Pizza Hut Delivery in Manchester

Great little shop with friendly staff. Great service but not a restaurant style store, not an issue in summer or dry weather as the park is right across the road with places to sit.

I wish I could do negative rating but no option. Better to sleep hungry or eat anything but at any cost avoid this place even if they provide free pizza. I have ordered online several times and common issues faced actually not issues, it's deliberately staff who is doing it 1. Garlic dip is always missing 2. Pizza always comes cold like they have pulled it from fridge 3. Prices are always going high and portions r getting smaller. Believe in hunger of earning money they are trying level best to fetch from where they can.

5 out of 5 whenever I go there.. order on the app, by the time I leave my flat, jump in the car and drive to collect its always ready, piping hot. Small error on one I ordered a week back, added some wrong toppings and missed some out so they gave me the Pizza they got wrong, and made me a fresh one , free of charge, as an apology! Always nice guys whenever I go in - keep doing what you're doing!!

I was tracking the order on the Just Eat site and it went from order receied to delivered however it wasnt delivered for another 30 mins, when I rang to ask if they had delivered to the correct address I was told the order want prepared yet. CUT OFF

I have still not received my order..the restaurant is not receiving the call and I am not even able to track the order

Ordered a full triple cheese pizza and salad and got this. Restaurant did nothing to help me. They’ve basically stolen off me as I paid for something and they gave me less than I paid for. They are thieves

As employer in pizza hut else where this one here does not meet pizza hut standards! Very disappointed Cookie was not the size it supposed to be, very oily and burnt! Did not have any drizzle how it supposed to have Pizza was very oily and by the taste it wasn’t fresh either Sweetcorn was brown not yellow ! This place is definitely working on their own terms and putting down other good pizza hut places

I didn't received my order. and the guy from the restaurant told me that my order was cancelled. but they forgot to inform me!!

My flat number wasn't on the order and the Phone number that you had on file for me wasn't my number. this meant the delivery person couldn't buzz my flat and when they tried to call they were calling a number that wasn't answering.

Called me up trying to get me “40% off my ee bill” asked for name a bank details lucky I ain’t stupid BUNCH OFF SCAMMERS !!!!

They advertise different prices and charge you differently. Once challenged, they speak riddles. This place only exists due to people being drunk and accepting their desperation of hunger.

Driver could find the hotel. Tried to call multiple times. Was promised that he would send the driver back out but after waiting outside for 30 minutes I gave up. So disappointed

Rude and disgusting attitude from the delivery driver. Demanding where I am when I have told him I'm in the house waiting for him. He then says I must come and find him because he can't find anywhere to park and he can't see the house. I am disabled and ordered because I can't get out the house as I'm having a bad pain day. The driver then told me not to raise my voice after he called me Irate and shouting and told me he will just take the pizza back if I don't come out ! Horrible and unprofessional service. Judging by the 2.5 stars ( wish I saw this first ) I would avoid at all costs.....

Horrible experience, rude staff, paid for an order two days ago that never arrived. I called the restaurant asking if it was coming as I’ve been waiting for over an hour, and they said it was not in the system. I’ve asked if I could give them my order number or other info to get it done, the guy over the phone started laughing and hung up?! Called again and no one picked up. Kept calling and the same guy couldn’t care less, just said to write to customer service to get a refund. But I wanted my order he said “no” and hung up again. This is not how you should speak to your customers, literally this guy don’t deserve his job. I still have to receive my refund after 2 days as the customer service wanted PROOF (wth) from the restaurant, which hasn’t been given yet. I don’t know what to say. I paid for something I didn’t get, I’ve been given the worst customer service and still no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH!!!!

Why am I waiting over 1.5 hours for a pizza? Absolute joke

Food took well over an hour to arrive, items were missing and incorrectly cooked. There’s a reason why I haven’t had Pizza Hut for years and won’t be having it again any time soon. Domino’s is far better quality, and also lots of local pizza places are better than this. This is the 2nd consecutive time now with Just Eat that the food has been inedible.

Order has not been received I have been waiting at my hotel reception and have just had a phone call from the delivery driver stating he had returned my order back to the branch refund required.

Ordered £100+ of pizzas the eta was 12:45 - 13:00 after numerous phone calls and being told it was going to be 30 minutes late (at 13:00) we waited till 13:30 and rang again to be told it would be 10 more minutes, the pizzas finally arrived at 13:50 with only half of the order as the other half was forgotten in the shop.. After speaking with someone in the store i was told he could send the 3 that were in the rack, I asked if the full order could be redone and sent out within 30 minutes or i was going to cancel the order. Full order arrived at 14:30 with 3 fresh pizzs & 3 reheated izzas which would have been cooked for the original order about 1 hour before final delivery. Will not be ordering again...

This place really needs a drastic change or complete shutdown. Rude staff, greasy pizza with hair in it and always missing items when ordering from them.

Greasy, oily pizza every time. Gave them enough chances, won't be ordering again. How hard is it to get an order of 3 items correct?! Missing items, poor quality food and rude, unhelpful staff. Some guy named riza, you're an lan mate! Staff need to be retrained or slapped!

Do NOT enter this place. Its not the pizza hut we originally know. This is defo their way and not pizza hut way. The staff are so RUDE and ARROGANT. They are taking the Michael. They really are. Delivery man didn't bother to come to the door, had to go outside and find him whilst he just sat in his car. Also Pizza Hut missed out my drink so no drink. Food was hot and tasty tho very nice.

We made an order online that never arrived. When we called the store supervisor he just said he had no idea where the delivery guy was and gave us his phone number. He said he didn't know what to do, we ended up asking for a refund online. Unprofessional to say the least.

Recieved my order and had the incorrect item. When I called them, they informed me they ran out of mac and cheese and just substituted cheese triangles which are never good and much cheaper. If they had called me and let me know that they didn't have what I wanted, I would have cancelled the order. Instead they just sent it. When i called them, the guy who answered didn't really seem to care. Very poor customer service and he told me to just go through corporate customer care instead of trying to resolve the issue himself. Now I'll have to wait a week to hear back from them and take more time and effort to get this resolved. The pizza was also just poorly made. Will not be getting this pizza hut in the future.

Pizza was to be delivered to the entrance of a hotel. The driver was unable to find the entrance, which really cannot be missed. He took 15min to find it and so the pizza was cold by the time I had it in my hands.

If you like greasy pizzas this place is for you. To be fair it arrived moderately warm. However if you don’t like discrimination then avoid it like the plague. When placing my order I added a note to say I was disabled so couldn’t get to the door. When the food arrived I was called to say I had to come to the door. I explained my situation and the driver said, and I quote, ‘Pizza Hut doesn’t care if you’re disabled’. So, to get my food I had to wake up my Carer (which was mortifying) and ask them to put me in at least a dressing gown so at least I could pick up the food. I’ve never felt so embarrassed, insignificant or discriminated against in my life. Shame on the CEO of Pizza Hut. If you can, please share this story with your friends- online of offline- as this inequality needs to stop.

Quick and efficient , I ordered online and they gave us an estimated pick up time which is about 10-20mins, when I arrived to pick up after 10 mins, the pizzas are already ready to collect, and it’s simple. Pizza and sides are delicious as usual (Pizza Hut’s standard).

Should be no star. I made an order online and was debited on credit card and order wasn't delivered. I called and was told they couldn't reach on phone and took the delivery back.This was after I had called to inform them that order should be left with the reception in my hotel. My money gone no pizza, never would I order again.

What was the process in selecting a manager? A shouting nonsensical clown is a must? Calm down Junior you have a lot to learn in life. Advise for you relax and stop delivering poor service.
