Pizza Hut Delivery in Swansea

Had to cancel order due to an error on the website which said showed as the hut as being closed when it wasn’t. When I cancelled the order it said ‘order cancelled but you will be charged’. So a pizza for 1 cost me nearly £40

Decent food overall. Nachos and cookie dough were flawless, but I never received the ice cream

One pizza, minimal topping even though I paid for extra, two slices of cold garlic bread and it should have been 4 , no ice cream but paid £2.99 for a tiny tub, when I telephoned in they said sorry we’ll bring you more bread and some ice cream, the bread wasn’t cooked it was just buttered , and was cold, the ice cream was tiny and melted , I would never recommend this take away, and I really would like my money back

just missing the side order of a salad, no option to say just missing one item

Was honestly one of the nicest pizzas we’ve had . The bacon was crispy , and all the toppings were cooked right and the crust wasn’t too hard and really letthe cheese stuffing do its thing. Only thing , it didn’t have the label / seal the pizza hut boxes use but the pizza itself was gorgeous

when does a vegetable supreme mean none of the items listed in the description but covered in jalapeños! I can't begin to say how disappointed an upset that I am. plus the person at the restaurant who answered the phone barely speaks English and tried to convince me that it was correct when it most certainly was not!

Great tasting pizza. Our original order was wrong, but the staff immediately corrected this and offered a free side as gesture of good will. Very good service.

Absolutely terrible - zero stars! Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice.... shame on me! We ordered pizza from here around a year ago and it was vile. The pizza sauce was all dried out and tasted putrid. I didn't even manage a whole slice each. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because we thought perhaps it had been busy sitting under a food lamp too long... we were wrong. We tried again today and once again had an awful experience. I went to pick up the pizza and the atmosphere in there was uncomfortable with some very strange jokes being made. Once again the food was terrible. The potato wedges were undercooked but passable. The pizza on the other hand was nauseating. The sauce is most certainly not pizza hut brand and tasted like pure tomato paste but with a weirdly bitter taste. Some of the peppers on my pizza had gone off bits on them too. Then as if it wasn't bad enough , I found a hair in my pizza that 100% was not mine. I will not return a third time.

I ordered food yesterday- food was delivered in less than 30 minutes and was greeted by a really friendly delivery driver. When they handed the food over the food was so warm that steam was coming from the boxes. Everything was delicious. 100%.

I recently went for a party order take away and the staff who took the order was so friendly and helped me choosing the menu correctly. And serve the food hot and fresh. One of the recommended store.

Order delivery 10:30 never arrived, no car even entered my street and my office is next to the road. Requested refund online as I got charged for it despite never receiving it and the HUT repeatedly says it was delivered. If you order and it doesn't arrive DO NOT EXPECT A REFUND YOU WILL GET CHARGED AND NOT RECEIVE THE FOOD!

Stuffed crust need to be more melty but tasted great!

Never showed up if your closed you should notify just eat aswell instead of showing your still open and delivering and notifying me that the drivers on the way absolutely shocking

Pizza was incorrect and they forgot the cookie dough and the ice cream it comes with!! Have complained to just eat who have done nothing!! Luckily I know the area manager Dean who will be made aware of the staffs incompetence, take the money but don't give a shred of attention to the order!!

Wrong items sent cold food when arrived very disappointing

I used this place previously and was served by a very nice young lady who explained the menu and sold me a pizza for £6.99. Didn't want any extras and walked away a happy customer. Tonight!! Ignorant young bloke who decided that the same pizza was £9.99. After querying it he told me that as I didn't order any extras for the Pizza I ordered and that was the price. Funnily enough I could not find that priced Pizza anywhere on the menu on the counter. Who knows!!! Check before you pay. By the way the Pizza was cold and tasteless.

My ordered arrived just before 6 when it was due at 5:30 (latest) the food was then stone cold and cheese congealed and offered no compensation at all.

Wrong Pizza delivered I ordered a Pepperoni and I got a ham and pineapple instead, and it was cold, and my garlic bread was extremely cold.

We placed the order at 10:30pm but it is now 00:15am when food arrived. The delivery person stated that he is in fact staff and not a just eat delivery driver and that just eat has not sent a delivery person. What a farce!!!!

My order arrived 1 1/2 hours late and was missing the drink which was included in my order. Not happy at all the service is disgusting. The only good thing was the delivery who couldn't apologise enough even though it's not his fault.

I ordered a pizza meal deal and some extras, unfortunately the garlic bread and tub of ice cream were missing on original delivery, they were sent out later by which time the pizza was cold.

Exceptional service in every way possible. Delivery man Joseph found a resident's mobile phone outside in the most horrendous windy rainy storm in the Marina area but despite the weather went completely out of his way to ensure it was returned to the owners which was extremely kind of him!

Ordered at 10pm, rung at 11.25 after numerous phone calls they finally answered the phone and was told it would be with me in 15 minutes even after it showed delivered on the just eat app, no show still, shocking customer service

Sometimes they serve properly made fresh pizzas as described, sometimes they just mess up with your order and deliver smelly pizzas from the same branch. So it depends on your luck what you are going to get! 🤣

Worst pizza hut I've ever had .. un fresh over stretched dough .. dryer than a desert .. considering they brought back cheesy bites they were rock hard without the usual garlic sprinkles and oil .. won't be using them anymore time for dominos

Absolutely inedible, it’s the worst pizza I have ever tasted in my life ! They forgot to put tomato sauce on the pizza and was like rubber. Moved my time slot after asking where my food was and then was still late after that. Our garlic bread with cheese was missing and also 2 cookie dough desserts missing and all this after waiting for 2 and a half hours. We were tempted to take it back to the store and ask staff if any of them thought they could eat this rubbish 😡

Mac and cheese was cold, pizza’s felt like they needed extra few minutes. Flavour was nice though and it wasn’t greasy like most pizzas are.

Been trying to order Vegan pizzas couple of times last few weeks but I ve been told that they Dont have any Vegan cheese although Vegan cheese and Vegan toppings are available on their website.!!!I just dont understand it, why they keep saying that they Dont have Vegan cheese ,it’s really disappointing.

I ordered at 18:40, the estimated arrival time said delivery at 19:20, it turns out we have been waiting until 20:20 though. 1 hour and a half, I wish I checked the reviews.

Disgusting delivery service, from managements to drivers, waited 3 hours and 20 mins only to be told that the deliveroo drivers took my food twice and marked it delivered! GET YOUR OWN DRIVERS. Last time I'm ordering from this place.

Ordered at 7pm turned up at 8:20pm . Opened the box and it was the wrong pizza and the pizza was stuck to the lid. Phoned for a replacement pizza and to make sure its the right one at 9:20 phoned to see where it was and he said your not having it o don't care and hung up . Avoid this place with all costs rip off customer service is atrocious and I paid for a pizza and didn't get it and they have kept my money. Bunch of muppets
