Honestly if i could’ve given 0 stars i would have. My best friend and her family ordered from here and everyone has been throwing up since having it, Gave everybody horrible food poisoning and clearly was either not cooked properly or was cooked with no hygiene. Took so long with my order. Do better pizza hut this is unacceptable. needs to be closed down.

Me and my grandparents came in and got a meat feast pizza and it was moldy and it was white stains on the toppings

Extremely disgusting 🤢 service, saw the guy making the pizza scratching his crouch !!! and then had the audacity to continue without washing his hands, absolutely nasty, I walked out immediately. Avoid this place if you care about your health.

Very quick service and pizza was delicious! They also have a collection deal that's hard to beat, any pizza for £10. Staff is very friendly and quality is very consistent.

I reported the order late 10 mins after the latest time I was given and I didn’t get a text as just eat told me I would. I phoned the restaurant a few times but no one picked up. The pizza arrived 55 minutes late, almost 2 hours after ordered and it was cold.

Was ordered through Uber eats as per the photo below and they have incorrect information to describe their products they are selling!!! Clearly states it is meant to have a Ben and Jerry ice cream however when the order arrived this was not there. Called the South Woodford branch to let them know this did not arrived and they said it was not included and that they couldn’t control what Uber eats put in their description! As it’s Pizza huts reputation at stake you would think they would be a bit more bothered that their products are being miss represented! But no the guy simply said there was nothing he could do!

This Pizza Hut branch used to be brilliant but has rapidly gone downhill. After our last order we thought never again…on that occasion our veggie pizza ended up with chicken on it. We thought give it another chance and on this current order the pizza is burnt and dry. Never again! Pizza Hut sort this out as you have just lost some loyal customers.

We have always received amazing customer service from Zeeshan at the South Woodford branch.

Do not order from here! This southwoodford Pizza Hut branch has gone downhill. We as a family had a long tiring busy day and on the off chance I hadn’t had anything cooked that day. So we ordered two large pizzas and both bases of the pizzas were so dry and burnt dark brown at the edges. I’ve never had Pizza hit pizzas this bad. They’ve always been consistent. When I made a complaint along with sending the pictures I was told that’s not classified as burnt that’s called “Well Done”. Never have I heard of asking for a Well done pizza. It’s not a steak! Then he had the audacity to ask me how many slices we’ve eaten( I had hungry children who wouldn’t wait around). If we had one slice of pizza he will send another one through. But if we had more he wouldn’t. To be honest I wouldn’t want another pizza just my money back for this abysmal pizza.

The curry was good but rice and peas was disappointing both were hard without enough flavour. Definitely not a traditional Caribbean dish

Some items missing!! Why should I be out of pocket of £10.00, when Pizza Hut said they made all the order and I haven’t received the full order and no receipt either! Called the driver as ordered via Uber Eats and the driver even said that he was given the full order but I’m still missing items. So who is lying?? Driver?? Or Pizza Hut?? Driver pulls up in a Mercedes so not sure if he would steal my remaining items or Pizza Hut slacking because they couldn’t be bothered to make my full order!!! Stay away, Pizza Hut - Fix up

We couldn’t really eat the pizza as bbq sauce was used on the base instead of tomato. It was unclear when placing the order that the sauce was to cover the entire pizza. We assumed it meant an accompanying sauce. The pizza was very sickly. Needs to be made clearer.

Came 2 hours late and with missing items! I was fasting all day and did not even have food to open the fast on time. Not happy at all

Please can you sort out your delivery service. Every single time we order the classic crust with garlic and every single time we get a plain crust

Terrible. Two pizza ordered for pick up, only one ready. Pizza hastily remade, looked thrown together with piles of ingredients. Straight onto the bin. Dreadful. Shop was pretty filthy, very poor hygiene between kitchen and outside world.

From 2 pizza I received only one.

Absolutely love this Pizza Hut. The folks are really nice and do put the effort in to getting everything right and on time, and making things far more than right when they feel they've done otherwise! Of course the food is delicious and quality is consistent every time. I expect this is a lot better than the average tbh, it's really become our go-to for pizza. Typing this makes me want to order again already! haha Thanks Pizza Hut.

Ordererd today about an hour do ago at the place. Said it will be 15 minutes. Left and and came back 15 minutes later. Waited another 15 minutes and then someone came out and told me they gave my order to someone else. They are totally incompetent.

I ordered pizza’s a couple of months ago waited over 1 and half hours and when we received the pizzas the order was wrong. I rang to complain and the manager said he will send one over soon. When this arrived the delivery guy showed attitude and when I complained about that the manager said he will credit my account. Today I called to order the manager hadn’t entered the credit on my account so no credit, the manager said he will give me a discount NO THANKS.

I paid £35 for a pizza and garlic bread that was thin crust and freezing cold this is not Pizza Hut quality this is disgraceful

Staff had me standing in the store for 30 minutes. When I asked how long I got “oh it’s here”. My pizza had just been sitting on the side while I’m waiting. I received no apology or anything. Unacceptable service.

Worst pizza hut branch. After few times taking same vegetarian pizza I realized this branch specifically made really bad pizza's. 2 -3 inches from the side are just bread. Other branches made same pizza really good.

Requested delivery for 630pm, food arrived at 330pm. Called restaurant to query, they said they would send a new pizza at 630pm, this arrived before 6pm!

Ordered 2 cookie doughs for delivery through Uber eats. Got rang 20 minutes after ordering to be told one of the flavours out of stock so they would give the same flavours for both cookie doughs. Order came through and it was hard and nothing like a cookie dough and not great tasting either. Wish I never bothered ordering.

The hot & spicy chicken strips were lackluster, but the pizza was great. Stick to the best! They were great in contacting me as well, as they werent doing collections. They kept the driver in contact with me, as the address is difficult to locate. Really great service, thanks!

Made an order and waited over an 1hr 30min for it to be delivered. The order was incorrect and cold so the driver took it back. We had to wait a further 45 minutes for them to bring us the correct order only to find a large black hair in our pizza! Extremely disappointed.
