Accidentally set my address to the wrong place and called them up, lady on the other end of the call was incredibly helpful!

Always order from here with no problems, had a little mishap with our order tonight, called and spoke to a lovely girl on the phone who sorted the small part of our order that wasn’t right and replaced it with a brand new one within 30 mins. Proper customer service that’s so appreciated, thanks guys can’t fault your service at all 10/10

I phoned to place an order for a deliver but was told I need to do it online. I went online placed the order waiting for the section requesting the time wanted for delivery. Having completed my order there was no option for timings so I phoned back only to be told its on its way and it cannot be changed. The pizza was nice but it did not arrive at the right time!!!!

Ordered from here a number of times since moving into the area in Feb 2019. Delivery is always quicker than expected, food always well presented, piping hot, oven fresh. It's a lot of money for glorified cheese on toast, but if you want it, this is as good a place as any

I’ve ordered a pizza recently and I selected thin and crispy base . In the past on the website they had 3 options: classic , Italian and thin .Knowing that I never order classic I was thinking that it’s the thin option without realising the fact that the thin is extremely thin . I called and I was explained that probably in the past I ordered the Italian one . The fact that they’ve removed it from the website confused me .The guy on the phone was polite and he solved the problem .Thanks for your help.Also the pizza is always a good quality

Ordered online and they took the payment but didn't receive the order. Fair enough they refunded the money but to save hassle I called to make the order and pay by card over the phone. Now I have done this before but the lady on the phone said they don't. I asked to speak to the manager and she put the phone down. I called back and asked to speak to the manager to which she replied she was the manager and hung up again. I cannot believe how rude she was

Visiting a friend in the area last night and thought we'd order. It's the first and last time we'll be going here as its nowhere near the quality I'd expect from a domino's, toppings were under done, with the cheese light in colour and the whole thing just seemed dry and horrible, which is really telling when you have cheese and Peperoni on a pizza and you don't have all the oils released that come from cooking these. Also the way the pizza was made up was poor, having much more of one topping than another which left the flavours unbalanced and the herbs I ordered were not a fine sprinkling over the whole pizza as youd expect, more a few thick clumps, which also tastes awful and leaves the missed areas lacking... Quite possibly the worst domino's iv come across.

I don't know why but the pizzas taste better from the gravesend branch, but as I order thru the app, northfleet is the branch that gets and delivers my order. there's a lack of consistency between stores. Customer service is good though

worst place imaginable, I ordered food got half my order then they forget about my other half been waiting 3 hours now spoken to them on the phone 10 times how bad could dominos truly be... worst pizza company around deserve to be put down under never ordering from you guys again!

Good quality pizza. Efficient home delivery, and they do do a range of offers and deals. The standard of their food is consistent, you know what you are getting and it usually arrives when they say it will.

Just your normal dominoes! The only difference being, their delivery drivers are always very nice and friendly. I've never had any issues with their accuracy of order or excessive waiting times

Absolutely disgusted spent near on £40 for to large pizzas and 3 sides all to which was dry tasteless and hardly any toppings and to add the insult that they didn't even try and give us a deal(excellent service by the way) we didn't even get a free drink to soak pizza dough up and as for the garlic pizza bread I can by bigger doughnuts over morrisons tried to ring to complain and got no answer and have emailed then and yet again no answer ruined my nephews birthday meal
