Pizza Hut Delivery in Birmingham

Doesn't even look like a pizza but a burnt piece of bread with no toppings, absolutely rubbish. Won't be ordering again. I tried to upload the pictures but it wont let me upload here.

it will be the last time I order, I placed and received confirmation of the order at 17:45, order confirmed light went green on the site, suggesting the order was in progress and estimated delivery was between 18:10-18:20, it wasn't until 18:40 that the order in progress light went green, suggesting order was, being packed, still the estimated delivery showed 18:10-18:20 even though already 20 minutes late, the packing your order light went green at 18:50 not sure how it takes 10 minutes to put two pizzas in a box, the message changed to order is out for delivery, driver is 10 minutes away this would mean delivery by 19:00, 40 minutes late, but NO driver finally got here at 19:15, 25 minutes after, so in all the total delivery was 55 minutes late, I think this is totally unacceptable even for an early Saturday evening, if the original delivery time had said about 19:15 that would of been ok, as it would of told me that they were very busy, but to have an order 55 minutes late without a contact or even update on the site to say so, is just unacceptable

Absolutely terrible experience with this branch today. Driver went rogue, no delivery. Advised they use deliveroo not own drivers. Told me to call deliveroo myself who referred me back to the branch. No customer service number, only an email online with a 48 hour response time. Called back branch and was told they would not fulfil my order that was paid for and not received. Terrible useless infuriating process. Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere. Would give zero stars for the zero food if I could

Ordered pizza totally wrong pizza sent allergy issue due to whoever not looking at order . No one picking up phote . Pot luck what you get with this lot don't use please

Rude staff (Islan/Islam). Called to explain that our pizza toppings had fallen off the pizza and was hung up on & shouted at by him.. very dim & argumentative little guy who can’t even handle making a pizza. still haven’t been given a new pizza or my money back.

Don't bother going here. We ordered a hot honey pizza, wings and fries. For £31. The pizza had hardly any pepperoni on it. It was basically a jalapeño pizza. Some slices didn't even have pepperoni on them. The chips were not fully cooked. And just glorified mccains. And to top it off the portion size was pathetic. The portion size wasn't even a one person sized portion. And didn't even cover the surface of the box they came in. The chicken wings are tiny. But okay. But just taste like cheap chicken wings. For what you pay and what you get. I wouldn't buy again. It's a disgrace what they give you. Called up and was told they just cook the the food. And provide the portion size they are told too give. Terrible. Avoid!!

Food is good but staff are always coughing and sneezing in the back

Visited here with the intention of ordering a takeaway, but the Pizza Hut Gift card I had wasn't acceptable here. ( No indication that this was the case) So please double check before wasting your journey. The staff were helpful. Especially the young lady who I didn't get her name.

Ordered two pizzas recently and both were completely unedible. The dough was raw in parts and both pizzas were undercooked and very soggy. All the cheese and toppings were falling off. I called the branch to complain and the member of staff was very rude and offered no help other than to say I should contact customer services on the website. No apology and no offer of new pizzas. Stay away from this place.

The pizza here is completely inedible!! I have tried it twice in the past few months ( second time to give benefit of the doubt hoping they were having a bad day) , I will never go back. Both times ordered vegetable supreme , the toppings are clearly not fresh , very sloppy and taste as if they have gone off days ago , the pizza is soaking wet top to bottom with excess oil and the dough and cheese is not fresh. The pizza was also burnt . I hate throwing food away but had to throw almost the whole pizza . My friend felt the same about her pizza . It’s a real shame as Pizza Hut used to be my go to pizza place , it used to always taste fresh with added garlic sprinkles , this shop is letting the brand down . For almost £22 they really need to up their game if they want to stay in business

Pizza dough was not fresh, I usually eat from Pizza hut and they have nice pizzas but this store has some real issues making pizza. It was so much dry and the dough was not fresh at all.

Ordered here sporadically over the years and have never had an issue, based fairly close at 1-2 miles away and have never had any issues as mentioned by other reviewers. Food has always been timely and of expected quality. Knocked down to 4 stars because the cost is outrageous and you’re essentially forced to use their deals to not be gouged - but that is to be expected with any major takeaway food chain.

Just tried the meat feast cheese melts from castle Bromwich. No bloody cheese in them. And hardly and meat. Won't bother again.

Deep Pan Mushroom & Pepperoni is my all time favourite, until I watched the bloke making it, I wondered if I'd be sick after eating it and I was extremely poorly with food poisoning after I'd finished, won't go into detail 😞👎 day in bed and still feel ill.

Pizza ordered for delivery less than a mile away. Turned up 1 hour after ordering overcooked, bland and tasteless. The gluten-free pizza was atrocious, with the toppings stopping at least an inch from the edge of the slightly burnt, crispy crust. Also on the subject of toppings, there was hardly any at all on either pizza - no more than 9 slices of razor-thin pepparoni and the barest sprinkling of cheese on top of no more than a teaspoon of sauce. Never again; without a doubt, the worst pizza I have ever had - and I've travelled 3 continents and 26 countries!

I have ordered two: vegetarian supreme which taste nothing, like you are eating very cheap bread. Another one is Chicken supreme, the worst i have ever tried, has nothing to do with chicken supreme and very bad chicken taste as old one! I had to throw them away and order from MAK Halal which is quite better than this! Not recommended

The worst pizza hut iv ever been to. I'm considering banning pizza hut as a whole due to several bad experiences but this has to be the worst The pizza had toppings that seemed old. The dough seemed uncooked and the general taste was of a oily texture in particular the pizza sauce The service was very poor too. The lights were off and the guy behind the counter was sitting there eating cake without a care in the world Iv used this pizza hut before and I thought il give them another try. They have dropped even below then the previous low Never use this place again

Yesterday I sent £20 on a pizza deal and somehow the pizza was both burnt and also undercooked. It was the worst pizza we've ever had from any takeaway pizza shop. What's more frustrating is I have ordered many times and never experienced this from your store so quality control was missed. In a cost of living crisis treating my family shouldn't result in a food being thrown away.

Locked off the free dips? Nah I'll stick with dominos.

Order came after 3h and pizza was cold.

Ordered half and half pizza half peperoni and half cheese, the half with peporini had 3 pieces of peporoni on the whole pizza, the wedges that we ordered as our side were cooked for the smaller wedges and hard and uncooked for the bigger ones. No sauce came with the order, just your usual deadout order from pizza hut castle brom. I rang to complain about my dead order and the lad on the phone just argued with me leaving me more disappointed.

Ordered food at 18:36 and when they finally answered there phone at 19:52 they said our order would not be leaving there restaurant till 20:15 at least. Ordered for dinner as its too hot to.stand and cook and my kids will be going to bed before the food arrives.

Received a call asking us to collect our pizza as they were short staffed. When we arrived home we opened our sides box of “chicken” selects none of it was edible. Phoned to complain and was told nothing could be done and we’d need to contact Pizza hut online. Disgusting to think that your staff members this this is acceptable to be served as a side order.

Orderd online and left a message iv got kids on my own need food bringing up as in high rise second floor, guy refused to come up so I had to get kids ready and go downstairs, the guy refused to wait so he left. I rang up asked about my food, he said I'm not coming up and when i told him i had to get kids sorted as i cant leave a 2 year old and my autistic 7 year old on there own, he said well tuff i ain't waiting around then put phone down whitch then i had to get the kids looked after so i could go to the shop to go and get my food and met the delivery guy there who was very rude to me. I'm not ordering from here again. I'm a delivery guy myself, I go into block of flats it's the job, you order home delivery you deliver to the door you dont go to a house and deliver to end of road do ya. Never again with these absoulute horrible customer service.

Pizza was nice. Ridiculous price for a small portion. Charge £1.00 for 25g of sauce. Customer service was poor.

Called ti chase order food ready waiting on a driver so food sat for at least 15 mins before coming 9ut time me. Late delivery even when you give extra directions cold food not surprising. Will nit order again

Ordered pizza uber fom them. Everything that could be wrong with it, WAS. Starting of with complete discomposition. A pile of cheese and ham in one corner and plane dough for the rest of it. It was cold. Completely cold even if it was in tact I would be waste of money. And as in truck driver and stuck on the job I was hungry so I tried a bit not to starve. Ughrr. Forget it. Everything undercooked. Dough soggy and anything else just plain raw. Disgusting!

Don't waste your money .ordered a texas bbq pizza think they forgot the bbq part. crispy bacon they mean burnt. If I'm honest I'd of better off buying a frozen pizza from Iceland.

I can’t rate Pizza Hut highly enough. I use them way more than I probably should (!) but their service is fantastic. I’ve never had a bad pizza, they’re always lovely when they deliver (not like sometimes when you get a delivery and it feels like a drop and run) and they’ve Even added extras to the pizza that they know we will like. They called me up the other month to check if I meant to miss my usual topping of the order! Can’t knock that at all, even if it does show I go far too much!

Ordered two large pizzas, wedges and chicken strips. The sizes of the chicken strips and wedged were a joke, the pizza it's an 10'' not a 14''. 10 wedges for the £5.99 and £5.99 for 5 chicken strips that a size I could give to my 2 year old child. Phones the branch and spoke to Mohamed and asked for a manager and been told managers finish 20:30 which is redicoulus. Luckily I had 50% off but imagine ordering and actually having to pay £57 for that it's a rip off. Never ordering again.

Usually always go to star city Pizza Hut which is always amazing. After trying Pizza Hut from castle Bromwich I’m really disappointed. It doesn’t even taste like Pizza Hut Pizza, for some reason always tastes off. Twice I’ve ordered first time I thought it’s a one off, but ordered second time and still disgusting! Don’t understand how it’s still opened. Pizza tastes awful. Management really need to look into this!

A near hour wait for pizza when it stated 30 to 40 mins , only to receive a Luke warm pizza , over cooked nachos last time I use them , very poor.

Food was half an hour late for collection , and Was burnt called them to try and resolve this the man on the phone was so rude ! I I’ll never use here again !! Disgusting

Pizza Hut delivery shop is 2miles from me, normally takes 25-30mins for delivery. After waiting 1hr I rang the shop to enquire delivery time. No one answered, second time was successful. I asked what time it would be delivered and was told it’s leaving the shop soon. After waiting an hour, I wasn’t happy with this obviously. 10mins later it arrived. Next problem, pizza was wrong! My pepperoni feast was missing the pepperoni! I took the pizza/other items back to the shop, I was told that their experiencing problems in the back and thats the reason for all this. No apology tho. Said he’ll re do my order, been 1.5hrs so far now. My trust had gone in both delivery and making the pizza so I declined and asked for a refund. Another problem, due to it being an online order the shop is unable to do refunds. Was told to ring customer services. No apology. I understand problems happen but its still unacceptable.

Pizza was steaming hot when delivered was very tasty the chicken strips were lovely and spicy...yummy

We usually have a pizza at the weekend. They used to be great with no issues but the last 3/4 deliveries have had the following issues Delivery 1: Burnt Pizza, wrong dips Delivery 2: Was as expected and good Delivery 3: Arrived in 1 hour 10 min which apparently means you get a discount on pizza next time, I phoned them and they told me it would be sent though email, it wasn't. Pizza wasn't that hot when it arrived either, was barely warm enough to eat. Delivery 4: DIDNT HAPPEN. They took the money out my account but sent me an email saying they couldn't process my order. I finally got my money back after phoning customer services today (7 days later). The worst thing though, we used our pizza slice rewards for a free pizza. Those slices were taken away and still haven't been refunded, even though we didn't get a pizza for them. Really can't be bothered to chase them for my slices or things I am owed anymore. Will have to find a new pizza place.

Had buffalo chicken piza and was delicious. The only fast food/restaurant ive ever been to where the food looks exactly the same as the adverts. Would strongly recommend

The food here is delicious! Always comes piping hot and fresh, prices are cheap too. Delivery driver Raj is really friendly, always delivers our food with a smile and is always polite! Thank you Raj :)

Tasted ok but large pizzas had a 2 inch thick crust didn't feel like I got my money's worth. Cheesy nachos had hardly any cheese on top. Veggie sizzler supposed to have jalapenos and green chillies, but the green chillies were just unpickled jalapenos, didn't taste great sadly. Not ordering again.

The food was nice but forgot to deliver a side order and then had Me pants done leaving me £1.00 short in my change stating he forgot the pound and left that at the shop also along with my side order. Food.... ok standard of service.... Very Poor.

Don't get why the are next door to domino's both are awful places the pizza was oily and greasy

When I have a pizza I like to be able to have the toppings I like, I have only used Pizza hut once because the didn't have my favourite toppings.

Think I'll pay extra and stick with domino's they always seem to remember the toppins

Ordered on a Tuesday and payed £7.99 for a create your own large pizza brillant price so orderd 2 both pizza was nice no problems and collected for the store 20 minutes after ordering online defently use more often.

Firstly the food was worse than awful. We ordered the £14 deal on the website that included 3 sides, a drink and a large pizza, mainly because it was cheaper than just ordering a pizza on it's own. So when it came after waiting 50 minutes (late) the pizza was cold, hard, dry and looked like it had been warmed up from the day before. The nachos were soggy and cold. The potato wedges were cold and uncooked and the added extra of cheese and bacon was cold, hard and stuck to the bottom of the box rather than on the wedges. The garlic bread was also cold. More than half of this meal went in the bin after spending £17.50 on it. As it was so late when we got it (we live less than 5 minutes away from the shop) it was too late to order anything else and I didn't think to ring them up at the time to say so I went through the website to complain. They took all the details of the meal and asked for my bank account details in order to provide a refund. I didn't fill out this part at first as I didn't want to give out my details but they replied again asking me to give them in order for them to provide a refund as it was cash on delivery. So I did. I have since had a reply to say that Pizza Hut is unable to provide a refund on this meal, no explanation as to why just that they couldn't. So they have taken my bank details for nothing. You also can't reply to them as it is a "noreply@pizzahutcustomerteam.com" email address. Be wary about using this delivery shop crap food and even worse customer service from Pizza Hut.
