Very bad service, owner behaviour was rude tried to charge me extra and food quality is very bad

Takeaway looked very dirty, as I entered the shop owner was scratching his balls and without even washing his hands owner came over to serve...disgusting 🤮🤮 Very bad service,

Would give 0 starts if possible ... The owner is rude and disrespectful.. the food is disgusting and chips are always tough..the chicken is usually partly raw ...and service is atrocious... Don't waist your time or money here..

Should be zero. The chips were the worst I have tried in a long time. Cheap potatoes and the idiot that served me gave me the wrong chilli sauce. Never again. Also very expensive.

I bloody love the circle fish bar. I get them every so often and they are by far my most favourite place to order from. I think the staff is one of the kindest i’ve met. If they make an error or a mistake they’ll apologise and it’s too hard to stay mad at them. It is such an amazing company and I feel privileged each time I order from. Even if you don’t enjoy the food it’s a privilege to order just for a few seconds of conversation with the lovely delivery drivers!

I would give 0 stars if i could, staff were very rude, ignoring the phone and scammed me out of £25!! they were shouting at us and using foul language

Dingy shop and moody staff. Chips tasted horrible and were cold. Fish was cold as well. Won't be going back

Just moved to the area and wandered into it on the way back from a hard day. Very friendly staff, very reasonably priced and amazing food! Would and will come again 🥰

I bought many times fish and chips and chicken and chips from this shop, and the fish it was fresh and delicious and the chicken delicious too. And very friendly people.

i honestly have no words for this place. spent £20 or should i say SCAMMED. wish i could give 0 stars. ordered battered chips which, by the way, were more batter than chips soaked in old oil. i am allergic to chicken and received chicken with chips instead of a cone of chips!!! and on my chips i found what i really believe is either snot or spit !!! never coming back . SHUT IT DOWN.

I really don't know what's worse, the unedible "salt and pepper" chicken, if you could even call it that, or the state of the chips, or the fact that they charged 20 pounds for soggy chips, a 2 pound mini spring roll, heavy on the 'mini' and the smirnoff ice we ordered, which in fact was the highlight of the meal

Collected our food tonight absolutely disgusted by the food, the chips were cold and no salt or vinegar we also are NORMALLY a regular but after today we no longer are satisfied by the service. What happened to the £3 meal deal which has in a space of a month risen to £5 which it is not worth the food at all Not happy at all WOUlD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Can't give a rating. Turned up to collect my order at 1am after waiting 30 mins, just to be argued with and told I hadn't paid when trying to collect. I presented my app, order, bank transaction and statement and even explained how the app worked for both mine and THEIR side, while the owner presented me with delivery-only receipts and said the reason I hadn't paid was due to a wording different between "total" and "total pay" on them and demanding I repay in person in cash again, refusing to give food and ultimately left without any. Had the audacity an hour after food to tell me I could come back to collect it at 2am now after Deliveroo had to contact them. Shan't order again.

I ordered from here and they called me told me my order was ready got to the shop and they don't even have the slush i ordered because they dont want me to cancel my order they didn't tell me over the phone they didn't have the slush so disappointed The the burger meal i ordered was dry and had no sauce in it cost £8.50 won't be ordering from here again

£8.50 for large fish & chips which is so oily and taste so bad leaving such a bad taste. No difference between a large and small cod. Rip off and taste is very very bad. Never buying from there again.

Ordered a large fish and chips, ended up with a large batter and chips with a bit of fish in the middle. Not worth my £8.50. Chips were nice but all in all a rip off as if I’m paying £8.50 I’m paying more for fish as it is meant to be a premium product so o paid £8.50 for a large batter and chips. Really not pleased.

If you like un cooked food got served by a kid in a tracksuit the chips was vile

Had a burger and chips, both cold and very greasy.... staff dirty and very unhygienic. One staff smoked a cigarette outside the takeaway went back and start to serve without washing hands!!! Awful experience

Guys u should not run the business i have ordered fish n chips last night, the chips were weird not fresh but whatever comes to fish was freaking greasy and today im dying , what the fak!!!

Had a pizza slice they warmed in microwave, the worst I have ever had tasted like greasy cardboard. Wouldn't mind as much but there food is expensive £7 for large meat and chips that went straight in the bin!

Ordered a Donna burger meal must say it was the worst I have ever had. The Donna was cold and inedible the chips were awful not sure how you can mess up chips.

Excellent spicy pizza's, great chips shop staples, friendly staff and incredible opening times.

The food was ok. It was hot and they carried out my special requests. Speedy delivery, very polite man delivered my food.

Food was awful, the chips had been used in some old oil and the chicken was that bad I gave it to my dog and the kebab meat was chewy and cold. I strongly recommend you don't buy food from this place.

THE WORST FOOD I HAVE TASTED IN 27 YEARS THIS PLACE IS WACK! Had to give it to my dog and even he told me its horrible when he vomited.

ordered two strawberry cheesecakes,they arrived frozen solid called to complain and was told all our desserts are frozen, perhaps this should be stated on the order site!!! I said I didnt want frozen cheesecake as I wanted to eat it immediately not in 12hours,there response was have you tried the microwave!!!!! No apology, no offer of a refund rubbish customer service.

I ordered the food to arrive at 11.40! It came at 11.10 freezing cold.. the driver couldn't be bothered to get out his car soo I had to go to him!! I also found a manky thick back hair mixed inbetween my cold dry chips 👍! There is more bad things to say but I've waisted enough time. £15.00+ later for 2 donna burgers and that's the result? Never eating from here again!!!!

Had the chicken box thing and found a piece of metal wire and hair in my food didn't eat the rest of my meal because it really put me off

Was a little dubious but their flyer looked nice so we spent 38.00 on our first order. We ordered a Doner Kebab but they delivered Kebab meat in a tray with a few strips of lettuce at bottom. We thought we'd try the 'special' milkshake but the only special thing was us dummy's for ordering it, they are quite small and nothing special! Food was delivered pretty cold, chips was dry and hard,...we left most of it in our plates... Overall definitely won't recommend or order again

Kebab was awful, naan was rock hard meat undercooked not worth £9. Also had a normal pie and chips and a special pie and chips, both were the same size but the normal one was more expensive (how does that work). Overall the food was not good. Will not recommend or ordering again, not impressed

Put an order in through Uber eats at 6.15 to be told it would be with us within the hour. When we rang was told be with you in ten mins. Finally arrived at 9 o'clock, we turned it away as had to eat something else. Poor communication. Dont give unrealistic times

Not happy with any of my order. I ordered on line for collection. Arrived on time to collect and they hadn't even started cooking anything. Fried was bone dry and it had been heated up in a microwave. Dint have any chicken tikka for the kebab. Fudge cake was stale. Won't be using this place again.

I order my food that was great but my drinks never came so I rang up and they said they would be with me in half hour can you please tell me why I'm still waiting 2 hours later and still have no drinks the chippy is so unreliable

Bought 2 chicken kebabs from here tonight,asked for sweet chilli on both,bloke even confirmed with me twice that we wanted sweet chilli and still ended up plastering them in red hot chilli., Now in the bin where they belong . won't be going there again

This fish bar is excellent the food is very professional and hot very fast delivery the fish is cooked fresh and hot he gives loads of kebab meat really excellent lovely food mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Food was not very nice. The wrap was dry no salad or sauce and the chips seemed like they had been reheated. Placed the order online and was charged more at the shop when collecting than quoted online. The worker was rude on the phone and rude to us when collecting! Definitely won’t be back!!!!!!

Gone down hill in recent years since it changed hands

The driver was really pleasant but Really bad service. Took three attempts to give the right food at door and then one of the items was wrong. Rang shop to discuss it and they had a terrible attitude. First and last time I will order from here ever.

I have bought fish and chips from here twice. First time it was great. Second time it was appalling. The fish was not fresh. Returned and asked for fresh one. Still gave me fish that smelt off. Health risk do not attempt.

Ordered pie & Chips. The pie was served cold out of the fridge next to a handful of really awful chips. I telephoned to let them know that the pie had been served from the fridge incase it was a mistake & I was told to put it in the oven for an hour & then they hung up. Absolutely shocking food & service is the worst I've encountered. I cannot see this business lasting.
