Waited 2 1/2 hours for the pizza to never come

Do not , order from this shop don’t pay drivers delivery fee ! But charge customers

Ordered no salad, meal was covered in it, really disappointing

order never arrived and no response from the restaurant. Zero stars but it seems that's not an option

today we went to pick up a pizza and the box was not sealed properly, it literally slid out of the bottom while we were still holding the box right in front of the window of the shop. Guy inside refused to make us a new one, said we must have dropped it and that he didn't see it happen. Instead told us to contact pizza hut and get a refund in 3 days. It's funny that on the website it says that the shop you bought it from is how you are meant to resolve issues. didn't even want a refund we just wanted our dinner, really disappointed, have been a regular of this shop for a year now and won't be coming back if this is how their service is now. 9 months ago I left a good review for above and beyond service but it's obviously no longer the same team inside. Any other shop locally would've made us a new one no questions asked. Avoid.

The main guy who works here actually listens to customer and he’s more than happy to go the extra mile! This is why this pizzahut beats other franchises hands down! Thank you very much for your efforts on good food and service. This is why i keep returning :-) hopefully your standards will never change sir

Pizza wasn’t nice at all and ended in the bin

We ordered via just eat, Pizza was not cooked, the pizza base was still doughy, the toppings we just almost flashed grilled in the oven, we had to put in the oven, also very little flavour. I am half Italian and this has to be the worst Pizza ever, I only went with the order as my husband wanted a Pizza, 🫣

this has to be the worst Pizza ever, I wondered why so early espeacialy on a Saturday evening - the dough was undercooked we had to cook in the oven as even the topping was not even cooked through, will never be back!

Food was burnt. Fries had spice all over them and we're inedible. Delivery was quick and friendly though.

Been getting from here for a while, won't be again. Customer service absolutely awful. Select large pizza on £10 any size deal. Go to change crust and it changes it to medium. Terrible app design. Phoned up and of course they spout the utter nonesense of "nothing they can do" which is complete lie. As if they cant do anything without corporate approval. Also once went in for the lunch deal, only for the guy to say "we dont have the stuff for it". What you ran out of dough? Utter nonesense. Manager here should be sacked.

This is so pathetic online time shows at 11 PM and we reached at 10:40 PM and main door was closed and no one was at counter called many times no one answered and knocked the door. And they call Pizza Hut is brand. Whilst Dominos never loose the customer at 10:59 PM. This should be rectified. And should change the staff.

Pizzas always ready in time and always exactly as ordered. Staff are helpful 🍕🍕🍕

I have visited this tale away many times and have never been disappointed. Not only is the food always fresh and made exactly as ordered but the staff are always welcoming and friendly and even remember who you are every time you visit which is remarkable given how many people they encounter a day. The shop is always immaculate and there is never a thing out of place. If there were more than 5 stars I’d give it!

Asked for franks red hot and ranch that they could have easily put in a container for me. They didn’t they told me they didn’t have it which I know isn’t true because there is a whole pizza with ranch and franks red hot

Convenient parking, plenty of seating, the great attentive staff, when I messed up my order they still stepped in and sorted it. Perfect evening for me and kids.

I ordered 3 pizzas and some wedges yesterday for my sons birthday. I forgot to put that I wanted it delivered at 5pm so called up to set that in order which was sorted straight away. Order arrived at 4.55pm. The pizza was really hot and it was cooked perfectly.

An hour and a half so far and no delivery, no answer on phone. Absolute joke!

Absolute joke, used the online service ordered at 5.10pm for a delivery at 6.45pm. No pizza arrived waited a good 45mins before calling them, was told it was delivered... !! After a brief explanation and the fact that I have CCTV to confirm no pizza arrived. Explanation changed to ahh the driver didn't deliver it... told them I want a fresh order they said it will arrive within the next 30 mins..... Guess what!!! No pizza...... 👎 shower of CU☆TS.... !!!! Avoid ... Happy to take your cash..!

ordered food a few hours ago for there opening time and got an estimated time of 12:15 and it is now 2:15 ( 2 hours late!!!!) and we haven’t received a email since we placed the order. We have tried phoning numerous times but just kept ringing out, so far me and my family have sat waiting patiently but are seriously outraged with there service they have provided, I surely know we will never order from this Pizza Hut again as this is an appalling way to treat paying customers

Been waiting almost an hour and a half for 1 pizza and 2 garlic bread shop says its open even tried calling but no answer i understand its new years day but you should put your shop as being closed

RUBBISH service!! Delivery hut is ran by total ammatuers who don't have a clue. Delivery fails to turn u on time (45 minutes late) Hut doesn't answer phones then when they do you get all sorts of excuses and not even an apology!! AVOID PLENTY MORE OPTIONS

Whatever you do dont order a delivery from Pizza Hut in Gateside Street Hamilton - 3rd time Ive had hassle with them turned up after 45 mins (at least it turned up this time) - was stone cold - 2nd time Ive paid online upfront and no doubt will take another 30 days and 5 phone calls and 3 emails to get the refund - seriously the place is a joke - if your happy to wait hours for a pizza or dont mind it even showing this is the place to go - seriously its getting worse in the last few months - used to be my fav delivery place - but after 3 times of extremwly poor servie and poor food will certainly never be back

Waited well over the hour for pizza, arrived cold with the toppings stuck to the top of the box. Basically had bread & a dip to eat expensive bread at £17. Phoned no answer just a continued ring out. When eventually answered told power cut in area. ..??? Power cut sticks the topping to the lid of the box?. Obviously nothing to do with the way delivery has been handled, least take some responsibility for that one come on!!!!!

It's Pizza hut nothing special.

Ordered a pizza at 7pm on a THURSDAY.. Was told 45 mins until arrival. Got a call at 8pm saying it's gonna be another hour till arrival... Called them at 9pm and told its just out the oven be with you in 15 mins.... 9:30 still no pizza... Rung back to say forget and just give me a refund to be told i have to ring customer services, who are closed until the morning to get my money back... Never again!!!! Would give minus stars if could

Couldn't fault the service. 2 pizzas ordered,2 perfect pizzas supplied and within time quoted

They are really quick in here and always have a great collection offer on. The pizza is Pizza Hut standard so if you like that you'll like here!
