Ordered on the app and then was told that they didn’t have what I ordered in stock and when I said please cancel the order they did not cancel the order but instead took my money

Pizza arrived cold. Stone cold. Had to wait an hour. Nobody was answering the phone. Absolutely shameful. Will not be ordering again

I placed an order with Pizza Hut at 18:20, but after waiting for over an hour, it never arrived. The estimated delivery time was clearly missed. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. The delivery tracker showed that the driver had supposedly left the restaurant, but they never moved. Then, just after an hour, the order was falsely marked as "delivered" despite never arriving. I have CCTV footage as proof of this. I usually order from Domino’s but decided to give Pizza Hut a try—big mistake. This was only my second order, and it went terribly wrong. To make matters worse, Customer Services via live chat were completely unhelpful and unable to issue a refund for an order I never received. I will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

Ordered online, it took over an hour longer than quoted, no updates. Why bother quoting a time you can’t possibly stick to? Will stick with Papa John’s in the future.

Absolutely disgusting customer service received from this shop today. I called to order a pizza and I never heard the man say Pizza Hut when he answered the phone. So I naturally asked “is this Pizza Hut” to which he replied are you deaf? I honestly could not believe my ears. He proceeded to ask me if I was stupid. I have never ever experienced anything like this in my life. I was so shocked I drove to the shop to speak to a manager (on the phone he claimed he was the manager). When I got to the shop I was greeted by the same man who refused to call a manager, saying “he’s not in today”. There were two other staff there, who looked petrified of him. Avoid this place at all costs.

Had a pizza today, the dough was tougher than a brick. Couldn't eat. Never again. Pretty certain this place will shut down soon. Clearly poor management at senior level.

Placed my order at 3.05 and it arrived at 4.30 cold and hard the pizza even came without garlic crust really disappointed

Very bad experience My order was 2 hours late, i phoned up and was told another 45 minutes. I phoned up when the 45 mins was up and no answer after repeatedly calling. So I decided to go up see what was going on. When i got there they said another 20 minutes! Shortly after my arrival 3 other customers were there expressing the same concern and demanding answers and their money back etc. The manager was so rude and didn’t apologise to any of us. I will never order anything from pizza hut again! Very disappointed and unhappy.

Absolute poor rubbish customer service, i ordered ahead for collection , waited more than an hour and the kid they have on the counter has no clue how to handle customers. Unacceptable behaviour , never coming back to this branch

Awful service, I ordered online and called this place to see where my order was. It turned out they had no drivers and they had sourced a Deliveroo driver. Well I’m still waiting for the order now, disgraceful. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund as neither here or Deliveroo want to take responsibility. I hope I do get a refund but so far it’s been extremely hard work and stressful. Therefore if you want lunch from this Pizza Hut, don’t bother and save yourself the stress.

Sadly the pizza was luke warm and the garlic bread was cold.

absolute shocker of service at this Kings Heath branch. cashier serving clearly has an egotistical manner to not even make eye contact with any customer that came in while i waited for my food. 18 minutes later, my food was given, with zero interest: employee was too focused on making humour and jokes with fellow employees rather than seeing if i was satisfied with my order.

Cant believe you charge 4 pound to deliver my pizza what happened to the good old days when it was part of the service and then to take the piss you give the drivers 1 pound while you pocket 3 quid no wonder your reviews don't understand if you spend over 25 pound u should get a free delivery even shops do it over a certain price going to Domino's or papa johns they know how to treat there customer. As for it being halal is it Hmc certified no so what Irish Muslim blessed the hut or is it just a ploy like nandos. NOT HALAL I live in England not Ireland would prefered a more reputable organisation.

For years this was my go to for take away pizza but since they changed from traditional pepperoni and bacon (pork) to beef pepperoni and beef bacon, (not a choice, just beef) I’ve changed to Papa Johns -such a shame, they used to get a big 5 stars from me

Really bad customer service when trying to chase my delivery. Extremely disrespectful and rude guy over the phone just now. My delivery was late and I couldn't see anything on line, was spoken like crap when I called to find out where my food was. Shocked and disappointed.

Pizza Hut will always be favourite, I have collected from here and it was good customer service. I would rather collect then delivery - my preference. I do recommend this place.

20 - 30 years ago, Pizza Hut restaurants were a great place to go. I have many memories of dates and nights out where me and friends would visit the restaurants in Birmingham. Prices were OK, it was never cheap but quality was high. Signature pizzas like seafarer were always ordered. The crispy base pan Pizza at Pizza Huts was unique and very nice meaning a margarita was still an excellent pizza. 10- 20 years ago, me and my young family would regularly order Pizza Hut delivery from King's Heath, our favourites were texan bbq and margarita often ordered with garlic bread with crispy bacon topping. Sometimes we would have the new stuffed crust, which was my favourite base for a while. However ordering became difficult, expensive if you didn't have an internet code and key ingredients disappeared. Quality of ingredients and choice started to reduce, ordering became complicated so we started using independant local sources more. Current, I use the store more as a walk in customer, I don't want to use the app, so attempting to order upfront is near impossible as store does not answer the phones. They do not accept cash which is another massive unnecessary inconvenience. Upon my last visit, was informed the store has gone full halal so more disruption to the menu. The unique crispy base is now often soft and soggy and key pizzas like Hawian (my wifes favourite) and I expect Texan BBQ (my kids favourite) are now made with substitute ingredients. If visiting with my friend he would often order double spicy pork topping, now removed from the menu... Outcome, with all the reconfiguration to the business I hope your new customers are as loyal as we were, because the chages obviously wasn't made for us. After decades of custom, we will be using alternatives and I may pop into Pizza hut occasionally for a margarita. An emotional goodbye 👋

Ordered pizza, wedges and garlic breed. Pizza was fab, wedges were hard and ineatible..even my dogs refused them and tge garlic bread was the same. The driver was great and did a fab delivery

Delivery tonight food tasted below par and was cold, tamper sticker not attached properly for one order. Tge food inside - melts had emptied into box. Took ages to deliver despite being packaged for over half hour on tracker. Rank.

The meat feast melts, chicken strips & white chocolate cookie dough were all very tasty & I didn't have to wait long for delivery.

I’ve always had perfect food from here, but since about a week ago whenever I put in any address served by this Hut into the app to start a delivery, I get an error message. I’ve tried other addresses and they’re fine, as well as trying different devices, days, and times, so there’s obviously just a problem with this Hut. Please sort it out, I want to be able to order pizza and Pizza Hut is the only one I like! edit: the issue is now fixed!

Food took well over an hour then did not receive the full order. Store did not even pick up phone kings heath branch. When we opened pizzas they were cold and tasted stale. Top it of the delivery driver was rude, literally through the food at the door and did not even speak.

Having been a pizza hut store manager previously, the quality of pizzas (and sides) has declined massively. The dough tasted old, the flavour in the sauce, toppings and cheese was lacking flavour massively. The garlic sprinkle on the crust did not taste nice. Some of the larger wedges were undercooked and difficult to bite in to. The quality of ingredients when I was a store manager at pizza hut was world's apart. I used to enjoy eating it, my family and friends would always order it. It's a shame to say that pizza hut has gone down in quality over the past few years. Everything tastes overly processed, the cheese doesn't not have any taste resemblance to mozzarella or any type of cheese for that matter and tastes like processed cardboard. The price increase for the products cannot even be justified. If the prices dropped and the quality also then it can be argued that they go hand in hand. When a product is more costly and the taste goes down, then this is very questionable. It's sad to say that I will not be ordering from pizza hut again for the foreseeable future.

Delivery was on time, but it took a while to get a driver assigned and therefore it was later than expected that the order was started.

I’m not happy at all ive just been told there was no ice cream at all and I’ve paid £21 for what, some dough now that is ridiculous plus it was meant to be delivered at 20:30 and it’s 20 minutes late

I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid Pizza Hut Kings Heath. Pizza hut accepted my order despite having no available drivers to ever deliver the food. Unable to contact them (after trying 8 times) and an hour after the 'expected delivery time' set by Pizza Hut, I drove to the takeaway and collected the item. Pizza Hut had taken my money, ignored my calls and been unable to deliver the pizza which makes this more of a scam than a takeaway restaurant. Had I not had a car, no food would have ever been delivered. Staff were unapologetic and dismissive of the issue, similarly the customer services team offered no acceptable resolution. For all this, the food was expensive and below average quality.

I had a flat bread and chocolate cookie with ice cream both were nice. Delivered. However they forget the garlic dip. I phoned up and they took the first line of my address for a dip with another meal. I expected a refund though.

This embarazzing are they not ashamed to sell food like this I normally go pappa John's in kings heath cos they are always top quality however this is disgraceful first of all there employes smell wich sets a bid sign there clothes were not nice It was not clean at all i was disgusted the aroma was not fresh at all the workers were just on their phones whilst I was waiting for my pizza for 45 mins it came cold drink was warm and wedges were stale seats werent even comfortable and I saw a couple rats running around there were a lot of chavs around and it wasnt a good place to be

Can never get through to them. My disabled mum ordered a pizza, they gave her the wrong one and then put the phone down on her after being extremely rude. They've blocked her number and their staff are extremely rude!

The food took 3 and 1/2 hours to arrive. Tried calling the branch over 40 times and they didn't pick up, or they would pick up and hang up straight away. When they arrived it was 11pm. In the end I refused to take the pizza, given how late it was, and pizza hut are refusing to refund me. Genuinely shocking.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I made a order online they taken the payment and it came up timed up so it wasn't ordered but payment went through so I decided to make a order again and pay cash food came on time but wedges were rock hard uncooked veg pizza cheese was not cooked food was disgusting will never order from them again they did say my money will get refunded on monday 3rd February 2020 we will see. Its a franchise but it doesn't mean our food we order and pay from our hard earning money that our food will be perfect Caspian pizza is 100% better

75 mins in and still no delivery. Last times we ordered from here the pizza was also very late, taking well over an hour, considerably longer than the 35-40 minute delivery time. Figured I'd give them the benefjt of the doubt, but not going to bother again. We're a 5 min drive away so really no excuse. Avoid the place, don't bother.

We ordered online to collect. Here are the issues. 1st they took ages even when it should have been ready to collect. Then they gave us the wrong order and so we then had to wait even longer for our order. Some of it wasn't even as hot as I had thought. I was just overall disappointed as this was for my brother

Sub standard cheese which was not even close to what pizza cheese tastes like, made the pizza look more like a quiche than a thin and crispy pizza with fresh mozarella, italian pizza base was not thin at all and the dough was sour almost turning bad. Never again.

I would give this place a zero after what I saw today but unfortunately that's not an option. I placed an order via telephone today for 4 cookie dough's (not a complicated order). I was told to collect my order after 20 minutes as they were busy. I went there after 20 minutes to wait another 15 minutes before someone spoke to me. No one was at the counter. One of the 'chefs' saw me many times but couldn't attend as he was busy. I waited 20 minutes to be given HARD COLD cookies. I told the guy that Im not accepting this after the long wait. Now let me tell you what I saw during my LONG wait. The chef (short guy with a dimple) was busy making 7 pizzas. Not once did he wash his hands. No gloves were worn. He made meat pizzas and then veg. And one pepperoni fell ON THE FLOOR and he picked it up and put it back on the pizza, ready to bake. HOW ARE THEY STILL OPEN? The customer service was terrible and the staff were busy arguing amongst themselves. Absolute shambles!!

Horrible staff and Horrendous customer service! Food come lukewarm forgot half my order so time they when and got my drinks my food was cold! Didn’t enjoy this meal! I called Pizza Hut and asked to speak to the manager, the member of staff told me he busy! So I told him the issue! He then pass me onto the manager, I had to explain everything again! He didn’t since to care! He office me a refund but waited that long, was so disappointed I didn’t want anymore food from them so he said I can get a refund but I paid cash, so the manager sent the delivery driver to my house! At 23:30 at night with kids in the house, and when he got here I got was Verbal abuse!! Got called “fat cunts” Great customers service!!! I was fumming!!! Yet again I called Pizza Hut and told them about the driver for them to say I will call u back!! It’s just acceptable! I’m lost for worlds!

Ordered pizza for arrival at 915pm. I ordered at 545pm. You'd expect this is plenty of time for Pizza Hit to plan ahead. Instead it doesn't arrive by 915. I call, no answer. I call 925, no answer. I call 935, they finally answer. Reason given for delay : "We are extremely busy". I ordered 3.5 hours in advance and they still can't deliver on time. The only possible way they can use busyness as an excuse is prioritizing orders made after mine to be delivered before mine. Really disappointing. No compensation offered and half an hour after it was meant to arrive, food still has not arrived.
