Ordered two medium pizza from the hut. It was such a lovely experience. The staff was friendly. Will definitely come back again.

Lovely lady called Aiman served me today, very good discount and food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend. Clean store. Always order from here as you can’t beat the customer service.

Recently ordered from here, we spent a lot of money so was hoping for some good pizza and not only did we get delicious pizza but it was delivered with a smile right on time. Extremely happy with the service and the quality of food! They even upgraded our Margarita pizza from a small to a large free of charge which very generous and kind hearted of them! Would definitely recommend! Was overly happy with everything.

Free upgrade on our order, which was nice to see. The food was cooked well, all par the breaded chicken (a little undercooked). Overall great experience and delivery was prompt without any issues

Medium sized Ham & Pineapple and 4 cheeses garlic bread was enough for 2 people. Big chunks of ham. 😋 Easy walking distance from our accommodation. 👍👍

I was served pizza where the pizza box seal was broken. While the seal says don’t accept pizza if seal broken, the Pizza Hut store manager says to consume it saying trust our delivery partner. Very bad customer service.

Ordered sides only to be told once paid that items out of stock and money taken from my account, then had to contact pizza hut online to claim money back. Why advertise out of stock items and take money from account and waste my time having to contact pizza hut.

Worst Pizzahut ever… I’ve been loyal Pizzahut customer for ages now and the disappointment I had today is unreal. Delivery was late over 20min, there was almost no sauce whatsoever on the pizzas, when I called with complain to get new pizza they never arrived so when I tried call again the lady who supposed to pick up calls ignored me completely so I had to go down to the shop to get my money back. I’ll never order from this place again. Avoid them for all cost’s you will do yourself a favour.

Worst experience with this Pizza hut branch . The man in front wasn't interested in taking orders. Moreover, he gave me the worst pizza , not cooked well, no cutting at all , and also missed the toppings that I ordered . He spoiled our dinner night really well . It doesn't deserve a 1 star ⭐

Honestly, this place can be very hit and miss depending on who’s making the pizzas. I’ve had good pizzas, ones that are the typical standard of Pizza Hut, but then I’ve had a pizza arrive absolutely DRENCHED in oil to the point where the box is collapsing underneath. I figured I would give it another shot and ordered from here again giving them the benefit of the doubt, but there was a shortage on drivers so the pizza was over an hour late. I called up to enquire where it is, and the person was incredibly polite and apologised which was nice. But when the food finally arrived, it tasted very off… crust was crunchy and not fluffy, to me it seemed over cooked. I can only assume in an attempt to keep my pizza warm, they left it on top/in a low heated oven so it doesn’t arrive cold, I appreciate the gesture but to me it did more bad than good. (I prefer room temp/cold pizzas anyway, but obviously the staff weren’t to know that) I don’t think I can order from here again, the quality just isn’t consistent, and I wasn’t offered any type of voucher/deal for my order being late which was allegedly an automatic procedure but still, I didn’t recieve it.

Came here the guy was rude and treated horribly was told that I can’t get a buy one get one free and was lied to wouldn’t recommend coming here at all

Driver can't be bothered to go through a gate to get to my building. How are you a delivery driver when you can't even deliver? Should be sat at home being fed with a special spoon. Also got spam called by the new management asking me to review, so here's your review, also the pizza was squished..

The website to make and track the order worked perfectly fine, was a bit annoyed that I got a deal leaflet through the post and found out I couldn't do one of the offers. The quality of the food really wasn't that great either, didn't get the side I had ordered as it had run out (would of been nice to be informed before it arrived and discovered that), one of the sides came really soggy and the hog roast pizza with a deep pan base was very soggy and greasy also, with most of the cheese sticking to the top of lid as a separator wasn't included. Honestly, the deal we used was good value but the quality of food we got was quite disappointing

Ordered a meal for one and some wedges on top. Got a medium pizza and nothing else. Somehow managed to turn my meal deal into just a pizza. Rang them got no help and really didn't seem to care. Will be sticking with Dominos from now. Only went with Hut as prefer the garlic bread and can get that at supermarket and only takes a few minutes. Which you can do. While you're waiting for delivery

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered 2 pizza and 2 sides with a drink. They manage to get 4 out of 5 items wrong. I have been in contact and was refused refund.

I won´t order again. Long time ago they deliver pizza without the chicken wings I paid for, I called the place, no solution, money never came back and no chicken wings. After more than a year, I order today again. The pizza was too oily and very basic, no much flavour. I ordered tango and it came pepsi. I hate pepsi/coke. I told the girl that deliver and very rude she told me that they don´t have other fizzy drink, just pepsi. Unnaceptable on Friday night, unnaceptable the way she talked to me. No ordering any more, no more opportunities for you.

Website is basic and easy to use, pick up was hassel free in there takeaway only shop... The pizza itself was ok wouldn't say great as the bread base was fairly hard compared to some of the other big pizza take away brands, happy I only paid £8.99 or I would of been rather upset at full price

Very bad customer service by the manager Emily . I ordered from deliveroo today feast for one , chicken supreme, chicken strips, garlic dip and a Pepsi max 500ml for the price of 15.48 and I received a small pepperoni pizza with nothing else. I called the store and spoke to Emily and she couldn't help me and said there was nothing she can do once the order has left her store. They basically packed the wrong order and did not check it against the receipt. She so confidently said she cannot do anything and did not even apologize. She told me I have to deal with deliveroo. After I spoke to deliveroo I was told that I would get me order back in 15 min but the order was delayed by another 30 min and again received a pizza and nothing of the rest that I ordered. Pizza hut basically should know that there are genuine customers who just want their food that they order and not want anything they desire to send.

Until my last order everything went well with Pizza hut but my last order was a disaster with, 1. One hour and 30 mins to deliver. Had to call them twice. Kids were tired and hungry 2. Out of 4, 2 pizzas were delivered burnt 3. One of the sides (Garlic Bread) was not delivered at all Avoid during match days and events as it lacks quality.

Very disappointed, Pizza Hut messed up my order previously and offered a £20 voucher for future use. When I tried to redeem this order they rudely wouldn’t not accept it.

The manager needs customer service training and delivery driver didn't adhere to government guidelines regarding contactless delivery. Appalling.

There is a new general manager in this shop and the service is so much better plus the quality of food. Previously I had a bad experience however I decided to give them another chance and I am so happy that I did and I will continue to order. I made a mistake on the website and called to adjust my order where I spoke with the manager (really polite Italian guy), who was incredibly helpful. Just to top it off the food was wonderful and I can’t wait to place my next order!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Delivery nearly 2 hours late with no explanation. Multiple phone calls made, no answer. Clueless driver, hardly speaking any English. Pizza tasted like frozen. I'm done with this place. It will be a lesson to pay more attention to reviews.

Very disappointing. Poor quality lukewarm excuse for pizza. Delivery was 30 min later than stated when ordering online. Pizza Hut pizza never used to be this bad. Pizza toppings (super supreme and chicken supreme) had no real flavour, crust was more like a generic oven ready frozen pizza. Complete waste of money.

pure rancid , their food made me ill for days on end - ordered a large super supreme , ate half a slice and knew straight away it was made with spoiled ingredients - put me right of pizza and Italian food for good , stay away if you value your health !

Waiting for food for more than 2 hours now - it’s the second time I’ve been waiting for that long - it was 2 1/2 hours last time we ordered. Tried to call and had to wait for 15 minutes in the queue until someone finally answered the phone. They used to be good and quick - but now it’s just a disaster. Had a delivery from this pizza hut & my veg supreme was spicy, chillies I think, so called to complain, the woman has never heard of customer service, her 1st words were what do you want me to do about it!!! Eventually she said I could have another one that then took over 35 minutes to arrive cold I might add, even though I called them again before it arrived, said the driver had taken it 10 mins beforehand I live about 2 mins away from the shop by car!!!! Never again will l use Pizza Hut, service is awful & they dont give a damn as long as they get your money.

Ordered a beef pizza for delivery was told it would be 40-45 min. At 50 min still no pizza so I rang and was told no I told u 50-60 min sir. LIE! Anyway pizza turns up 1hr and 10 min after i placed the original order and guess what no beef on the pizza! So I told the driver I'm not paying for this, number 1 it's cold, number 2 NO BEEF! he rang his manager Sajid who is the rudest person I have ever encountered. I told him I'm not waiting another hour for a new pizza to be sent out so what can he do for me... his response was I will deduct the £1.50 it costs for the beef topping. I told him that is not happening to which he responded if u cant afford the pizza you should not have ordered it! What the hell?! I told him to ask his driver what type of house I live in and what cars I have on my drive! It was their fault and yet he started to attack me instead, took no responsibility. At this point I told the driver to leave my house which he did, but Sajid asked him to take the pizza. I told the driver that isn't happening and told Sajid if he wants the pizza to come and collect it himself. He said some rude remarks and I just hung up. Luckily I was paying by cash so wasnt held to ransom or had to worry about getting a refund, as so many people on this thread do not get a penny back! So my advice to anyone is firstly do not order from here but if you do pay by cash not card. I think he realised he was in the wrong when he rang me 10 min later to say he will have the right pizza delivered in 15 min. I told him a bit late for that and why could he have not been reasonable earlier? Anyway reporting him to his bosses. Will never ever get a pizza from these guys again!!

Terrible pizza! Has half the amount of cheese on the hole pizza, so from the middle out there is no cheese just sauce, tear and share has no cheese inside it at all! Its Pizza Hut Pizzas and they Deliver to your home. But can be lazy staff rude. Don't arrive if you order Delivery on time and pizza gone cold. Pizza Hut used to be a household name. But has lost its identity. People prefer Domino Pizza who also Deliver but are on time lovely pizzas and they don't cost a small fortune. At the end of the day its Pizza. Pizza hut used to be very good not so now.

Ordered quiet a bit of food was over 45 mins over the all ready long wait. Food was stone cold , jade to be heated through. And bit all of the order was there . Buy the time the rest come half an hr later had all ready eaten. Girl was ve4y rude and unhelfull on phone, basically she didn't want to know. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Won't ever go back

Cut your losses save the hassle go to domino's. If you order at 6pm might just get it in time for the following nights dinner! Someone was very rude on the phone! Half my order was missing when it turned up it was cold!

Took 1 hour 45 to deliver. Wouldn't answer the phones for me to find out what was going on. Two very hungry kids getting, getting too late for them to even eat before bed time, so I gave up when they were an hour an a half, ordered Dominos, and it was only 5 mins after Pizza Hut finally turned up. Dominos every time for me from now on.

Still waiting for pizzas that were ordered 1.5 hours ago...apparently they are just being dispatched- and having complained we will get a free bottle of drink. Definitely should be offering more compensation. Reading the other reviews there is a need for a great improvement as we are not the first to have a long delay. Will be looking for an alternative next time.

I am unhappy with their service. Last time I waited 2plus hrs for delivery. today they did the same the pizza were cold. The gluten free was burnt. They sprinkled onions on top and dry beef. Wen I called then again they told me that’s wat I ordered
