoming. He took time to interact with our children and spend time to check on each and every one of us! Such an amazing warm person. LANCE was on top of screening and making sure no one gets an allergic reaction, loved it! ANTONELA made sure our table was receiving good care, on time and she even checked in on us regularly to make sure we received our food on time and happy with the food and everything! We can’t thank you enough for this amazing experience and this has been the best ever restaurant to serve us well. We would definitely be visiting more just to experience this wonderful service! Standard pizza hut . It was nice and I enjoyed every crum.

I can’t remember the lady name who helped us yesterday but her service was exceptional made us feel welcomed , checked on our friends child and also was just really nice. The food was nice and the atmosphere was too. All staff members were really welcoming and made us feel comfortable

Excellent service from our server today Emmanuel. She was extremely accommodating especially with children and went above and beyond her duty. The free kids meal meant that we could eat at pizza hut today otherwise I would have to go elsewhere. Having 3 children means it can be very awkward sometimes getting deals but the manager and waiter were the best in helping me. Thank you

Pizza Hut make a big fuss of Gluten free Bases - however none are available during the up to 3pm buffet and you have to order this from the main menu - I get that GF would never be just put out but surely the Buffet deal could include a made to order small GF pizza of choice?

We popped in on our way home back to Torquay yesterday evening. The food was as good as ever as we have been to Pizzahut quite a few times before but at other branches. The difference at that this branch is Emma!!! The other staff were very good aswell but Emma is an absolute rockstar in customer service. She is instantly amazing, welcoming us with her huge smile and happy demeanour. You can just see that she wants you to thoroughly enjoy your visit at this pizza hut. My wife joked during our visit that there is good service and then way up there is ‘Emma service’!!! We visit family in this area quite often and we will definitely visit here again and hopefully get more of Emma’s amazing service. It does make all the difference! Order pizza, which you would expect to be hot as it is supposed to be freshly cooked. However, it was warm to the state that I could hold the pan. How long ago had it been, When was it cooked?

Cost cutting has ruined PH. Pizza toppings were not great, the salad bar lacked selection and freshness, ice cream tasted watered down. PH is dead. RIP. Service was good though, staff are excellent given the swill they're forced to peddle.

I recently visited this place hoping to enjoy a beer, only to find out they wouldn't serve it without ordering food. So, I ordered a portion of fries along with a 330 ml beer. Unfortunately, the beer was served hot, and despite receiving a cold glass, it didn't help. The overall experience was disappointing, marked by poor management and poor service. Not worth the money spent. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Zero stars. Table no. 4 ---

My experience at this branch of Pizza Hut was really good. Your meal can be ordered using the Pizza Hut website. This may prove difficult for individuals who are not tech savvy. However The manager was able to assist with the order. I also observed that the manager assisted other customers who experienced difficulty making orders. I am not a great fan of pizzas, but the pizza base used was okay, and I enjoyed my meal. I would recommend the chicken wings; they are tasty. The salad selection has a good variety of salads to choose from. It was fresh and good value for money. The restaurant is a good size, it is spacious, all on one kevel and can easily seat large groups. There are ample car parking spaces, which makes dining here convenient.

We received the wrong order I would like this rectified now!
