Pizza Hut Delivery in Lewisham

ne er recieved order as pizza hut said they never recieved! terrible service

Had very good experience. Friendly staff and food was very tasty.

I ordered this evening and staff member were really rude, received cold pizza after one hour and its not delivered at delivery address..!! I asked for email id to complain and he put me on the hold and then he told me one word of the email address and then disappeared for few minutes, he took ages to give me the email address.

Normally I go to this one a lot i went there last night to order no problem. Got the pizza and it wasn’t packaged properly as I was walking home the pizza fell out of one side on to the floor. So I couldn’t eat it and I lost money as well. Is there anyway I could get a discount or coupon for a new pizza? because of this. Normally I haven’t had a problem there.

Not sure if food got delivered,I never received any food yet,Mr Santiago aka Dr Rehman keeps stealing my food and police need to notified immediately.

Impossible to order online if you dont have a UK phone number...

not impressed with time and delivery, pizza almost cold, ice cream melted and my free fries I was promised were forgotten. Took deliveryman over a hour to get them back to me and I only live 10mins from shop, by the time they arrived the rest of the food was eaten. Very Poor service this time. l have ordered from Lewisham way pizza hut many many times and never been this dissatisfied. Plus there was no map service to follow when the delivery would arrive.

The pizza was delicious and staff was supportive.

Pizza took an hour from ordering to delivery. They mark their tracker as ‘delivered’ way before it got to us, probably to meet their delivery targets. When I called to query why it’s taken so long, they offered no explanation. By the time it got to us, the pan pizza was cold and soggy from sitting in its fat for so long. Avoid

All orders were taken into consideration and delivered as it was asked..Naseer , member of staff was cordial and so professional. He helped me in sorting out such a big order. They talk in a very dirty manner, they don't have the manners to talk, when you order, they take money and send the wrong thing, and they have done the same thing two times, took the money and sent the wrong thing and now when I call them, they say that delivery cannot be done here, they are very useless and they talk in a very dirty manner, their shop should be closed, I will campaign against them

My delivery took 1.5 hours to arrive, it was stone cold and my bottle of Pepsi was missing!

Over 1 hour late. I called the restaurant, they told me it would arrive in 5 minutes but it took 25 more. It was reported as delivered 30 minutes before it really was, so they're probably faking metrics not to raise any flags to Just Eat

This is literally the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. They always get my order wrong or mixed up. I wish I lived in Forest Hill still as that Pizza Hut shop is so much better. I ordered on Uber Eats small pizza and wedges. The system on there is wrong and not simple. I wanted chicken sizzler and pressed the option and an extra topping of tomato. All that got delivered was cheese pizza with tomato toppings and wedges. I called the shop and they then delivered the chicken sizzler pizza undercooked. I will never order from here again. I'll just have to wait to have a reason to go to Forest Hill again to get pizza from their store. It will be cold by the time I come home but at least I know the pizza will be decent and I can reheat it in the oven. Don't order from this shop they never follow instructions.

Didn’t think I’d find myself five starring a Pizza Hut but this was the best pizza chain pizza I’ve had in a long time. Fast and friendly delivery too. Also got a large pizza for a tenner through the voucher on website, fabulous deal.

The app said the order with delivery driver for over 20 minutes before the delivery came and I called the restaurant (Pizza Hut Lewisham) which is less than a 10 minute drive the food came cold.

Wasn't a great meal. I didn't receive pizza hut standard I know that much.

The delivery guy was on time originally but with someone else’s order. So I had to wait outside for an additional 20 minutes for him to go back and bring mine. When he did it was practically ice cold.

If you want late delivery, burnt or over cooked pizzas and unprofessional and bad customer experience then this is the place..I placed the order a good one hour in advance but still the pizzas are delivered 20 min late that too after multiple follow up calls.And the pizzas delivered are burnt and over cooked. I called the Lewisham pizza hut to complain and express my disappointment. All that I expected was empathetic and understanding customer experience but instead the lady on the call suggested me to eat the burnt pizzas without even saying sorry or apology even once ! Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

You need to deliver the food on time otherwise I will not order. No food for Pizza Hut.

delivery late by an hour and half, called restaurant as per waiting for food was diabetic, was tod there was an issue with app and order had only just come through, waited another 30 mins, driver called to say he couldn't find the address and was at the pub but could tell me which one, totally unacceptable!!

They Unashamedly admitted that they have to get the phone orders out before the walk-in orders & they told me it would be 10-15 x Minutes & it ended up being twenty minutes when it's them iwas late but NO sorrys given

Awful. Driver in car so was told to come find him in the carpark to collect my food. Awful service

Never had a takeaway pizza that took so long to arrive, more than an hour and 45 minutes (website said it would be with us within 30), had to ring 4 times to find out where the food was and each time I was told the driver was on my street when they clearly weren't. Doesn't even deserve one star

My food is cold plus the driver did not even apologise for coming late. He literally did not say one word. Very poor service!

Often take more than an hour to deliver pizza (with missing side or drink) and because of that delay the pizza comes out cold and as hard as a rock. But once in a while when they do get their timing right the pizza comes out really well.

Waited for our order for a hour and when it arrived was cold and burnt ... so called the restaurant to explain the problem was told to hold we could hear everything they were saying after nearly 10 mins on hold I called on a different phone to speak to the manager and then he was rude and didn't seem to understand the problem... after another nearly 10 mins explaining the problem we are now waiting another nearly hour waiting with no pizza ..😡😡😡😡 please people avoid this place ...

Ordered x3 choc chip cookie dough ice creams. Received different cookie dough desserts. Called and was offered a replacement. After multiple phone calls, staff hanging up on me and 3 hours after our initial order we were offered a delivery the next morning. On asking for a refund we were told to contact customer services...for which there is no number. Would not offer any stars if I could.
