worst example of a pizza hut I have ever had. the pizza was literally not even sliced and there was barely any cheese on the pizza whatsoever. it was basically just an unsliced pizza base with hardly any cheese. it went straight in the bin!

Delicious food with good quality of services.

Very satisfied with this store, i received excellent service from the manager, he was very professional and patient. The food came on time and was still hot! Very impressed with the service, easily my favourite pizza hut. Shall order again and highly recommend this store.

Went last week with the kids for a birthday staff was super friendly smiling even changed the t channel to cartoons. Food was delicious manager was extremely helpful and made sure we had a good time

fantastic experience!, the pizza was hot, fresh. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside the way I wanted, the staff are very friendly especially the one called muiz always helpful and cheerful, going beyond to make the experience amazing.

The pizza wass undercooked and the dough was soggy and raw, it was also missing ingredients from the top. The staff here arent the nicest or the most hygienic either. I contacted Pizza Hut and the regional case manager told me that they dont know why my family got food poisoning, why the pizza had a hole in the middle or why was it raw, but their "meticulous records" show that everything was done right. Stay away from a Pizza Hut as they're a struggling bussiness that is just gonna run itself to the ground with bad cutomer service and poor quality. Its expensive enough as is to pay £25 for a single pizza and for what ? the honour of getting food poisoning ? Shame on you, PIzza Hut

Exceptionally poor cleanliness standards, observed over 3 visits this month - today was the last time I’ve eater there. I had to ask elderly member of staff to wash his hands before handing food. He was cleaning the floor and moved right to serve my pizza. Pizza prep area is not visible from the front counter, sadly, however the pizza serving area is out-front and is always shockingly dirty, each and every time covered with personal phones, pens and this time bunch of hairbands. It is not safe to eat in this pizza hut and you should avoid for your own personal safety. Photos will be provided with my next review.

Should be called Pizza Shut, that was the worst pizza hut pizza I've ever eaten and I visit regular as both my children enjoy it. Different town to my local should be no excuse. Staff stood talking and looking out and seemed annoyed when I asked for sauce after getting my food. Won't go there again.

This is the first time I ordered a pizza from pizza hut here, I have tried it in other countries though. The reason I'm mentioning this is because when i ordered the food, in the confirmation email it said I would receive a portion of garlic bread as it was my first order but I didn't receive that and when I tried calling the restaurant after delivery they did not bother to answer. Anyways, I went with the buy any pizza at £10 deal and got myself a 1/2 n 1/2 which was veggie supreme and meat loaded. The pizza wasn't cut properly keeping in mind I chose veg and non-veg as 2 different options. The taste was good. Toppings were on point hence I give a 4/5.

La razón por la que menciono esto es porque cuando pedí la comida, en el correo de confirmación decía que recibiría una porción de pan de ajo ya que era mi primer pedido pero no recibí eso y cuando intenté llamar al restaurante después de la entrega no se molestaron en contestar. De todos modos, fui con la compra de cualquier pizza en £ 10 trato y me compré un 1/2 n 1/2 que era vegetariano supremo y cargado de carne. La pizza no se cortó correctamente teniendo en cuenta que elegí vegetariano y no vegetariano como 2 opciones diferentes. El sabor era bueno. Las coberturas estaban en su punto, por lo que doy un 4 / 5.

I placed an order at 17:53, at 18:53 I had to phone the restaurant to enquire about the progress of my order and was told it would be with me in 15 minutes. As I’m typing, it is now 19:18 and still no sign of my order. Poor service and a very unsatisfied customer

Food came Stone cold, the tacker shown me at 8:50pm the food had arrived whoch it hadnt, i rang the shop and she said it was on its way it turned up at 20 past, 30 minutes after freezing! I rang to complain and told i was wrong, and she checked with the driver who also said i was wrong because he got it straight from the shop to my house. It doesnt take 30mins from cholton to my address either. Customer service skills shocking! Also dont order texas bbq pizza as they dont out bbq sauce on and also tell u they have and your wrong Awful service from staff and food dreadful wont be using again

They always seem to forget something from the order! In the past, they forgot to bring a Mac and cheese portion& our drinks. Then they made it into a huge inconvience to THEM because we asked them to come back and give us what we paid for- rather than just accepting a refund as this was dinner for a young child who was hungry and left out. Ordered yesterday and they forgot our garlic bread and to top it off, myself and my family who ate it all have an upset tummy. Won’t be ordering again now, they must be very unhygienic as well as forgetful…

What's happened to this place in last few weeks! Pizza was not made properly. Was disgusting with too much cheese for a simple margarita. Girl staff seemed very stressed and not in control.

I ordered a £14.99 deal tonight and the food arrived in time and was hot. The pizza was cooked well. I must commend the delivery driver. He was so polite and friendly despite having to deliver in this rainy and windy weather! He had excellent customer service skills. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name and there was nothing on the receipt to give feedback. But all round a good service.

They accepted my order knowing they didn’t have any of the ingredients. They then proceeded to wait 40 minutes before calling me to tell me that. They then refused to be cancel the order. Incredibly disappointing. Poor effort!

Wow - just tried to order my kids some tea and when the dude finally showed at the counter he seemed like we’d just woken him up. Guy didn’t know the products, really unhelpful and seemed not to believe me when I pointed out a deal advertised in the window!! Guy was unkempt and disinterested. Needless to say, dude put us off so we went to dominoes next door and had good customer service there

Driver turned up to the wrong address. He did have 2 receipts, one with the correct address and one with a wrong address. He turned up 10mins after he first called me. By then pizza was cold!

Cardboard pizza bases with tasteless toppings - there are much better independent places nearby so suggest you avoid this awful chain and its formulaic food if you can.

Tasteless, stogy, goey cheesy mess of a pizza, what has happened to pizza hut, have eaten in a few places on Manchester, both eat in and take away, all the same, not the same as I remember growing up, disappointed. Not cheap either.

Hair in food, tried to phone to get a refund as we didn’t feel it was safe to eat any of it as there was a clear hygiene issue. The hut were very unhelpful trying to shift blame by saying ‘WE WEAR HAIRNETS’, refusing a refund so currently perusing other options to get our money back. I would not recommend this place

Great pizza as per and fast delivery

New loaded cheese blend is diabolical smelt off and ruined the base. Stuffed crust was barely stuffed. Gave this a chance again after a bad one a while ago but never ever again. Still cant get the weird smell out the house

Ordered today by phone for staff on duty at hospital local to Pizza Hut Chorlton. Very helpful on phone. Food arrived on time very hot. Lots of extras thrown in for us with no extra charge. Lovely thought. Thanks Pizza Hut!!!

Ordered online and waited in the apartment lobby to meet the delivery driver. After an hour of waiting, we called the store to see if the driver was still coming. We were then explicitly told that it was our fault the order was late and our food would be cold because of it. The driver explained that we needed to list our apartment number on the address (the address we supplied was the address the Air Bnb gave us which we used for other deliveries previously without a problem). When the driver arrived, he sped into the complex (with the same address we originally gave) and shoved the pizza into my hands. We have never received this poor of customer service from a Pizza Hut. I am highly disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this location.

Driver telephoned from outside of 116 Edge Lane, we live at 118. Both are apartment buildings. Driver was insisting that he was at 118. I had to leave my home and go and bring him to our home. Not satisfactory, when we have to instruct that all deliveries are left in the porch and the courier rings the hous bell and leaves.

I'm annoyed to have to give one star. I'd say minus one star if I could. We had a pepperoni pizza and a buffalo chicken pizza, both of which were like vaguely pizza-flavoured sponge. The chicken strips were like powdered chicken. Even the potato wedges were bland and tasteless. We didn't bother eating the red velvet cookie dough thing. Seriously, it smelled off at best. At worst, it smelled like something from a toilet - sorry to be vulgar but it's accurate. And the ice-cream to share was a glorified thimble of sub-par goop. All in all, it was hideous. Also, the delivery driver had his mask around his chin and leaned in close to hand me my delivery. There has been no part of our Pizza Hut experience tonight that was good. Never going here again.

An utterly dreadful experience. I ordered my food online, through their own website. I received a confirmation email, order number, everything you'd expect. It also took my money. After two hours' of waiting and making unsuccessful calls to the store (met with an automated 'our operators are busy, please hold' message), I decided to head to the store in person. I arrived to find it was closed. So the next day (today) I went in to the store to claim my refund. The website says that if there was a problem with the order to speak to the local store itself. So I did exactly that. I was met by a sniggering and laughing man who could not have shown more contempt or disdain if he'd tried. He repeatedly said "it's nothing to do with us", and firstly gave me a phone number to call, which I called while I was in the store and it repeatedly went to a generic voicemail. He then referred me to the website (which, of course, refers you to the store). I have submitted a complaint via email - it remains to be seen what happens next. However, I would advise you give this franchise a miss. Appalling. I've given it 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. 1 star is highly generous for twenty quid's worth of food that I never even saw.

Cold food that took 2 hours to arrive - never again!

Missing items on delivery, phoned for an explanation and a very racist and rude cretin claiming to be called Sals that worked for the restaurant did nothing about it. Disgraceful service would not recommend, Pizza Hit should investigate this branch.

Pizza Hut screwed up my order and ruined my evening. I placed an order via Uber Eats to this establishment, not because they’re the cheapest which they’re clearly not, nor because they’re the tastiest, which again, they’re clearly not. It was because my kid wanted the Doritos Nachos. After waiting for 45 mins (acceptable), I found that they’d left the said nachos off my delivery. You can imagine how my kids felt after yet another week of lockdown there much needed treat did not arrive. The Uber Driver had not pulled off so I shouted him over. Waqas said he’d go back and return with the nachos. This was evidently a complete falsehood. Lying during Ramadan, surely says something about his character too, but hey? What does this Kaffir know, right? I then attempted to ring the shop and they simply picked up the phone and put it down straightaway, several times. Clearly they think more about profiteering during lockdown than customer service. So I now had angry and upset kids, no nachos, no recourse, no accountability, no service and stuck without a resolution. So thank you Pizza Hut for F@&king up my family’s evening. I did finally get a response from Uber who refunded the price of the Nachos. But they completely missed the point. My issue was not about paying for something I hadn’t received. It was about the impact and damage cause by the experience. As it happens, I went and bought a large packed of Doritos from the Garage, smothered them with grated cheese, popped a few jalapeños and gherkins on the top and whacked them in the microwave. Ten times better than the S#!t Pizza Hut serve up. So, Pizza Hut, Uber Eats, Waqas the Uber Driver, hang your head in shame in view of your abject failure.

Really awful experience. Food was completely cold. Called the restaurant and was spoke to very rudely by two different people. Told I was lying about delivery times and that my food couldn't possibly be cold. As one pizza had been opened (not eaten-just put in the oven) he said he couldn't bring new pizzas. Also the margherita tasted horrible and wasn't eaten. AVOID!!!
