WE ARE ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTED BY HAVING DIARRHEA. I have called to order pizza on the 29th of January at 20:50 by asking how long would it take to be ready for collection and he said 10 min. I have placed the order and the employee stated that he didn't understand what I was saying so I kindly repeated and he hung up on me. My partner arrived and the pizza was not prepared however the employee was sorry for appalling customer service. Honest advise by working in the customer service field the employee must speak/ understand while communicating/ write at least in a basic level, also I would highly recommend getting a professional customer service skills course and lastly we assume the ingredients were expired due to diarrhea.

I’m going to be real Pizza Hut don’t care about their brand no more cause if they did they would shut this place down I order a pizza to collect, a vegetarian pizza to be precise I get there to pick it up to see the women preparing pizzas with no gloves on I then said to the guy at the counter that she should be wearing gloves to which he said her hands are clean but that’s when I see her handling pork toppings …. I then realised that she probably handled pork before making my pizza call me fussy but that’s a red flag so I just told them I won’t be purchasing the pizza and left I looked at the floor and it was filthy so glad I never ate from there felt like I dodged a bullet !!

Silky and her team made our Pizzas a couple weeks back and they were absolutely amazing! Always have been and will be a returning customer.

Firstly I will say we did not stay to eat after seeing the price!! A pizza to SHARE £27.99! Salad bar £6.99 free with pizza. I would have had no change from £50 if I had stayed and we had a drink each! No wonder it was totally empty of guests!

Delivery takes too long, order came wrong quite often despite you pay for this service, attendee aren’t never friendly, location photos are wrong(showing Pizza Hut restaurant).

Had maggots in the pizza customer service was disgusting was ripped off by just eat and pizza hut and items was missing. Unhygienic disgusting and customer service is appalling. AVOID don't replace anything if its missing and disgusting avoid them

Hygiene does not seem like top priority, staff prepared pizzas wearing glove on one hand and using both hands. Others walking around in the kitchen wearing outdoor clothes, bins overflowing, communication problems when ordering over the phone!😞

Just got a large pizza for collection. Collection seems to be a better option when ordering a pizza. Still accepts cash, hassle free.

Really disappointed by our delivery last Saturday. Our pizzas arrived undercooked - you could still see raw dough. To be fair, they replaced these pizzas, but these pizzas were only very marginally better, and still didn't seem cooked properly. Me and my wife both had dodgy stomachs the next day which we think is from the pizza. All in all a very disappointing experience, meaning we won't be ordering from here again.

Be very careful ordering from this restaurant. We ordered a vegan pizza and it came with dairy cheese. We called to be told “We ran out of vegan cheese so just used dairy”.

Very good service. Placed order online 45 minutes before collection and was ready 5 minutes before my scheduled collection time, although this all depends on who's working there, hence the review down from 5 to 1 star. On my most recent visit, after ordering the pizza in store, the woman at the counter got my order wrong and I was basically accused of lying. So the customer isn't right! After I demanded a refund, she spoke to the manager who agreed to replace it with the correct order. On another occasion the Pizza had so much grease on the base, it had leaked through the corrugated cardboard separating the Pizza from the box, and eventually made its way through the outer box. I complained via email but nothing was done about it. Worst Pizza I had ever eaten and had to scrub my hands like anything afterwards to remove the grease. The service level you get here depends on which member of staff is working that day. Much improved now as looks like new people working there. Very good service from the young girl that works there.

They lied and told me that they don’t do medium pizzas. They tried to convince me that Pizza Hut only do large pizza and they tried to charge me for a large pizza when I told them that I wouldn’t be able to finish a large. They also never have ice cream for the cookie dough and they they don’t offer any deals on prices.

Fast delivery by Sean who was friendly and polite. The pizzas themselves were a bit lacking in cheese but as you find with most fast food delivery services it's always hit or miss, it just depends on who prepares the food I suppose.

Absolute rubbish restaurant. Delivery was over an hour late. No communication to say they were running late. We tried calling, called over 10 times, no answer. The manager who finally did answer was completely unhelpful and did not take any responsibility for their shabby service. By the time the food got here, it was lukewarm at best. I would highly discourage anytime from ordering through them.

They got my WHOLE order wrong and fobbed me off completely with no apology or offer to correct it just awkward silences over the phone. Never ordering from here again.

Would give no star but can't ....was told pizza would be here at 19.55 to 20.10....couldn't track it 10 mins ...pizzas was luke warm soggy and a couple was burned around the crust.....if only costco was open would gone over there get 18 inch for £10.99 at least better than this...

Very very poor service. I tried calling many times to place orders and phone is never answered. On 2 occasions the staff answer the phone and straight away place on hold. I hold for 20-25 minutes and then they disconnect the line these orders are being placed in middle of week when you expect them not to be too busy. Very frustrating. I would prefer them to answer the phone or leave a recording if they are unable to take orders so people can try another restaurant. Very poor experience many times.

This is the second time we have ordered and we have had a problem with the food sent but it has been due to problems with the system, I went to the store and the person in charge very kindly explained everything and made me a new pizza as I ordered in the beginning. . very friendly and helpful person. Regarding the pizzas, say that we have ordered the new beyon meat and they are delicious. we will repeat! not only for the food but for the treatment received

Don’t bother ! Pizza wasn’t that good and they are delivering what they want ! Got some extra dips that didn’t arrive and shockingly I paid for them ! I called them and they said that will be delivered soon ! After 3 days no signs of my dips ! I believe in karma :)

Unorganised when I got in there I had to ask for 3 items and then they told me to open all my boxes when I asked where they put my extra dip then promptly didn't give me the extra once I had checked them all and it wasn't there

Very helpful and polite staff from the manager to the delivery. Excellent at attention to detail. Made sure I got the best deal. Order was delivered promptly by Ahamed who has great customer service skills. These guys do an amazing job. Great work and thank you so much !!!

This is usually my go to place for getting takeaway pizza and I've never had any complaints as the staff is super friendly and quick. What pushed me to write this review was my last encounter with Pizza Hut. I ordered some pizza and sauces. When the pizza arrived I couldn't find the sauces in their usual spots on the top of the pizza box. I asked the delivery guy about it and he rang up the Pizza Hut in question who confirmed that the sauces should be inside one of the boxes and for me to ring them if I can't find them. I found the sauces inside one of the boxes and happily continued to have my pizza. About 7 minutes later I hear a ring on the door and another delivery guy has brought some sauces. They didn't even wait for me to ring them up and proactively brought the sauces. It was my fault for not checking the inside of the box first but the attitude in which the workers in this branch acted is well worthy of a commendation. In the moment I forgot to ask the employee for his name but whoever you are, you are great!

Disgusting, condescending, disgraceful behaviour! Ordered dinner expecting it 30-40 minutes. Used their tracker our food sat waiting to be picked up for 30 minutes! Called to speak with someone to ask where our food was, the woman was very rude and didn't listen just jump in before I could say anything. Then when food was delivered the driver left it on our door step, drove off then decided to call us! Call to complain to the manager who told me his name was Ramesh, who thought it good customer service to half and puff whilst I explained what the issue was. Head office has been informed I hope you all get a few classes is customer service and treatment towards your customers! Never ordering from you again!

Do not order never received my food driver called to say it was outside when I went down from my flat there was no food called spoke to the manager Ahmed who said he would call back he never did I called to be told I'm a lier didn't offer to resend food nothing just told I'm a lier manager very rude will not order from here again

I usually get a pizza delivered to me once a week. Just had a very bad experience with the delivery driver. I went outside to get the pizza from him and he has placed my order on top of the dustbin. He starts freaking out on me saying keep back and said that I was rude for asking him not to put my food on the dustbin. If he was that scared of catching something why wasn't he wearing a mask and gloves. As he was walking away from me, he said to me don't order anything from Pizza Hut again. He also mentioned that he owns Pizza Hut. I thought to myself is that why you're a delivery boy. I won't get anything from this place again. They are too rude.

Food was burnt and staff was not friendly at all and was arguing about my order over the phone when i asked for my replacement or refund. At last he admitted to send a replacement for my order but rather then sending me a same size portion. He sent me a smaller portion size when i paid for full portion price.

Cold food, manager is extremely rude and should probably work on his customer service skills. He hung the phone up on us when we addressed the issues we had with our order. Been coming here 20 years, you just lost a valued customer. Will be ordering from dominoes just down the road.

I call this outstanding place every couple of days as I enjoy the good mood that is characterizes this place. The crew is very attentive and professional. The service is extremely fast. Also, the food you get is exceptionaly good. I frequent many times and I was always joyful. The payment is decent. I suggest this place to all my friends.

We spend about £20-30 here every week. Today's order was £34. All the pizzas were soggy. Thin crust was thick. Burt. But all soggy in middle. As they left in delivery bag for a long time. Cookie dough so hard on edges may need a chain saw to cut. Spoke to Ahmed then he change his name to Mohammed later after I said I'm writing a review how bad your customer service is. This so called manager. Extremely rude. Needs to learn basic manners. Let alone basic customer service. 10.15pm today. Then again looking at the reviews since the new franchise took over. Clearly head office needs to take some action as giving pizza hut a bad name. I would of given it 0☆ but 1 is the min

Honestly the worst ever pizza hut place you could ever order from, i ordered around 7-8 pizzas a week to this date and specifically asked for a pizza to be changed (toppings), ended up getting the wrong pizza. Called back same day and spoke to a decent human being, and he said i could have 2 replacement pizzas when i next order. I decided to use the free pizzas for today, but was told by the rudest manager named AHMED that i can’t have them as there is no evidence. I said the employee took my name and phone number, he said he cant help me. Pathetic service, rude manager with no customer service. Will never be ordering from here again, if you do end up ordering..(goodluck)... make sure you tell ahmed that hes a horrible manager.

After reading the bad reviews on delivery's I thought I would come I'm and order. Walked in, someone in the back See's me and disappeared, another lady making the pizza had her back to me and wouldn't turn around to look at me. The floor was dirty with lots of toppings all over and staff just walking over them, also the staff making the pizza didn't even have gloves on and touching veg with meat, disgusting. What I don't understand is if you don't like working somewhere or you don't enjoy it, them just leave and find somewhere else to work. Dominos across the road is much better

I received terrible service from Pizza Hut Feltham. I was delivered a wrong Pizza and I was not offered a refund or a replacement. It's been nearly 2 months and I am still in talks with Pizza Hut's customer services department to get my refund.

one of the worst worst and worst pizza shop in town. i order the pizza 19:41 he said 1:30 hours to deliver after 1:40 min after my order i call them and they the order will be with you in 5min after 20 min i call them again and other guy was on the phone he said we haven't got your address and your order such stupid answer i m never gonna use this shop again

One of the worst Pizza Hut's. This is the 2nd time missing not delivering the full order. Always miss one or 2 items. Talking to the manager is not a pleasant experience either. Not going to use them again. Be warned

Ordered pizza at 3.25pm for delivery at 5pm as daughter's birthday. No pizza at 5.35 so rung to see where it was, was put on hold for 5 mins so 40 mins late by then. Man was rude just said yeah it will be with you soon so I complained that there was no apology and wasn't good enough, I said I was going to complain and he replied yeah go ahead!. I asked if it had been out for delivery for 40 mins was told no 20 mins so I said it had left 20 mins late anyway so not down to traffic. When it arrived whole order was really cold so sent it back. A replacement arrived at 6.30pm only like warm and missing sauces etc. The customer service is rude when ringing no refund was offered and my daughter's birthday dinner a let down cos over an hour n half late! Not once did pizza hut feltham make contact to let us know it would be late. It's not even the delivery drivers fault when the staff in shop are that rude and not getting orders out in time!! Disgusting service!

25 minute order takes 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive. Call to find out what is going on get nothing but a load of abuse down the phone saying the web site is wrong at least 45 minute waiting time. Never ever have I had such discussing service and to be shouted at down the phone. Keep well clear of this company and indeed this site of theirs.

Customer service by the manager is awful! Ordered a veggie pizza and was delivered a meat one. When I called venting my frustration (bearing in mind this the 2nd time they have made a mistake) I said that I want my money back along with the veggie pizza I ordered he said that it can only be one or the other! I've got bloody problems every day that I want to ordered a pizza here, completely different pizzas that I asked, wait more that an hour, very cold pizzas.... unpresentable.

Pizza arrived very very late..............Pizza and sides and desert was very cold. Called the branch and kept being put through to different people until I finally spoke to the manager who was very rude and was shouting. Unacceptable customer service and Pizza. I do not advise anyone to order from this place. I will definitely be ordering from Domino's next time.

Love pizza hut, best pizza around, tastes good and fresh. They have loads of deals at all the times.

I am very pleased to say that the service of this delivery met my expectations. The pizza was hot (maybe too hot) and extremely juicy/tasty. Also, the delivery was quick and reached my house in less than an hour (probably because I didn't live far) and it was satisfying. The only problem my family and I had was that the cookie dough was way too sweet, and talking to the staff on the phone was very distracting because he spoke very fast and unclearly. I therefore give this service four stars, mainly because I also think they charged much more than it's worth.

I used to work there, they are rude people who don't care about the customer or even employees, they swear at people behind there back and make pizzas with a foul passion. Believe me guys it is the worst place to go to for pizza. The managers especially are the ones to becareful because they swear to there own employees such as my self.
