The lunch buffet was good, variety of pizzas and salads was lovely. Waiting staff were fab and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

The free kids meal meant that we could eat at pizza hut today otherwise I would have to go elsewhere. Having 3 children means it can be very awkward sometimes getting deals but the manager and waiter were the best in helping me. Thank you

Pizza Hut make a big fuss of Gluten free Bases - however none are available during the up to 3pm buffet and you have to order this from the main menu - I get that GF would never be just put out but surely the Buffet deal could include a made to order small GF pizza of choice?

We popped in on our way home back to Torquay yesterday evening. The food was as good as ever as we have been to Pizzahut quite a few times before but at other branches. The difference at that this branch is Emma!!! The other staff were very good aswell but Emma is an absolute rockstar in customer service. She is instantly amazing, welcoming us with her huge smile and happy demeanour. You can just see that she wants you to thoroughly enjoy your visit at this pizza hut. My wife joked during our visit that there is good service and then way up there is ‘Emma service’!!! We visit family in this area quite often and we will definitely visit here again and hopefully get more of Emma’s amazing service. It does make all the difference! Order pizza, which you would expect to be hot as it is supposed to be freshly cooked. However, it was warm to the state that I could hold the pan. How long ago had it been, When was it cooked?

Cost cutting has ruined PH. Pizza toppings were not great, the salad bar lacked selection and freshness, ice cream tasted watered down. PH is dead. RIP. Service was good though, staff are excellent given the swill they're forced to peddle.

I recently visited this place hoping to enjoy a beer, only to find out they wouldn't serve it without ordering food. So, I ordered a portion of fries along with a 330 ml beer. Unfortunately, the beer was served hot, and despite receiving a cold glass, it didn't help. The overall experience was disappointing, marked by poor management and poor service. Not worth the money spent. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Zero stars. Table no. 4 ---

Buffet was practical for group, space was ample and airy. Food was warm and tasty, different drinks available, ice cream station was ace and friendly staff. Thanks guys

Customer service and food was amazing. The restaurant provides a lovely homely feel and the staff as always go above and beyond expectations.

My experience at this branch of Pizza Hut was really good. Your meal can be ordered using the Pizza Hut website. This may prove difficult for individuals who are not tech savvy. However The manager was able to assist with the order. I also observed that the manager assisted other customers who experienced difficulty making orders. I am not a great fan of pizzas, but the pizza base used was okay, and I enjoyed my meal. I would recommend the chicken wings; they are tasty. The salad selection has a good variety of salads to choose from. It was fresh and good value for money. The restaurant is a good size, it is spacious, all on one kevel and can easily seat large groups. There are ample car parking spaces, which makes dining here convenient.

To be honest I was a bit disappointed. There was so much waste on everybody's tables. If the pizzas were given topping that went to the edge this wouldn't happen but there was heaps of crust leftover on every single table. You just can't eat dough bread without something on top of it.

Wings where soft and bouncy and the pizza from the buffet was very dry, also the ice cream station looked so unclean and I didn't even attempt to eat the ice cream. Service was very good and the staff where very attentive

The staff is good depending on the mood they are on the day but I gave them 5 Stars because because I was late for the buffet few times with my son but they still let me do the buffet that's very nice of them

Obviously this restaurant is more for children so I wouldn’t recommend if you are wanting a quiet bite to eat the service is really good but personally do not think it’s value for money you get a far nicer pizza at pizza express for the same money. Not my first choice

I've always been a massive fan of pizza hut but on this occasion I realised prices have gone up so much ......that for a party of four adults the cost of a buffet with drinks was extremely high

Pizza hut in general has gone downhill and is over priced now. No grated cheese for the pizza and no label on the sauces for the salad bar. No proper sweets for the ice cream like there used to be, now it's just sprinkles and choc chips. Ice and water machine not working. The bottomless squash for the kids is tap water and juice. The flavour of the food was nice and our server Emma was lovely.

Great service and food for an early lunch with the kids. Lancelot and Paulina did amazing looking after us during our visit.

Pizza's here are quite nice. I went for the deep pan loaded pepperoni feast with triple cheese and added mushrooms. The 'individual' pizzas are quite small. The pizza seemed to not have as much cheese as I had expected (considering the name pizza hut has given it) but the pizza still tasted good. The salad bar is the highlight really, lots of choice and mostly fresh. Very happy they include jalapenos and the sauces are all very good. I was disappointed with the new side, hot honey chicken bites. Not much flavour (only a tiny drizzle of the hot honey glaze) and the chicken itself was very dry. I recommend that be avoided. The lasagne was quite nice though, the sauce more beefy than I am used to but not bad at all. The greatest strength of this pizza hut branch is the staff. They are very friendly, helpful and quite funny. Pizza Hut has a good team here. Overall a pleasant experience and worth the visit.

They had deal of adult meal and kids free Buffett. Seemed like a good deal but ice cream not included like usual buffet but we have to pay £6 extra if needed! No mention of this and plays on kids asking and parent not knowing! Also I don’t eat cheese of any kind and they have always exchanged for another topping. Yesterday they said they can’t do tgst as cheese is not a topping!! Pizza Hut , take heed. There are so pizza places with deals. This attitude needs addressing. I’m happy for you to contact me. The food was delivered late and ice cold not even slightly warm not edible. Very disappointed.

We had a lunch here after during Easter break and it was lovely. The manager and his female team made us laugh, were so kinds and attentive and our food was perfect! I have not been to Pizza Hut for years so even I was excited to still see the salad bar and ice cream machine 🫣. The kids had a great time and I’ve promised to take them back so they can have their ice cream and sprinkles.

We visited on Good Friday and I thought it would be busy. Not too busy, manager sat us down with a big enough space for my pushchair. Also said I had a dairy intolerance so he bought over the allergy booklet which was great (even though I knew what I was going to have). Our waiter... what can I say, his name was Lancelot. Brilliant guy, best service I've had ever in a pizza hut. So attentive, friendly, helpful and hardworking. He seemed to be running around doing so much while the other waitress just plodded about. So glad we had him, made our time there so much nicer. The food was lovely, the deal we got for £24.99 individual pizza, side, drink and dessert was excellent (vegan cheesecake was incredible). Salad bar was perfect too. Definitely will be returning!

The service of both the waitress (Sen) and the chefs was excellent. Food arrived on time and was delicious. The waitress answered all of our questions and saw to all of our needs. She gave our service a personal touch by engaging us in conversation, talking to our little one, and checking in on us at regular intervals to make sure everything was alright. She really made me feel welcomed and looked after!

We had an amazing time we were celebrating our son birthday the waitress Paola she was so nice and helpful and very attentive .first time we faced very good customer service she made our evening nice.we will visit again.

Had good food lunch , the service was exceptional, the waitress Millie was very welcoming and efficient. The only thing not so good was that it was quite noisy in the restaurant.

OUR mistake to go for the buffet lunch when none of us were very hungry. Should have gone for one big shared pizza. However, we arrived at the right moment for the fresh replenish of pizza. So nice and fresh.

I have dined at Pizza Hut Collonades 4 times. Each time the food was wonderful. The atmosphere was good. But especially the staff were amazing, supportive,friendly and very attentive especially the Manager Yaminsan.

It’s not the place, it’s the people! It seems as a society it’s ok to bring your kids to restaurants and plonk the iPad on full volume for everyone else to have to put up with. It’s not just one lazy parent doing it. It’s 3! Whats the point, might as well stick them in front of the tv at home and shove a £4 pizza in the oven ! Maybe restaurants should insist on headphones being used so everyone else isn’t affected by it.

Ugh. I remember when pizza hut offered great pizzas for great prices. Now the prices are high, and the pizzas are rather mediocre. Staff was very friendly though, and the unlimited salad buffet you get with every pizza is a nice addition.

The welcome was really nice. The drinks machine is quite good. The layout of the restaurant and seating and lighting. Overall pretty good.

We reached at 9.30pm and barely got serviced as the restaurant closes at 10.00pm. We felt unwelcome in the place. Though order was delivered promptly but felt that we could have avoided being there.

Really enjoyed my meal, will definitely be returning again, but for the lunch time buffet with my partner. But everything was really enjoyable and loved that me and my partner, could make our own pizza. Our son loved his ice cream and his refillable drinks, definitely worth the price I paid.

Nice food but the place needs a real good clean! Sticky floors, tables and awful toilet cleanliness! The place just needs a proper scrub down! Also, not so sure on ordering everything via the QR code - takes away the experience of dining out.

Haven't been to pizza hit in years. So much has changed. The pizza seemed smaller than normal. The restaurant was also stone cold. Kept my hat and coat on throughout. Also my 4 year old son had to keep his coat and hat on while eating.

This place used to be a very good Fun Food Service But now it is changed a lot the service it looks like you are not welcome the pizza very poor quality and you pay top money for it 5£ for a scoop off icecream The restaurant used to be full before Now you see it empty which it explains a lot I would not recommend

Do yourself a favor and never order a special from Pizza Hut. I paid £20 for what was supposed to be a mac and cheese pizza. It was dry noodles on bread, barely eatable. I'm always disappointed when I order from here, save your money.

The cheese pasta wasn't refilled the whole time I was there. Tiny bit left in there was luke warm and watery. Tomato pasta was the same as people kept leaving the lid open. The thousand Island dressing was sour. I reported that to the server who initially told me that's what it tastes like. It doesn't normally so I asked it to be replaced. I definitely won't visit there again at the weekend as it's over priced and the quality was awful. Especially if you are a vegetarian as you only get the choice of margarita pizza or 1 veg pizza. Meat eaters get about 4 or 5 to choose from. Total waste of money today. Updated- Sept 2023 Nice, friendly staff at the collection point. Collection order. Food was lovely, but not quite perfect as sweetcorn was missing from pizza.

I went with my friend to this restaurant as I wanted to try a different establishment for when we meet up to chat. First of the member of staff who greeted us was very polite and friendly. He was very helpful in helping us to decide what to have. I don't eat pizzas as I don't like tomatoes, so I ordered macaroni cheese and my friend chose the salads. The dish the macaroni came in was 12inches long, but very shallow. I was very disappointed with this as it was very deceiving and expensive for what it was as they only had two choices of pasta dishes. The best part of our evening was staff member Lance and his colleague Yaminsan and the cup of tea I had was really nice. Maybe I picked the wrong day or time, and hopefully the restaurant will improve as they are competing with MacDonald, KFC and Nando's who are all on the same complex.

The service by I think his name was Marcus was outstanding. He was welcoming and warm but fast. He was the manager I think, and other staff also came and checked on us. I haven’t eaten at a Pizza Hut since before the pandemic and so many of them have closed down, it was lovey to visit one, nostalgia for me, and absolute delight for my teenage son, who said it was the best pizza he’d ever had. It was very delicious and hot, served to us in a clean restaurant with a good atmosphere.

Pizza was not hot at all! I ordered a Vegan Veggie and although I ask for extra mushrooms (which I received), the only other ingredient on the Pizza was vegan cheese. Where were the veggies!? For the price paid, I have to say I was very disappointed on this occasion.

Food is as ever, tasty. Now everyone orders over the phone whilst at the table I don't feel comfortable given my details onto their website. Also someone will come around to take your order but is a longer wait. As a suggestion Why don't they do like McDonald's and other fast places so one do not need to use their mobile. For the buffet menu, they run out pizzas very quickly. If you are new then you may wonder why are people dashing to get the pizzas like greedy pigs. We gone there just for a kind of snack so we didn't order much as this wasn't our main meal for the dinner so we only ordered for 1 person as my son was hungry so we just pop in while we came to stay near in hilton The food was good no complaints it was on 23rd August evening the guy who took the order ,he is an Asian and I don't know he's the manager if , its a shame he's the manager for pizza hut. Anyway we ordered what my son wants I ordered only one drink for him and a pizza and a beer for my husband after i ordered he asked to my son shall I bring some tap water for you ,its very insulting and rude that guy shouldn't be the manager, we don't want to waste food so we didn't order much so I don't know what he though about the people . Also I gone to the reception and told him can I upgrade the meal and he said he already did it but he didn't, so rude restaurant people there ,the ladies were not bad but he shouldn't be there

The pizza it extremely cold the lateness is bad but the pizza is nit edible.

Years back this PizzhaHut used to be very busy during weekend and during holidays, For some reason when I visited this time last weekend it was not that busy and service and door was not that great. Manager was in a jeans and a shirt on top of a long t shirt , ran out of Pepsi and Fanta on taps we en up having tap water on plastic cups. Dried pizza 🍕🤔

A fairly uneventful meal, relatively enjoyable meal. It was disappointing that the manager on duty was at times quite abrupt/verging on rude!. We are all entitled to our bad days, but if this is how he regularly presents himself, then perhaps he should consider a change of career.

Before I start complaining, the food was amazing. It was hot, and just a nice pizza. The service was good, they were helpful when serving. But when we got our free salad, the salad bar wasn't looked after as much as I thought it should've have been. The atmosphere wasn't very nice, there was just kids running everywhere. But also screaming children, which didn't please me and my Nan. But all in all, I think that it was a nice place and the food was lovely. But I can't help but mention about the atmosphere.

Love the staff here! They go out of their way - especially San - pizza is good too! Parking can be an issue sometimes but worth the visit!

My sister went to this location yesterday around 7pm and the manager was fatshaming her consistently throughout her time eating there with her friend to the point she didnt want to eat her dessert. He ended her evening saying “i guess the meal got to you” after he saw she didnt eat her cookie dough. This is is outrageous and he shouldnt be manager if this is his behaviour.

The pizza was delayed by 20 minutes and ran out of garlic sticks. I can't recommend this pizza place.

Dirty and disorganised. Went there as Nandos was too busy and I wished I had waited for the Nandos. There was nothing enjoyable about this experience and I couldn't wait to leave.

Pizza hut on a Saturday.. if you don't have children can be quite a frightening experienc, as they host children's parties. The kids tend to play in the buffet salad .... so you can imagine , pizzas from the buffet were dry and had a lack of them, the buffet pizza selection is also not the best i Was pretty disappointed, buffet pizza is nowhere near the same quality as ordered pizzas.

The food took forever and came 10 mins apart and the dessert comes with some sort of fake chocolate sauce but that's probably down to the place being run by a load of teenagers

I took my twin daughters to Pizza Hut Croydon today to celebrate their birthday. All the staff were helpful and friendly and really did everything they could possibly do to ensure we all had a nice time. When I arrived I asked a manager if I could give her a cake to bring out later, no problem she said. Another member of staff called Lancelot was so patient with our order, so friendly and had a really good sense of humour. The pasta and pizza was lovely, served fresh and hot. A really big Thank you to all the staff at Pizza Hut Croydon for making our visit so special, I will be sure to tell all my friends and family to visit , a big Thankyou to Lancelot for making us all laugh😀.

Superb service from Paulina whom I believe is the current General Manager? She was outstanding from start to finish! Even when I didn't have the pizza I wanted from the buffet, she went and got it for us and was super friendly! She even gave me a little sticker ;-)
