Amazing staff, amazing food and such a welcoming nice vibe when you walk in. Defo recommend and order here regularly.

The Staff here are amazing and so helpful. Ordered A few pizzas they were so delicious and tasty. Cooked to perfection. Ordered for Collection was ready quite Promptly. This is My local Pizza Hut which i Use regularly Would recommend it to anyone local to Northwich. Great Work guys Keep it up

Pizza was absolutely terrible... so tough felt like it was made with building materials. Took 2 hands to tear it. Spent £50 on a meal and had literally 1 slice and it went in the bin. Had pepperoni and hot honey, and it was so hard and tasteless. Cheese was congealed like a re heat. Shocking never again.

Ordered 2 16" Pizzas..not nice tastes like old oil.. won't recommend their pizza

Ordered three pizzas, one gluten free. One had peppers on (not ordered) that is an allergy for one of the people ordering. Also missing a topping on the gluten free pizza.

Nice delivery guy and on time. Pizza unpleasant. Pepperoni and nduja sauce burnt. Base kind of chewy. Very greasy and salty. A fair amount ended up in the compost bin. Shame as first time ordering, but won't buy again, especially when close to £20 these days.

Tried to order online, couldn’t so had to call them. Ordered but was informed they could only accept cash… collected as they wont deliver to my address. Worst “mozzarella” cheese if that even is mozzarella i have ever tasted, taste more like craft cheese/brie was disgusting, what a waste of money and time I couldn’t even finish one slice. Will never ever buy from them ever again feel sick now

Rubbish there was a fly and a wasp makeing on my pizza

Scam, I paid online for it then to change that they are not delivering even though I paid. I contacted them and they would not help other than to contact the head office which seems to be impossible to get through to.

Pointless if they just close the website when they get busy. Pizza hut is great, Northwich pizza hut is not!

Fantastic service and incredible food... 10/10... big shout goes out to the guy on the counter, I've been having a bad day and he smiled and made me smile ... the food was just as good as this guy's smile

Tried to order a pizza for collection from the Northwich branch, which is only 4 miles away, and they said that they can't deliver. Don't understand why as the Indian which is less then a minute away can deliver ? Disappointed

Always great with delivery and drivers are always polite, often miss dips with meals and for some reason I always get an upset stomach after I eat. Will keep ordering despite the aftermath.

Super slow service as always, pizzas had those awful garlic sprinkles on, which I hadn't asked for, didn't find out until home.

Ordered pizzas about half 9 at night. It's now ten to 11 and it still hasn't arrived! We are about 5 minutes down the road and theysaid it would take about 25 minutes to arrive. Rang twice and they said it was on the way both times. Shocking for a Friday night!
