Honestly the one of the best customer service thanks to Zeshan. I ordered through the app for collection in the evening. A trip to A&E meant that first collection was delayed and then eventually too late. I had to contact the branch three times to keep rearranging. Zeshan patiently delayed cooking our order till we could collect. And it was worth the wait. Really nice pizzas and being halal meant we could choose whatever meat toppings we wanted. Great pizzas and great service. Many thanks Zeshan.

Do not go! Recently fined for breaching food hygiene and safety regulations. Rat infestation and droppings all the kitchen! Food products damaged by rats and overall lack of cleanliness. Avoid!

I ordered my pizza for collection. Except the Delicious cheesy garlic bread, my large chicken Fajita Pizza was pretty average in taste. Onions were over caramelised. The customer service was exceptional from Dev however they need to improve the quality of taste.

This is my first time I order the pizza from pizza hut ponders end. The pizzas were so fresh and full of ingredients.. Very happy with service and the guy who took my order his name was DIV very professional and approachable... I used to get pizza B4 from gogo and from now on I'll be the regular customer of pizza hut ponders end... Fahim kakar

3 hours to deliver my order. restaurant didn't answer my calls. food was delivered cold and wet. we threw it in the bin. please refund me

Why because I live in Ponders end do I not have the option of normal pepperoni or normal bacon? Do I live in an Islamic state? No. It’s absolutely absurd. At least give me the option to be able to get a delivery from another Pizza Hut. Ridiculous.

They never answer the phone. Absolute joke.

This "restaurant" has changed my whole perception of the Pizza Hut brand because I really didn't think it could be this bad honestly. I've ordered from here a couple times just to see if possibly they've improved at some point but it's consistently been horrible every single time without fail! They even sent us completely cold pizzas and everyone including the kids got upset, we have never ever experienced this before. I always find the cheese and toppings are completely tasteless and the whole pizza looks and feels plasticky, coming apart like it was never meant to be together. Also they take forever to deliver, minimum 1 - 2 hours every time. There's nothing else to say, if you have any memory of eating a tasty pizza from Pizza Hut and want to keep it then stay away from here as I personally can't even bring myself to order from any Pizza hut anymore after trying here.

Great as always. But we received uneven slices. Some slices were too big, twice the size. And rest all tiny.

OMG very Amazing, Manager was fully ill was Sneezing & Coughing on Pizza how they can do that🤑 there was their So called area manager at the pizza hut at that time someone was calling her like Kiran Mam when I speaked with her she said ''oh no worries This is Not COVID! Now ,no one will get effected do not worry'' . What the hell is this? Is it also a kind of Joke

Yesterday by chance i visit this hut to meet öne of my Friend Navneet i ordered a pizza and paid for it so i could not stop my self for review i visit inside the store i was so shocked to see the temperature of toopings it should be less than 5 degree centi but it was on 9.1 at that time at this temp it become poison and also some of their dough was also expired öne more guy named MD was there he was in too much dirty aparon. İ feel like that İts Total waist of money here and life is also in danger Stop doing this wake up management

Ordered my pizza and called the restaurant and forgot to add something to my order. I called the restaurant and they answered straight away. MD answered my call and added to my order for me straight away!

No Dip or Sauce and if you ask they ask you to pay extra for the dip or sauce and the pizza shop needs to clean especially at the gate

After a Month I visit ponders end Pizza Hut just for HALAL PIZZA yesterday , I am very disappointed from this Hut now , a guy Manager Navnet was there he do not know how to talk with customer I do not know who make him a Manager no greeting to customer no thank you, before a month ago there was a Muslim Lady Manager she was such a nice lady she knows how to treat with customers , but now not a good staff with this type of behaviours you can not run hut

Ordered 2 pizzas and 1 side the delivery took about 1 hour when it’s 6 mins away from my house, I would of care in the store but due to babysitting i couldn’t! the pizzas were cold and forgot about dips. I called them up and heard laughs on the phone, the manager ignored completely what I said and asked for my pizzas back!?? I would not recommend and I am not ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again! I rather buy pizza from Iceland or Asda and make it my self!

Food turned up cold , the pizza was not made properly and didn’t taste right , the chicken wasn’t cooked properly …. Only thing I enjoyed was garlic bread. I mean I’m pregnant my tastes are different but even my partner said it . I know you’re a fast food restaurant but please be sure to cook food properly to standards. Just looking at the vegetable pizza you can tell it isn’t cooked correctly.
