I ordered a pizza for delivery and it’s wasn’t cut all the way through the top was cut the actual base all still intact so had to tear at it which just ruined it for me

Had a takeaway from here the other day and it was exceptional. Loads of toppings on the pizza with bags of flavour. Better than other pizza establishments in the area by far. Keep up the good quality work Pizza Hut!!

Pizzas are always 10/10, the garlic sprinkle is delicious. Always got a decent offer on, so price isn’t too bad, better then dominos for sure. Staff are nice and on it with the orders.

We got told by "Tracey" that our order would be five minutes. 20 minutes later "Tracey is asking the staff where are the potato wedges. Amongst other things no orders are going out. I feel like I'm wasting away and poor Tracey can't get the staff. Will never return to this branch clearly have no care for customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. And to top the Gent finally handed us our food called us pal. Poor behaviour

The food is good and fresh, shop is clean. The price is good with lots of choice. The reason why we keep coming back is Jake is such a nice helpful gentleman. He is always cheerful and a pleasure to talk to.

The cutter could have been used with more force so that each sice would separate cleanly without spilling the toppings everywhere by having to really pull them apart with great force. No one seems to do the Thin&Crispy bases any more which i prefer.

Always the best pizzas,served by the best people Jake,Sarah and Alex run a really excellent business with a friendly atmosphere also the best delivery drivers in the area although it looks like the good looking bald one no longer works there.😜

Brilliant customer service, attends to the needs of the customer to a tremendous degree. Sometimes, there can be some hinderances with the ordering process online but, all of that gets circumvented when you call them up Really polite and friendly staff on checkout to help out God Bless

do not order online. said it delivered to nortan canes placed the order payed was all good. until it said pick up. rang up Pizza hut the man we spoke to was lovely and helped us fill out a servey and cancel the order. a week and a half later we still haven't had the refund after telling us it would take two business working days. will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered using deliveroo and they took over 2 hours in the end I ended up cancelling my order.

I order every weekend and come back because the Staff here are great and I find it better pizza than domino’s, always get the pizza right the £10 collection deal is great

Used to order once every 2 weeks and pizzas were great, but the last 2 times we have ordered the pizzas have been terrible by that I mean cooked for too long and bearly any cheese. Delivery drivers are always kind and polite and food is always hot when it shows up.

First time ive had a pizza hut in years.... the wedges were nice, but the pizza was really disappointing! it didnt taste of anything....it went in the bin

Pizza was very greasy. The cheesy garlic tear wasn't cooked properly it was still dough on the inside.

Luke was really helpful, I'm coeliac and can't have gluten and often have to battle with places for the offers etc, but Luke understood that i shouldn't be penalised because of my gluten intolerance and gave us the deal. Did was delivered early and piping hot. 10/10 for service and also friendliness. Pleasure to deal with you on the phone Luke. You are a credit to pizza hut.

The quality of the cookie dough has gotten worse and worse unfortunately. There is no sharing size, no chocolate sauce on top and its not cookie dough anymore, it was baked until it was a cookie and hard. Not happy with the order.

The service the disgusting. The staff has no idea about the deLing of customers. The staff don’t provide the proper information while ordering on phone. When i collected the order they didn’t put the proper topping on pizza. And dont refund any money. Just be careful guyz before ordering

Bought 2 pepperoni pizzas from here.looked like they had been sent back shoved in the oven then sent to me.Burnt and absolutely no cheese I could see the base.Never again terrible pizzas.

Just popped in for a gluten free pizza which the young chap was very very helpful in preparing for me. His service was excellent and when beyond the level of service when he allowed me to use his mobile phone to locate my phone as I thought I had lost it. Excellent service from this chap

Can't really rate the place as I did not use it

Delivered at earlier end of estimated time, so full marks for that. But yet again from this branch, no sauces came with wedges and cookie dough had no ice cream. It's not a huge deal, but a minor niggle that has now happened multiple times, wether ordering on Just Eat or directly with Pizza Hut. Please sort this out!!!

It could be better, AC a bit too high so we dine with the coat on. Food was alright tho

Always delivered speedily. Plenty of choice and always something new on the menu to try. I do not order my pIzza from anywhere else. Top quality fresh food! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Delivered on time , we only had to wait 40 mins which was great .The pizzas were lovely and hot with very generous toppings.Definitely order again

the pizza was ok and it was on time but the delivery driver was definitely a bit of a weirdo.when he turned up in his blue ford I went to the doorstep to greet him and I waved he started to mumble under his breath that he could see me and he didnt stop mumbling until half way up my drive wich I found very odd anyway he was a very strange man and he kept whistling and handing me our items one by one I said thank you and did not give him the 2 pound tip I had in my hand.the delivery driver had a beard and he was middle aged and I guess he doesn't like his job very much... I would rate his customer service at 1 out of 10

Meat free pizza is absolutely beautiful. Only complaint is that my potato wedges were still raw and couldn't eat them

Had to call restaurant to see where order was as had notification to ‘enjoy your food’. It hadn’t been delivered. It was 10 mins late at this time. When I rang they said it was just coming out of the oven. I did get a pot of Ben & Jerrys as compensation but doesn’t compensate for lateness. Not good service.

Good food but took nearly two hours from order time to arrival.

Yet again late delivery and warm pizza last ever time I will use this place. Whats the point of specifying a delivery time if you are not going to adhere to it. Ought to take a leaf out of American pizza companies. Late pizza its free... oh that's right because you would make no money. Utter shambles.

Food was excellent and the customer service as good. The guy I spoke to was honest and said he would get it delivered as it had just came out the oven. Food was piping hot when it got here so would recommend on that basis. Only thing I would say is I probably will order directly with them next time as my just eat order didn’t get provessed
