I was really looking forward to a Pizza Hut pizza and went in-store to order only to be told that they only accept card payment only...very disappointed!

Wow very friendly staff working there especially the woman that told me i could have ordered a larger pizza for a cheaper price.The food was very delicious and tasted like it was made with fresh ingredients.i will definitely be ordering from there again since there is nothing bad to say about the experience.

We order on a regular her and have never encountered a problem. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly! They always go the "extra mile" with our 3 year old son & exceed our expectations each time! They are so very kind to our little one and are always friendly, providing us service with a smile! I had a great experience at Pizza Hut! That lady was friendly and serve with big smile i must say that service was quick, and the pizza was delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and generous.thanks to pizza hut for making my day.

I just ordered a pizza and it came wrong even though I had the confirmation email to prove what I had ordered, Samira at broad Street made no attempt to rectify it, extremely rude. Waste of money. The delivery man was very nice but could not eat the food and will be taking it further.

Ordered from this store by mistake and definitely not buying from them again by choice. My pizza came steaming hot, but look at this... I asked for a deep pan pizza but you gave me too much crust and tomatoed bread. It's a vegan pizza so could you not afford some more vegetables on this? Tasted like a focaccia with a bit of pizza towards the middle. I would have been very upset if you had charged me £20 for this as even the £10 is not worth it. No one cares in these fast food chains anymore.

I haven't had pizza in a long time due to health reasons. For me, PizzaHut was always special because of the standardised quality throughout the franchise. However, this particular pizza was terrible. I've had pizzas from run down small shops which are far better than this. I know prices of products have gone up but so have the end product prices. The lack of cheese on the pizza made it feel like I'd have had more luck ordering gold biscuits instead. I certainly won't be ordering from here again

Was waiting on my door for my delivery when he arrived he went to my neighbours he told me to complain as I could of lost my order had I not shown him that it is indeed 26 he was ordering to and not 27 I'm not entirely sure how my address on his end was comming up wrong but this could of been a massive nuisance had I been not been at my door waiting.

Ordered pizza at 9.02pm. Received confirmation email at 9.08pm and pizza received at 10.22pm!!! All food was cold on arrival. I contacted the store as soon as I received the order and was informed that the food was ‘warm’ when it left the store. If it’s ‘warm’ on leaving the store and was delivered late then clearly it was not cold on delivery. Very disappointed!

The app changed my order to vegan cheese which I did not want and also the pizza's topping were all loaded in the middle minimum sauce/topping and vegan cheese thar I didn't want

Although the order was delivered on time, I did not receive the ice cream that goes with the cookie dough. The ice cream was not even on the receipt.

Given them the benefit of the doubt 3 times, all 3 times they got it wrong. First two were corrected without issue, last time they were rude, put the phone down on us and would not fix their mistake leaving my son without his food. Shame as their food is nice but customer service is abysmal.

I’m really disappointed with this Pizza hut. The pizza I ordered was undercooked and tasted really bad. I called and was lied to as I was told that they will come to deliver another one and asked that I return the first delivery, which I didn’t have a problem with. It would have been much better to be honest and refuse to do anything than lie about it and lose your integrity over pizza. Never ordering them again!!!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service at this Pizza Hut. The first time we ordered they took the money but cancelled the order, then I ordered again and the food came cold, they missed 2 items and completely changed the sides. Never deliver from this place. Disgraceful

The pizza tastes great. This time it was the delivery - the driver couldn't find my address, therefore the food wasn't as warm as last time. They did call me once but didn't follow my directions so I waited on for another 15 minutes from the call.

You guys are really bad at delivery! Not the first time it happened. How can I order a medium pizza with garlic crust and you send me a square pizza?... Literally a dog bite! I'm not going to touch this But I am going to bring it back to you tomorrow, with my actual order!

Pizza Hut in Broad Street Dagenham is one of the best Pizza Huts great service, food always hot and fresh.

Ordered garlic bread but got wedges that I don’t like and the garlic bread was for my daughter, so she didn’t eat.

If only I could give 0 stars. Place is the worst run takeaway joint I've ever known, let alone a Pizza hut. They never turn anything offline so you place your order and receive a phone call 40 minutes later saying they don't have 3/4 of your order in stock. When you cancel it you have to go to customer services for a refund, who "investigate" and get lied to by the restaurant saying they sent your order (they also mark it as delivered on your order confirmation page). Had to go through my bank to get my money back from these fraudsters. Staff barely speak English and to make matters worse mumble on the phone and that's when they actually answer as they're notorious for not answering their phone. Will forever be going to the pizza Gogo around the corner who are miles better.

Poor food. cold pizza. very dry bread. not tasty. unable to get through to their phone. I think someone was cutting the phone deliberately. The line was just ringing and later cut off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH. I will not relent untill I get my full money refunded. I will take this issue and complain to any lenght as I worked very hard to get the money spent.

Ordered Pizza through Uber Eats and was directed to Broad Street Pizza Hut. Wrong Pizza's delivered, no sides and after waiting 20 minutes for the staff to answer the phone, I explained what had happened and the guy was quick to dismiss me and tell me to ring uber eats. I told them that uber eats told me to call the branch, and the staff member said, and I quote, "What do you want me to do?" So, as you can imagine, the conversation escalated and the pig put the phone down on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
