Pizza Hut Delivery in West Lothian

Terrible service the order is wrong and can't call the shop, I says to the delivery driver he looked at me went out to his car and drove off.

Got takeaway pizza tonight and gentleman behind counter was awesome. Very happy.

I order from bathgate four times and every time is sorting wrong. Or food is late or cold or order is mixed-up. Nobody to pick up the phone. Not recommended brunch.

Sorry guys but what happened tonight?? Ordered at 7.30 arrived 9.30. I did receive a phone call at 8.15 apologising so that was appreciated, and to say it was just going in the oven, but arrived 9.30?? Tried to call about 9pm to get an eta phone rang out. Also my pizza on one side was without a sauce base. Was just pizza base and melted cheese. Havent ordered in such a long time has things gotten really busy? Maybe just an off day.

Spoke to Liam on the phone tonight, what a lovely gentleman. Didn’t feel rushed to order or change things on my pizza. Excellent customer service!

Last pizza's we ordered took over 90 minutes to arrive, they arrived cold and the stuffed crust? Well let's just say they weren't stuffed...should be renamed 'see through crust' these pizza's are not cheap to buy but this experience we have had is just awful. We live in bathgate? 90 minutes? Cold pizza, tasted like **** Pizza hut asked us for a review, so I sent one and have heard nothing in return. Won't be buying again from pizza hut.

Worst establishment I have come across in terms of customer service. Just before Christmas, my family ordered three pizzas and two of us after 20 minutes had severe stomach issues for the remainder of the day and part of Christmas Eve. Upon contacting the team, they merely offered excuses to state that they were not at fault repeatedly. There are plenty of good restaurants and takeaways in West Lothian - but avoid this one at all costs if you don't want to waste money and get food poisoning!

Terribly disappointed Order a large pepperoni and some chicken strips Food arrived 30mins later than expect and had clearly been sitting out waiting for pickup in those 30mins as the pizza and chicken were ice cold when they arrived. Was directed to raise a case via the app for a full refund to only be given 10slice coupons as a “good will gesture” Was looking forward to this pizza but unless the agreed refund is honoured I won’t be using this restaurant again.

Quick delivery. A bit pricey for a pizza but overall very enjoyable.

All good staff friendly and very welcoming and professional. Also time preparing pizza for collection is quite fast. All good 5 star

Bathgate Seem to be using frozen veg on toppings it certainly tasted frozen and half cooked yuck should have went to my freezer instead much cheaper and cooked through. Dissapointed . Waste of money

Absolutely shocking service and the worst costomer service I have ever experienced ordered pizza mac and cheese and a 1.5 ltr bottle of Pepsi that came to the cost of £26.08 so I ordered the food at the time 10.05pm last night and didn't receive it at all I will never order from pizza hut Bathgate again and strongly urge other NOT to order from here as they will just take your money and not deliver your food worst food restaurant in Bathgate

Worst delivery to date... Over 1hr 40 minutes for delivery to show up and when it did everything was either cold or just luke warm. Not worth the cost/wait or hassle. Never again - Lost a customer for good.

Ordered a delivery for myself and two hungry kids and was told 45 minutes, 1 hour and 35 minutes later it arrived😡 I was not given a receipt so I couldn’t go on the pizza hut website to leave a review, terrible, The pizzas were really good so that’s worth 1 star.

Stopped in for a pizza on way home on a day out with my lovely Girlfriend pizza was nice and enjoyable

Peperoni midle size is fine for 1 person and cost only 5£, if you are more than hungry order biger1. Taste realy good for that price, waiting time for collect was 10-15 min.

Terrible store and bad service. I go to Pizza Hut in Bathgate at least twice a week and order the same thing. I drove from Shotts to Bathgate to get a cookie dough and ice cream, noticed it wasn't cooked at all and was basically just liquid in a box. Called up store and was promised would receive a replacement free of charge next time I made an order. Which just happened to be two days later called the store phone answered by Pawel who was quite cheeky when I politely explained the situation he made out I was lying. Long story short after explaining further he agreed I could have a replacement traveled from Shotts to Bathgate again looking forward to my cookie dough. Took it out store into car and was met with the very same as two days previous - liquid cookie dough. Took back in to simply ask for them to cook for another minute or two if possible and was met with Paarl being cheeky yet again. Anyways he cooked it again for 5 mins came out burnt to a crisp. TOTALLY UNEDIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Won't be back unfortunately as this was one of the best takeaways in the area.

Lv pizza hut delivery.. last week got new aouth carolina bbq.. evwn though the sauce atains ur teeth was fab.. got it tonight... thought where is pulled pork.. bout 7 tiny wee bits the size of 5p sorely dissapointed.. on the up delivery was only 20 min....
