Food arrived stale and cold. Also given the wrong ice cream

I ordered my pizza on just eat, waited 50 minutes, rang after 1 hour, was told, it will be 5 minutes, rang back again after 15 minutes, again was told the pizza is on its way and it will be 5 minutes, I rang back again, I was told, it's been delivered to you and proceeded to put the phone down. I drove up to the pizza hut to see the rude little pipsqueak who put the phone down, he shouted in my face and said the pizza was delivered and you can claim a refund on Just Eat if you haven't got the pizza. I can't believe the audacity of that branch, I am so disappointed, but Just Eat were just as bad, you can't speak to anyone to complain, only email. Disgusting service, they will never get my service again.

Fast and accurate service, pizzas are made to perfection. Also, Abdul is so friendly and helpful.

We were told 40-50 min delivery time. After an hour and 20 min we called the restaurant and the woman said it would be with us in 10 mins. 26 mins later we phoned again and she said the driver left 2 mins prior. She had lied. Pricy, greasy, & SLOW.

ordered my pizza before 5pm,have constantly rang up shop and always told it's on the way now 7.30 and it's still on the way.do not order from this branch and suppose they will forget to refund me as well

First time ordering Pizza Hut in a while and stopped at this location in Forest Hill. The cashier that took my order, Sindh, was very friendly and patient with me as I was looking at the menu to figure out what I wanted to order. He gave me some suggestions in what was available as well. Small and clean little place to get some pizza.

The worst experience ever. Food was cold and arrived 92 minutes late. The cheese was wet. And the toppings looked like they were just thrown on. The pizza was also not cut properly. Order at your own risk.

I’ve just order my Pizza directly from the store, and the customer service I received from the lady who served me, Saloni, was 10/10. I was struggling with choosing the better deal for me and my family and her level of patience alongside her knowledge made me feel compelled to leave this review. I don’t visit Pizza Hut often but after this experience, I will definitely be coming back to this branch.
