I ordered from here tonight and they sent out the wrong bloody order. Literally I’ve got four pizzas that I didn’t even order. I paid £16. I’ve got six different sides I was not happy. I’m never ordered from this dump again.

Cold pizza, waited an hour, no communication or sympathy for their customers.

Delayed delivery. Cold food. Avoid.

We’ve had a couple of pizzas from this place, arrived in reasonable time. The pizzas were really nice, enjoyed both of them and thought the delivery driver was polite.

Absolutely disgusted with this place, paid 50 pound for pizza and sides for it to be the worst pizza I've seen, and eaten, the thinnest you could ever possibly make, couldn't pick any slice up, floppy and thin so much you could see the sauce through the thin base, last time I ever order from this rip off scam brand.. stick to local places, not pizza hut or domino's, safe to say first time I ever ordered there and last that's for sure, you absolute bunch of w ⚓ s

Today, i took pizza from here and trust me we are very disappointed. It was the worst pizza. We didn't even finish it. No vegetables are nicely chopped, tasteless.

Just shut this place down. Incompetence is an understatement. Not delivered my pizza order at all. No one answer the phone. No way of communicating with anyone. Previous time received cold pizzas as the incompetent delivery driver that couldn't speak a word English couldn't find my address, which is extremely easy to find. Will NEVER EVER order from you again. INCOMPETENT IDIOTS! 2 hours of my night wasted and still not had dinner!!!

If only I could give 0 stars! Only experiencez I've had here are bad; cold food, hours late delivery, unsatisfactory customer service and no reply to any complaints. Had two orders being over 2 hours late and now I can never trust them again. Avoid this branch at all costs. If they mess up you won't receive any apologies or even a reply, let alone refunded the money you deserve back.

2hrs and 9 mins it took for my order to arrive, I was told 30 to 40 mins upon ordering and it was cold. How can it take so long?

I had a take out pizza from here in the week and it was the best one I’d had in a long time. However I did get an email immediately stating my order was ready to collect, but of course I got to the store and it hadn’t been made yet. At least it was fresh. The door could do with being replaced as it wouldn’t stay closed and was blowing and banging in the wind. No where to sit when you have 15 minutes to waste and are just stood in the cold wind.

Amazing food last time I had it. I loved it. I hope everyone who hasn't tried it yet will soon try it. I do recommend 1 thing, but they no longer do it. It was a red velvet cookie. It was my favourite desert they ever did. If you want something other than pizza, then I do recommend the chicken strips and potato wedges one of the best combos I always use to get.

Food delivery was hour late.Gravesend branch don’t receive calls.

Avoid this branch at all costs... We ordered food to be picked up at a certain time, which was made immediately instead so was cold on pick up. We also ordered 2 vegetarian pizzas and were given 1 with meat on. When we brought this up to customer services they insisted on a voucher for less than the cost of the pizza which we couldn't eat... eventually after much back and forth they agreed to an actual refund to the account for an even smaller amount. Been a customer of pizza hut for many years and never had such a bad experience. Honestly just get Papa John's or Domino's they are next door... even some of the local places are better

We had ordered food, the food never arrived but said it had been delivered. Spent £70 on the food and when I rang up to ask for them to remake it they said no. Would advise staying away from here

Avoid this place as much as you can! Ordered pizza, delivered something else with Pork /Ham?? Which is absolutely unacceptable due to the religious reason. Kids open the boxes! How disappointed they were to see which they didn’t waiting for . reported the problem , as delivered items were lowered price then actually ordered items the difference was refunded. Shame on you !!

One star due to service. Ordered online and I got a call to say they ran out of Pan pizza. The email team said they were waiting for this store to reply for almost 4 days! So it could be over a week until I get money back. I had to jump through hoops to get a refund. Sadly I can't choose a different pizza hut so they've lost my business. (and I love food).

Worst experience of a take away I ever had ,garlic bread missing never refunded, no apologies, no costumer service skills whatsoever, never again,international chain my bum ,more like a circus with clowns really

Shocking do not order from here! Negative stars if I could. Ordered for delivery. Got a phonecall from the delivery driver saying he couldn't find us wouldn't take directions from us told us he had to follow his map. Kept hanging the phone up on us. Spoke to the perry street hut and was told by the woman on the end of the phone we had to go and collect the pizza from the delivery guy. What's the point of ordering for delivery if you have to get it yourself. Received the pizza eventually stonecold.

I've ordered from here a few times recently...heaven knows why. On 2 of the 3 occasions, my drinks were not delivered, also ordered chessy garlic bread on each occasion I was sent plain garlic bread. Box's are normally battered and broken, and the pizzas have all been awfull. Will not order again...and would advise others not to.

Called on Saturday to place an order. Spoke to Jordan who was very polite and informative. Food was delivered in around 30 minutes quality was excellent. Miles better than when I ordered a few months ago. Keep up the good work!

Sadly we had a bad experience with a delayed order. We ordered at 5:30pm, delivery estimate was 6:15, food finally arrived an hour later, at 7:15. We originally ordered food for three, including my young son as as treat. Because of the delay we had no choice but to cook something else for him as he couldn't wait any longer. The food finally did arrive at his bedtime, meaning that his pizza was untouched and all of the rest went cold while we put him to bed. A delay is one thing, but the fact that no one got in touch to give us an updated estimate and that there was no update to the online estimate meant we couldn't rearrange our plans and made everything much worse.

Do not use this Pizza Hut, the two pizzas I ordered were cold, told they were ready to collect and then had to wait 15 minutes for them..... terrible I did contact your customer services at the same time I wrote this review... I'm still waiting a response, unfortunately....

1) Food was an hour late, said it was delivered when it wasn't! 2) Food was cold and as such not very nice. 3) When the driver delivered it wasn't in a bag to keep it warm. 4) Gravesend branch don't answer the phone. 5) Some of the boxes didn't have seal stickers on them. 6) Order included someone else's pizza. Minus 5 stars!

Absolutely terrible service and will never use again after dealing with resolution team

Would give this place a zero if I could. Placed an order at around 7:45 pm, food was supposed to be delivered at 8:35 pm, i then got an email saying I hope you enjoyed your food. I never received my food. Then decided to go and pick it up myself and waited another half hour in the freezing cold store. Then realised that the food wasn’t even in the in the oven yet. There was also several other customers in the same situation as me save yourself the hassle and order elsewhere. It’s not worth it. They silence the phone aswell so if your trying to call don’t bother either.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered delivery directly via website - now almost 3 hours later, still no food & the tracker says still in the oven! Have tried calling the restaurant a dozen times and no answer. Can anyone tell me why it’s 10:30pm and I’ve still not had any dinner? Cause the place is a SHAMBLES please dear god people save yourself the frustration and go order somewhere else.

If I could give minus stars I would, ordered 7:30pm said 9:15pm for delivery fair enough, waited till 9:25pm started to phone and phone and phone. No one picks up so I drove to them. Handful of other disgruntled customers all same problem no delivery no answer on phone no update. Guy there in end said only one driver turned up he couldn’t switch ordering system off the area manger who could wasn’t answering the phone because they were sleeping. Eventually got my pizzas after waiting another 30 mins in store no apology just a free bottle of 500ml Pepsi when considering I paid £1.99 for delivery wasn’t free. Needless to say I will be calling HQ to complain I was more shocked to discover the phone was on mute as I called it while standing inside and it was flashing and flashing and not ringing

I ordered from pizza hut tonight, as of the time of ordering this pizza it was my last 20 pounds to my name I ordered from pizza hut to get a delivery from these guys and then it didn't specify that they wanted me to come and collect it. called in and explained it was the last 20 quid we had and the lady on the other end of the phone just suggested for us to get a taxi full well knowing we had spent our last money on this order. This is such poor customer service!! Do not order, the lady claimed to be a manager but did not act like one!!! Worst customer service going. Will not be ordering again, This is not first bad experience either

Order arrived very late and to my disappointment, the pizzas were quite tasteless and dripping with grease you could squeeze the grease out of them very easily. I’ve had Pizza Hut before from various branches, this has to be the worst one. Sad because I was so hungry. :(

Worst pizza ever. I can make a better pizza at home. Ordered cheesy garlic bread and had to squint to see the cheese. The pizza came overcooked, dry and cold. We ordered peri peri wings which came out flavourless and bland. Tasted something like a dog would eat. Tried ringing the store like 5 times to complain and no one was available. I would think twice before placing and order from this store.

Took over an hour and a half to arrive and was stone cold, won't bother again, nobody answering the phone either so not happy at all, hav had to put food in the oven to get it hot which kinda defeats the object of ordering a takeaway

Takes 1 One an half hour to be delivered and more than 10 call attempts till some one answered. Will not order again. One time delivery man was lost didn't say sorry for cold pizza.

Poor. Waited over hour and half for delivery been calling for last 30 minutes with no answer. How can they run a well know pizza store, with such poor service. Waste of time do not order from here. I will never order from here again

Be warned… always running out of stock of things. Never call to warn you, we order regularly due to this being our local store and its always the same. I’m not a fan of giving bad reviews but this place is a big let down.

Awful service, the food was over 40 minuets late, after 7 phone calls I managed to get through and was told my food would be with me shortly, will not be ordering from here again!

I fancied a nice pizza so I should of known better than to orders from this branch the pizza was just tomato purèe tasted so Strong couldnt eat it and the garlic bread that turned up wasn't it was plain bread no taste so when I rung up thebranch15 minute wait before a stroppy women answered the phone and said that's how it comes to us so i said don't you check it's up to standard which said it was ok .well do you want me to send another one or not I thought you couldn't get it right first time and your attitude so i said don't bother and threw the lot in the bin everytime I've ordered here it's been bad attitude and worse food never using pizza hut again why does pizza hut insist on treating customers so bad every branch is the same I hope they go skint

Branch Manager Eve is extremely rude and how she is even a Manager is beyond me. She hung up on me because I was going to use Dominoes due to offers, so I called back to challenge her lack of Customer Service skills. Pizza Hut, you really need to conduct some extensive Customer Service training, which a Manager should already have! No wonder your Google reviews are as low as they are, your staff are clearly incompetent, which unfortunately for them is due to the hierarchy.

Did not deliver my food over 2 weeks ago and still no refund head office are not helping and not answering my emails there is no phone number that works to speak to anyone. Manager at branch Ev is very rude and wouldn’t help. They take ur money and have no driver to deliver orders.

I'm sitting here at location sounding more like a club.customers on phone asking where orders are and I've entered after a 15 min order only for them to just start cooking thanks to my hint. . let's hope the two large pizzas are going to make it through the phone complaints. Go collect not delivery!!!!

Appalling experience (once again). My order was missing an item which I noticed on delivery, I told the driver and he advised he would return with the item. 1h40m later I am still waiting! I have called the restaurant 18 times and each time the call has gone unanswered! Dare I hold out any hope of ever getting my money back for an item I’ve been charged for and not received?

Late always, 3 times in a row. Wont be using these guys again. Terrible service. They should shut down the business immediately!

Late delivery every time, poorly managed

Ordered two pizzas today, absolutely terrible food I’ve had better frozen pizza from supermarket. Very disappointed probably put me off pizzas for awhile but when I do feel tempted again it will be a dominos.

I ordered at 10pm while the website says they close at 11pm. They accepted my order but was never delivered. The status of the order never changed too. All the times i ordered from this pizza hut in gravesend was a horrible experience. Failing to do their job properly as always. Disappointed

they delivered my food to the wrong place ,I asked for a refund and the staff was so rude I just came out of a and e and needed something to eat to take my medication. Honestly was so disappointed I just want my money backkk!!!!I would even give 0

Ordered for lunch today. Driver called me to say he was outside my block of flats and I had to come down and get it from him. I did, and asked him why he hadn't come up. He said "because I am delivering to here". I told him all other delivery drivers come to my front door and he replied "I don't". He then flapped his hand at me dismissively as he walked away. I phoned Pizza Hut to tell them that their driver had been rude and was told "he doesn't mean it, he doesn't speak good English". There are plenty of delivery drivers who don't speak English as a first language and they don't come across as rude. Whoever I spoke to on the phone didn't have the most professional manner either. To top it off, the food was awful and I wouldn't even give it to my dog. Never again! Mich better service and food from Domino's so I'll be going there in future.

Terrible experience with our delivered order on 5/4/21. Pizza was lukewarm, wedges quantity was about 2/3rds of what it has been in the past, bottle of Pepsi had been so shaken it virtually exploded in our kitchen. No help from staff over the phone so we took our order back. They did replace it, but it wasn't a good experience.

Worst customer service ever was called a liar over the phone and after asking to talk to a manager I was told no they didn’t want to speak to me I’ve been given an instore credit because I complained to Pizza Hut site directly but I won’t be using the credit as I don’t trust the vile people instore to not do something to my food! Wouldn't order again ever rubbish food going to domino's next time

buy here because it’s local but always regret my decision, pizzas greasy and never as good as in bluewater. Last time I ordered will be my last, ordered two large pizzas with sides for delivery and received someone else’s order. They didn’t answer the phone for at least half hour to rectify this, then when I did get through they didn’t know what to suggest and I had to ask for my pizzas to be made and redelivered to me. Monkeys could do a better job running the joint.

Ordered through deliveroo what a mistake. Recieved an uber eats delivery. Less than what we ordered. We had 2 pizzas ordered and got 1 completely different pizza. Told driver he wasnt interested told to contact store. Contacted store told to contact deliveroo. Deliveroo weren't interested. Took 25 mins from placing order to arriving. I live 10 min drive from store. The order was stone cold. Garlic bread had been sitting on the side for an awful long time. Emailed pizza hut hoping for some compensation. Waiting reply not holding my breath. Deliveroo I don't qualify for any compensation?? Ive taken it to TV media because this is the worse customer service I think I've ever recieved. Won't be coming back to here or using deliveroo.

DO NOT ORDER from here!!! I placed an order for delivery @ 6:45pm and was told I’ll get it within an hr, the food did not arrive till 10:25pm almost 4hours later!!!! They don’t answer calls and staffs kept lying to me, Driver couldn’t find the address, my number wasn’t going through, Driver went to wrong address😖😡 all sort of lies.

Do not order from here!!! I placed an order for delivery last week, it arrived on time but was missing a part of the order. I phoned pizza hut and they said they will send out the stuff that was missing. An hour later i received a phone call from the delivery driver saying he could not find my address. In the end i cancelled the order and pizza hut said they would give me the missing stuff for free on my next order. I let this slide and thought i would try and order from them again today. Once again they forgot some of the order. I have tried to ring them for the past hour but there has been no answer. I will not be ordering from pizza hut again!

First of all if you live in a flat I wouldn't bother ordering from here, they will not deliver to your door!! So tonight I ordered Pizza Hut, about 30mins after ordering i got a call from the delivery driver he demanded that I go outside to him to collect my order which I refused as i requested a delivery for a reason. He was extremely rude and refused to deliver, I phoned the place and ended up speaking to Rob who apparently is the manager. I got told that their policy is that they will not deliver to flats, when I questioned this and advised I had never had the problem before and all the other times the drivers delivered to my door, I got told that's our policy and it was tough was basically. I told Rob I wanted a refund and got told to ring customer services. Whilst on the phone to customer services I checked their terms and conditions and can categorically say that there is no such policy. The lady I spoke to at customer services was really helpful, she herself called and spoke to Rob and basically received the same attitude. This apparent manager clearly needs to learn some customer service skills as speaking to someone like they are a piece of dirt is not acceptable and I will never be ordering from them again! If you arent going to deliver to flats then take the option away for certain postcodes!

Ordered food, usually we’ve never had a problem, they delivered late once before but no where near as late as today. And about 10 minutes after ordering I got a call saying they don’t have any pan dough as they’re closing soon, and the guy on the phone was extremely polite and nice, probably the only good part of this review and order! An Hour since I ordered, store had closed so I couldn’t contact anyone. I was at the point I was about to spend even more money with Dominos. Just before I clicked order with them, I got a call from the driver an hour and a half late, telling me to come to the road to get my food. He said he was the only driver and had 5 other deliveries to do. I feel sorry for the other people who are probably still waiting! I honestly loved pizza hut but this evening has done it for me, sorry. Wouldn’t recommend a bit. Better hope I get that voucher they gave last time...

Absolutely disgusting. Rude staff. Foul tasting food. Unhygienic place. Dirt and flies stuck to the front desk. Food is constantly delivered wrong, hours late and freezing cold. When I complained that I got a pizza completely different from the one I ordered, it was snatched out of my hand and chucked in the bin right in front of me, without an apology for the inconvenience. They replaced it and it was even worth than it was before! Complete waste of money, I was convinced they did something to it before chucking the new one at us, as they were so angry that we complained that our order was wrong, when it was their fault. Appauld by the rudeness of the staff, completely and utterly disgusting. This person was the manager, yes I’m calling you out.

Woeful......yet again!!! Ordered two pizzas , side of wedges and garlic bread. We ended up having to call to find out where the order was, there was no apology and was told it's on it's way! When it eventually arrived twenty minutes late, there was no apology and yet again the pizza was tepid and tasteless. This is now the third time that my order has been substandard, cold and tasteless. Not going to bother again giving this branch my custom, as fed up with cold, tasteless and substandard food and service.

I ordered a pizza today from pizza delivery it was burnt disgusting only fit for a dog I believe the so-called manager come to my house to pick up the dirty pizza which he inspected he had a very bad attitude and should be sacked ASAP Will not be using this service no more should be called pizza delivery for dogs only sorry dog

Ordered online for a scheduled delivery at 8pm, food did not arrive until 8:30. Repeatedly tried to call from 8:15 but no one answered the phone. When asked for an explanation, the delivery driver just said "they're busy" and suggested we order "at a different time and on a different day". I've got a better idea, how about I just never order from you again? EDIT: Oh, and the kicker? They forgot items in the order, promised to redeliver, and then didn't and refused us a refund.
