Last night went to this place and ordered a pizza for myself and the staff over there was very friendly. Was having a bit issue with the payment but the employee Neha was very kind and helpful. While my order was getting ready I had a great conversation with her. Definitely recommend this place for good food and service.

I was absolutely taken aback by the level of service I experienced here. Mirzan, or so I believe his name is - expertly shaved the price of my meal down with knowledge of vouchers and deals. So I was able to get two bbq base meat feast pizza’s for a very reasonable cost price. He was an excellent host and the pizza too was phenomenal. Non greasy and full of fresh flavour. This was my first time visiting, but will be using this branch as my regular from now on, over Dominoes.

I did order for 2 pizza from Pizza Hut camberwell and I spoke to girl she is manager her name is smruthi she have a great knowledge of the pizzas. This is my second time from Pizza Hut here in camberwell both of the time she was here I aksed her to suggest me good pizza in meat she gave me all the option very calmly after that she asked what I would like and i got what I want I am very happy with the service provided by her. Tried order a delivery which I wanted to pay by cash which I had done before. They point blank refused my custom because I was unable to order online! Absolute joke that they turn down custom because they prefer customers to order online or pay by card! When I asked for the manager's name so I could make a complaint he refused to give his name. Appalling customer service all round don't order from here they are rude and unreasonable

Hello, first of all, forgive my English. Today after a long day at work, even doing some overtime, I came home super tired and didn't feel like cooking, so I proceeded to order one of my favorite pizzas at Pizza Hut Camberwell (Bbq Meat Feast & cheesy bites). But I was so tired that I forgot to put some details about the pizza when I had already paid, a serious mistake. I don't know how to speak English well and I had to call full of fear in case they didn't understand me but (bruty) the girl who answered me on the phone made my day, more than professional she was human and understood me apart from the delivery man (Gops) very Fast and also very friendly, just a thousand thanks guys, sometimes we don't need professionals but people. Have a great day, until next time a friend and client for a long time

Supper rude staff nd special one girl working there she is apparently rude . I wait for my order more then 1:30 hours nd still didn’t get my order

Would give lower than 1 star if possible. Waited until past our delivery time (1 hour after placing order) and after our pizza tracker had said ‘delivered’ as we hadn’t received anything. The manager said there was an online error and that our pizza was out for delivery now. After 30 minutes we called again and she said bad traffic, after another 30 minutes she said the driver was nearly here. We called 4-5 times and kept getting different answers saying that our order was on the way. After several hours we determined that even if the pizza did come it would be cold. We tried to process a refund online and it told us to call. We called and she said we had to get a refund online. It’s also a Tuesday evening so it shouldn’t be busy or a problem. After reading previous reviews all of the excuses given over the phone were obviously lies as it seems to be the standard answers given. The lady on the phone was incredibly dismissive of our concern despite remaining as nice as possible given the situation and trying to be understanding.

I have ordered a pizza for my kids and that took 1hour and 20 mins to receive a cold pizza. I called to complain as my order was nearly 60£ and the manager said they will send me a hot pizza which never came. I will never order again thanks for the cold pizza

Has to be the worst Pizza Hut we ever had delivery from. Order was very late, the guy kept calling and saying different things. The food finally arrived, wet and crushed boxes, the base of the boxes were literally dripping with oil, the food was so greasy. The base of the pizza was not what we ordered, the garlic bread with cheese had no cheese, the nachos were just a mass of cheesy, greasy mush. Awful all round. Avoid!

Worst pizza I have ever had the misfortune to eat. Stuffed crust meat feast poorly cooked and rubbery. My wife had the gluten free and vegan cheese option ( she is gluten and lactose intolerant) meat feast which was not even worth 1star. NEVER AGAIN

Ignore the bad reviews and try for yourself!!! We had a lovely mushroom and ham pizza alongside with wings and cookie dough. Ali was very kind and made our food within an orderly and adequate time. Would come again!!! ;)

I am a big pizza lover. And this pizza taste one of the best I had so far 😉. Other pizza hut wasn't as good as this one. So huge thank you, my kids had a good dinner as well. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

The place said is open since 11:30 am until 22:30pm and the guy said that the shop is close and we need to come back in an hour. Without no explanation very very disappointing and maybe change stuff maybe will it be better

I would highly recommend using another location. I ordered my food at 19:40 and it was expected to arrive by 20:25 on the website. The actual time of delivery was 21:15 which was ridiculous. I had to make 5 phone calls where the “manager” said it would take 20 minutes or 10 minutes each time. Just throwing numbers at me to accommodate for not having people to deliver food on a Saturday night. When the food arrived it was cold and had to be microwaved because of this lousy service. It’s a really low quality Service location compared to 19 Plough Way, Surrey Quays which I usually collect from. Now it’s clear I can’t rely on Pizza Hut for delivery, at least not this location.

Got the any pizza for 9.99 deal, this did not include any dips, however the store gave me 2 free, i asked for another 3 dips to pay and they told me not to worry about paying, would recommend

I live literally 2 minutes walk from the place and by the time I got home the pizzas were stone cold in fact everything was stone cold . They tried to give me ice cream that was already open I could see my food literally sit for 10mins before they gave to me I repeatedly asked why my pizzas were left sitting there and the kept saying they wasn't mine but I watched them box them up they basically messed my order up and then asked me for more money because they "forgot" to charge me for something. All staff are rude and can barely communicate and they clearly prioritise deliveries over people walking in as my 15mins wait was actually more like 25mins. Not only worst pizza hut I've ever had but probably worst pizza.
