Took nearly 2 hours to be delivered, and that was with the ice cream missing for the cookie dough dessert. So had to wait for that to be brought. Won't be rushing back.

Manager ( She said whilst I was crying from fustraition !) As if I were deaf ears or retarded intellectually LESS CHEESE? That’s none Rediculous ! CHECk THE PHOTO!!!! Poor food Hygiene, gave me and my son food poisoning at the same time, just a few hours after eating the pizza and bbq wings, we was both vomiting and both had diarrhoea the next morning, I will never eat from here again!!! They need to be inspected for their food hygiene levels!!! Can’t believe I sent £40 plus on a treat day for us both to be made so Ill, absolutely awful experience!!!

Order regularly from here. Food comes perfect near on always. Food is hot, fresh and quick delivery. Female delivery driver is so professional and friendly - she is an asset to the business!! Management happy to help when I have had any issues. Thank you

Just had pizza from here. Delivery was quick and friendly. The pizza was really good. Perfectly cooked with lots of toppings. This is the best pizza hut I’ve had in a long time.

Slow service, two times longer than other places (pick up). Poor quality pizza, my vegetables were raw (too short in the oven). Cannot recommend this place.

Over the phone order. Friendly staff member suggested we come in and collect for a better deal on the 2 large pizzas we ordered, Veggie Sizzler Supreme, Margarita and Cookie 'n' Ice Cream (extremely small tub)! Pizza was devoured in a moment or less. . . Freshly baked with fresh toppings and juicy pepper bells that were bursting with juice 😋 If this is the quality, we'll definitely be ordering from here again. So team Pizza Hut Delivery (Bromley Hill) it's entirely up to you to keep up the consistency, no pressure aye 😝

Saved me one evening when I had to work late. Husband ordered 2 large pizzas. We were very happy with them, tasted great, good even spread of toppings and presented nicely.

I asked the lady on the phone to send change for £50 however when the driver arrived they said they cannot accept it, this is terrible communication from the telephone lady, give her some training ASAP.

The Muslim with hijab was very nice and had good customer service. She is also polite when age pick the phone. Overall, good customer service and pizza.

Quick and easy to order. Drivers are always very friendly. The pizza is always delivered in good condition and warm. There has been the odd occasion when the wrong order has been delivered but they have acknowledged their mistakes and always offer a discount on the next order. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this restaurant but it had been such a long time since I had last ordered and thought things had changed for the better. Within 40 minutes of consuming the food I became quite nauseous then vomiting and then diarrhea. Ordered on Saturday and it’s now Tuesday and still feeling very sick. I called the restaurant to tell them That the food has made me so sick. The manager said it was weather related and not the the food 🙄 no apology no refund no compassion. I am certain it’s food Poisoning and have logged complaint with lewisham council and samples have been collected. Don’t waste your money or your health on this place. Clearly poor food hygine and poor customer service. I’m taking this all the way it has wiped me out still very I’ll.

It was the first and last time I order from here . When it arrived our share and tear wasn't cooked properly was all doughie, the pizza was excatley the same and the roast chicken wings still was raw in places , I called up to complain and was told I would get a replacement when they could get it to me . 45mins later it arrived.

Rubbish after asking them three times for thin pizza when I got home it was deep pan.

Order a pizza today excellent service. Professional service by Satine polite helpful patient really nice explaining the menu. We need more people like this young lady. For a Friday you could hear they were busy but she was so calm. Thank you Satine .

The team is nice and generous, I ordered the wrong pizza online and I called the store to correct this mistake. They responded immediately. They also generously gave me both the pizza I wanted and the wrong pizza I chose. Which was very kind of them. The pizza also tasted great. Highly recommend

Worst Pizza Hut. Over an hour wait for one pizza, service was ridiculously slow and the excuses the staff made were clearly made up on the spot. Kept telling us that it was going to be ready in 5 mins after initially losing the call order . And then having to wait that long for our order. No offer for gesture of goodwill and the manager was reluctant to come out and speak to any of us. Very unhappy customer.

The food was delivered so quickly by Shojjad (and on a Saturday night - impressive!). He was a lovely delivery driver, very friendly and polite. The food arrived early. It was hot and tasted as it always has. Delicious!! All at a great price - very good value for money. Thank you Downham PH Crew!

Have ordered twice recently, friendly staff, food has been ready on time and they haven’t skimped on the toppings as some do!

Had the phone hang up on me, very disorganized. The guy couldn't speak much English and had to pass me over to someone else as he "couldn't understand me". Ive waited over an hour for my delivery whereby I called to find out where my order was in which they said 10 mins. Once it arrived I asked the driver why it took that long to which his reply was short staffed on delivery drivers. Food was okay

Delivery was on time, food it's hot and tasty, they forgot my dorritos and got garlic bread instead but the delivery guy name nasser was very good and got my dorritos back and he allow me to kept the garlic bread as well what a guy cheers.

Bland and tasteless. Small compared to competitors. Disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

This place is a joke I called 30 plus times and didn’t receive my order they took my money and when I kept calling they hung up the phone on me. The next day I went to the shop and was told I cannot get a refund I’m somewhat confused as I didn’t even receive the order I will never order from here again WORST Pizza Hut and customer service EVER

Quick takeaway, reasonably tasty

Great deal for £6.99. Fast service walked in asked for the deal and was made in 10 mins. No minimum card spending limit nonsense. Very nice pizza. Good taste not greasy like other pizza places.

Pizza was brilliant! Sadly, the service was terrible! Very slow and ignorant staff had me watch my order be put aside for 20+ mins before somebody actually came and asked me what i wanted even tho I had already ordered and been standing in the shop close to 40 mins.

Asked for a refund as a part of my order had not arrived. Got asked if I'd want £5 off my next delivery. I kindly asked if I could just have my money back. The member of staff then hung up. Rang up again and told them it was me. Had the phone put down on me again. The missing order was no big deal and I simply wanted my money back. Got treated very rudely as a result. They've lost a customer.

I was given the wrong pizza. It's not the first time it's happened. Unfortunately not the first time it's happened but I was in a hurry and didn't check. I got home before realising and live too far away to go back. Guys need to check the pizza before giving it to a person. Ruined my treat of the week. Normally the pizza is really good hence the star rating. I will make sure to check next time.

Don’t even try to call the restaurant as your call will be totally ignored as we tried over 30 times right now. It’s a shame as we really like Pizza Hut, just avoid this branch delivery! If I could I would put 0 star!!! Terrible service! I place my order for delivery at 7:28pm, the pizza just arrive now and is 10:13pm!!! Almost 3 HOURS for 2 large pizza and a size!!! This is totally unacceptable, and same happened few weeks ago! We try to call for at least 30 mins or so and they never answer the phone, or the line is busy or they put you on waiting without say nothing. and when they finally answer they didn't even try to make it better. This will be definitely the lat time we order from this branch. It’s a shame as we really like Pizza Hut, just avoid this branch delivery!

after seeing the staff dropped the pizza on the floor they picked it up and packed it for a customer, i had to leave. theres rats in the shop, bad service and its not clean.

Disgusting customer service, orderded a delivery and waited over 2 hours. Rung up and asked what was happening and was told my order hadn't gone through and was told they hadn't taken the money from my account when they had. Refused to refund me and hung up on me. Finally got through again and had to leave them my email address and was told they would ring back in 15 mins. 30 mins later I rung up and was told they were on the phone to customer service and was told they would ring me back asap. Around 4 hours later I rung back at 08:00pm and was told I had to ring customer service myself. My order was made at 1:47pm and was suppose to be mine, my girlfriend's and my kids lunch. We are now £61 out of pocket and still do not know what is going on!!!

Absolutely rude staff, they hang up on me twice and when i tried to make a complaint to the manager he made excuses that the phone did it by itself and when i said am going to make a complaint he hang up too! will never buy from them!!!!

Unfortunately Google won't let me give this place 0 stars. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT ORDER HERE. A flyer was put through our door with the Downham address and number, so called to order. Was shouted at "WE DON'T DELIVER TO YOU! CALL BROMLEY!" and hung up on! What is the need to upset someone for something this small?? Would it have taken this guy any more time to say it politely? Terrible terrible service. If you don't want your day blighted by someone speaking to you like this, don't give them your time.

The food delivered was not what I ordered, I then had to wait 45 minutes for the correct order at which point it was cold. The food tasted good but I was disappointed with the service unfortunately.

Failed every single aspect of pizza delivery. 50 minutes late. Delivery driver had no sat nav so had to wait on the street for 10 minutes to flag him down. He then carrys the bag on its side so the pizzas were crushed (needless to stone cold as well). Sent the pizzas back with the driver but the manager refused to refund. Do not waste your time or money with these morons.

Good pizza, quick service. Ordered on a tuesday evening at 8 pm, collection not delivery. Don't understand all the bad reviews. Most pizza places have bad service on weekends and rush hours, so I would like to think these bad reviews pertain to peak hours service(no excuse I know) The sign at the door says want drivers so that might be one of the reasons people are getting soggy pizzas delivered. Mine was fine. Would order from here again.

I have ordered from here foolishly several times and they have never once got it right.... food takes ages to arrive and is always wrong.... delivery drivers have a poor attitude and the store is rum and operated by not much more than children..... My nachos were burnt! Pizza wasn't cut very well and lil burnt round the crust! Had a weird taste to it as well! Won't be ordering from here again!

Terrible service. We tipped them as well. Sure enough, the pizza showed up without the 4 dips that we ordered at 50p each. With those 4 dips and the tip we lost a total of 4.50 for this terrible service. Called them to tell them and they said they would deliver them, which, of course they did not.

No delivery within 75 mins. They said that the driver came to my door & called me when I didn't answer. False. The phone was on me the whole time & their number is not on today's call log. This Hut has really gone down.

Don't buy from Pizza Hut. The staff practice poor hygiene. The Operationa manager bullies the staff. I have seen one Indian operations manager abuse a mixed race driver and black guy... the language which comes from the mouths of the employees here is atrocious. Papa Johns or Dominos is the best bet.
