Pizza took an hour from ordering to delivery. They mark their tracker as ‘delivered’ way before it got to us, probably to meet their delivery targets. When I called to query why it’s taken so long, they offered no explanation. By the time it got to us, the pan pizza was cold and soggy from sitting in its fat for so long. Avoid

Naseer the manager is AMAZING! I was having issues ordering online and he was SO helpful, he really cares about his customers! The staff and delivery guys/ gals, always go out of their way to make the Pizza hut experience great! I'll always order here, the absolute best!!! :)

I have visited this Pizza Hut recently. Best Pizza Hut and the Pizza Served is very delicious and the ambience of the Pizza Hut is very nice and attitude of the staff is customer friendly. Best of luck

All orders were taken into consideration and delivered as it was asked..Naseer , member of staff was cordial and so professional. He helped me in sorting out such a big order. They talk in a very dirty manner, they don't have the manners to talk, when you order, they take money and send the wrong thing, and they have done the same thing two times, took the money and sent the wrong thing and now when I call them, they say that delivery cannot be done here, they are very useless and they talk in a very dirty manner, their shop should be closed, I will campaign against them

My delivery took 1.5 hours to arrive, it was stone cold and my bottle of Pepsi was missing!

Over 1 hour late. I called the restaurant, they told me it would arrive in 5 minutes but it took 25 more. It was reported as delivered 30 minutes before it really was, so they're probably faking metrics not to raise any flags to Just Eat

This is literally the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. They always get my order wrong or mixed up. I wish I lived in Forest Hill still as that Pizza Hut shop is so much better. I ordered on Uber Eats small pizza and wedges. The system on there is wrong and not simple. I wanted chicken sizzler and pressed the option and an extra topping of tomato. All that got delivered was cheese pizza with tomato toppings and wedges. I called the shop and they then delivered the chicken sizzler pizza undercooked. I will never order from here again. I'll just have to wait to have a reason to go to Forest Hill again to get pizza from their store. It will be cold by the time I come home but at least I know the pizza will be decent and I can reheat it in the oven. Don't order from this shop they never follow instructions.

Didn’t think I’d find myself five starring a Pizza Hut but this was the best pizza chain pizza I’ve had in a long time. Fast and friendly delivery too. Also got a large pizza for a tenner through the voucher on website, fabulous deal.

The app said the order with delivery driver for over 20 minutes before the delivery came and I called the restaurant (Pizza Hut Lewisham) which is less than a 10 minute drive the food came cold.

Wasn't a great meal. I didn't receive pizza hut standard I know that much.

My food arrived very cold and was also missing an item

The delivery guy was on time originally but with someone else’s order. So I had to wait outside for an additional 20 minutes for him to go back and bring mine. When he did it was practically ice cold.

If you want late delivery, burnt or over cooked pizzas and unprofessional and bad customer experience then this is the place..I placed the order a good one hour in advance but still the pizzas are delivered 20 min late that too after multiple follow up calls.And the pizzas delivered are burnt and over cooked. I called the Lewisham pizza hut to complain and express my disappointment. All that I expected was empathetic and understanding customer experience but instead the lady on the call suggested me to eat the burnt pizzas without even saying sorry or apology even once ! Highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

You need to deliver the food on time otherwise I will not order. No food for Pizza Hut.

This pizza hut made me laugh... At first I thought the staff were arguing but it's just their banter... Funny staff.. food was fresh and hot. Only would like to see them in uniform. That's the only down star but would go there to order again.

Delivery driver deserves a slight raise in her wages after putting up with my dopey moment today almost resulting to my order not being delivered because off me she was so courteous about it all too you need more like her

delivery late by an hour and half, called restaurant as per waiting for food was diabetic, was tod there was an issue with app and order had only just come through, waited another 30 mins, driver called to say he couldn't find the address and was at the pub but could tell me which one, totally unacceptable!!

They Unashamedly admitted that they have to get the phone orders out before the walk-in orders & they told me it would be 10-15 x Minutes & it ended up being twenty minutes when it's them iwas late but NO sorrys given

Never had a takeaway pizza that took so long to arrive, more than an hour and 45 minutes (website said it would be with us within 30), had to ring 4 times to find out where the food was and each time I was told the driver was on my street when they clearly weren't. Doesn't even deserve one star

My food is cold plus the driver did not even apologise for coming late. He literally did not say one word. Very poor service!

Often take more than an hour to deliver pizza (with missing side or drink) and because of that delay the pizza comes out cold and as hard as a rock. But once in a while when they do get their timing right the pizza comes out really well.

Waited for our order for a hour and when it arrived was cold and burnt ... so called the restaurant to explain the problem was told to hold we could hear everything they were saying after nearly 10 mins on hold I called on a different phone to speak to the manager and then he was rude and didn't seem to understand the problem... after another nearly 10 mins explaining the problem we are now waiting another nearly hour waiting with no pizza ..😡😡😡😡 please people avoid this place ...

Ordered x3 choc chip cookie dough ice creams. Received different cookie dough desserts. Called and was offered a replacement. After multiple phone calls, staff hanging up on me and 3 hours after our initial order we were offered a delivery the next morning. On asking for a refund we were told to contact customer services...for which there is no number. Would not offer any stars if I could.

2nd time they've closed the restaurant early, taken my money and not delivered. This was through the Pizza Hut App. Awful people.

Ordered from here 29/10/21 I live 10 mins away.... I have to say everything was a bad experience, 1 my delivery took over 1hour then when it came the driver refused to deliver to my door even after explaining I am disabled and would not be able to hence why I chose delivery the delivery man was very rude. When I called the lewisham branch to complain the manager then did a refund after saying he would have to learn how to as he never knew then when the refund showed on my account it did not show as pizza hut but with his bank information..... how unprofessional and I will not be ordering from this branch again.....pizza hut do better hope people have a better experience than I did coz this was stress....

The Person who done the delivery was very respectful and welcoming. The food was still very warm and fresh. It was tasty.

Delivery didn’t turn up. They couldn’t get in contact with the delivery driver. Awful customer service. Did nothing to rectify the situation. I’ll be forwarding this to their head office.

Ordered a vegan pizza , but wasn’t delivered 😢. Phoned the restaurant but they hid behind a fuzzy connection and said “ your order should arrive at any time “. £25 down the drain Ps . Tried to contact just eat , but completely blanked 😐 My advice Don’t bother

I’ll be honest they offer good deals such as £25 for 2 large pizzas 2 sides drink and desert. I usually order for my kids and the pizzas at first came a bit too over seasoned. The previous two times were much better, but the latest one I ordered one of them came soggy, tracking didn’t work and the person who answered the phone refused to give his name despite claiming to be the manager and gave me a customer service number which is not operating due to covid. He then didn’t really help the issues I had and actually did not really believe me which was rude. Nonetheless I emailed and complained and they contacted me 2 days after offering a compensation voucher. So that’s better. 3 stars overall

The photo for Chocolate chip cookie dough has ice cream but it is not included in the actual delivery of the product. Bit misleading.

Terrible service at Lewisham Pizza Hut. Friend accidentally ordered to wrong address and we were not given help to address the situation. Still were charged and never got the food. Very unfriendly staff and unwilling to help, will not be buying again.

Delicious pizza, prompt delivery time and great service from staff members in store, to the delivery men. I've ordered from this Hut a couple times and have never been disappointed, from pick up to delivery. They have a variety of offers online to meet your needs whether it be date night in or a gathering of 6 in the garden :)) The new Nacho Cheese stuffed crust might not be my favourite kind of crust but at least it is nice to have new options, like the KFC popcorn chicken.

I'm really pleased with the on- line ordering & the estimated times of delivery along with the actual food of course 😋 ... Tonight I had trouble with my on line ordering & have to share that when I called them, they were helpful & understanding. I had to call them bk because I was getting frustrated & 'Hangry" ( lol, with apps & devices, lol) but they really did help me... Id defo give them a thumbs up 👍...

Delivered early twice. The first time 2 hours earlier and we asked the driver to take it back. Then we got reassurance the order would be prepared again for the time we booked. And yet it arrived 25 minutes earlier again
