Pizza Hut Delivery in Welwyn Hatfield

as per usual pizza hut are useless! excuses after excuses.

The delivery driver I think his name was Salt, he was brilliant please pass on my regards always such a happy person to get a delivery from.

I had a delivery on Saturday evening. Food arrived late and boxes and pizza was stone cold. Phoned the restaurant and spoke to the lady manager who apologised and said had to contact deliveroo for a full refund. Three days later and deliveroo have washed their hands and refuse to refund me. Why Pizza Hut don't address the bad drivers when complaints are made is unbelievable as it's affecting their business after all. Pizza Hut got their money and I got cold food. And they pass the buck to deliveroo without realising that that firm can cost them business. Shame on the owner passing the buck to me to contact HIS head office. Clearly his manager I spoke too didn't bother to tell him of my complaint. The driver from Deliveroo was Faheed for anyone who uses Deliveroo from here again. I've deleted it and will never uses this restaurant again.

We regularly get delivery from this branch of Pizza Hut on Haldens. They deliver hot food quickly with a smile! Especial appreciation for the little tubs of garlic sauce.

Salt and Charan were the most friendly and helpful servers they stayed late to make our pizzas but still made them excellent and even gave us a bit extra would definitely love to come to this place again because of the food and servers:) 10/10 would recommend

The lunch deal is great value for money. A small issue with the oven which caused a delay, but i was kept well informed and provided with complementary dips. Charan, was very friendly and helpful. Tasty pizza too!

For a pizza hut delivery store i have to say they could do a lot better. Get pizzas wrong majority of times if you ask for extra or swapped toppings, so double check.

Always had good service when either collecting or having food delivered. Mostly have it delivered and the food comes very quickly and still piping hot. 10/10. Also best pizza around 😉

If I could give it 0 I would! I ordered a pizza for myself, wife and daughter- it showed up crushed and a little worse for wear, fine. My daughter grabbed her first piece of pizza and a shard of glass fell off it. Instantly I reported it to store and was accused of lying and was told by the manager I had no evidence that it was on the pizza so they wouldn’t replace the order. No apology, no empathy or concern for my 5 year old daughter. Extremely poor service and something I have never encountered from anyone let alone a reputable brand like Pizza Hut. You lost a loyal customer today. Shame on you

For the last 2 years we have always ordered from dominoes, however today we fancied a change. The collection was reasonably quick and the food was delicious. Ingredients tasted fresh and definitely will be ordering from here again. We ordered the stuffed crust and it was definitely on of the best stuffed crust pizzas we have ordered in a long time. I have placed an order couple of weeks ago...order arrived after 1hr past the delivered time. Called the store and the manager said order would come with complimentary items which didn't come and few items missing in the order as well. Requested a refund which I didn't receive till now. Very pathetic. Poor management. Never coming back
