Empire Lounge in Manchester

My beloved Saudi, who, like me, is accustomed to luxurious air conditioning, you will not like this cafe, based on his experience, and the rest of the cafes in Britain, especially Arab Street, because it is all a monument and they do not know what Ma’asal and Salam means.

An excellent and sweet place, and I advise the right smoker to visit them

I always get best experience in here! Their milkshakes is my favourite and they do a very nice smoky Shisha 💯

The best shisha lounge on Wilmslow Road, the staff are soo friendly they make it feel like a second home

Ordered a lemon and mint aswell as a double apple...both smoked awesome....pipes are well maintained and looked after....cosy seating. Staff are chilled ,coals are regularly changed. Will come again for sure!

Nice place to chill and smoke some shisha. I live nearby and sometimes I hang out here to smoke shisha and clear my mind.

As a shisha smoker it’s really important to have a proper shisha to smoke! I’ve been to so many places in Manchester and their shisha wasn’t the best! But here in Empire i can confidently say they have the absolute best shisha ever! The team there are so amazing and friendly! They do their best to provide above an beyond customer service! Their desserts are amazing, drinks perfect! I absolutely recommend visiting them! Thank you for the amazing experience!

I've been going to this place for over 5 years. It's gone through several refurbishment and I think different management. You'll always find a spot to sit due to its secluded location unlike the other places on the main road.

I would like to begin with highlighting your attention to a particular member of staff at Empire called Charlie. She has shown dedication and resilience towards her job which displays in her customer service. Her friendly demeaner towards customers has impressed me and my friends. She can also make excellent mojitos, would highly recommend.

They messed up with my 1st order amd thrn thr manager made me 2nd one free of charge that was fantastic shisha!🙂

Best place to go, best sheesha, best drinks, and the friendliest of staff! This place has the best vibes out of them all, can come here and be yourself, enjoy your time here with your friends, play a bit of board games, watch the footy, everything about this place is 10/10. Owner, staff, everyone is so welcoming, the only place to go in Manchester!
