Honestly the worst customer service. I ordered special fried rice for my family, and I received a watery, sour rice. I made a complaint to the staff, and they were so rude and they didn’t apologise. Please avoid this restaurant.

HORRENDOUS DELIVERY! I never received my order and after calling the restaurant several times and then conforming the driver was near my house but it didn’t come for 30 mins after I called. I payed full price but never got my order. TRULY UPSETTING

A £20.00 half crispy duck, already shredded, very dry, the pork was chewy and I am sorry to say that this was the worst Chinese take away I have ever had. Even the egg fried rice @ £6.50 tasted funy and overcooked too. I understand that sometimes it goes wrong but this time, I am afraid, I will never order from them again.

Not sure why everyone is so angry but I suppose people usually review if it’s bad! We had a lovely meal from Home ordered via just eat, with a Tuesday discount too. Food was lovely, great portions and much more fairly priced than a lot of other local Chinese places. Crispy shredded beef and salt & chilli tofu were both so good. We have been looking for a great local and will definitely be ordering from here again.

I always get the tastiest food from here, my go to Chinese takeaway! Great selection of veggie options too and the food is always piping hot when it arrives. Docked one star as i’ve had things missing a couple of times but easy mistake to make on a busy Saturday evening and they’re always quick to rectify it! Thanks guys 😊

First time trying here for delivery. Got the chicken curry box with fried rice, and the sweet and sour pork box with fried rice. I did order a portion of salt and pepper chicken on the side but received what tasted like honey chilli chicken. It was really delicious. Only reason I've marked it down is because of the wrong item being delivered. Will try again in the future.

I have ordered from here several times before and i had no complaints the dumpling was good and main meal were fine. On this occasion though everything was awful, i come from a Chinese background im not a chef nor a food critic but i don't to be either to say this meal was poorly cooked. For the price the quality was rubbish. the dumplings are undercooked i thought it could be just the xiao long bao but it wasnt the pork and cabbage was also. It doesnt matter if they frozen or made fresh but definitely undercooked. The wonton noodles was no better the type of noodle was wrong instead wonton egg noodles you used chow mein noodles never have seen or heard of this my life. So i tried it, i had two mouthfuls and it was disgustingly soggy the chow mein noodles have so soft you might aswell have a bowl of flour and water because there wasnt much filling your wonton dumplings which is a compared your other dumplings which make question are purchased frozen? Two others things i will say is that the seafood rice is lacking seafood its mainly imitation crab sticks and fish balls but there are two prawns and probably 3 pieces of shrimp. The xiang corn is just basic born corn cob please do not advertise it as otherwise. I understand its late or could be busy but this after this occasion i wont re ordering. Please use this criticism as an advantage to fix up.

I love Chinese food and the takeaway I got from this place was one of the worst Chinese I’ve ever had … so disappointing. The prawn dumplings had no taste and the rice with duck was not well made either (duck was tasteless and with too much fat on). Won’t order again

Very unimpressed. Order cancelled 2 minutes after said it was on the way.. door was not knocked on and bell was not pressed! Waited over an hour for food that never arrived.

Quiet some time ago I ordered food regular from here and online to be delivered to my home address and i must say that it ALWAYS got delivered to me by very fast and safe delivery scooter riders and now some time after the delivery takes always quiet long to arrive to my home address BIT BIT BIT I got told by a good friend that apparently very very very soon my deliveries will be delivered fast and safe to me again because a very fast and safe and exsperienced rider will be delivering and joining the delivery riders and delivery drivers there soooo FAST DELIVERY am Assuming will happen very very very sooon

Got through Deliveroo. Spicy green beans, mapo tofu, Singapore fried rice, xiao long bao and pork dumplings. Everything excellent, properly spicy as mapo should be. Szechuan pepper, so not for tourists. Great work, will order again.

First time ordering here. I ordered the House Special Fried Rice and Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings. The food arrived warm and was delicious. Really tasty food. Im giving it a 4 stars because i only recieved 4 or 5 chicken wings. Ordering from new places always seems like a miss but this was definitely a hit. I would order from them again :)

Appalling customer service and substandard food. Extremely rude manager. My food arrived cold and when I called to explain his he started shouting down the phone at me. He said he needed proof I didn't eat the food before refunding me, which I provided. He never called me to confirm he was refunding me. Abysmal!

Disappointing for a £60 take away Duck was already shredded, ok no biggie Spare ribs in the mixed starter were dry as, at least a few days old I’d say.... Crispy shredded beef didn’t taste of anything Chicken in the chicken balls, I’m sure it was chicken, but it didn’t taste of chicken Broccoli was ok Rice was a good sized portion First and last time we’ll be using this place

What a disappointment. I've had tender chicken, but if you're looking for a chicken that's been drowned, chopped up and drowned again go here, the sweet and sour chicken balls were SOAKED and to make it worse the batter was underdone. The crispy chilli beef was overcooked and more crisp than beef. The appetiser which was prawn toast, ribs and spring rolls arrived cold and the banana fritters were as dry as the Mojave Desert. The only half decent dish was the special friend rice and the chicken chow mein...

Used to be good. Unfortunately quality has gone down. Meal tasted oily and little flavour. Real shame as food used to taste quite good.

OK-ish, the spring rolls were awful, stuffed full of bean sprouts and almost nothing else! Udon noodles were good, but the beef was tough and overcooked, shame.

I usually love the food from this restaurant. This time I received overcooked and chewy beef, chicken and pork. Overly spicy yet undercooked ho-fun. Dark dark brown and crunchy chips with no centre and crispy beef that was soggier than a wet dish cloth. Who the hell is in your kitchen Home??? Get them out now!!

Worst Chinese ive ever had watched them cook the food .pork balls were frozen and put in the microwave .food was not good .needless to say would not be using this place again .

Got my food delivered and it was the worst Chinese I have ever tasted. King prawn noodle just bland had no taste whatsoever. Over £40 just went down the drain. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Came here with my partner yesterday.... total rubbish! Firstly the staff are super rude and place is freezing, they never ever have ANY heating on, you may as well be sitting outside I had lamb ribs by themselves that were just flavoured fat. After trying 3 different pieces I realised that all the ribs were in fact just fat. I told the woman behind the bar, her response was "you cannot say anything when you have eaten half the meal" as you can see I had not eaten half this meal, its totally disgusting and uneatable!! its a shame really as I have eaten here before but the standards have gone right down.

I'm surprised by the reviews I've read as I am quite a fussy eater in terms of quality and I haven't experienced anything bad from this chinese takeaway. I order things such as spring rolls, chow mein, rice, prawn crackers and traditional tea all of which is great tasting and not greasy. I've actually had a recent experience with them and it was awful so I revoke 3 stars.

Used to be one of the best places in area, however everything changed, around January 2019. Food quality went down and service became unacceptable. Last three times I was ordering from there it took them 2 hours to deliver. Food is still ok but not even close to what it was before. Do not recommend to anyone. Unfourtunately, home chinese lost all the standards. Avoid if you can.

My partner and I love this place. It's our go to takeaway. The food tastes great and the portion sizes are more than generous. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants quality food.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I placed an order with them through just eat. They confirmed, sent a text to say it was out for delivery IT NEVER ARRIVED!! Waited over an hour, tried to call over ten times- no reply. No one to call on just eat as it was late and couldn’t order from anywhere else as by that time everything was closed. Disgusting service - they will take your money and not deliver

Vial food. Absolutely disgusting. Wrong items on order. Staff so rude when called. Basically telling you to sod off. Avoid at all costs!!! Inedible!!!!

Singapore fried rice is not the typical one I'm used to and other food were a bit cold.

Deep fried pepper and salt wings amazing.... the rest of the meal inedible.(Mixed meat special fried rice & Sweet and Sour Pork).... Not Impressed.

I Brought over £30 worth of food, it took over an hour to arrive. Once arrived I received bland watery; sweet and sour chicken filled 60% with cumcumber and carrot. Beef in oyster sauce filled with broccoli. 4 small pieces of fried squid with a hole in the lid. Bland and not spicey Singapore rice and noodles. I am really disappointed and angry from this out come. Worst Chinese food iv ever ate. Quality of food is poor and quantity is very very poor for the price.

Terrible. Small portion of lamb ribs which were mostly fat. 'lemon' duck was duck on a bunch of pineapples and the shittest sauce I've ever tasted - which tasted like ????? But definitely not lemons. Called because it clearly wasn't lemon chicken, guy hung up

This is the worst Chinese takeaway I have ordered a chicken chow mein and there is tons of onion. I pay for chicken chow mein not for onion!!!!!

Food was late as it arrived after 1 hour and 10 minutes. They gave us an incorrect dish - a meat dish instead of a vegetarian one. No sincere apology was made, and they sent a new one which took another 40 minutes to deliver. Will not be ordering from here again.

I get this Chinese alot and I can say today was the best what I've had from there. Obviously we all have good and bad moments but today was good. The pork cheiwmain was lovely, the chips was nice and soft Aswell as the chicken balls to. Should be like this all the time.

Extremely disappointed!!!!!! First, I ordered BBQ King Prawn for home delivery and received stir fried shrimp with tons of onions. I called the restaurant and they said it’s there way to cook BBQ KING PRAWNS!! Second, The hot and sour soup is combination with vinegar and cornflour. Horrible taste. Last, The hygienist is really dubitable. I’ve been this restaurant once earlier. One of the staff dropped some food on the table and grabbed it back to the plate by his hand!!!!! He even tried to serve that dish to us after that!!!! The worst Chinese restaurant in London ever!

There was still a fair amount of space left in the container, usually Chinese takeaways are full to the brim but this was like maybe 3/4 full, food tasted nice though . . .

Fast delivery within 30 mins! I was updated when the food is on the way. Nice food and Well organised.

Had to chase over an hour after ordering. Finally arrived like warm at five to eleven pm. Curry sauce inedible. Crispy noodles not at all crispy. King prawns nothing of the sort. Will not be ordering from here again.

The prawns dumplings were exceptional! The beef noodles were so tasty. Definitely will buy again! :)

Food was mostly ok. However, it took almost 2 hours to arrive! When I called the restaurant to chase our order, this delivery time did not seem to bother them. I would usually expect better service when dealing with a new customer, as I am now left with a bad impression

Delivery was so quick. Food was ok but sweet and sour chicken sauce was a bit too sour and chicken chow mien was full of veg and oil, however I've had worse. Would order again as I know all Chinese have a good and bad days and hopefully will be better next time as they have such good reviews.

Best Chinese food in Lewisham by far. The staff might not be the most polite in the world but the food is fantastic - particularly the Chong Qing Hot Chilli Chicken and the Mongolian Lamb. If you want chicken balls and chips in curry sauce go elsewhere, otherwise this is the Chinese to go to.

Really very dissapoint with the service costumer! We always asked for this restaurant by just eat but today I wanted to try the app that they themselves promote to pay. They said that I had to pay by cash because according to them they said that my payment did not go through I even sent them a screen shot of my transactions and they still insisted that the payment didnt go through, very upset with their rude treatment towards me, ahhhhh and The payment was through confirmed by my bank when I call to refund the payment, so YES I had paid as I told them by telephone my payment was through.

The vermicelli didn't have much taste and the wonton soup had a very strange unpleasant flavour.

The food quality was tribble. We put most of it directly into the bin. The shredded duck and lamb were mostly just soft fat. The only thing eatable was the prawns for starter. disappointing

I ordered chicken satay and it didn't taste like satay at all. was really boring food. also ordered meat spring roles and only got one.

The reason I'm not rating this highly is that I ordered King Prawn balls and got Pork balls.They were actually alright but not what was ordered. Also,although the portions were good there was a definite lack of flavour in the meal.Special fried rice was bland and Singapore noodles definitely needed a boost. It's not a money back situation but I would hope they could do better.

Terrible. I used to order from here. Once ordered pineapple fritters and they had meat in it. I called to complain, manager was away for a week and no one could help me. Tried calling after a week same excuse. Didn't order for 8 months tried again today. Salt and pepper chicken wings don't look like chicken, and oily and do not taste pleasant at all. Had one bite rest in bin. LEARNT MY LESSON GAVE IT A SECOND SHOT NEVER AGAIN!

Chicken balls were nearly burnt, only a tiny pot of sweet and sour sauce, apart from that the food was v. good...But worst of all I caught the delivery guy trying to leave my food in the bin area instead of waiting for me to open the door!! - because of this, I will never order again
