They do the best pizza with good amount of cheese compared to their rivals such as Dominos and Papa Johns. I’ve tried the three of them several times and came to conclusion, they’re the BEST!

Delicious! Had the spicy G.O.A.T and the veggie supreme pizzas. Both fresh and flavourful with fluffy soft crusts. Would order from here again.

Honestly I don’t know what the bad reviews are about because this was one of the best pizza huts (and takeaway pizzas) I’ve ever had. Piping hot with melting cheese and extremely fresh; I was perishing with hunger after a long day at work but this succulent blend of fromage and fine meats brought me back to life

It's great if you on a diet I have norovirus that tasted better than this. This is the worst pizza and side I have ever received/attempted to eat. The side was burnt and disgusting; quite frankly, describing it as food is a bit of a stretch. It was so overcooked it could have broken windows. I'm not joking; I nearly broke my teeth, taking a bite. Then there is the so-called pizza. I mean, it resembles a pizza. The base was made from the remains of a discarded pizza box topped with tomato juice cause it certainly wasn't a sauce. before having some cheese thrown over the top and finally, it's dipped in a vat of grease before being lowered into the depths of hell for a good 20-30 minutes to really add that burnt flavour. This is all before they rip the Ice cream from the freezer that keeps breaking down to really add that extra tasty gritty flavour you only get from ice cream that has been defrosted and refrozen hundreds of times. Ali, the manager, has a unique way of making customers feel special and as if he really couldn't care. It takes a special kind of person to make a complaint even worse, saying things like yep, when you ask to speak to the manager or I don't have a second name. It's an experience akin to recta fishers. Save your money and go to any other pizza place. Even my cat could cook a better pizza than this place. It doesn't deserve the Pizza Hut name.

I called as there was a problem with an order, refused to help or refund the money told me to phone the head office! People save yourself time and money and give Pizza Hut a miss, spend your money else where. Pizza Hut Leithwalk enjoy the money I spent with you, for nothing, that is the last you or your parent company will ever get from me or anyone I know!

Arrived an hour and a half late. Rude service. Food cold, chewy and burnt!

Ordered from the website, only to get the ordered delivered and a note in the box saying "sorry we are out of Pan", no notification or heads up about the bait and switch. Wont be ordering again.

They were 40 minutes late, which is terrible when you are very hungry. The pizza was great, and they offered a voucher with a discount as an apology. We might keep ordering from them but we will order a lot earlier.

This is disgraceful to selling pizza like that one for over £20 (in meal deal with delivery). Pizza is dry and simply disgusting. The cheapest frozen pizza from local shop taste better. Never again.

the manager is totally unprofessional. I called twice to ask where my order was, he spoke badly and hung up on me. I personally went there to the restaurant. the manager there is racist. when I told where I was from, he started to become aggressive

They had an amazing deal the day I went, it usually has this kind of deals, I really recommend coming here for a quick lunch

The guys are all great but the only issue is often misunderstanding orders. Every time we've ordered its been wrong in one way.

Ordered a couple of pizzas, for pick up, best pizza , from pizza hut, I have ever eaten. The base was crispy and not oily, a lot of places, the base is full of oil and not crispy. Well done

Delivery staff was horrible as was the food. Took over an hour to come and was extremely cold. Overpriced food. Could get better pizza from my local place. So disappointing. No wonder no one orders from here, was such a huge mistake on my part.

Such a big scammer branch of Pizza Hut . I ordered couple of pizza with garlic bread and chicken strips all are brunt and soggy. Trying to call branch but no answer half n hour ago someone pick phone and said what happened they were unprofessional staff didn’t know how to communicate with customers that was not enough even driver was so rude he denied to come upstairs.

Good for pick-up, nice & hot pizza's. Often takes too long to deliver so I always prefer to either order beforehand or just order when there and get it nice & fresh.

I had an issue with my order this evening, for the first time in years. I called the Leith Pizza Hut and explained my problem to one of the staff members, who was very polite and understanding. Within the next hour, all was resolved. Thank you guys.

Food was late, delivered more than 1 hour after ordering it although your app said food delivered after half an hour. Either tracking system is faulty or someone is updating incorrect status. Food was cold and hard. Worst quality of pizza I have ever eaten. You are slipping.

Constantly get things wrong, ordered 2 pizzas and a side tonight aswell as a 2 litre bottle of juice that didnt arrive, when i called i was told theyd send one out. I called again because it had taken a while and still wasnt here the man on the phone told me that it was at the back of the line (even though id already payed for it and it was my juice) then phoned again an hour later for the man who said his name was paul was going to come to the house himself and “sort us out” because we said it wasnt on to be waiting an extra 2 hours to wait for juice we have payed for another 2 hours before

Utter incompetence. Would score 0 if possible. Ordered 2 hours in advance as I have limited time between shifts. Was going to share with colleagues. Watched the tracker. All was well until it went to out for delivery. Waited for it to arrive and gave extra time but no show. Called and was told it wasn't even in the oven. Then when I queried as it was pre-ordered and apparently out for delivery I was handed to another of the receptionists who wasn't sure how to handle the order so passed me to the assistant manager. Was told it was literally 2 mins away. Another 15 mins later still no show. Called again and spoke to the assistant manager. Another excuse and was told would get a refund and it was coming. Another 30 mins later still no show. Break over. Starving as hadn't eaten all day. Called back when it said it had arrived. Grr. Was told the assistant manager cancelled the order but would remake it and send as priority. End of night and still no order. Don't even know if they refunded. Utter incompetence. Would NOT recommend this pizza hut to anyone as they will not fulfil your order or make good on promises to rectify when they clearly mess up. One mistake you can overlook but a whole series of them? Hell no. Stick with their competitors. They are not only great but guaranteed to deliver and rectify mistakes.

£6.99 for any large pizza when you collect in store? What's not to like! Warning it comes out as hot as the centre of the sun so take care.

After waiting about 2 hours on pizza, Deliveroo failed to deliver it (that’s a separate complaint) Richard (he said he was the manager) not only didn’t apologise for the incident (companies working together,etc…) he then called me darling, or love, or something cringe like that and when I asked him not to call me that he clearly got a bit upset and told me to take it to deliveroo ( which I will ). But Richard really could do with some customer service training.

Pizza arrived 2 and a half hours after ordered. An hour and 45 mins after estimated delivery. Understandably they were having a busy night, but they clearly only put the order in the oven after I called - 30mins after it was meant to be here. Group of 5 left to wait until near 10pm for 3 pizzas that were mediocre when they arrived.

Undercooked, cold and late. Spent 30mins in the bathroom the following morning - all from a vegetable pizza. Pretty sure that means some major hygiene issues behind the scenes - avoid at all costs.

Pizza arrived quite quick (within 20mins) was still hot as we're my chicken wings and other sides. I never have any problems when ordering from Pizza Hut. (I just wish they still did Cheesey Bites crusts lol)

Jokers! Order was placed but received a call that their are out of the dough. Why wasnt the website updated accordingly? I then received a call advising that they dont have the required dough so i can choose to cancel or get something else instead. I opted to cancel and was advised that i will need contact customer care for the refund since i paid for it already. What a joke!!

Decent pizzas delivery time good

Shocking customer service I called them as my order was late and no information from them. Guy on the phone said driver is here to collect it. It's 15 min walk from me. After 30 mincalled again but same answer will arrive soon and hung up on me. Waited another 30 min and give a call same guy pick up and said that they are close right now and he can not help me and hung up again, called again but the minute I start again he just hang up.... Never again...

delivery took 4h, arrived at 10:30pm. we called 3 times, every time they said it's gonna be another 25min. the person on the phone offered us ice cream for waiting for 4h and when the order was finally delivered, the ice cream wasn't even there;(

My go to for consistently great pizza and amazingly friendly staff. The store had a couple of options out of stock tonight as it was late so they called me to ask my preference of substitutes for my order. Staff member was lovely and apologised several times during the call.

I have been ordering pizzas from Leith for 3 years, never had one problem, they are always on time and they pizzas come with a good quantity of ingredients. Now with the rewards program there are a lot of advantages 👍

Tried ordering through Uber Eats and every time this place cancels your order and doesn't have the decency to phone you. Never answer the phone either. Avoid.

Both Pizzas were burnt so not that good, after this and reading the other reviews I won't be ordering from here again. Only used this one as the one in Stockbridge seems to have shut down :(

Terrible pizzas, both soggy, had to remove the overload of cheese and put in oven to try and crispen it up.

Ordered 3 times from this place using Deliveroo and missed something from the order every time. Phoned up to see if we could get the outstanding items delivered but said they couldn’t and we had to go through deliveroo to sort it out. They couldn’t care less. never again

If you can’t fulfil a delivery or it’s going to be super late, just chuck us a refund or let people know - don’t just ignore the phone. Waiting for over 2 hours and no answer when trying to call. Feel for yas if you’re really busy but this wasn’t good enough

Very disappointed! The pizza arrived 3 hours after we placed the order. No I dont exaggerate! We thought it was because the lockdown, but still they didn't let us know that it would take so long, they informed us that it would only take an hour. And there was no garluc sauce for which we paid for. 3 HOURS FOR PIZZA ? ....3 HOURS ? : (

Soggy and awful pizza. Staff can't ever read instruction. No tomato sauce means no tomato sauce. Sides are not worth a penny. Never again

Quality has been steadily going down hill here. Recent order on Wednesday took 1 hour 10 mins for delivery. Pizza dry/overcooked and hardly any cheese in “stuffed” crust. Stuffed with air more like. Used to be a regular customer. Won’t be back.

Pizza took ages 2 get made cause both managers wer trying 2 sort a another customers order that thay haddent made and when thay decuded 2 do mine and a receved itit wasnt cut properley so 1 of the managers got a gob full and a did ask at the start 2 cut pizza properley

The starters are lovely. The Pizzas are not. The tomato sauce tastes odd and not very nice, which ruins the pizza. It's been like this for months now. They probably need to look at their sauce recipe and change this.

Ordered approx 2-3 months ago, 2 pizzas and sides etc. Order arrived cold and missing toppings on pizza. Called up and the manager was apologetic having immediately agreed that it had been waiting a while. He either gave me credit for the two pizzas or it was pizzas and sides. He didn't make any mention of a monetary amount. I chalked it up to a bad night as it happens and decided I would try them again at some point considering he tried to sort the situation out. Called up this evening to ask what I had as credit on my account and the gent on the phone said £20, I told him that can't be right and he replied with 'Well you tell me then, what was it?'. Not being funny but I was trying to forget about the last experience and thought I'd give it another bash. No need to get rude about it, really poor customer service and the last time I'll be ordering from your company. Will be making an official complaint also. As you can expect, I politely declined the newly invented compensation.

Ordered 2 pizza for collection and got one of the pizza wrong, staff were apologetic and gave us the extra pizza for free and remake the pizza we need. However, me and my partner had the most "terrific" experience in the toilet afterwards and definetely felt like we had been poisoned.

Terribly rude on the phone. Had a delay with previous delivery and was told to phone next time to receive a rabate (I did not ask for this, it was offered to me!). When phoning, the staff member was very rude and informed me they don't give out food for free, demanded exact details of the delay incident and was very impatient and angry at me for even contacting them! Will never order again.

It's usually find but ordered a cheese and tomato pizza which is marked as vegetarian and found bits of bacon on my pizza... I presume it was an accident and someone must have reached over to grab some bacon and some fell on my pizza. This was not nice to find.
